McDonald's in Rotherham

Ordered 5 dips and none of them came with my food. Was very disappointed with this

Food = cold = being microwaved for a minute = making food be bad . Start delivering quicker

burger came with paper in the middle of it. like actual receipt paper

Was given the wrong food and had to be refunded to order again with no discount code or vouchers for compensation

Was not delivered. Driver went to wrong house15 mins away and asked for the code. Food never delivered.

Didn’t get all my order and put something on the warp i didn’t ask for

The burgers and milkshake were fine and the burgers was just warm but the chips tasted like they were still in freezer and were cold and stale. No straws to drink either for both drinks. I wish this McDonald’s got a better manager

Delivery time just kept going later

Food was freezing cold had to throw over £47 worth of food away and the restaurant say they can’t do anything about it, always happens at McDonald’s bramley, absolute disgrace sending food out like this

Freezing cold by the time it got here. We wouldn’t have minded waiting as long as we did IF we had hot food. Instead we had hard chips, rubbery fish fingers and burgers which tasted fine but were cold. Had to eat most of it because we were starving and to say we’ve spent £30 on it, it is highly disappointing.

No sauces. No straws and one drink a cola. That restaurant doesn’t like to please customers. The worst one ever - sadly it’s our local one. Other places are much better and care. 1 hour for 2 McMuffin meals. Food ok. Nothing to write home about. £20 for to double sausage McMuffin meals isn’t cheap.

Just eat Drivers need too use some common sense when delivering orders keep in front of car than put food in back off car boot no wonder why food cold if they order food for themselves would they leave their food in the car boot or keep it front of car too keep food warm

Past couple of times food has always been hot and fresh. Much better service than previous years.

Just eats order waited 1 hr for breakfast order which then was cancelled no idea why so made a new order and waited almost 3 hrs . Called the restaurant only to find it had been cancelled over a hr before because the milkshake machine was broken even tho I’m not sure why this affects the whole order . So still no food or refund . The franchise owner should be embarrassed.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Always slow service, just ordered a big mac took it home to realise it has no cheese and gherkins and barely any onions.

Food is always cold because it’s sat in bags in restaurants waiting to be collected so it goes in keep warm bags cold and comes out cold see it with my own eyes when been in McDonald’s. You can’t handle in restaurant orders and drive through so why do delivery service ?

nice temperature they got my order correct probably order again when next got a bear hangover ....didn't have white coffee so got a American coffee and used my own milk so no drama lama

Don’t know what’s happened to the drive thru here but last 3 times i’ve been i’ve been told to park up and wait, only to sit there for 20 minutes plus, then having to go in and ask for my order again. The only reason i come here is to get something fast when im in a rush!

Food was thrown together no bacon on a bacon burger no ketch up or mustard on the kids burgers no pickle cheese was barley on the burger it was all cold so wasnt made fresh was stook in the line up. Mcflurry with 3 smarties in like seriously.

The time of delivery kept changing after it said courier was at the McDonald's so can't say if the delivery was really on time or late based on the time changing alot of the time.

Missing cheese melt dippers and a mayo chicken

There is no sauces provided by the restayrant even when asked for, had many an order missing the sauces that have been ordered and on the recieipt, why can't the restauraunt read the order and get it right? Is it because I'm not there in person?

Delivery time started at 6:30 and kept sliding back by 5 mins until it arrived at gone 7pm. And it was stone cold!! Won’t be bothering with McDonald’s again

The worst McDonald's i know, always having to wait for food and tonight topped it off, used the drive through as its meant to be easier, we ordered one happy meal. Gor told to parkup 25 minutes for one happy meal to be ready, in which I had to go and collect 🫠.. not busy at all 😅 car parks empty and 6 people sat in the restaurant, there more bothered about uber orders 😑.

Over an hour and half for delivery. When I initially spoke to the restaurant they told me my order had been bagged up and was out for delivery. When I phoned again half an hour later I was told my order was still waiting for the driver to collect (I had been lied to originally and my food had been left out for half an hour). This restaurant is absolutely shocking. I have complained before when actually going to the restaurant, staffs attitudes poor, no manners overall shocking!!!!

Ordered spicy chicken meal, chips were cold but the spicey chicken was inedible due to it being extremely over cooked especially around the edges. Worst meal I have ever had from any MC Donald's. Would have returned said rubbish but we had left to eat on the go. No milk, serviettes or sauces offered and no receipt roll in the machine and what was very obvious was the lack of customers, very odd for a MC Donald's....I wonder why!

Cold food, wrong size fries, and typical of this McDonald’s, no sauces included.

we ordered 6 chicken nuggets. however instead of the chicken nuggets we got a plain cheese burger (in a chicken nugget box) with no bread, and it also had 2 bites taken out of it! the cheese had melted everywhere and there was a sticker on the bottom which told us it was a complete different order. I am disgusted!!!!!

Everything that should have been hot was cold. Didn't even bother to send the requested dips for the chicken selects. Poor all round

ordered a meal for myself my partner and my 2 very young children it took 2 hours to arrive and was stone cold only came from a 5 minute drive away absolutely terrible would definitely never recommend ordering from here

Paid for sauces not delivered as always!! Charging me for sauces everytime and never get them in my order. I even popped a note on to say please include. Order also took nearly 2 hours.
