McDonald's in Conwy

Not bad at least some of our order was correct but like other order at post the order is either mis heard or not correct and it is so frustrating when you have left the place to find food order is not correct. This fast food order system is pants and we need to return to human face to face ordering and not this stupid tower gadget that dosent work unless you shout so the whole car park can hear your order

Food is dyer always cold like its just been splattered together. The service aint any better take far to long staff dont read orders properly and continuously get them wrong staff are rude. The atmosphere is horrible because the place is like a youth club with teens.

Ordered a delivery a few times via Uber and JustEat, each and every single time there is always something missing. The latest order had 2 meal deals, both missing the fries! Burgers stone cold. Uber say they can't refund, McDonalds won't answer the phone. Terrible service.

Nice McDonald's in Llandudno Junction, good place to stop for a quick bite and drink. Reasonably priced food, pleasant atmosphere.

They don't know what condiments are

Considering how busy this branch of probably the world's most famous franchise gets, the staff do a very good job. OK, get there at lunchtime rush, and you will find the queues a little bit daunting, but the team, although obviously under pressure do get things done and the waiting times are a little longer, but not excessively so. The site is on the large and very popular trading estate, the number of people shopping here is huge, and naturally, since McD's are the only true takaeaway provider, it too will be busy. However, the toilets are kept clean, the tables are always cleaned down properly, the atmosphere is good, and it surprises me that from a comparitivley small footprint they do so well. The drive-through is always busy, and there are good seating areas outside. I have been more than once, and I know I will go again. I reduced to 4 stars only because, I did see some folk get missed items or order mistakes, and I do believe that there are bigger units avail on this estate they could move to to beneift everyone as space is somewhat at a premium here. But dont be put off, go early or late and this branch of MacDonalds wont let you down.

We used to get ice cream not anymore as the profits aren't utilised for human benefit.

Hot and fresh food just need to remortgage the house before you visit

One of the better McDonalds I've been to. Actually got what I ordered which is unusual as there is always something missing from the order. This is why I'm giving 5 stars.

We ordered for delivery and a whole section of our order was missing. Contacted support and they refused to provide anything more than a refund for just the item that was missing. So we've had to order again, and therefore pay delivery costs again and wait for the food to arrive again. Terrible service and exceptionally unsatisfactory compensation, offered nothing to compensate the extra delivery cost and waiting for longer.

This is the most awfully laid out McDonald's I've ever been in. Self service points direct through the door, within close proximity to the counter and tables. There is no room to wait for your order, everyone is just squeezing through everyone. It's awful.

Really friendly staff member (I didn't get her name) was very friendly and helped me with a dietary requirement when ordering my meal. The restaurant was clean during my visit and is a nice environment. Recommended

Seeing as though it's the school holidays, I went to the loo, expecting the worst, I was V pleasantly surprised. The toilets were spotless. I went to the counter to order. I asked for 3 cheeseburgers (3 for £3 deal), and it came to £4.17? I asked if the deal was still on (3 for £3 deal). I was told that I didn't ask for the 3 for £3 (!?!?) and that I asked for 3 cheeseburgers (give me strength). So, in the spirit of no common sense, I said "please can I have 3 cheeseburgers on the 3 for £3 deal?" Luckily, the cheeseburgers were lovely (shared with my other half, I'm not a complete sloth).

Food was out quick and the service was friendly, except for the group of managers stood near us that were all having a right good whinge, which I found very unprofessional.

Llandudno McDonalds is the worst I have ever experienced. At about 6pm on Tuesday 16th July took my mum to get takeaway following a funeral before we headed back to Manchester. Staff were stood round at the back just chatting for ages, no-one on front desk despite big queue so there was an assumption everyone could use self-service machines. No paper to print receipts with order number. Waited a long time, def not fast food. Ordered Happy Meal and chose toy not book but got book, when took it back to change staff member was very dismissive. Unfortunately we drove and ate food at West Shore or would have taken the food back. Got cheeseburger happy meal and meat, if you can call it that, was cold, dry and cheese not melted, bun overcooked and dry. Only plus point was chips were hot and freshly cooked. Mum had chicken sandwich which she said was like rubber, bun was overcooked and looked like it had been dried out in microwave. We were starving so still ate it but won’t be going back. Staff training needed and management oversight, more training on customer service and food preparation to improve quality. I accept the food never looks like the pics but this was beyond acceptable even for McDonalds standards, so won’t be returning. Only ate due to extreme circumstances and time constraints. The 2 stars are for the drink and chips.

Pit stop for breakfast. The beauty of McD's is that wherever you are the meals are the same, for me it was bacon roll, hash brown + coffee.

On the 31st of May at 18.52 we went to McDonalds. We were given an incorrect order, the wrong food and two items missing. However, when I went inside the lovely manageress Lara sorted it all out, she was so helpful, friendly and polite. I was very impressed with her. McDonald’s… you have a brilliant Leader/ Manageress there, I hope you appreciate her.

7am Mcmuffin dripping with grease muffin hard. Floors so dirty ... no napkins. No staff on counter talking out back. Self service one was not working one had no receipt paper. Tables all full with sauce n food inside and out. Toilet big puddle of water on floor no signs. Which I alerted staff to which they replied ill get someone to do it. 20 mins later still on floor.. then a older lady started work and told them about the water and she then put a sign on floor. Totally disgusting worst mcds ever!!

Ordered on the self service kiosk and waited almost 15 minutes for our food so not a great start! Got the food and get back to the table to find NO CHIPS and no dips as requested, instructions not followed either. I mean seriously, whats the point in asking for customisation if they dont follow them anyway? Shocking. Also the mens toilet were an absolute disgrace, I think if I peed on my hand and walked out it would have been cleaner, minging toilets!

