Missing items again this is the second time this has happened

Great place, next to Morrisons, food is hot not warm like some other McDonald’s

Only ordered 4 things and breakfast items at that, and still one item was missing. Lovely start to the day.

One of the worst experiences, waited 20 mins for my order, and when I got home, I realised I was given a McFlurry ice cream, in a cup that was supposed to be a large banana milkshake, not impressed,

I was 3 items missing 3 chicken select 1 cheeseburger and a fries missing.amount £8.48 i ordered the same amount to be delivered as my grandson is sat without his food while his sisters are eating and it as cost me over £14.i request that I have a refund for the £8.48.plus the delivery fee for the 2nd order which delivery as cost me nearly £6 thank you

Absolutely awful, all of it was cold, the chips were like cardboard and the chicken selects were as tough as anything. Disgrace.

Large fries and a cheeseburger missing. Wraps not wrapped and ripped, the fries that come was cold and in bottom of bag. No dips even the ones paid for.

Ordered tonight waited 55 mins for it to be delivered what food came was stone cold items missing absolute rubbish went in the bin never will we be ordering from here again rubbish

Went inside and used the kiosk to take out and had to wait 20 mins l. Finally got my order and left and the order was wrong. Won't be visiting that restaurant again. Quality of the food was okay.

It's a small restaurant compared to other McDonalds. However, seats were dirty and tables sticky. Took ages for order to be delivered to the table.

Why is it so difficult to get an order right? Everytime i order ketchup and does not arrive. Is this is the case it shouldn’t be on the menu.

No chips got delivered with the 2 large meals I ordered plus a extra large fries didn’t come with the order neither did my McFlurry which ruined the meal

It's a typical McDonalds. Food is average service slow and delivery services seem to have taken over. Used to like their breakfasts but no longer do bagels and and Greggs bacon sandwich is better. It is what it is but not what it used to be

The order was put back 6 times. Said the courier was at the restaurant and was waiting for food to be made. Order turns up and it’s freezing cold! How is that possible if it’s just been made. I would like a full refund!!

It took nearly 2 hours to deliver the food. We only received 3 items of our order, 4 items were missing and food was poorly put together and cold.

The store couldn’t read an order if they tried. No burgers mozzarella sticks or chicken nuggets. How do you kiss a whole bag of food!!! It’s always the same from the Bramley store. When I told the driver all he said was not my problem I only drive. Definitely no tip given!!! .

We visited on 16th March, and placed a three item order. Lovely staff at the first window, then picking up our order at window 2 we were greeted by a girl who was clearly having a bad day. We asked for 4 sauces, and the girl rolling her eyes looked at her system and stated “What, 4 sauces for a 3 item order?” We replied “Yes please is that alright?” She defensively said “There’s no need to be rude, that’s just excessive”. I asked for the girls name as she weren’t wearing her name badge, as I’ve never spoken with a more weird, in your face jobsworth in my time. Awesome service Taylor, keep up the good spirit and work ethic in your career at McDonald’s in Bramley 👍🏼

Extra patty was missing even though it was stated on the lid, plus the syrup was missing leaving the whole thing inedible

Drive thru never has anything ready but somehow it is always cold when you do get your order. I have found that if you go expecting a certain level of incompetence you won't be as disappointed

Been here twice must be 15mins to get severed then I got a frappe instead of a latte this ain't fast food no more 🤣

Food cold, fries undercooked, coffee like warm milk, Very disappointed, will not use this restaurant again Well thought I would give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt and try them again But yet again very disappointed, again food was cold, fries undercooked again, ordered a medium meal deal, feel people are getting very short changed as the amount of fries for a medium meal was no larger than a small bag you get in a happy meal and the burger looked like it had been stamped on Very poor restaurant and definitely not value for money Shame because this used to be a good restaurant

Worst McDonald’s ever. Spend £30 for cold food and hard chips. The staff must be incentivised to get orders wrong and include zero sauces on a 4 burger and 2 fries order. Don’t bother complaining to the store. I had a previous issue and was told to go to store. When I got there - the manager could not even be bothered to talk to me, he sent one of his staff out to say nothing can be done - which was a joke as I emailed customer service d and they sorted it. 2 months later - still dreadful.

Literally the worst McDonalds going. Doesn't matter if they're not even busy, you're still made to sit waiting in the car park for 10 minutes. Chips always undercooked and soggy and it's rare they remember everything- especially sauces. Recommend going to one 5 mins away 👌

It was a life saver lol. I broke down on the M18 it was going to be a while before breakdown came. So walked there and had a coffe while car could be recovered. I was so glad it was there.

It’s always the same issue - not putting the sauces in the delivery 🤦‍♀️ it’s even on the receipt why do the staff never put them in!??

Quick and satisfactory service for a car park pick up, even remembered to put the sauce for the nuggets in the bag and a straw for the milkshake!

Was good but forgot sauces somehow , even though I added them separately after. As I wanted to make sure they seen the request for sauces. Somehow got a straw though. Almost got it right. Everytime forgets something

Just to echo all the other recent reviews. This place has declined significantly in the last 18 months. Do not use the drive through as they will always make you park up and you will be waiting beyond 20 minutes for what is often Luke warm food and that is if you are lucky , as on several occasion you won’t receive your food and will have to return inside for them to recover your order. It can only be described as total chaos inside. Delivery/orders drivers will be given priority and that is probably where is all starts going wrong. I feel sorry for the front line staff, but clearly the management are incompetent and incapable making the necessary changes. Sadly this has been going on for too long, but this week was the final straw.

Usual fare. I ordered a chicken wrap with chilli sauce. Sauce at one end & chicken& cucumber at the other. Yes delivered with no milk. I would suggest more training is required in& out of the kitchen. The ladies clearing the tables were extremely efficient & helpful by contrast though. Give those middle aged women more of a management role here & the sky would be the limit.

Food did not match what I ordered. Ordered a plain cheese burger to have it come with all the sauces and pickles on which I don’t like so had to throw away in the bin. Also ordered a Mars McFlurry which was just vanilla ice cream. Very disappointing.

Said wouldn’t go there again but I did. Mistake!!!!. If want to get a coffee to go, order it to be delivered and have it delivered to the car park. I watched all the deliveries being ordered and mine going further down the list. All I wanted was a COFFEE!!!’ It will be quicker than the 15mins I waited and then left. Maybe the kids should stop squabbling with each other and think about customers.

Went here today took well over 15 mins for food to arrive. This used to be a good store but it seems like nobody cares now.

chips and nuggets were cold.I have ordered a few times in the past and the meal is only ever just warm, never hot.But on this occasion they were stone cold !! I won't be ordering again for delivery I'm afraid!!
