said it was delivered and never received, no call or text

I ve order McDonald and is was missing iteam was missing my children was crying because of them they keep forgetting put the things that people are ordering!!!!!

The order was was soaking wet an missing items its shocking how bad of a service u actually offer i will never order again mcdonalds your a let down!!!

If they get your order right it's nice. IF

Not good as usual missing item again and trued offering me less than what I payed for it

The man banged 3 times on my door very very loud woke my daughter up and my food is cold

When you order a large coffee you get a large cup and it seems like regular coffee in the cup. And now they won’t even take McDonald’s App orders, so you can’t use any offers! Looks like its a franchise with poor a franchisee.. no fault of the staff. McDonald’s UK are not interested in complaints about it.

Food was semi cold but once heated up was great

This morning, dine-in breakfast service abruptly stopped before 6:00 without any explanation.

Ordered at 7pm. At 9pm it said delivered. Didn't receive a thing. Very hungry Family. Shocking.

Packing the food was terribly fries were upside down and the big Mac burger package was open causing it to go everywhere in the bag

You can only expect to get the correct order through drive through 50% of the time. They seem to have a particular affinity for giving out sausage & egg mcmuffins despite ordering (and paying for) precisely not that - it's happened on at least 4 occasions in the last year.

late and freezing cold order over a hours ago it have sat there since I ordered as the fries where solid rock hard cold and the burger was sweating it took the driver less than 8 mins from the restraunt to get here so it was cleary given cold to him

I had a wrong order I ordered one medium strawberry milkshake and one large chocolate but got 2 cokes

Food did not come from our closest local restaurant. Food got delivered at 01.33am. From the Leckwith area in cardiff all the food was inedible to eat as it was stone cold absolutely freezing. Disappointed

Cold Crunchy pancakes was a new experience this morning. I thought as it was 7am they would be fresh but it seems they cook them, burn them, leave them out in the cold and then sell them to unsuspecting customers. Awful...

Stay away at all costs this store is dirty they have inadequately trained staff. And everyone who answers the phone completely forget that customers can also record calls for training and monitoring purposes I have 2 amazing phone calls that will be sent to the regional manager so they can listen in and then put the staff through re-training. The food was cold should have never of left the establishment but when I called in the salary manager come to the phone and said I can check your order on cctv I said it’s ok I have the receipt so you can check that l, he said no I will have to look at the cctv I said how is that going to tell you if the food is hot or cold? 🤷‍♂️ and well the answer to that was just diabolical so if the regional manager don’t take necessary action then I will just upload it to my friends YouTube channel see with over 1M subscribers and see how that goes for them 🫡

Had to wait 30 minutes for food was spoken too like I was a lesser form of life when complaining, then complained about the toilets see photo attached and was told “you don’t work here so don’t tell me how to do my job” by the manager shinshir I believe his name was.

1 of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have see in all of Wales. The food was great the service was excellent and the atmosphere was brilliant so we have given this restaurant 5 star's for all of the above, and would recommend that anyone in the Cardiff City area will enjoy eating at this restaurant.

today i visited the mcdonald’s in leckwith as i was in college and was fancying a mcdonald’s breakfast. however, i was totally disappointed as i was met at my table by a rude cleaner who shoved her finger in my face and spoke to me in a rude manor. she then proceeded to refuse to bring my food to my table service number i am totally disappointed. this is totally unacceptable acceptable.

Food all cold, chips tasted like theyd been cooked several times, tea cold, all food cold, quality terrible

Drive thru is an absolute nightmare, slow and workers don’t speak good enough English and they’re trying to take orders. Food was cold and when I took the food inside to tell them they made me wait 20 minutes to get replacement food. I won’t be back.

I tried to place an order on the app only to be told that as it was match day they turn off the ability to order via the app. This meant I couldn't use the offers available and I left and took my business elsewhere. Staff at the till was extremely rude and argumentative.

Food luck warm large coke all tipped out so no drink with that meal and milkshack was way to runny

Mcdonalds is always better when you go to the restaurant if you have it delivered it will probably cold

If you go to Mc Donald's it's a very hit and miss!!..... sometimes you get very friendly service. Food: I order only onions extra onions in my burger 🍔...(of which I pay extra for) .what I get is 3 out of 10 times is about 5 tiny bit of onions. Chips most of the time are warm at best! But the flat white coffee ☕ for me is compered with other coffee places is the cheapest by alot! And the best tasting.

completely the wrong order sent so now have no food to eat. Absolute shambles no idea how they can get it so badly wrong.

First of all the time changed about 6 times for delivery. Then when the food got here it was warm (not surprising for McDonald’s). The drink had spilt and I had about half a cup left.

Normally stop by for a breakfast on my way home to taking my sister to work. I order a breakfast either on the app or from the drive through. Service at 7am is what you expect. Would be nicer if food wad wrapped better and not thrown together and dumped in a bag so that when you drive away and try to eat it the bun and fillings are falling apart and sauce gets everywhere. But it's McDonald's the expectation is fast food and that's what you get

As it was match day, coke's were served in cans, which is less ml. than a normal McDonalds drink for the same price. I did bring it to their attention, and I was given another can. There was no soap in the Gents toilets. I do however appreciate that it was overcrowded with people queuing outside due to Cymru playing football

Very busy McDonald's but unfortunately the food wasn't very hot. My son only eat here and said the chips in his happy meal were cold. Me and my partner order two lattes and when I opened the lid of mine it was cappuccino. Waited 10 mins to even be acknowledged by the staff. I think every McDonalds should do away with self ordering kiosks and go back to the old fashioned way of being served by a human being.

Terrible customer service. Clear orders were piling up Slow I miss the old day is McDonald’s where you would never wait over 5 minutes. 10-15 minute waits are common these days

Ordered a triple and it came actually dripping with grease and slapped together with more sauce and cheese outside the burger than inside. It was literally like the bun had been dropped in a grease trap and could be wiped clean. Clearly the burger meat trays where dripping greasy and this then leads to the question how long is that juice sitting there and how many times are the trays being reused and not cleaned between cycles. Absolutely disgusting I wish I'd taken a picture to show how bad it actually was

This place is a little gem, no matter what time I go only once [and that was this week] in 6 years of visiting 4/5 times a week have they not had any Frappes! Staff are exceptional, friendly and super efficient! Well done to all the team

This is one of the better mcdonalds, always a friendly smile on the servers face :) food always comes out fast and tastes great. Never had a problem here even in the busiest times during match days.

Ordered food then got approached by a guy hitting on me and 3 other women. Told staff member were was told its normal but guy had mental health! I'm sorry that doesn't excuse him! Telling a staff member I'm uncomfortable due to thus being told its normal? Seriously. Will not be coming back at all after being made uncomfortable then being dismissed when I tell staff member!

26 degrees at 4pm on a lovely Sunday summer afternoon and no ice cream or milk shakes (28/07/24). Disgusting, this place NEVER has ice cream or shakes.
