Got it delivered and came freezing,can’t eat it it’s so disgusting

Experienced a strange error on the mcdonalds app when ordering; night shift manager was extremely understanding and went above and beyond in helping with the error; despite it being out of his own control. More helpful and friendlier than 9/10 mcdonalds i've been to in the past by a long shot.

We waited for the food to be ready for more than 30 min and when it came it was cold and the burgers like someone played football with them The salad came without dressing and 🍴

Gave my girlfriend the wrong drink when she ordered oasis then gave her Coke Zero. Then gave me a burger with cheese when I said no cheese very disappointed

Was simultaneously howling and fuming BOTH times I ordered from here, each time I ordered a quarter pounder meal. The first time I received a box of gherkins and tonight I received a cheese slice with ketchup 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ absolute fannies man!

Horrible outlet Full of delivery bike people (front of que)(6) when I was there. Entrance door Electric Bikes parked !!. (Health and Safety) ? ITS A KID'S DAY OUT.. Service to the seated families was deplorable !. My Mc Rib.. (only available periodically) Was a Disgraceful. Thrown together..! NOT LIKE YOUR TV ADVERT. Bland, half cooked rib, look warm not hot.. Totally miserable experience after a 23 minute wait FOR A MCRIB 1 only.. Get a back door pick up for your Money Making Bike delivery.. It's not complicated.. DAH.. Neil Simpson Edinburgh.

Bit rough and ready. Food was somewhat thrown together and the staff were disinterested at best.

All the bins were overflowing with food and rubbish. The floor was absolutely disgusting, food and rubbish everywhere. Lots of dirty unwiped tables with leftover food all over the place. God only knows what the hygiene is like behind the counter. Absolutely disgusting McDonald's. Avoid.

I ordered chicken nuggets and selects with sauces. I did receive two boxes of nuggets (instead of one each) no selects and none of the sauces ordered. Which is the points of nuggets. Awful service and second time that there’s an issue with my order out of two orders. I recommend ordering from the princes street branch - never had issues there

Original time was 2135 delivered at 2205 chips were cold and soggy asked for no onions on burgers but tasted of onions so clearly cooked on same grill as the onions

I waited for my order tonight for like bearly 2 hours there was an Indian guy who was manager he actually was scamming the system by marking order to collect even though they not even touched the preparation section so horrible he was wearing glasses and light beared I saw him arguing with a delivery guy who was also messing for the reason he's being silly marking it to collect even tho it's not being made

Really regrettable experience from start to finish. It wasn't an enjoyable meal based on what was missing, compounded by not getting a straight refund for the mistake but an account credit, so I effectively lose money one way or another.

After waiting over half an hour because of an unexplained delay, my order has arrived without the main thing I wanted. My McFlurry. Literally the only reason I ordered!

We ordered food here everything was fine I had ordered a diet coke and after I had drank it I realised all that time there was a fly in it, felt absolutely disgusted, horrible.

Young man by name of James M told me I have beautiful eyes which was a bit strange, he licked his lips as he passed me my Sausage McMuffin and muttered something under his breath about HIS sausage? Won’t be back as I feel threatened

Even after leaving a note on the order saying 'Please remember the sauces', these idiots have still managed to forget the sauces.

Drinks were spilt all over food

Delivery person had left the drinks sideways in the bag so they were spilt everywhere in the bag. Undrinkable and waste of money. Delivery person didn't speak much English and ignored me pointing out his bag was wet. Seemed he didn't care. Requested compensation and was denied. Keeps happening with McDonald's deliveries on just eat only.

Food was left at the door with no notice.

One of the juices spilled all over the delivery guy’s bag, meaning half the food was inedible. He noticed this, dropped the bags, then ran away as I was trying to speak with him. Not the best….

Staff are great but food is very average

How do you sell undercooked fries? I mean you can tell just by looking at it. I had to stop myself from getting in a car driving over there and showing them the fries. It's a joke! Invest in your people mcdonalds!!! Order from somewhere else!!!

The delivery driver was very rude to me when dropping off the food. Which was unprovoked and unnecessary. When i opened up the delivery bag i'd noticed that he had spilled the drinks, which had also spilled onto our food, thus ruining the meal.

Driver clearly gave my order to the wrong person as I didn’t receive my order. What he did give me was cold and uneatable. Told me to contact the restaurant for a replacement but was then told to contact just eat. Still waiting on a response. Wasted £20

Food never arrived, yet magically the status update which previously stayed on "Food is being prepared" turned to "Delivered" after two hours. Now having to wait for a refund via JustEat, which can take days if not weeks.

Didn’t receive it was left in limbo unable to cancel as the order didn’t start getting prepared. Then 3 hours later was suddenly stated as delivered. Spen several hours trying to contact macdonalds was told this was not there responsibility.
