McDonald's in Conwy

Close to other facilities and a good choice for a quick Mc Donald’s. Not a healthy option but the service is reliable and quick. They have automatic kiosk in the first floor too, what helps!

Evervetime ive been I ordered tea it was half a cup and when returning it to complaine says that was the amount machine filled so paying for large and its no bigger than the small so every week the same so changed to hot chocolate and it's just prown water and they do it everytime so I have to keep returning so going to just stick to taking family to Costa cost more but you get a proper drink so disapointing

We had a drive thru, it was fast service and food was hot, burgers were a little sloppy for my liking.

Disgusting and a blemish on the McDonald's name! Upstairs closed off, kids running around uncontrollably, the most disgusting accessible (and only open) toilet imaginable and apparently only 4 staff on seemingly without a care for customer service in the world! More interested in chatting and giggling in the back between themselves than sorting the restaurant out. Bins overflowing inside and out, litter all over the place outside, never have I seen such a poor McDonald's. Normally at any other restaurant, you'd see someone sorting the litter and there'd be at least some organisation but this place was horrendous! Whoever owns this franchise, you seriously need to get your act together!

Took my son there as I'd promised him quality time with his mam whilst he was doing a charity event. I'd downloaded the app so I could order ready for when I arrived. What the app doesn't say is that if youŕe sitting in you can't order as you need to give them a table number. You have to order whilst you're inside. Defeating the object a bit. Ordered minecraft meal with coke for my son...just cheese and Big Philli for myself with milkshake. Chips were bland, no salt like normally, quite anaemic looking, big mac was one burger, slice cheese then another burger with bun on top. Might have bought a plain double cheeseburger meal instead. When I told the staff I got told they'd only give me what I ordered so ordered wrong. Needless to say we left the chips and won't be going there again

I have never had a problem with mcdonald's in all my life. I think they should be shut down. The last 2 times i have been the staff lie. Food always cold and toilets are disgusting. Girl came in went to the toilet but not on the toilet took photos and posted it on line bragging about it. I told a member of staff and he said he was to busy to sort it. My friend works for environmental health within there area so will be informed

Always too busy on a weekend to be able to claim it's fast food. Other than that, standard Maccies fare.

How can people be so incompetent at such an easy job. Order burgers with just onion and received pickles, ketchup, mustard and wait for it......no onions. Kid on the till took 2 minutes to count my cash and give me my change back (my cash consisted of 3 x £1 coins, 2 x £50 and 5x 20p's) You will never get your sauces you've paid for and have to check the bag everytime they hand you the order and god forbid you ask for your receipt, they look at you like you've taken a dump on their desk and then have to ask 3 other members of staff to find it. Absolutele shambles, I really feel for these kids when they get a real job and actually have to use brain cells.

Very bad service can't get orders right and food cold and thrown in bag, you should never visit this place the managers are very poor and some staff are ignorant Even when you complain to H/O they are as unprofessional and ignorant do yourself a favour and don't bother with McDonald's

Food is never hot, always luke warm. The coffees are nice & good value. It's a shame you can't have a plant based milk alternative.

Never get my order right on the drive through theres always something wrong or missing.

Awful experience. Waited to be served at the drive through and watched others cars go through. Drove to next window to get served and no one present. Went to next window to be told to come in to store to order or drive back round and go through again. Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the manager in store not even an apology. Just an expectation for me to go around again. Avoid this place if you want any kind of decent service. If I could give no stars I would.

Although our food was served quickly, my wrap was missing brown sauce. I could have gone back to the restaurant but we were in a rush hence why we went for the fast food option. Food was hot and fresh, used click and collect service, lady served with a smile

Call in most Saturday mornings with the hubby and occasionally in the week with grandchildren. There's a lovely guy called Dion who works there, who is always so pleasant, and brilliant with the children. Always seems to be working hard. Thought he deserved a shout out.

Very dirty. Tables floor full of rubbish . No staff to be seen. Grabbed the sanitizer and roll left on the side to clean our table.

