McDonald's in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Driver rang to try and find us despite having the address didn’t arrive for another 10+minutes so the food was freezing cold! Plus half of the bread was missing absolutely terrible!

Went for a 1/4 pound cheeseburger and medium fries at 8.30pm on a Saturday. Got parked up, eventually got my food, ish. Had to go back in as only a half portion of fries, got home and the burger was as dry as you like. I didn't see anyone going through the drive through without having to park up, not impressed. Avoid this one as not well run.

Sure, here’s a very harsh and direct version of your comment: Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff towards delivery drivers. At around 8:15 to 8:45, not a single member of staff was packing orders—even though the food was ready—because they were too busy messing around and having a laugh with each other. When approached, one of them had the audacity to say, “I have enough orders to pack,” with a rude attitude, completely dismissing the drivers who were just trying to do their job. If any manager actually cares about the reputation of this place, check the CCTV footage from that time. The way your Uber staff treat delivery drivers is utterly unacceptable and shameful. Do better.

I would like to leave this complaint as this really does outline how poor McDonalds service really is. So the other day I had an order with 4 meals on a breakfast now when I got home none of the hash browns were there. I called and they said on the phone no worries but I told them I was not local and they said okay next time your around here use x code and have any meal on us in which I accepted given nothing further could be done. I today went to McDonald’s to get this and I got to the window and had to wait for a fair few minutes, now given this was free I thought well it’s worth the wait anyways I told them what happened and the manager said just know, this would only be for the breakfast menu. I did say to the person on the phone about how I do not come over to this area often and definitely not early enough again for the breakfast and she said well it has to be and said okay on this occasion I’ll do you the meal but just an fyi going forward anyways the meal I wanted was the Philly cheese and I was told this cannot be used and I didn’t want anything else and then after all this hassle of waiting and being patient to be told I can’t even have this and now I had to pay for said meal as I didn’t want anything else. Then to make matters worse I went to the next window and was not greeted, spoke to or anything silence they pushed me the food and drink I asked for sauce and still nothing not even a here you go. So from this it is something I have considered if needs raising further but is it worth it.

The lid on my mini chocolate milkshake wasn’t on properly and led to some spillage. I requested no gherkins on the hamburger happy meal and the extra small fries were not in with the delivered order package.

i got the wrong drink but its okay it was such a good meal and the delivery driver was nice!

Cold food, not the drivers fault, waited way over an hour when original delivery time was 15 minutes. We did an alternative dinner at home.
