Seriously can’t get enough off this place the husband is addicted to the chicken strip wrap with donner meat and I love there “all star big stack burger” oh my god if you not tried it you need too well worth the money

Never had a bad meal. Always happy to help and the prices are very reasonable.

Ordered chips ,cheese and mayo also all star big stack burger the chips was freezing cold and there was the tiniest of cheese I’ve ever seen , the burger was like mush 🤮and to top of off when we rang up to explain the owner didn’t give a care and just made up excuses very disappointing won’t be ordering again

Placed A order for delivery was told 45mins arrived within 30min , hands down Best Donner Kebab In Town , nice & fresh , nan bread was Soft and fluffy. Kids really enjoyed there meals - nuggets and chips. Best thing about it is you can get your groceries and Booze.

Just been for first time to get a kebab from jackos in Rotherham and oh wow got to be one off best around also even got some bit from shop and found out they deliver for shop too can’t believe you can order food fags and booze can’t believe it 5star rating for food hygiene too

Order over the phone for collection arrived after 5mins Food was ready waiting , very hot and Nice. Chips nice and crispy, burger was evenly balanced soft and tasty.

Placed an order on 21st October - phone order for collection , Was told 10mins for my order be ready. Arrived food was Piping hot and Ready , The Gentleman on the Counter I know personally, very nice polite guy , staff all looking sharp with there Uniforms. Desi Chicken Bhuna was the Best thing tasted full off flavour and Spice , garlic nans where nice and fluffy. Overall 10*s if I could , Will definitely be coming Back.

As always got nothing bad to say about this place, nice and clean inside, you can see how your food is being handled. The staff there are really friendly. If you want a nice takeaway that won't bankrupt you here you go

Placed an order last night wad told 30mins to 45 mins but one hour n 10mins later still no food so rang up the man on the phone was very rude told me he was on my road 10 mins after no food so I rang again and the man on the phone was rude again and hung up on me the food came was cold and the bags were wet with the food in ill never order from there again awful service

Food was really late and was missing an item its not on

I ordered food from jackos for the 1st time and really enjoyed it a desi chicken biryani and got to say it was outstanding. The person on the counter was very polite and helpful and introduced me to things I have never tried before. I recommend this as a top takeaway in Rotherham.

Deliver was very quick within half an hour of ordering it was here, which was great but not when you open the food to it being stone cold, couldn’t work it out how they managed that. Forgotten items but from the taste of the “edible” food which wasn’t much, it wasn’t worth phoning up for the missing items to be delivered the only decent thing was the salad on burger. Pretty expensive for the lack of food and quality too. I don’t do reviews but it was a must for this one. Won’t be using again.

The food is disgusting! Ordered what I thought was a hot kebabwith ketchup and mayo and received a cold not even warm pitta bread with kebab meat that wasn't fit for the dog and the sauce was awful took 1 bite and threw it away! Avoid this place like the plague if you can!

Looks clean and decent, food tasted of good quality. It's definitely one of the better Saturday night takeaway places!

Called to this takeaway and to be honest I’m not impressed, the keema nan didn’t have any meant in it from what I could tell, I ordered pilau rice and got what looked like boiled rice. And the karma was wasnt any thing to shout about overall not impressed, I call from time to time and from what I can remember It wasn’t this bad last time so safe to say I won’t be calling in again unfortunately.

I'm fussy with food, we've ordered on and off for years. Lately the currys have been excellent not sure if they have a new chef. Enjoyed our food just maybe add a little more flavour/spice to the wedges.

Fast delivery and good quality food and portion sizes recently improved loads from what it used to be like in my opinion

The food quality is worst. Plus some prices are way too high for their portion size. The staff will pour the sauces on top of your food without even asking, make it very unpleasant but just to save them few pennies on their sauce tubs. Not recommended at all.

I drive past Jacko's more a less everyday never expected food to be so good, definitely worth 5 star, certainly recommend this place to anyone who loves good food, large choice of menu certainly something for everyone. Will be recommending this place to all family and friend's.

