the food is great and the delivery driver was helpful.

Ordered 3 times and been late 3 times. Wrap was stale, chicken was very dry… getting worse everytime I order, don’t think I will be ordering again

Took one hour and 45 minutes for food to delivered. Can’t fairly rate the food as we sent it back (still waiting for a refund).

Cheese on both pizzas was burned.

food was late by nearly 30mins. Pizza was cold and chicken was dry as old boots. Tried to call the pizza restaurant but no one would answer the phone. The driver said if there was a problem please call the them as he was new to the job. If I could give zero stars I would but i had to give 1 star as it would not let you leave zero stars. Total waste of my money which I paid. Very disappointed

Won't be ordering from here again as order was delivered to wrong address as well, very poor and unacceptable service.

I placed a order at 18:25 on 17/01/2025. i waited 2hrs 30mins for my order to arrive. I'm not happy that a had to wait so long. I would appreciate some sort of compensation please.

Food was late when food arrived sausages were rock solid and chips where well over done to the point we couldnt eat it and was also missing another chips and salard very disappointing

Chips were stale, lunch times chips reheated, buns were hard on the burgers and the burgers we over cooked, curry sauce was more like a runny pea soup! Absolutely awful and it all went in the bin!

Chips, great. Chicken was normal fried chicken, not southern fried and was a tad greasy. Pizza was nice.

really disappointed. AJ's us our go-to kebab shop, but this experience has really disappointed us. not only did we not get the drinks that we had ordered, but the chicken was really hard and overcooked. Not only that, but instead of a naan wrap, it was a tortilla wrap that was completely inedible as it was floating in grease.

Forgot my burger got someone else to bring it but they forgot my chips disappointed with it

AJ's are just the average Chippy. Not overly impressed with the service I received. I ordered fish, chicken chips and mushy peas. The peas did not arrive, a pot of gravy did. . So no, not really impressed.

ordered chicken pieces, got chicken strips, but otherwise very happy.

ordered 7.15 it got delivered 9.20 and it was all burnt and horrible so it all got binned never again wil I order from there again

Cold burnt food, it was the same when we ordered 10 days ago. We decided to give them a second chance, because we have always enjoyed their food... don't know what's gone wrong... DON'T waste your money on cold burnt food!!!!

Food was all cold delivered late. Took over an hour to deliver 4 miles. Delivery driver was grubby. Never again. Phoned testuarant to be told left here over 30 minutes ago.

I don’t usually give a maximum but gosh it was worth it for the meal last night. The hot wings were delicious and freshly cooked with so much meat and the burger was amazing and I ate every bite. The chips were so good.

Ordered the munch box with salad and pitta bread, just a box of dry meat turned up with ketchup on when I ordered burger relish. Not happy

freezing cold even though I live half a mile away, not the 1st time either. Thought I'd try again but no improvement 😔 will not buy again

Food was up to scratch give wraps instead of nan bread for kerebs sausages was 2 very small ones which I ordered a large and told me on the phone that they were 2 small sausages that make up for a large one joke

I’ve had orders from here a few times but this was the worst pizza I’ve had in my life. Delivery was on time (50 mins) and driver was very pleasant and friendly but when I opened the box half the topping had slid off and was stuck to the lid, it was cold and soggy and just inedible. I phoned immediately to complain and was offered a replacement but I didn’t want to wait another fifty minutes as I was hungry so I asked for my money back. The driver returned with my refund within half an hour. Also I’d laid for extra toppings, one of them being chillis but there wasnt any on it. The whole lot went in the food recycling bin. Not sure I will be ordering from here again. Lost customer

didnt even arrive order was placed waay before closing time and when i tried to phone i got a recording saying that they were closed absolutely fuming as i normally order from here but i will not be ordered again.

asked for sauce on side, one kebab came with chilli sauce on it, which is ok and that person enjoyed it, the other came with nothing - no sweetcorn relish as per order, it was dry and quite cold. the kebabs came with huge flatbreads instead of a pitta so I didn't eat that. It was late too so I wouldn't order again. thank you

Left a review on just eat! Order £90 + worth of food (Hollie ordered on just eat separately as she's coeliac) two items missing from the order - ! We waited an hour (as that's the time given) then it arrived 45 mins after the hour! Nearly 2 hours wait! Missing items sent out but it was a bit too late by that point! Can't handle big orders! ... And don't worry we shan't be bothering you again with our custom!

Great food but this is the second order where the wrong meat has been delivered on the combo kebab.

Lovely service and fresh food. There was a issue my side regarding telephone number and they still assisted me and it didn't effect service. Will be using again each time we come to the Caravan thanks.

Ordered online on the app... Food arrived quite promptly, however a main meal was missing which was extremely disappointing as this was supposed to be a family takeaway and I was left with nothing...I then rang to enquire about the missing Food and they assured me it would be sorted and on it's way... 2 hours later it still wasn't delivered, so I rang again 😡😡😡😡 it was eventually delivered 2 and half hours later... What an absolute joke...Won't be using them again 😡😡😡😡😡😡 and to add insult to injury, when it did finally arrive, it was totally cold... Very unhappy with the service 😡😡😡😡😡

Always beautiful quality....I messed up and had a telephone number attached that was switched off, so my order was a bit late, but due to my own fault. The manager could not be more gracious, and even gave me a bottle of drink to make up for it incase the food was not as hot as it could be. Excellent customer service, Highly recommended, lovely helpful staff. ^.^

Got the order wrong had to take the food back. They then tried to blame us. Delivery men were coming back to the shop saying the food they had sent was also all wrong. Wouldnt use again still came away with a different pizza to what we wanted cause they had run out certain items

Order from here alot when im in the area. Tonight however was the first time ive ordered a chocolate fudge cake from them. Decided to wait to have it until later on in the evening. Just gone to plate it up inly to find the best before sticker with 26th June on it! It is now 12th July. Put it straight in the bin. I know there is abit of wifgle room with best before dates but not 2 weeks! Tried calling the place to let them know but had no answer off them. The chicken shawarma and doner on chips is really nice and massive portions. I would just avoid the fudge cake now.

Pizza, fish and chips were all delicious but the two pieces of chicken were drier than the dessert and were like rocks so went straight in the bin as was inedible.

Very poor quality food, kebabs were served in basic supermarket tortillas, used to get a decent nan style bread from AJ but not any more. Small amount of soggy Doner meat in a £7 kebab, not good enough. Chicken Shish was very poor, covered is some dubious coating, not a nice flavour and very artificial. Cheese burger was limp and greasy, very sub par. Been ordering from AJ for many years but I won’t be again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

AMAZING! We asked if he was open, yet he was closed, and he still served us! Grandad said that chips were lovely and were proper chips! Atmosphere was amazing! It's cold out right now and in there it was warm!
