The staff are great and really helpful. But the food ain’t great like other stores and it’s not helpful to be hungry an having to throw your food away twice in one sitting. Double chicken burger was stiff like a biscuit. When replaced it was worse.

Visited the Strand and Penge last week. Terrible service - the Strand was very slow, my number came up for collection but nothing there. When I asked, the assistant just grinned at me and said nothing. I asked again and she just grinned, so I said that there was no point in grinning - where was my order. Eventually, her colleague sorted it - no apology or explanation. In Penge the burger was like a piece of leather so I asked for a new one. Their attitude was terrible - simply grabbed the food and took it away. The new one arrived and was simply put on the counter with no words at all. Never again Mc Donald’s. You’ve lost my custom.

Over a 30 minute wait for food and manager couldn’t care less. Don’t go it’s really not worth it, save your time and money.

Don’t bother going to this McDonald’s - awful service, takes about an hour to get your food, and will miss half of your order!

Total chaos when I visited to grab a quick bite to eat before a gig at the O2 Academy. Took almost 30min to receive food that was cold and looked like it had been thrown together. A huge queue out the door built up while we were there, the poor staff were struggling to cope with a pile of burgers waiting to be served to customers getting cold. All the while the numbers for orders came up on the screen as ready to be collected without being served, before the disappearing from the list. Yet someone who appeared to be the manager was stood, either oblivious or disinterested, a few meters away at the bottom of the stairs moaning about his boss.

Take out Awful customer service on 25th October 2020. It was the worst I have experienced in my life. I told the cashier I wanted to eat in. I only realised the eat-in facilitie were not available when I had already collected my food. When I pointed it out to the cashier, she shrugged her shoulder, made a hand gesture and apologised. I pointed it to the supervisor or manager but he was dismissive. I couldn't see my order on the big screen. I then asked one of the staff how long I had to wait for my food as I couldn't see it on the big screen. She said 'she's p...... me off'. Then she 'rolled her eyes at me'. The respective supervisor or manager was more interested in getting rid of the queues.

I am a regular customer. I am satisfied with the service. However, they have disabled all of their charging points. I normally top up my mobile whilst I dine. I can no longer do that.

Was working locally so went to this Brixton Mc Donald’s. I must say that this is the first and last time I go to this McDonald’s. Food just thrown in a bag. Cold burger served and also the manager got the order wrong. What a joke! No receipt on any of the ordering stations, order screen also not working. I rate this restaurant 1 star

The meals are made out of 2 items and 1 drink, how can you forget 1 of those 2 items is beyond me. There was no "large" french fries in my 'large' meal on Wed 30/03/2022 at 12:28pm, meal prepared by a short Indian looking guy wiith glasses.

an evening in Brixton with all the party goers, it was nice to go into McDonalds and be served by polite people, the door personal were polite and the the restaurant was clean.

Very bad customer service, I was in the hot sun queuing for over 10 mins, I told the security lady and the manager that I was pregnant and couldn’t stand for long but they said I had to go back in the queue that they have no rules in place that says pregnant people shouldn’t queue. They’re also exposing customers to covid, no hand sanitizer in place, nobody cleaning the screens we order from, everybody keeps touching it to order. Very disgusting and disappointing

Absolutely disgusted with the level of service. As a delivery driver, was forced to wait 40 minutes for a customer’s order. Management in desperate need of a overhaul!

Purchased a meal via Uber eats. My location was 2 mins drive on the same road as them. 30 mins delivery (no problem) but when the food arrived it was cold and items on my receipt missing. I contacted them and no reply. Fobbed off again by companies thriving off the pandemic.

Sat in with my daughter for a happy meal looked down at the floor and it was disgusting.. Filthy floor. Didn't know where to put my feet. They weren't particularly busy so staff should have been cleaning.

This was my first time in a McDonald’s that does deliveries. Went in for breakfast on a Sunday morning and waited half an hour for our food, whilst the same deliveroo driver must have come in for 3 deliveries in that time, they were far more concerned about deliveries than they were about people in the restaurant. More like waiting for a Saturday night takeaway delivery than a maccy’s breakfast, next time I’ll ring deliveroo, Will not be going back to this particular restaurant

Its a shame I cant put 0 stars. My order was wrong and a staff began raising their voice at me because I let them know. Only to go up to her other colleagues and insult me with them. Disgusting

It was New Year's Eve, so crazy busy, but got my food really quickly, and one of the workers was the fastest I've ever seen working here, idk his name, his name-tag had "Mr Efficient" on it

Possibly the worse McDonalds ever.Was asked by the security guard to prove I wasn’t a lesbian by making an advance on him. He soon after apologised saying to take his joke lightly and that he didn’t mean to offend me. For someone who’s role is to make you feel safe, I couldn’t have felt more unsafe and disgusted.

had to wait agesss for my food but there was so many people waiting im not so bothered about it i mean it was crazy busy. everyone working there was doing their damn job crazy good. nobody didn’t get their food, nobody had problems with their orders, it was just crazy busy. I think i waited at most 10 mins for my order which i am NOT disappointed with in considerations. I didn’t get a name but there was a lovely tall man working there who was tall enough to reach the tv and shouted in this big bellowy voice it was magical. he deserves a raise.