I was absolutely disgusted with the phone operator I did my order online and he was sympathetic at all when our order took 1 and half hours later, hung up on the phone when I just asked where our order was and just kept saying your order is out and I'm in a box with black windows so I cant see where they are

Hi , I placed and Order on 1st of March 2024 - I Had a £50 order , Pizzas , starters and Curry’s. I was told 20 mins for my order to be ready , I arrived after 25mins and my pizza was ready but not my curry I was told 10 mins as my Curry wasn’t ready yet. I waited Another 15mins and it was ready. The shocking part is the chef who Made my curry Was Picking His nose constantly, and Playing about on his mobile phone , Kept Shouting at other Staff members. I went home And tasted my pizza it was like eating Cardboard, Base was Really hard and Smelt Funny and also found a Plastic Piece inside my pizza. I was put off my curry due to the chef Having his fingers in his nose. But The Shami Kebabs Were the Star of the Night. If The Manager is reading this Review, Please Make appropriate changes as I loved this establishment and it really has took a toll. Micheal.

We called and asked for take out and ordered a few pizzas and we requested my pizza and we had to repeat it a few times so around an hour later they all came but my pizza was missing. So we called back and as we was in the middle of talking to the person who answers the phone he hung up. We tried calling back but he didn’t awnser we tried 2 times. So we finally called on another phone and he did Awnser this time but he was embarrassed when he heard our voices and we ended up getting that pizza but it was so rude and he was horrible on the phone. The food was nice and the person who delivers the pizza were but the guy on the phone is horrible and when we called and he heard our voice he started taking other orders. He was so rude. We won’t be ordering again unless someone else awnsers the phone.

my food was cold when it had arrived, it was stale as though it was sat there for ages. My cheesy chips was though someone had threw a block of cheese on there and let it marinate. I was starving and didn’t get to eat either of my items that I had bought. Disgusting. Will not be ordering again.

Absolutely terrible took my money and let me order for me and my pregnant girlfriend to say our order was delivered 20 minutes later even after verbal confirmation they would send the order they didn’t and still charged us! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR

Food was absolutely lovely and fresh, arrived earlier too. The only issue was that we were sent a 1.5L coke bottle instead of 2L that I had chosen, there’s a bit of price difference. Regardless, I would definitely order again.

Awful takeaway and pig ignorant staff. AVOID!!! We tried ordering on there own website the money had gone out but on the screen it was saying it was waiting to be accepted by the takeaway we waited for 15 minutes until I rang them, The guy on the phone was not interested at all and just told me to wait another 5 minutes so we did and rang back again it was another guy who answered who was slightly more polite but didn't know what to do but the bloke that originally answered the phone told him to tell us to try again in in 5 minutes .and within a couple of minutes it said the takeaway has cancelled your order and the money will return to your bank within 5 working days the bill was 56 pound and we are still waiting and I don't think we will be getting it back either.

I use jackos for years and have never been un happy about the delivery time or food but today it was late by 20 mins from latest time just eat said it would reach me by and everything was cold ! And what’s going off with chips ur chips was the best thing but today they was pail soggy mess am truly disappointed by today and my order isn’t a small one it’s £60 touch every time 😔

Jacko cooks my food how I like it. Always have a laugh in there with the owners. Billy is top man but the young lad behind the counter is the hardest worker by far reyt lad. Lovely food always hot and fresh food. Only takeaway place I like as portions are big. We'll done keep it up!!!

Rice was all clumped together and cold was half a portion of wedges and pizza was cold

Went in for the First time after hearing many good things from relatives , The staff is Very friendly and Mannered , Good Catching up with an Old School Friend Billy. The Vibes and Atmosphere were Nice. They Had My Favourite song Playing - Sun is Shining - Bob Marley. Haha Had such a Good laugh watching the Young lad Pack orders as he was singing along. Thank you.

Wrap was ripped with a couple of pieces of chicken, had to return it but was told that they didn’t believe me. Offered photographic evidence but agreed to collect instead. The Asian special calzone again had barely any chicken and very tomatoey. I’ve ordered from Jackos before many times and the food was always on point. Hugely disappointed

Usually love my curry from here don't know if they changed chef ordered a lamb roghan josh but that hot tastes more like a vindaloo couldn't eat it so disappointed 😔

Well, I can't say what my food was like because I didn't even receive it. By the time I went to enquire about it being late, they were closed. Filed a complaint with Just Eat any way. Don't accept an order if you're not going to fulfill it.

If it was possible to give zero stars it would be given, happened multiple times when ordering food or items from here. They send out incorrect or missing items. Rude when you call up to get your order corrected. At all times stay away from this shop and business

Phoned store and its how they're sent out it's not a hotel. I mean how rude. Won't be ordering again. Sent feedback to food standards agency. Disgraceful service you just lost a weekly order.
