Recieved our delivery that was 28 quid for 2 big mac meals with milkshake and 2 mc flurries. Ha 1 milk shake missing. The mc flurries were in a box for the large ones but inside such a tiny amount of mc flurry. DISAPOPOINTED AND FEELING RIPPED OFF. uber driver was lovely though. Oh and don't bother ringing them on the number on their receipt because they don't answer.

We ordered on the app. The app said he delivered the food. He didn’t. Rang macdonalds main phone. No help. Rang Uber no help. We went to macdonalds and a lovely man called Bailey sorted it straight away. He could see we didn’t receive our food. He sorted straight away. Lovely young man.

Long af wait, even when ordering through the app. Missed like 3 items off the other after being parked outside for 10mins+

Too arrogant to think they deserve at least 1 star. Ordered a delivery and as usual there is an item missing and they pass the buck to Uber Eats Indian call centre who don’t have the option of having it delivered again. The phone number for the restaurant rings out… absolutely useless organisation I’m surprised how often they get it wrong

Had to wait 10min for a single drink...

One of the worst McDonald for standards and consistency. We went last week and it looked like the area manager was inspecting the place and we nearly told her how bad it was. Staff appear disinterested and even the most basic of orders (today just pancakes) we seem to be asked to park up and wait an age. The presentation and cleanliness of the place (internal and external) isn't great. When we were their last week the shift manager was flapping as they were being inspected and was berating the servers for walking past and ignoring customers wanting to be served. We only go as it's close to the motorway, but will just go to the Pilsworth one from now on. If the area manager is reading this spend more time there as you might increase your sales.

Staff very rude and ignorant, woman server dropped the food bag on the counter and slid the drink absolutely shocking. Won't be visiting this one again

Awful food doesn’t come out correct or hot and seems to be a common thing here.. ridiculous if you ask me for a fast food place.

If I could give zero to the food and service I would. It doesn't take a genius to make their burgers or fillet of fish. And when you have enough and you complain this is what you end up with. A drink that is brown water. Done going to this McDonalds.

It's a Maccies but one of the few I've ever had hot food from, friendly efficient staff.

Currently sat in lane one at the drive thru..... 6 cars in lane 2 have had there orders taken. When I politely walked to the window to inform them maybe the machine wasn't working I was told it is working and to be patient. Great service!!

It's been years now since this place was good, now its just a pile of horse wnk. You'd have better luck eating grass

Appalling mc'donalds.branch. an absolute disgrace to the franchise. Not interested in complaints for delivery orders and never get them right. Was stupid enough to give them another chance. Avoid at all costs.shame zero stars is not an option.

Had to park up even though I went through drive thru just not enough staff. Food wasn't warm and milkshake melted before I got it

Said it before on my mcdonalds reviews BRING BACK THE COUNTER SERVICE !!! This get a ticket thing does absolutely nothing for me. Cold food, doesn't replicate what the picture shows, constantly being overlooked by the just eat drivers it's a nightmare. I do like a Maccys but try to hit the drive thru now cos it just ain't a nice experience inside. The pecking order has changed. Before this auto thing, customer was king. Pecking order now is Uber drivers first, drive thru next, and queuing customer... sorry who are you? Have you ordered on the app? Anyone who has an app to do McD orders there FAR too frequently imo. It's a treat at the end or the beginning of a long journey, not a lifestyle choice. Learn how to cook a meal ffs. All 2 stars. Bloody rubbish

Way too long await for food. If you eat in you are bottom of the pile. Took 20min for food to arrive after ordering. 👖

Access is unfortunate due to the 1 mile route round whitebirk roundabout if coming from town. I think the car park was designed with standard size cars and people in mind. ( Trust me. Nothing standard there that day. All big cars)

Can't fault service good food good

Got two half-empty chocolate milkshakes that seemed off, and they forgot my cheeseburger! Plus, chaos in the car park had me waiting for ages. Atrocious – they've got some serious fixing up to do!!!!!! £7 spent on nothing!!!!!!!!!

Very long wait time at drive through and that is understable as it was busy but half the food was missing from the bag when I got home.

Why would anyone review a macdonalds right? It's all bad food that's cheap. Well it isn't cheap anymore and this branch is the worst. Anything you order is cold or burnt. Either eat in or drive through. Normally 1 drive a mile down the road to a better one. But was lazy. Ordered 5 chick's selects got 4. My friend who works for them also said "They look like they’ve been held for hours and need to change the oil in the vats too by the looks of it too 🤢🤢". Tasted like it to. Clearly owned either by a greedy lazy or both franchiser.

Not 24 hours as stated, the till is in “reset” every day from 4:30 - 5:00am. Happened multiple times, just say that on the opening times…

I went at dinner time and waited nearly 20 minutes for my meal to be delivered to my table. On arrival the burger was lukewarm as was my coffee, the bins were overflowing and the staff appeared harassed. Perhaps I should have checked the reviews before I went to this branch - can’t think of a reason to go back 🤨

Ordered via app, went in to collect 20minutes later still waiting for food, eventually came after 25mins but the order was still wrong went to complain, spoke to manager who apologised and stayed they were short staffed , Order was corrected .