Good choices of items and a play area for children to play in. Good value for money with excellent service. McDonalds' table service wait was relatively short considering myself and the rest of my family had a relatively large order.

Don't expect your full order. I can't hold back anymore! About 80% of our takeouts from here have been freezing cold and had items missing from a sealed bag on delivery. Order with caution.

Good staff. Construction of food is a bit iffy but milkshakes are always on, chips are warm and staff are friendly.

Had 2 medium Big Mac meals. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for them, which, if I did it, would have cost me over £12. Buns and burgers have shrunk in size, and the burger was so thin that it tastes like cardboard.

Got my order wrong and noticed my condiments I ordered wasn't there, the girl on the counter rudely threw my condiments in as though I was in the wrong.

Were do I begin orded on the app not to bad picked up from window drive- thru parked up in car park a mater of 1 minute opened the bag of goodies. Well no the fries were cold the burgers not what I ordered and cold so took them back to get them put right no problem getting them exchanged got back to car and still not right it was not good at all a waste of money all I have to say about this is what a pile of DOG POO not nice at all

I havent been to McDonald's in a while because I heard it'd gone downhill. I'm sad to say it is true. Everything I had was thrown together atrociously, I couldn't finish the meal and only had a few bites as the while thing tasted soggy. Kids were running around with no supervision.

Rubbish maccies, I won a free meal on the McDonalds Monopoly and I was asked by the McDonalds staff member if I’m over 18 (I’m 30). Once I told the clown my age, he tried to input the code in the system and it didn’t work. He told me to try it in another McDonalds. Absolute useless, incompetent service I don’t recommend at all. Go elsewhere!

Food order for delivery I ordered at 7pm my food is gonna be at 21.50 know and if I cancle I will not get a refund either disgusting and absolutely do not go here

Not bad at least some of our order was correct but like other order at post the order is either mis heard or not correct and it is so frustrating when you have left the place to find food order is not correct. This fast food order system is pants and we need to return to human face to face ordering and not this stupid tower gadget that dosent work unless you shout so the whole car park can hear your order

Food is dyer always cold like its just been splattered together. The service aint any better take far to long staff dont read orders properly and continuously get them wrong staff are rude. The atmosphere is horrible because the place is like a youth club with teens.

Ordered a delivery a few times via Uber and JustEat, each and every single time there is always something missing. The latest order had 2 meal deals, both missing the fries! Burgers stone cold. Uber say they can't refund, McDonalds won't answer the phone. Terrible service.

Nice McDonald's in Llandudno Junction, good place to stop for a quick bite and drink. Reasonably priced food, pleasant atmosphere.

Considering how busy this branch of probably the world's most famous franchise gets, the staff do a very good job. OK, get there at lunchtime rush, and you will find the queues a little bit daunting, but the team, although obviously under pressure do get things done and the waiting times are a little longer, but not excessively so. The site is on the large and very popular trading estate, the number of people shopping here is huge, and naturally, since McD's are the only true takaeaway provider, it too will be busy. However, the toilets are kept clean, the tables are always cleaned down properly, the atmosphere is good, and it surprises me that from a comparitivley small footprint they do so well. The drive-through is always busy, and there are good seating areas outside. I have been more than once, and I know I will go again. I reduced to 4 stars only because, I did see some folk get missed items or order mistakes, and I do believe that there are bigger units avail on this estate they could move to to beneift everyone as space is somewhat at a premium here. But dont be put off, go early or late and this branch of MacDonalds wont let you down.

One of the better McDonalds I've been to. Actually got what I ordered which is unusual as there is always something missing from the order. This is why I'm giving 5 stars.

We ordered for delivery and a whole section of our order was missing. Contacted support and they refused to provide anything more than a refund for just the item that was missing. So we've had to order again, and therefore pay delivery costs again and wait for the food to arrive again. Terrible service and exceptionally unsatisfactory compensation, offered nothing to compensate the extra delivery cost and waiting for longer.

