my juice was spilt the shamrock shake tastes like toothpaste my mayo was missing

Fast delivery, all food delivered and warm. No sauces unfortunately but all good otherwise.

driver has been driving about with my order for 30 minutes trying to find my house. everything freezing cold and ice cream melted

I order at 18:30 pm and just received it at 20:49pm that's over 2 hours for three meals I'm very unsatisfied with the service I've received tonight

No food arrived. After 2 hours, it just didn’t turn up. No option to cancel it. Upset child and as yet no sign of a refund given the non existent customer support. Suggest you order from somewhere local instead and not on this app.

Took ages for food to arrive and it was stone cold when it did. The 2 cappuccinos were completely spilled everywhere and obviously not packaged securely

Said it would be here for 23 past and it carried at 40 past when it got here was stone cold and the McDonald’s is just down the street 0/10

Food was cold hot drink had been put next to a frozen drink and spiled everywhere in the bag

It’s been 3 hours and I still haven’t got it. People shouldn’t be allowed to make money from such shoddy service. Find another different job!

order never arrived i can only assume it was delivered to the wrong address it say my meal was delivered at 2:34 am but never arrived

driver turned up as per usual. juice trail up the stair spilled all over food. absolute disgracefilul service and no reply for a refund

every single item was cold, the fries were awful ,soggy and cold unsalted too. Missing items i,e sauces plus less mozzarella sticks than I paid for. the wraps I ordered were empty and floppy.. the philly cheese steak burger was the best thing but it was also stone cold.. I will not be back. Avoid at all costs if you like hot food and don't own a microwave.

I was sent a spicy chicken burger that I cannot eat instead of the Philly Cheese Stack that I ordered and was not offered a replacement!!!

The drink was delivered with the cup on its side so half the liquid was in the bag then all over the kitchen.

Sprite was spilt all over the bag and went the two mcflurries in the bag leaving them swimming in sprite. What left of the sprite was totally flat. Ordered and paid for full size McFlurry received a mini one. Food was bang average.

chips are cold and stail burgers are cold and stail they arent fresh so thats my last to orders from use that have went straight into bucket and for use to insult me with a £3.oo refund when i spent £20 and no refund for my last order

You are in mcdonald's so you are sacrificing excellence for cost and consistency. Can you say there is service if you order on a screen and pickup at a counter?

A bit disappointed I never received any of the BBQ dips that I ordered, apart from that, the food and delivery was good.

food was still hot including fries, but the large coke was missing something......half the coke.

Apart from the fries being stone cold & no spoon or straw for the ice cream & milkshake all was adequate

My food was stone cold and the drink had spilled all over the bag. This isn’t the first time, and to charge £5 for delivery when the meal was £6.99 is also disappointing. You say you’ll refund £1.75 but it’s not enough.. the meal is not edible and we won’t be ordering again now.

Pass on the way home from work to visit too often but service is getting bad. Last 3 or 4 times I have left the fries because the were served cold. Frequently run out of dips and sauces. Fizzy drinks often flat. KFC is a bit further but we'll worth it.

Delivery driver was lovely and attentive actually calling me. Being disabled thry often just leave before I get to the door or buzzer. Food was usual. Large cappuccino? 😂 half a cup probs same as a regular just in a bigger cup. Always half filled. Don’t bother ordering large all u get is a regular. Always like this. Not a one off. Just sad they charging extra for it

As always in McDonald's, quick fast food for hungry people :) A bit of taste, no climat and busy team.

If your buying more than 2 meals for delivery then your wasting your time. How hard is it to look at what was ordered, and how hard is it to look what’s in the bag before delivering? Buying 4 meals with 1 nuggets share box for the family can’t be that hard. We spent £50 on 4 meals 1 share box and 3 ice creams, after receiving delivery and noticing stuff missing the total loss for food was almost £20. Absolutely ridiculous

The main chicken and beef was very tough like it had been reheated over and over again. I wasn’t happy with this order, being my first order I doubt I will order again.

Burger was packaged upside down and fell out but otherwise fine

The burgers where all over the boxes I had to re construct them when they arrived, like the driver was speeding!

Literally never get what I order and pay for every time there is something missing. Sometimes it’s just an extra couple sauces I’ve paid for but more than once it’s like half the order is missing. Really don’t know how they can be this bad.

Driver went to 3 different addresses and still got it wrong. I am at 3 mins from McDonald’s yet he took a route that was 10-15mins long. Food cold and bag burst open cause juice is all spilt. Shocking service

Several items missing from order. Not the first time this has happened. Staff need to pay proper attention to the customers order & make sure all items that are ordered are put in the bag. Extremely unhappy with service. The only thing that was good with this order was the delivery time was given correctly.

Missing items, shocker. Don't accept orders if you don't have what's been ordered.

As usual the delivery driver takes zero care when delivering the food, I have lost count the amount of times that the drink has spilled all over the bag! DRIVERS TAKE CARE!!!

Neglected place, cold food and soda only half full.

The last 2 times I’ve ordered from here it came freezing cold with missing items, this time I’ve ordered its once again freezing cold and missing my fries, it’s also got pieces of lettuce on the medium fries that I did receive and half the chips are burnt to a crisp, I’ve tried each time to get a partial refund and only one of the times I received one, which was only 3.48 on a 22 pound order, I’m actually stunned on how hard it is for a fast food place to mess up such a simple order considering how quiet the restaurant actually is.

wrong burgers all food was cold...

Ordered at 17.25 it arrived at 19.45. Delivery receipt said 18.00 so it had been sitting almost 2 hours before we received it. Would not order from seafield again!
