AJ Fish, Kebabs & Pizzas in Conwy

Food was all cold delivered late. Took over an hour to deliver 4 miles. Delivery driver was grubby. Never again. Phoned testuarant to be told left here over 30 minutes ago.

I don’t usually give a maximum but gosh it was worth it for the meal last night. The hot wings were delicious and freshly cooked with so much meat and the burger was amazing and I ate every bite. The chips were so good.

Ordered the munch box with salad and pitta bread, just a box of dry meat turned up with ketchup on when I ordered burger relish. Not happy

Food was up to scratch give wraps instead of nan bread for kerebs sausages was 2 very small ones which I ordered a large and told me on the phone that they were 2 small sausages that make up for a large one joke

Absolutely awful food and can't even get the order right! I will not eat here again. 1 star added in order to add the review but my experience is zero stars for zero effort. Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time or money! DREADFUL!!!!

I’ve had orders from here a few times but this was the worst pizza I’ve had in my life. Delivery was on time (50 mins) and driver was very pleasant and friendly but when I opened the box half the topping had slid off and was stuck to the lid, it was cold and soggy and just inedible. I phoned immediately to complain and was offered a replacement but I didn’t want to wait another fifty minutes as I was hungry so I asked for my money back. The driver returned with my refund within half an hour. Also I’d laid for extra toppings, one of them being chillis but there wasnt any on it. The whole lot went in the food recycling bin. Not sure I will be ordering from here again. Lost customer

the chicken was just all fat than chicken the Donner kebab had a very strange taste to it the chips was just no words can say I wish I could say something good

Never had a bad order but my kebab was dry no garlic sauce. And ordered a wrap but not a wrap that was delivered

didnt even arrive order was placed waay before closing time and when i tried to phone i got a recording saying that they were closed absolutely fuming as i normally order from here but i will not be ordered again.

Left a review on just eat! Order £90 + worth of food (Hollie ordered on just eat separately as she's coeliac) two items missing from the order - ! We waited an hour (as that's the time given) then it arrived 45 mins after the hour! Nearly 2 hours wait! Missing items sent out but it was a bit too late by that point! Can't handle big orders! ... And don't worry we shan't be bothering you again with our custom!

asked for sauce on side, one kebab came with chilli sauce on it, which is ok and that person enjoyed it, the other came with nothing - no sweetcorn relish as per order, it was dry and quite cold. the kebabs came with huge flatbreads instead of a pitta so I didn't eat that. It was late too so I wouldn't order again. thank you

Great food but this is the second order where the wrong meat has been delivered on the combo kebab.

ordered, given a time slot. it was late. I had rang to see if it was on its way, told it was. then the app said it was. Items missing from the order again.Rang the takeout,they said they'll send it out, which they did right way. the delivery driver stepped out with 2 pizzabox

Lovely service and fresh food. There was a issue my side regarding telephone number and they still assisted me and it didn't effect service. Will be using again each time we come to the Caravan thanks.

Ordered online on the app... Food arrived quite promptly, however a main meal was missing which was extremely disappointing as this was supposed to be a family takeaway and I was left with nothing...I then rang to enquire about the missing Food and they assured me it would be sorted and on it's way... 2 hours later it still wasn't delivered, so I rang again 😡😡😡😡 it was eventually delivered 2 and half hours later... What an absolute joke...Won't be using them again 😡😡😡😡😡😡 and to add insult to injury, when it did finally arrive, it was totally cold... Very unhappy with the service 😡😡😡😡😡

Always beautiful quality....I messed up and had a telephone number attached that was switched off, so my order was a bit late, but due to my own fault. The manager could not be more gracious, and even gave me a bottle of drink to make up for it incase the food was not as hot as it could be. Excellent customer service, Highly recommended, lovely helpful staff. ^.^

Last nights chips and kebab meat re fried on grill was like cardboard.