This is the most awfully laid out McDonald's I've ever been in. Self service points direct through the door, within close proximity to the counter and tables. There is no room to wait for your order, everyone is just squeezing through everyone. It's awful.

Really friendly staff member (I didn't get her name) was very friendly and helped me with a dietary requirement when ordering my meal. The restaurant was clean during my visit and is a nice environment. Recommended

Seeing as though it's the school holidays, I went to the loo, expecting the worst, I was V pleasantly surprised. The toilets were spotless. I went to the counter to order. I asked for 3 cheeseburgers (3 for £3 deal), and it came to £4.17? I asked if the deal was still on (3 for £3 deal). I was told that I didn't ask for the 3 for £3 (!?!?) and that I asked for 3 cheeseburgers (give me strength). So, in the spirit of no common sense, I said "please can I have 3 cheeseburgers on the 3 for £3 deal?" Luckily, the cheeseburgers were lovely (shared with my other half, I'm not a complete sloth).

Food was out quick and the service was friendly, except for the group of managers stood near us that were all having a right good whinge, which I found very unprofessional.

Llandudno McDonalds is the worst I have ever experienced. At about 6pm on Tuesday 16th July took my mum to get takeaway following a funeral before we headed back to Manchester. Staff were stood round at the back just chatting for ages, no-one on front desk despite big queue so there was an assumption everyone could use self-service machines. No paper to print receipts with order number. Waited a long time, def not fast food. Ordered Happy Meal and chose toy not book but got book, when took it back to change staff member was very dismissive. Unfortunately we drove and ate food at West Shore or would have taken the food back. Got cheeseburger happy meal and meat, if you can call it that, was cold, dry and cheese not melted, bun overcooked and dry. Only plus point was chips were hot and freshly cooked. Mum had chicken sandwich which she said was like rubber, bun was overcooked and looked like it had been dried out in microwave. We were starving so still ate it but won’t be going back. Staff training needed and management oversight, more training on customer service and food preparation to improve quality. I accept the food never looks like the pics but this was beyond acceptable even for McDonalds standards, so won’t be returning. Only ate due to extreme circumstances and time constraints. The 2 stars are for the drink and chips.

On the 31st of May at 18.52 we went to McDonalds. We were given an incorrect order, the wrong food and two items missing. However, when I went inside the lovely manageress Lara sorted it all out, she was so helpful, friendly and polite. I was very impressed with her. McDonald’s… you have a brilliant Leader/ Manageress there, I hope you appreciate her.

7am Mcmuffin dripping with grease muffin hard. Floors so dirty ... no napkins. No staff on counter talking out back. Self service one was not working one had no receipt paper. Tables all full with sauce n food inside and out. Toilet big puddle of water on floor no signs. Which I alerted staff to which they replied ill get someone to do it. 20 mins later still on floor.. then a older lady started work and told them about the water and she then put a sign on floor. Totally disgusting worst mcds ever!!

Ordered on the self service kiosk and waited almost 15 minutes for our food so not a great start! Got the food and get back to the table to find NO CHIPS and no dips as requested, instructions not followed either. I mean seriously, whats the point in asking for customisation if they dont follow them anyway? Shocking. Also the mens toilet were an absolute disgrace, I think if I peed on my hand and walked out it would have been cleaner, minging toilets!

Went into the restaurant to order food. The only way to order is through the self service machine as there's no staff on the counter. Two of the four machines were out of order. No system for orderly queuing as the machines are in the middle of foyer so nobody has a clue who's next to use the machine. Decided to use the drive through instead. Tried to order the 3 items for £3 as advertised on TV only to be told that they weren't doing that offer. False advertising by McDonald's. All in all very poor.

Great service through the driveway, and the staff was very helpful and respectful.

Typical McDonald's experience, decent but if you are in a rush do not go inside to order. For whatever reason you can end up waiting like 20-30 minutes when the drive-thru is a couple minutes tops.

Stopped for breakfast during a bank holiday weekend. Quick service and loads of parking available. Good place to stop and lots of shops around if you need anything for the road.