Went into the restaurant to order food. The only way to order is through the self service machine as there's no staff on the counter. Two of the four machines were out of order. No system for orderly queuing as the machines are in the middle of foyer so nobody has a clue who's next to use the machine. Decided to use the drive through instead. Tried to order the 3 items for £3 as advertised on TV only to be told that they weren't doing that offer. False advertising by McDonald's. All in all very poor.

Typical McDonald's experience, decent but if you are in a rush do not go inside to order. For whatever reason you can end up waiting like 20-30 minutes when the drive-thru is a couple minutes tops.

Stopped for breakfast during a bank holiday weekend. Quick service and loads of parking available. Good place to stop and lots of shops around if you need anything for the road.

Good maccies, seemed clean and tidy, small issue with our order but was rectified quickly. Food was hot and didn't have to wait too long for the table service to bring the food even given it being quite busy. Little bits like the table markers for service and the wireless chargers need a bit of sorting out, and the play frame was closed off, but otherwise a good example of Mcdonolds .

Just had a meal here this must be the most dirty McDonald's I have been in they have no one cleaning tables and the floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a month then customers are all standing waiting for orders and I wanted to go to the loo but thought twice food was ok but cheese bites overcooked.

Nice modern McDonald's. Clean and conveniently located visited both the drive through and ordered inside in the past. Inside, it's a bit small for the volume of patronage although it does have an upstairs and a downstairs so you should be able to find seats most days. Food we ordered was as you'd expect from a McDonald's.

It's a McDonalds, so of course it's great...but compared to many golden arches I often find this one lacking. Eg this weekend the mini Mcplaypark attached to the outlet was again closed (all day), again no fish fingers (my boys no. 1 choice) and again the toilets smelled and looked dirty. In central Llandudno there's no McAlternative, but I wish there was.

Placed our order on the electronic system instore , ticket not printed , went to counter to inform the staff but was ignored for approx 10 minutes . Eventally got served .

The most disgusting Mc donalds meal I ever had. All food was cold. My doughter's Big Mac was place in the bag side way and all part went to the side. My Double Quater Pounder meat was burn inside. Very dissapoitment. Place was very dirty ( tables were full off dirty empty boxes, trays and food left overs)

One of the digital kiosks was closed and only 3 were open downstairs and the receipt printer was broken. There were no tent pegs for table service downstairs and we only realised that there were kiosks upstairs after we ordered. I would recommend ordering upstairs in the kiosks if you want table service as there is a shorter queue and its more likely to have tent pegs for table service. The lemonade machine was broken and it came out as sparkling water, they gave us a new one but it only came after we had ate most of the food. The staff were friendly and helpful and the it was very clean but one of the toilets was blocked. The food met the standards and it was customized successfully.

They were slow, keep us waiting even though if they want that busy, they also got the order slightly wrong. And instead of putting our food on a tray, they put it in a bag for no reason & got it mixed up. They have done similar things like this before, but this is just from today. It's starting to bother me 🙁

Sadly I have had to report to head office that there was a nasty and sickly taste to there burgers and it's taken me around a week to work out what it is and it's the tomato ketchup worked this out by ordering the same burger but without tomato ketchup and it was great. Clearly a bad patch of tomato ketchup has been delivered to both Llandudno and the junction ( junction) not quite so bad but still of. I hope headoffice take this seriously and get this sorted as soon as possible

(07/2022): Service was pretty slow. Yes, it was lunchtime and busy but, for McDonald's, it was still very slow. Probably focussing on Drive -through custom and Mcdeliveries than in-store trade! Food was nice though, at least, nice for McDonald's!! Another visit (10/2022): much quicker service. Perhaps they were having a bad day last time I was there! Back again (08/2023): only had a coffee this time. Needed to charge phone and McD's very helpfully have USB charging sockets under some tables. Brilliant!!! ... And again! (01/2024): So much for my new year's resolution to avoid eating at McDonald's this year (and this was the second visit to a MaccyD's this year already)! Needless to say, I keep coming back... Doesn't that count as a good review!!??

We visited on 6.1.2024 and the burgers we had actually looked liked the adverts they were put together with care and real pride. The staff were helpful and we didn't wait long even though the place was really busy. Thanks for a positive experience and keep up the great work. Also well done to whoever was putting the burgers together, best I've seen in any McDonald's.

It was clean and tidy even though very busy, their order boards though were not giving receipts, so no one had a number, making it a bit confusing when orders were coming out

The food was hot and tasty. However the self service machine would not print a ticket, nor did it display my order number once I paid so had no idea. I waited around till I guessed my food order. It came on a dirty tray by a staff member who clearly did not want to be working. It was busy so clearly under staffed. The table was not very clean either and then to go on the WiFi you have to put your number in and wait for a text. But no signal in Llandudno and was not happy having to put my number in anyway. New restaurant which clearly does not work well. At least put paper in the bloody machine.

Filthy restaurant, no matter when you go in the floors and tables are dirty also the bins are overflowing. Would help if the staff were taught how to assemble burgers properly instead of flinging it into a box.

Self service machines are a really bad idea.

Ordered two lattes and one tea, tea ok lattes tasted like warm milk. Change them for fresh lattes still like warm milk change again but still the same.Seen a manger told him that I was unhappy he blamed the machine. Change for two teas didn't get a refund.As lattes are dearer dan teas.

My cappuccino coffee was cold and I didn't order iced coffee it was just cold. Theres Never any milkshakes here

slow service. 29 minutes between order and food being provided

I only went there because I was at the end of a 200 mile ride and my toes where frozen. You order your food then it doesn't print off a receipt so you don't know what your order number is. You stand there with 20 other people trying to work out who's meal should be next makes you concentrate. My toes warmed up .
