My disabled child and I were in here he needed to use the toilet the door was locked by staff. Nobody else to lazy to clean it everyday by what I noticed, went to the counter to try and ask them to open it. They took that long and still never ended up opening it that my disabled son wet himself, staff or miserable and Inconsiderate managers think they own the franchise bullying bossing other staff around avoid

Missing items, food burnt, only half of one drink, and the other was meant to be hot chocolate, but was like warm water. Won't be returning

Go here most Mondays for the McDonald's Monday, really good value.

Printer in automated ordering system is always out of paper and service can be very slow during peak hours.

We waited 2 hours before calling the restaurant to be told they stopped taking delivery orders at 2am. That's fair enough, but it shouldn't have mattered since we placed our order at 1:20am.. The Just Eat app also updates you on the progress of your food and showed that they had accepted the order when we made it but hadn't started preparing it. The estimated arrival time kept changing and ended up at 3am when we called the restaurant. They told us they'd sent the order with a driver already and to contact Just Eat for a refund.

absolutely shocking. chips were rock hard and stone cold. burger was full of grease. got a strawberry milkshake, came out like water. asked for another, exactly same, 3 times that happened. final time it was half chocolate. went to tell them and some woman said ‘there’s nothing we can do about that’ yes you can. sort ur machine out. do not come here. so rude

Visited today first time. With G child's. Welcome greeting from young lady, Who took my food order in a polite & friendly manner. We enjoyed everything about the visit. Will return.

It wasn't the worse one I've been to. We were missing part of the order and were asking to park up for quite a long time. The chips were cold therefore inedible and there was ice in the drinks despite requesting none. They did remove the onions on the burgers as requested though.

I wanted a quick bite to eat and nipped in Maccies, after waiting 25 mins for food, I then had to go into the shop and wade past all of the just eat people waiting to ask for my meal to be replaced, no apology, no service & overall a shocking experience.. I won't be returning...

Always get delivery orders wrong, always forget sauces, go in to complain and they look at you like you’re the problem. Never had a good experience from this one, shame its the one that has to deliver to us.

Should win awards for the slowest fast food place ever, order off the apps and either drive thru or click and collect in the parking space, pretty much guaranteed a 20-30 min wait even if you just order 1 item, then its usually cold by the time they bring it out

The gents toilets were scruffy. Tissue on the floor, the floor obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time and neither had the wash basins. Not up to standard at all.

Drive through, take out cold most o the time, probs the worst placed mc donalds ever. Delivery drivers take all the parking spaces as well as park by the exit blocking the road view when trying to leave The delivery drivers seem to get priority over customers, I've waited on average 30 mins after ordering. And always cold after pick up.

Pulled up to the drive-through and was told to pull up and wait. There were no spaces in the waiting bay, which was full of delivery drivers. I waited for 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 15 minutes. Finally, I shouted to someone who didn't even know what I was waiting for. She went inside to check on my order. Five minutes later, she came out and delivered food to other cars. I asked again where my food was, and they replied that I was put into a queue. I said, "What? We've been here for 25 minutes!" I got an attitude from another worker because I just wanted my food. Then, they finally brought it out, and it was wrong. So, yes, I waited 25 minutes for my order from a drive-through. MACDONALDS CHESTERTON YOU ALL NEED TRAINING

I was the only customer waiting in the restaurant . I waited about 15 minutes after ordering and my food and coffee was still cold . Very poor service

Ordered via the app, watched my order number go to "please collect" but nobody called out the order - waited as this has happened before. After 5 minutes asked where my order was and it was on the shelf with the deliveries. Not happy as the chips were cold and all the dips were missing. Got home to find 2 of the burgers ordered weren't in and no straws for drinks either. Very poor, not even that busy.

Absolutely appalling, ordered online at 8.00, arrived at restaurant at 8.10 and am still waiting for our food 25 minutes later. How long will I have to wait?

