McDonald's in Rochdale

I have never actually been given food at the drive through. The least fast food ever.

Thank you to the staff at sandbrook McDonald's, especially to summer, who went above & beyond to help us.

Clean McDonald's, play area is small but a great addition as this isn't in all McDonald's. Drive thru much slower service than going in.

You well not get your mine craft toys if ordered for delivery and they always fail to answer the phone

Haven't had a big Mac for years, still as good as I remember, fast service

Went through the drive through. Mid morning for breakfast. Ordered through the app and collected. No issues. No problems.

Coffee half full (got a replacement). Meal just warm , advise staff you'll refuse meal if not hot.😖

Was very busy but the staff was more focused on the online drivers then the ones in store

They took way too long we was sat in the car park for 40 minutes ,chips not seasoned and no salt!You go to McDonalds for a treat but this time it wasn’t. 1 star. *SHIT*

Every single time I’ve ordered from here there are missing items. No sauces this time as ordered. It’s not rocket science to read an order. Last time I use this McDonalds. Staff obviously haven’t got a clue

Tables dirty, food really greasy- couldn't eat it. It was dripping in grease. Bins inside overflowing. Smelly toilets.

This is a reoccurring issue from this store they must be employing some sort of idiots coz everytime i order from here i am missing am item even when i go into the store my foods wrong this has to be the worst maccies i have ever been to clearly need a redo in staff coz whatever they got going right now aint doing their jobs right

Found a tapeworn in my food and was told that I will not be ablw to get my money back

The 24hr open it says , went to return an burger that was drenched in sauce. I was unable to eat and enjoy my the 2 bites I managed to eat was very difficult. I took it back due to the time, they said we are closing 0215am they rather laugh and joke about it also commentson my leeds hat???. The suggestion was to bring it back tomorrow when they are open? I live over 136miles away. They didn't make any effort to resolve this, I'm left still hungry and out pocket. 😑😒😐

Disgraceful customer service. Very rude staff who gang up. There's a rotten culture of offensive behaviour amongst the staff and I suspect it goes the management too.

The food was delivered cold, the sauces ordered were missing, the food was tasteless and the meat in the burgers was burnt.

Order on ubereats quite a bit and they always get the order wrong with missing items and Uber always blame them. Always when I go to drive through it’s not a drive through they make you wait in the car park lmaooo

Had to wait again no customer service never again

The drive-thru is closed at around 4 : 20sam everyday for half an hour. Very annoying as this is supposed to be a 24-hour service. Visited in February 2022. No salt no napkins and the plant burger was cold. Terrible service! Located in Sandbrook park in Rochdale at the end of the A627M. Lots of parking spaces with a fast and efficient drive thru. Great staff that are happy to help. Staff are constantly cleaning floors, tables and chairs. Excellent veggie burger and large fries. Clean toilets. Thank you Ronald!

Im uber driver and found cery lazy service , they dont want to serve uber drivers at all, very insulting behaviour and always missing orders

I want to give 0 star but there is no 0 star option specially for service. Night staff is sooooo lazy ,they don't want to attend uber drivers at all, so many complaints by customers that wrong order in their mesl bags. Rude to attend. Tonight 23rd of December one young guy with golden hairs had very insulting behaviour with all. mcdonsld managent should have to keep eye at their branches.

Ordered McDelivery, there’s always items missing and you have to go through hoops to get a refund. Also, I tried pancakes for the first time and there was no syrup??? They were extremely boring.

Had to wait over 15mins at least 10 orders for delivery waiting for over 20mins so the customer's who have ordered will be getting cold food.

Food cold even though it's 5 minutes away. No salad on big mac. Need to learn how to keep customers happy as the reviews I have been reading are very negative. Will not be ordering from sandbrook mcdonalds again.

The serious problem is that they are very slow to dispatch orders, which leaves customers a little irritated with the wait

Early morning long time waiting.

Decided to have the table service this time while others in party waited at counter, they had almost finished there's before ours arrived and the chips were cold.

Fries were nasty..fillet was average

Ordered a mccrispy, got back to the car, box was crispy box, bun was..... chicken was a mchicken sandwich chicken slice! Idiots!

Another trip to our local Macdonalds for an evening meal treat. Can't fault anything as food and service top notch.

Wrong food on delivery missing parts to the food and expensive.

Don't often eat late, but on emergency call out work missed tea, so grab something quick. Used the drive-through about 4 vehicles in front of me, so extra numbers 9 pm food will hopefully need cooking fresh. Got to front in about 5 minutes, then had to wait for 15 minutes for only a basic order, double cheese burger, large fries, and medium coke. Had to drive off after collection and asked for a salt sachet. "Sorry all out of salt, got pepper?" NO SALT! Cheeseburger was cold, and some mad person had gone crazy with the ketchup. I don't know why I went to this store, always been poor. My advice is to look at your order before driving off and complain if it's bad....won't be getting a revisit.

The staff don't even look you in the eye, serve you cold food and ALWAYS forget to put the sauce you have ordered and paid for in the bag with food. Don't go to this Maccies, drive 20mins to the Kingsway branch, it's much better.

Same as all other McDonald's but gets busy at weekends

Had a bit of a wait. Said it was ready for collection but waited 5 minutes for it to be brought out.

Terrible service for click and collect!! Went in after 15 minutes for them shouting at one another about why my order was just left on the side! Yay to a soggy breakfast wrap, cheers guys!

I've only ever got what I expected here.

Chips were poor, Happy Meal missing from my order. Needed cleaning as people left. People were waiting to be seated. And then began cleaning the tables down for themselves. Ice cream machine wasn’t working.

