they didn't give condiments I requested for

Again items missing ! I don’t know if it’s McDonald or just eat but e set time I order something goes wrong ! Easier to just delete and order from the merchant themselves at this point more than unsatisfied

Mcdonalds is Mcdonalds we don’t eat here because its michillen starred - we eat here because you know what your getting and its cheap

they delayed with order and forgot the half of my orders 😒

I ordered 2 chicken mayos, 20 nuggets, 2 medium fries,and a largeclassic coke and got 2 mayo chickens,40 nuggets,and a medium coke.

No straws for the milkshakes. Delivery time was ridiculous. Waiting at the restaurant for 30min… when he arrived I could see he had at least 4 other orders.. you should make me aware there’s going to be multiple deliveries and then I can make a decision on whether I use just eat…

the original delivery time stated 20:40 the food actually got delivered at 21:25

Worst meal I’ve ever had from Mc Donald’s, food arrived freezing cold, chips had been over cooked they were inedible, cardboard wound have been tastier and coke delivered instead of milkshakes NEVER AGAIN

It’s McDonald’s it’s never good

Usually come here after a night out, as most people do. frequented at around 2-3am today (21/09) i order the burger special meal and the wrap of the day, alongside mozzarella sticks. i paid do this, yet did not receive all of these of all of these items. i am very disappointed and this experience (not being the first) has truly discouraged me from revisiting.

The delivery driver was really rude my food is freezing cold and my drink got half of it missing it was half n hour late

Wonderful delivery. Shame the food wasn’t right but this was no reflection on the gentleman who delivered it.

im saying early because it took literally minutes to place order with time of delivery and it was cooked and delivered within 10 mins, impossible, food was stone cold and eggs were off, delivery was too quick the food had obviously been cooked a whil

Every time I order they forget items from meals this is the last time I order from here this time they have forgot both chips and dips I don’t understand how you can forget it when the order is on screen in front of you and then you stick the order to the bag it comes in as well I think you need new stuff not going to lie.

Lovely place to have some food, might get busy especially on the weekend thus table service is not always available, food quality is on top… most of the time

first of all my burger had no bacon. Staff are disgusting rude and inhumane, male manager working at 7:30pm 8th sept had a go at a homeless woman for dropping an item of clothing on the ground despite her not doing anything wrong. Several members of staff blatantly ignored and laughed at the homeless woman who politely asked if they could unlock the toilet. inhumane and no respect

Both drinks upside down, coffee everywhere, allergy to sauce yet covered by meal in it, delivery over an hour late, went from town, to penylan, back to roath all sorts. Absolutely vile.

Visiting Cardiff from London. Maybe we're spoilt in London but this mcdonalds has got to be the worst I've ever been in. We was there around 8pm on a Thursday evening, not particularly busy. The place was filthy, rubbish everywhere, bins overflowing, tables and floors looked like they hadnt been cleaners in days & not a cleaner in sight. The food took 25!!! MINUTES. which is ridiculous, we ordered mcflurries and they were half empty. But worst of all the food was all stone cold because it was sat waiting for so long to be given to us. Completely understaffed hence the long wait times. Yet they have 2 security guards??!! Maybe employ a cleaner, and some more counter staff, cause honestly it's an absolute shambles.

This place is gross, absolutely filthy. The hygiene is appalling. Dirty floors, dirty tables, dirty seats, disgusting blocked toilets. Generally filthy everywhere and it's clearly not just been there 5 minutes and that's just the daytime. At night it's even worse and is a place for all the scuzzies and wasters to hang out. Absolutely grim

Tastes like all other McDonald's. I had a brown sauce breakfast wrap and really enjoyed it. Waited about 4 or 5 minutes, but it was freshly made and not taken from a hot counter so can't complain about that!! Very quiet (about 10 customers dotted around the place) at just before 10am

Delivery driver did not read the instructions. I put “ do not knock” and they did. They arrived early ( good but bad in this case ) plus they did not attempt to ring phone number before.