Before u even get in the door, there is a group of homeless people blocking the door which can be intimidating plus when u get in it’s not any better as they are sitting on majority of the chairs some sleeping and some drunk, when I was there a homeless woman was sick all over the table herself and the floor and the staff didn’t seem too bothered , one just handed her what looked like a brown bag. Personally this isn’t a place where I would go again if I wanted to enjoy my food

Ok well I’ve been in for breakfast today at around 7am. People queuing as normal as the service was slower than snails pace. As usual a lot of tables taken up by people sleeping, which doesn’t look good or welcoming. The updated order screens are a step backwards from the last time I used them and look more confusing and are slower to use. As ever no receipt either.If you want a decent breakfast or even just a coffee avoid unless you want a long old wait.

Food was cold and order was incorrect. Ordered using table delivery and it took 10 minutes to arrive...

At no stage did i EVER think i'd use a tool like Tripadvisor to review a McDonalds and i'm actually surprised fast food places are on here but i'm glad that they are.This is without doubt not only the very worst McDonalds in the country but the worst fast food place i have ever been too WORLDWIDE and as a very well travelled 37 year old, i have just cause to say this. Waiting for 20 minutes for a stone cold 'Signature Burger' and fries with a relatively busy floor is one thing but the sheer lack of effort and urgency from the staff is entirely another. It's busy, i get that. It's a Saturday early evening, i get that but what i do not get is the complete disregard for the customers. I wasn't expecting them to run around like headless Chickens at all but the Zombie-like shambling at a Snails pace, staring into oblivion with dead eyes and not saying anything except screaming out Order Numbers was just ridiculous. As for McDonalds themselves, these Touch screens must be a God send. Now people can input orders and more importantly PAY before having any idea what the situation is in regards to waiting times. A countdown screen of the anticipated waiting time would be easy enough to initiate in the restaurants however i guess that would cut into their profits too much as many would go elsewhere. Talking of screens, the Order Screen was completely out of sync with what was being handed out and food was just placed under a heat lamp until people figured out what was going on.As i mentioned, it was a relatively busy but we anticipated 5-10 minutes, not 20 minutes. That's almost as long you'd wait in an actual restaurant for crying out loud with table service, good food and a nice setting, not 2 ice cold burgers and chips stuck into a paper bag. The only redeeming feature here is that the place at least looked tidy and a member of staff was busy emptying bins and cleaning tables.In comparison, i was in McDonalds in Leeds City Center 3 weeks ago at half midnight on a Saturday, the place was absolutely heaving with people and i managed to get 3 Fillet-O-Fish that had to be cooked to order in less than 10 minutes.This place is a complete and utter disorganised Hell hole.

McDonalds in Brixton really needs to sort itself out. The worst service I have ever experienced. Both times I have been, there are about 60-70 people waiting for their food. On both occasions I have waited 20+ minutes for my meal. Not a single employee is doing anything, all are standing around doing nothing while everyones orders are piling up on the hot tray bit. The rudest and most incompetent employees I have ever had the pleasure to be served by.

Mi amigo y yo visitamos el viernes por la noche. 3 de los miembros del personal fueron extremadamente groseros y no respetaron su trabajo en absoluto. Una señora llamó a mi amigo un "d * ckhead" por hacer una pregunta simple, luego hablamos con el gerente por turno y no hizo nada sobre la situación. Seguía mirando y rodando los ojos hacia nosotros. Todo lo que queríamos era una disculpa. Luego, otro tipo, parte de la gerencia, literalmente amenazó con movernos a mi amigo y a mí si él quería. Esto, por supuesto, me enojó y lo reté a que viniera a hacerlo. Al final no sucedió nada, pero seguimos esperando y pidiendo que se hiciera algo por esta vergonzosa conducta. Las personas así son las que dan mala fama a McDonald's. Decepcionando a toda la empresa. Necesita nuevos miembros del personal y gerentes que dirijan este lugar. Con gusto me reuniría en persona para explicarle lo que sucedió con más detalle porque nunca he tratado con un servicio al cliente tan malo en mi vida y no creo que estas 3 personas puedan salirse con la suya. Son adultos CRECIDOS. . . Han tenido su tiempo y experiencia para saber cómo hacer su trabajo correctamente.