Drive Through ….Take a good book and a picnic if you plan going through the drive through. You will be there forever! Literally the most ridiculously long waits I’ve had at any McDonald’s anywhere in the UK. It’s not just a one off, it’s been several times at various times of day. I avoid this place as you have no idea it will take to get through

Takeaway drivers get preference over everybody else and add the staff that like to walk around and chat makes for a slow visit and to make matters worse when you are being served the lethargy would give a sloth a run for its money.

I order on my app and pickup. I've ordered for delivery and there's always summat missing from my order. I prefer burger king tbh, but staff there are just .... and we don't have one in rochdale I wouldn't eat in as its just not accommodating for adults. It's not my vibe. Order, pickup and go

It's a macdonalds it does what it is supposed to. 1. It was clean 2 toilets were clean 3. Food was hot 4. Drinks were hot latte

Place is manky, cleaner was cleaning the same spot for the duration of the time I was there, every table covered in empty and used food packages. Food wrappers, food and drinks on the floor pretty disgusting. Even a worker slipped on the crap on the floor, knocked over a finished drink on the table and just left it there. Full of flies too.

they prioritise with food delivery and leave in-house customers until last

Very poor service even tho the place was empty apart from the mess that no body seemed to be cleaning away the rubbish that the lazy customers could be bothered to put in the bin. The chips were cold as was the chicken in the wrap of the day. Usually this isn't a bad place to get items from but on this occasion it was very sub standard.

I literally do not have the energy to type about the facard I have just had to endure due to the extreem lack of attention from staff at this branch. 9/10 visits our order is wrong!

Went to the drive through. The person giving out the food had no idea who had ordered what. Not many cars in the queue but she gave the car in front ghd wrong order and they had to park up whilst it was sorted. She then asked me what my order was and gave me the order she had given them. When I challenged her another girl said ours wasn't that one but a fresh one. Ours wasn't fresh, it was cold and disgusting. I'd 2 young children in the car and couldn't go in for fresh food. Wouldn't recommend 2 anyone

If you’re going for a late night drive thru maccies take my advice - go in! Everytime I’ve used the night drive thru, you’re waiting 20-30mins but ordering inside is so much faster. Heed my words.

Getting too expensive for substandard food

Refused to make my coffee in an eco friendly cup. The second person who I spoke to said he would and then I saw him pour it from a paper cup into mine. So bad for the environment

Just drove 3 miles was i a hurry got told we are not serving at the moment. no explanation was given. How's it 24 hours.

No separate entrance for deliveroo and just eat. Atmosphere is spoiled because of it. Everyone is waiting, waiting times seem longer. Looks like families aren't the main focus of this particular McDonalds.

It was very busy, it was chaos, and not organised. Update 6th September 2024, used drive through to pick up food, we got out drinks and was told to park up, 20 minutes later our food finally arrived. DO NOT USE THIS MCDONALDS

Ordered via Uber Eats. Delivery took a while but can be expected early Sunday morning. Food arrived and was stone cold, Coke was not fizzy and ice was melted completely, McCrispy was rock hard and essentially burnt - cracked when I attempted to bite into it and chicken inside was bone dry. Fish fillet was freezing cold like it had been defrosted and put on to a burger bun. To top it off, no dips provided with the chicken share box. Only refunded £8 for a meal that cost over £30. I’ve had some bad experiences with McDonalds but this has completely put me off it for good. Absolutely vile. If this was any small business, it’d be shut down. Should be ashamed.

Prices are rocketing and it's not really 'fast' food anymore too. I find myself going to McDonalds less and less these days.

Absolutely rubbish, waited 35 minutes for food and when it came was cold there's a queue of about 30 people all complaining.

Used the drive thru and when I got home half of the order was missing and there phone is constantly engaged. Not the first time!! Possibly the worst McDonald’s in the uk!!!!

Recieved our delivery that was 28 quid for 2 big mac meals with milkshake and 2 mc flurries. Ha 1 milk shake missing. The mc flurries were in a box for the large ones but inside such a tiny amount of mc flurry. DISAPOPOINTED AND FEELING RIPPED OFF. uber driver was lovely though. Oh and don't bother ringing them on the number on their receipt because they don't answer.

We ordered on the app. The app said he delivered the food. He didn’t. Rang macdonalds main phone. No help. Rang Uber no help. We went to macdonalds and a lovely man called Bailey sorted it straight away. He could see we didn’t receive our food. He sorted straight away. Lovely young man.

Too arrogant to think they deserve at least 1 star. Ordered a delivery and as usual there is an item missing and they pass the buck to Uber Eats Indian call centre who don’t have the option of having it delivered again. The phone number for the restaurant rings out… absolutely useless organisation I’m surprised how often they get it wrong

Had to wait 10min for a single drink...

One of the worst McDonald for standards and consistency. We went last week and it looked like the area manager was inspecting the place and we nearly told her how bad it was. Staff appear disinterested and even the most basic of orders (today just pancakes) we seem to be asked to park up and wait an age. The presentation and cleanliness of the place (internal and external) isn't great. When we were their last week the shift manager was flapping as they were being inspected and was berating the servers for walking past and ignoring customers wanting to be served. We only go as it's close to the motorway, but will just go to the Pilsworth one from now on. If the area manager is reading this spend more time there as you might increase your sales.

Staff very rude and ignorant, woman server dropped the food bag on the counter and slid the drink absolutely shocking. Won't be visiting this one again

It's a Maccies but one of the few I've ever had hot food from, friendly efficient staff.

If I could give zero to the food and service I would. It doesn't take a genius to make their burgers or fillet of fish. And when you have enough and you complain this is what you end up with. A drink that is brown water. Done going to this McDonalds.

Currently sat in lane one at the drive thru..... 6 cars in lane 2 have had there orders taken. When I politely walked to the window to inform them maybe the machine wasn't working I was told it is working and to be patient. Great service!!