Got the order wrong had to take the food back. They then tried to blame us. Delivery men were coming back to the shop saying the food they had sent was also all wrong. Wouldnt use again still came away with a different pizza to what we wanted cause they had run out certain items

Order from here alot when im in the area. Tonight however was the first time ive ordered a chocolate fudge cake from them. Decided to wait to have it until later on in the evening. Just gone to plate it up inly to find the best before sticker with 26th June on it! It is now 12th July. Put it straight in the bin. I know there is abit of wifgle room with best before dates but not 2 weeks! Tried calling the place to let them know but had no answer off them. The chicken shawarma and doner on chips is really nice and massive portions. I would just avoid the fudge cake now.

Pizza, fish and chips were all delicious but the two pieces of chicken were drier than the dessert and were like rocks so went straight in the bin as was inedible.

Very poor quality food, kebabs were served in basic supermarket tortillas, used to get a decent nan style bread from AJ but not any more. Small amount of soggy Doner meat in a £7 kebab, not good enough. Chicken Shish was very poor, covered is some dubious coating, not a nice flavour and very artificial. Cheese burger was limp and greasy, very sub par. Been ordering from AJ for many years but I won’t be again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

AMAZING! We asked if he was open, yet he was closed, and he still served us! Grandad said that chips were lovely and were proper chips! Atmosphere was amazing! It's cold out right now and in there it was warm!

yet again my food was late and all food was cold to the point I had to put it in the oven...how I don't know as I'm only 10 minutes from them, give up now never again .

order was over half an hour late, they kebabs came without salad and mint sauce when they were ordered with it! We called back to say there was no sauce or salad and they said it will be on the way.20 mins later rang the company to he told they'd ran out out mint sauce!! had no intentions of delivering it. could've been told this or had the sauce not available on the point of order. One kebab had red cabbage, small bits of red onion and a piece of tomato. the other one had none. Disappointed

Usually the food is nice but this time was awful. Chips were cold, hard and tasted days old. Not good and didn't receive the sauce I ordered.

Used to order from here quite regularly. Had a bad experience last time and complained only to be met with a bad attitude. Thought we’d try one more time (left it a few months ) and wish we hadn’t. Sausages burnt. Donner meat was warm at best and a horrible texture and taste. Never again

Kebab was great, Chips where good, sadly pie was burnt and I wish missing a chocolate fudge cake

Awful tonight. 1 pie was barely warm, the other wad cold as if come from the fridge. Chips we cold and hard. And battered sausage was a greasy mess. I will not be.ordering from here again.

As usual the food was delicious and hot and so filling I was glad when I finished it. I can fully recommend this establishment and I have enjoyed enough of their food to know it’s worth every penny

Hot, freshly cooked and looks and tastes great

To be honest i was just so glad to find a Halal place! Food was nice enough, take card payment, they are very busy and therefore i guess service takes a bit of an impact. If i was in the area i would defo go again 100%.

The order wasn’t ready at the stated collection time however the shop was booming and the lads were working flat out. I can understand why they were so busy as the food was absolutely fantastic. Definitely worth the wait and will be our go to takeaway from now on.

Forgot the ice cream and dipping sauce but other than that it’s good

Waited 2 and a half hours. Order never turned up. Spoke to driver delivering another order from AJ’s hoping it was ours over an hour late. He apologised and said he would bring it to us so waited another half hour and he didn’t show. £33 down the drain, now have to pester Uber eats for a refund. Not happy. 😡. Steer clear.

Best food in Abergele fast delivery and great teste food

We are very fussy with our food and don't often try new places when there are things we like from specific places already. I'm so glad we went out of our comfort zone and tried here. I haven't a single complaint. Good portion sizes, tasty, well cooked food, fish, chips, pizza, burger, chicken, curry sauce was all lovely. Value for money too. Will use again for sure!

Garlic bread stone cold and hard as a rock, so greasy , chips soggy and cold.

Changed from estimated delivery being 55 mins to to 1 hr 40 mins. No sorry and no explanation. This has happened three times on Troy now so not happy.

Food was lukewarm when it arrived but tasted okay. Delivery driver was professional and polite.