Terrible absolutely terrible can’t get an order right to save their life, ordered on Uber eats multiple times and my orders never right always missing multiple items and apparently with all the people working there no one knows how to pick up a phone

10-15 wait for food when eating in, even if it's not busy. Somehow manage to serve cold food all the time. The place is a dump with food and rubbish all over the floor. If the tables are "cleaned" they are done so with the same dry dirty rag that cleaned all the other tables. McDistgusting.

Waited for a long time, then they got my order wrong, I had to ask for someone to clean the table and the bathroom is not cleaned as regular as it should

Manager ( English guy bit fat) was rude . Staff was busy in gossiping . When I asked for food he said don’t come back.

I was served in the morning by a very young girl who you could tell went out a night before. When I said good morning she gave me a look and not answered. Very rude ! At least fake it and smile and pretend you wanna be there! Not a customer friendly place at all! Avoid !

I was last night around 03:40 and nobody even bother to under for more then 20 min at the window they even look at me and don’t want to user to drive-through and after someone come on the end and say they don’t pick up orders at that time. Rubbish service and ignorant staff!!!

If I could give zero I would! Multiple times I’ve made an order on the app, and it’s never right. Tonight was the last straw I ordered a Big Mac and a cheeseburger to receive just salad and sauce no burgers. Appalling quality control needs work and staff need training

Really gone down hill. Never got any caramel frappe in. Had diet voke few days ago it tasted of chemicals got thrown away. Decided to get Fanta today instead it didn't taste like Fanta and was flat. Always used this mcdonalds but now changing for the above reasons

Atmosphere? It's horrible. Full of feral kids. Need to wipe you feet on the way out of the place and possibly burn your footwear if you were unlucky enough to need the toilet. No wonder so many order for delivery via Uber eats etc.

discusting cold burgers and soggy fries twice in the past week now will not go to this mc d for a long time you have put the manager from kingsway here you must have for the food to be that bad really cold burgers shame on you manager he must of worked at subway cause he likes cold food .kings way was horrible last month and now it's nice now sandbrook is the worst go work at subway they serv cold food I don't blame staff I blame management and I use drive threw rude manager at dinner time you don't talk to customers like that .

Cold stale looks like ther giving the hot food to delivery worst mc d I have been to go kingsway much amazing to these rustler burgers gone right down hill even worse with rude manager who said ther was nothing wrong don't go here especially dinner time .

They always miss something I just ordered a Steakhouse stack Meal then they missed my burger. They get refund only £2.94 for the £8.99 meal. It makes no sense. They said it’s their fixed amount for 1 missing item.

The usual McDonald's experience, easy to order and quickly made. The only downside was the order taking machine. The one I used was out of receipt paper.

If possible I would give this place zero stars. I ordered off uber eats and despite my food arriving in under 10 minutes it was freezing cold. I ordered two double cheeseburger with no onions and extra pickles and what did I get? No pickles and an ungodly about of their vile onions. And once again even though I payed nearly £2 for their sauces, were they in my bag? No they weren't. It's ridiculous, how hard is it to put a few sauces in a bag

Worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. Every member of staff was either wandering around looking utterly confused or stomping around looking furiously angry, and the ordering process was a disorganised mess.

Never do tge orders correctly, don't go to this branch any more. The fries are limp and cold. That's I don't get fries from there.

Food was cold it was very busy had to park up then the food come cold lovely lad gave us the food but like I said it was cold 🙄

Looking forward to a juicy double sausage and egg McMuffin meal, I joined the queue for the drive thru to be told my order would be taken at the window, not via the intercom. Was sixth in a none moving line which didn’t show any signs of activity and stayed that way. Fortunately I was able to reverse out, as did another dissatisfied customer. Thing is, this was at 0630hrs so hardly busy. It’s supposed to be FAST FOOD. (it appeared the Deliveroo/JustEat drivers were being well catered for though.) Abysmal service to be fair.

All i can say is i DO NOT blame the staff ..it is all down to Management 100%. I waited tonight at mc donalds over an hour i am disgusted with the service!! Its an absolute Joke !!! NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL.

The only notable benefit of this McDonald's would be that it's the closest to where I live. That being said, I'd still travel to Kingsway or Elk mill if I wanted McDonald's

I ordered 2 small cheeseburgers, in the drive thru, I was told I would have to park up and wait. After about 8 minutes a lady arrived with them, they were practically cold. Why was I asked to wait, because those cheeseburgers were definitely not fresh.

Ordered 2 portions of cheese melt dippers, one only had 3 bites in them instead of four. Check to make sure what you order is correct.

Always over busy, drive through ? Takes 20-30 minutes regularly, go inside - ignored for delivery drivers. Quite possibly the slowest McDonald's in the country, can't imagine one being much slower. All the wait time to be lied too also on today's most recent visit. 40 minute wait, told to park up due to them waiting on fries, received order after ten minutes of being parked, cold fries, clearly not a new batch.

Shout out to Skye who is an amazing asset to the McDonalds team at sandbrook, this lovely girl is so polite and works hard and looks after her customers. Even gave us 2 McFlurrys for free as she was cleaning down on the close around us. Which didn't bother us at all but the fact she gave that act of kindness goes along way. Give her employee of the month or some kind of reward she deserves it. Thanks Skye I hope you are on shift every time we visit ❤️ x

Keep saying I won't go back to this place as every single time we wait ages and there's always things missing from the order so have to go back to retrieve. The food is always cold and I'm always left wondering why I bothered and wishing i hadn't spent my money here.