Estuve allí ayer (28/07/2019) y, para ser sincero, la mayoría de los McDs están ocupados y se las arreglan bien. Este no lo hace. Mucho personal, pero cuando llaman a su número si no lo oye o se pone al frente rápidamente, lo guardan. Que desperdicio de comida. Nunca había visto tanto tirado frente a tantos clientes. Al final estaba llamando a los números y dirigiendo a los clientes a su comida. Tenía mucho tiempo en mis manos ya que el tiempo de espera era de entre 30 y 45 minutos si tenía suerte. Si tiene en cuenta la cantidad de pedidos incorrectos, probablemente podría haber alimentado a todas las personas sin hogar en Brixton / Stockwell. Una señora regresó al área de pedidos con su bolso, ya que le faltaban unas fichas grandes. ¡La señora de la orden buscó en la bolsa y luego revisó lo malo y comenzó la orden nuevamente! ! ! ! ! La dama no podía creerlo, pero no tuvo tiempo de detenerla.

Esperé más de 30 minutos y luego me dijeron que estaba esperando el número de pedido incorrecto, que no era el caso, pero no pude comprobarlo porque la impresora de la máquina estaba rota. Pregunté 3 veces si todo iba bien ya que mi número desapareció de la pantalla sin anunciar el número. Después de la 4ª vez, alguien más me dijo que tenía que tomar un número diferente y esta orden ya tenía 30 minutos de espera y me dio una hamburguesa con queso fría. Muy mal servicio y totalmente no amigable para el cliente. Nunca voy a volver allí.

Recibí parte de la orden y fue piedra fría. Los llamaron y me dijeron que no son responsables. Me dieron un número para llamar a ubereats y dijeron que deberían reembolsarme todo el pedido porque faltaba comida y estaba fría. Esperamos 45 minutos por la comida. ¡Ubereats se negó a reembolsar todo y nadie comió lo que estaba allí ya que hacía frío y se hizo puré! Me dejaron extremadamente enojado, frustrado y hambriento. Mi hijo de 3 años estaba llorando porque él tampoco consiguió su comida.

Muy, muy ocupado, así que obviamente tuve que esperar mucho tiempo. Cuando me llamaron, me entregaron mi bolsa de comida. Se lo llevó, para encontrar que faltaba una hamburguesa y que las patatas estaban muy frías. ¿Pero cómo puedes volver? Empacado en la puerta, así que supongo que a nadie en este lugar le molesta. Me sirve bien para ir allí!

The worst McDonald’s in the world! Never had to wait 35 minutes for McDonald’s before and still have things missing. Service is shocking...apart from JOANNE who does her best in a bad situation! If it wasn’t for her this McDonald’s would be genuinely horrendous!

Abbiamo aspettato 2 ore per 3 menù... dico 2 ore .... mentre quelli dopo di noi prendevano l'ordine e andavano via... il personale neanche a scusarsi....ci hanno fatto aspettare come barboni in cerca si cibo tutti accalcati a ritirare il cibo freddo e ormai andato a male... li abbiamo richiamati ma non ci consideravano... eravamo invisibili x loro ... e nonostante la difficoltà della lingua inglese loro capivano e facevano finta di nulla continuando a servire altre persone ... per nn parlare della lentezza nel consegnare gli ordini...il peggior McDonald ke abbiamo mai visto ... fanno schifo

Nunca, repito, NUNCA tomé tanto tiempo para conseguir mi comida. Nunca he visto un bastón tan lento. Esperé por casi 30 minutos mi comida fría y hasta se olvidaron de darme la fuente que ordené y pagué. Entonces, para obtener la fuente, perdí otros 3 minutos.

Otra comida horrible de aquí mientras espero a la hija que está en el O 2. Esperé 25 minutos por una hamburguesa fría, regresé al auto para encontrar que, a pesar de estar marcado como un pedido especial sin queso, tenía queso. El servicio era terrible, el personal apenas podía moverse a paso de caracoles, a pesar de que había más Órdenes que podrían caber en el tablero. Qué pena que, si se ejecuta correctamente, sería una mina de oro absoluta y una de las más concurridas del país. Debería haberlo sabido mejor que la última vez que solo obtuve medio bollo con mi hamburguesa fría.

not everyone has the means to use the self service machines. So why is it when I went in on Sunday morning (10:00am) there was nobody on a register. Absolutely appalling I will not be returning.

I visited this McD’s after coming back from holiday. Have visited previously and it was ok. Restaurant was filthy to the point I couldn’t actually eat there. I left a comment on the website. Still dirty a month later. Food stains in the floor, milkshake machine filthy and in use and surfaces dirty.

Mi hijo, que utiliza una silla de ruedas eléctrica de brixton estaba asistiendo a la última noche, y fuimos a MCDONALD'S por la comida. Él era literalmente abrumados (bueno, no literalmente! ) por la amabilidad de uno de los empleados llamado John, que no pudo hacer más por ayudarte, trajeron todas sus alimentos, etc. Mi hijo dijo que sentía como que estaba en un restaurante!