Standard mc donalds. It's a little difficult when you place the order yourself via the LCD screen...

The worst McDonald's I've ever been. Poor service. Low staff,it usually takes 15-20mins to give you an order which is ridiculous 🤬. Not recomending to anyone. Most customers are drunken or stoned especially in a night time. Shut down this place lol

The two security members who were working on the 12 of August 2024 were too aggressive on us the customers who were trying to purhuse some food. They kick us out with no reseaon, and they said to a 16 years old, do you want to gey know out?? When they are 2 and over 30 years old. How is this happening in Wales cardiff the city is loosing control!!!

The two security guys were too aggressive on us we were trying yo buy some food when suddenly, one of them started shouting go out of my shop when we were looking for advices but it seems-he was not having a nice day and he let it go on us. Terrible experience. I hope it more people find this experience report jt and dont be a shame of report it

My partner and myself called in for a coffee. I was recommended the toffee flavoured one. They were super sweet and lukewarm. We should have gone to Costa or Starbucks.

Would say this was one of the best mcdonalds in cardiff.

On time, do me a favour tho, next time your preparing food, make sure the foot is hot, its cold af, either make them hot or send it frozen how you get it so i cna cook them myself, at least then im getting what i pay for

Saying delivered when it wasn’t

McDonald's forgot the golden syrup, the pancakes and the sausage :/. normally it's just the syrup they forget but this time it was the whole lot. quick and friendly delivery biker guy though so that's a plus :)

This review is purely for the staff member Sharon. She was swept of her feet helping customers and cleaning. She was cleaning the tables in seconds and when she saw me struggling with my son, she got me a seat and helped with getting my food. She didn't stop for a millisecond. I've never had a member of staff help me and othrr like Sharon was, all the while she was constantly cleaning.

**DO NOT TRUST OPENING TIMES** It was meant to be open (24 hours!!!) as a bus driver I go there early morning just after 6am peak morning time, need a coffee after parking bus in bus stop. Have just enough time to grab a coffee, only for the security guard to tell me it's not open right now as the manager said so!!! 😒

Early hours visit, we were the only people ordering at the time, after waiting 10 minutes they asked to see the receipt as they appear to have cleared the order before completing it. Waited a further 5 minutes. I then double checked my order to find 3 items missing. Maybe the staff need to pay more attention!

took my food to the wrong address +refused a refund

the worst macdonalds ive ever visited. I ordered a bacon egg muffin and it was hard, obviously completely stale. The cashier had the grace to apologise and reordered for me, but I watched them make it, no gloves, used hands to pick all the ingredients up and assemble. The hygiene in this store needs to be assessed

Ordered a happy meal which didn't contain the 4 nuggets or the toy it was meant to come with, also ordered a plain chicken mayo burger which didn't come either.

The toilets were disgraceful out of 3 toilets only 2 were working they didn't have locks. they were to small and everything was disgusting I used my elbow to open the door because I didn't want to touch it

Popped in for breakfast. Service very slow, showing order ready on the board, but no food. Waited ages to be called. Had to ask at desk for food & then finally sorted our food.

Two hours late and wrong food shocking

Ordered table service, when delivered to the table, part of the order was missing. Rectified when I went up to the counter with my receipt.

The coke had spilt into the bag, there was none left to drink.

drink did not seem properly secured; most of it had spilled by the time it reached me and the lid looked battered compared to drinks in previous orders. other than that the food was good and the driver was great. 8/10

Used it after the Foo Fighters gig. They coped with the crowds really well and managed a fairly quick service

Review is based solely on Sharon the Customer Experience lady. I’ve been here twice in the past month and upon noticing that I have a baby, she’s helped me to find a seat and fetched condiments for me. She made such a difference to my visit. More staff like Sharon please! Well done McDonalds for employing such a lovely lady.
