Don’t appreciate the driver was being rude how he said about the code for the delivery

I did not receive my hash browns for both meals I ordered

Meals were all cold, chips like cardboard!! Not to mention the main meal had the drink missing which was a Fanta orange! Ordered at 11:35 and didn’t receive until 12:25!! Not impressed! It’s a lot of money for this sort of service!!

Food came cold, had to re warm in microwave for children and myself.

Took about 25 minutes for my food to arrive also it was nice

Order okay. However missing some sauces. Wouldn’t mind that if you didn’t have to pay for them.

i ordered a meal and got sent drinks with no food

Burger missing from a meal, yet again! Large coke literally half empty and the rest all over my carpet as it had tipped over in the bag before been handed over and no straws as usual but atleast they put the sauces in for a change

i paid for dips i didn’t get, my mcspicy had mayo on which i removed because my brother is allergic to it

Took an hour to arrive, Fries arrived cold, drink spilled in bag. One sauce missing, burger looked like it had been kicked around the restaurant before being bagged. Awful

Delivery driver great. Item missing, cold lattes and now they charge for ketchup - but as usual - do not give them you. Honestly - it’s only the bawtry road branch. Any other maccies is great. We are penalised by location with a branch that for years does not care.

Payed for 6 ketchups hot non, food is freezing. Missing items and put lettuce on the mayo chicken when I didn’t ask for it. All the drinks had spilt it was a disaster.orderd a happy meal and mayo chicken with chips and only got the happy meal and mayo chicken!

Horrific service oasis spilt everywhere in bag and in McFlurrys therefor a quarter of a large oasis want my money back

I ordered my food to arrive at 6:10pm and the time kept getting pushed back every ten minutes and it finally arrived at 7pm. The food was absolutely freezing cold by the time it got to me.. and I know McDonalds is only a 4 minute drive to my house. I couldn’t drive as I have a newborn baby so I wasn’t willing to pick up.

Paid for sauces, didn’t receive any, chips missing from meals, no straws for drinks and everything we did receive was cold.

No toilet roll or soap in the ladies bathroom. The empty roll had been taken out but not replaced.

The delivery wasn’t even made. The driver came to the street, parked up with music blaring in the car. Stayed sat in their car and did not make any attempt at all to make the delivery, and I even tipped. I’ll never tip again and further action taken.

Not the drivers fault, it was McDonald’s. Food was cold, hardly any fries, no ice in drink. Waited almost 2 hours for delivery - never again!

Well over an hour after first estimated delivery time. Food was stone cold upon arrival, warmed the burgers up in the microwave and had to throw the fries.

Rubbish parking crammed in like sardines. Food is missed off orders no matter what time it’s ordered at. Wasted money on food when they can’t look why would I ask for sauce for chicken nuggets for dinner when you forgot them that’s the only thing I ordered

i ordered the Minecraft meals, for my son to have the minecraft collectibles and I never recieved any of them.

Great service but items missing again

Called early morning, 5.30am. Pulled upto the order speaker, sat there 5 minutes, drove around to the pay window, eventually staff came to the window and asked if I had ordered, I said no because no one asked!, they apologised. I could see the staff all chatting, no one in the restaurant, not the first time this had happened.

So what this diner does if theu can't keep to times they remove your order from the screen to make there figures look good. Waiting 25 mins for an order.

Deliver food with half of it missing

Absolute joke ordering from here. 2 of the 3 breakfast muffins missing. Pancakes came with saussage (not ordered) so my daughter wouldn't eat them because they were put near meat. Sent a small tea instead of large latte. Don't know how they can mess up so badly.

Everything we ordered was freezing cold to the point the cheese on the cheese burger wasn’t even melted anymore & everything had to be warmed up to be edible & when you’ve spent over £30 I don’t think it’s acceptable

absolutely ridiculous wait time! why take orders if you're too busy! delivery driver was so lovely, so no fault of his, but stop accepting orders or tell customers there's an hour wait!