You have to wait for loooong to take your food and you are afraid to wait as well because of all the drunk people there, screaming and make noice. Everybody pee right outside and it’s disgusting! I don’t know why it’s still open this shop...

You know what you get with McD's and the busy times are better now that the newish ordering system is in place. Great mix of people and ages enjoying the warmth and the friendly atmosphere.

Nos detuvimos para el desayuno mientras estábamos en la zona. Colocado cómodamente en una esquina no lejos del tubo, siempre parecía estar ocupado. Encontré un asiento con vista a la encrucijada, ideal para observar a la gente. Fácil de ordenar a través de las pantallas táctiles, desayuno rápido y delicioso, restaurante razonablemente limpio. El precio de los muffins de huevo y queso parece haber aumentado significativamente, ¿o es solo este lugar? No tan buen valor como lo fue antes.

He sido cliente aquí durante 15 años pero ya la introducción de vino en que haya ido a los perros. Me tomó cuatro va a encontrar una pantalla que ni siquiera tome mi pedido e incluso entonces la impresora estaba roto.

Chi entra in un McDonalds si aspetta un certo stardard (che può essere più o meno gradevole in base ai gusti personali). Questo locale sfugge purtroppo a questa regola, è sporco, i cibi sono cucinati male, il personale è assorto nei suoi pensieri... assolutamente da evitare.

Este establecimiento de dos pisos muy grande está justo en el corazón de Brixton. Aunque siempre está lleno, parece que administrar bien y el servicio es continuo. Parece limpio y acogedor, no como algunos de los otros MCDONALD'S que he visto. . Los inodoros están arriba pero siempre hay un wc discapacitados sólo seguros en donde está.

Aunque es un restaurante de 24 horas, no comer después de las 10:00 pm. No diremos que la agresiva y luego personal de seguridad kick. Dentro de las barreras de metal parecía cierre asientos. . . . Warzone. Parece una. Le dije McDonalds pero no les importó y dijo que era una franquicia y el franquiciado wpuld ponerse en contacto. . . . Que no.. Una firma burger es un asombroso £6. 49. . . . . hay mejores lugares para comer una hamburguesa por ese precio. . . . . Evitar este restaurante.

Siempre he sido un fan de McDonald's batido de verduras, patatas fritas y hamburguesa picante. Incluso la tarta de manzana, mcflurry son buenas también. El precio era fantástico y realmente ahorra dinero cuando vamos con amigos. Además, las opciones de alimentos son impresionantes.

Visited here after looking up on WEB, SAYS OPEN 5 TILL 5 am, 24 HOURS, actually it is just a takeaway and poor at they got the order wrong even though we did it ourselves at the order point, food was cold and you can't eat in 2r Hrs, it doesn't warn you of this on the Web site, terrible attitude from the manager 1 ST Jan. I will never visit a mcdonalds again after this terrible experience and will make sure everyone I know is aware of my experience order 83 if the area management need to know. This will have a huge impact on your success and you deserve it.

its really just like any other McDonald's its nothing special it can get quite busy at times but that's just McDonald's for you

Regarding the food , everyone who eat at a MCDonald's know what to expect , it's junk food but its better than it used to be a few years ago and its cheap & easy . I sometimes go there on my way back home when I finish late. The Brixton chain is always busy so needless to say avoid going there on a Friday or Saturday evening as it looks like the entrance to a tacky club. The wait is always relatively long , especially since they have put those self-service screen. All the staff is always rushing and they forgot one of my item three times.

Was a bit ill after visiting here, and in hindsight should have gone for some late night food elsewhere.I appreciate that it was late at night, and in Brixton some security may be needed but the nightclub style entrance with bouncers is really akin to a fast food place.

I enjoy using the new self service screen. Usually I go for a filet o fish; though if I'm with friends I don't because there is always a long wait time compared to their food.The Brixton McDonalds has a good buzz and is always fresh and good.My milk shake was lighter in weight than normal so I was concerned they're pumping it with air for volume and profit; will have to wait for my next visit.They have free wi fi and plenty of universal charge points , good thinking McDonalds. I am not keen on fast-food but had to stop here at Mcd I was hungry the Filet fish meal was yummy hot and tasty and to me surprise filling.I loved the milkshake although loaded with calories.My favorite was the Apple pie I had to buy 2 to take out as well.Food was fast and really nice staff who served me.

What you expect from McDonald's. Easy but good decent food. Big mac is spot on just need more ice cream choices

I cant believe there is a review on here for Maccy D's but seeing as I happened across it I had to give my two pence...It's open 24 hours. If you're drunk and hungry its great.

On the 6 occasions i have attended over a period of 5 years, i have experienced two acts of violence and verbal abuse amongst customers and staff, staff who do minimum and do not go the extra mile. There is an above average wait for pretty much anything you order!