To be fair this is a review of many experiances at dimsdale mc donalds from eating in to drive through to delivery but tonight absolutley took rhe biscuit. If you have a drive through your order is never complete they allways miss bits and its allways cold. They allways leave before you have chance to check it . On some occasions (yes more than one!) They have given our food to outher people whilst weve been waiting and said that we have had it. Allways over 25 minute wait. This eavening we had a £70 order arrive through deliverroo the driver was wonderful however mcdonalds dimsdale wolstant being the crap restaurant that they are did not send any food. Just drinks . And refused to answer the phone. Thanks for nothing honestly the worst mc donalds that you can go to in staffordshire . Actually they do have one wonderful member of staff mkenzie who is allways loverly and has a smile. I hope he makes it out of there and gets a job that appreciates him

Absolutely awful drive through, always get the order wrong, the staff are rude , not willing to apologise. Even through they mess up, I would rather travel the two miles extra than go to this one. AVOID

Went to collect a meal for 2 adults and 3 kids, and I was waiting over an hour for the food. I went in to ask if it was ready and they had lost the order. Once I finally got the food, there were items missing from the order, so I had to wait again, and by the time we got around to eating the food, it was stone cold.

Ordered breakfast on the app before 11am and paid but when we went to collect they said they can’t give it to us as it’s now gone past 11am and that they have got to cancel the order so they already took our order and let us pay but wouldn’t do the food. Absolutely ridiculous

Was left sat in car for 20 mins waiting on fries. 20 mins to cook fries really? You could peel and cook real potatoes in that time. It was 9pm in the evening not exactly rush hour! When they gave us our order finally we didn't get even so much as an apology. Everything McDonald's has done over the years to build it's brand and reputation is just dwindling away and they seem not to care in the slightest. This poor service is starting to become customery at most branches nowadays. They'll end up like Little Chef if they don't start bucking up their ideas.

Absolutely joke waited 17 mins for food an it still wasn’t right then waited another 4 mins an more or less threw food at you an walk off .. staff too young no customer service skills an the app is crap .. we all know McDonalds is bad at best of times but this was another level

We haven't tried the food but very disappointed with coffees. We like McDonald's coffee but really surprised at the lower volume of cups. I've been ordering the same coffee for months and at this location the volume of the drink was like 70,80 percent of the usual size. We returned the cappuccino asking to top it up to normal size but that's what we got, and I took the photo straight after lifting the lid. I know employees have to follow the rules so just a word to the management. If you think you can charge the same price for less amount and think the customers will somehow not notice that, well I guess we did.

I cannot be the only one who gets ripped off when I go to either Chesterton or Trent Vale. I decided to not use Trent Vale this evening as i was tired of them getting the order wrong. Have the staff now moved to Chesterton? I assume nobody tastes the Drinks from the machine either periodically because there is no way they would be happy with how they taste.

Since All Mc donalds took on Deliveries with deliveroo and others its gone down hill food missing and customers dont get serve quick

Every time we go to this macdonalds we have a issue not complained before, but enough now food was cold chips missing we had to wait for food aswell so why was it cold had to order a takeaway, from somewhere else and we only live down the road been ringing for ages no one answering phone

Staff were rude. Food was genuinely the worst we have ever had from a McDonald’s. There was no salad or sauce on the McSpicy Chicken sandwich and the chicken itself was dry. The fries were not good. The Big Mac was passable but messy. Only thing good was the nuggets. The coke mix was off, more water than anything and less in one cup than the other. No napkins offered or given. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was the second time we have received less than satisfactory service. Avoid this particular branch, you’ll be disappointed spending your hard earned money.

I wasn't in the stoke area for 6 months, but consistently they always miss sauces. I don't understand it, must be intentional, anyway no BBQ or anything with 9 nuggets - again after half a year away

Awful McDonald's. I have never posted a McDonald's review before but I've had a few issues with the Chesterton one before. They always get my order wrong. I'm a veggie and I've been given a sausage & egg muffin on a couple of occasions. My daughter has a plain mcplant burger and been given a mcplant with everything on it, we had to wait ages for them to get another one. I've always given them the benefit of the doubt but this occasion was just the last straw. I ordered on Just Eat as I wasn't feeling well and not up to cooking. I ordered a medium plain Mcplant meal for meal for my daughter and a large Mcplant meal for me (without mustard, pickles or sandwich sauce). The food arrived and I checked it while the delivery guy was there (there was once a time when all our drinks were missing and another where both the Mcplants were missing too). The chips were not cooked properly, pale soft and drooping. I had the same amount of chips in my large as my daughters medium. I also got pickles (gherkins 🤢🤮) on the patty instead of tomatoes, when it said on the box "no pickles". I couldn't be bothered to ring Just Eat only to be passed to the restaurant, only for them to pass me back to just eat (this happened when I phoned to complain previously). I won't be using them again.

Typical mcd's average quality. Fries cold. Burger looked like it had been thrown together without any care. Even the free birthday donut didnt improve the mesl. Really dont know why we keep giving mcd's a chance as its always a disappointment

Hardly any space in the restaurant, me and my friend ordered 2 triple plain cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries and it took a while before we got the meal without the fries and then when we asked the lady there was very reluctant to helping us out and I'd much rather go to a different McDonalds location overall really not great and requires improvement

We had lunch of quarter pounder with cheese meals with coffee and strawberry shake. The food was good, the restaurant was busy but not so busy we couldn't find a table. We ordered on the app and it took longer than expected to get our food but overall a good visit.

The deliverer brought a bag soaking with Coke. My doormat was soaked by Coke and my daughter was fed up with a nearly empty of dring cup. It was a horrible experience.

Switched from Uber to just eat after becoming slowly dissatisfied with their poor service. This was the best order I’ve had in a while! Food came steaming hot and was complimented with a free drink + fries for the wait! Cannot get any better service than that! Will definetly be using just eat from now on

Ordered two sausage n egg mcmuffins around 9.45. Had to pull up. Waited 45 minutes to watch people behind get served first. Finally got home and received two egg mcmuffins. Beyond fuming. They just employ incompetent teenagers who can't be arsed.

This was not a positive experience and never is when i order with McDonald’s. Firstly the delivery time kept changing and secondly i did not receive 4 parts of my order. 3 large fries and a cheeseburger were missing from the order.

I love a maccies however I would rather eat my own shoes than return to this particular establishment. I took my daughter and grandson for a 'quick lunch' as it was a Sunday and we had much to do before the shops shut. Forgive me if I'm mistaken, but I honestly thought there was a clue in the term 'fast food'. Apparently so as I waited at least 20 minutes, probably more like 30 at the counter for my order. I didn't time it but I saw much while waiting so 20 minutes is seriously conservative. The preparing staff seemed extremely busy, after all there were so many delivery drivers for ubereats, justeat and the like for them to satisfy. It appears that if you take the trouble to actually go to the restaurant then you are expected to wait as long for your order as the folks enjoying a boxset in the comfort of their own homes! Anyway, back to the staff. Apart from one delightful young lady, I have no complaint with them personally. It will be a cold day in Hades before this particular girl will be earning her employee of the month star I can assure you. On at least half a dozen occasions I was shocked to see that customers were obliged to return to the counter due to incorrect orders. Without exception all the customers were polite and patient about the error. Whoever had decided to put Miss Personality on the counter was seriously mistaken! Even without sorting mistakes she was surly, sloppy and rude. She served like she was dragging herself through molasses. She sooooo did not want to be there. Anyway, to cut a long story short my order, when eventually received was, yes you guessed it, wrong. Maybe it was my frustration getting the better of me but I decided I would not be joining the ranks of the lovely folks full of patience and understanding. I politely but firmly complained. I told her I'd observed her attitude, the number of previous errors and that I found it wholly unacceptable. She corrected the error but with no change of appalling attitude. I thought I did catch her telling me what their beef burgers were made from, but when I turned back to ask her to repeat what she had said, I had apparently misheard. Maybe I need a hearing test? You have been warned!
