Tabel service. Who knew. We'll I didn't. Me and my grandson loved it to coin a phrase. We will be back.

Food wasn't rite cracking, but there are a lot of odd people that go in here on a night so made it an experience

Food tonight was great, nice and fresh and specially warm . The lad at front counter was really lovely ! Also not gonna be complaining when you get 6 nuggets for the price of 4 , and fries even tho I chose a fruit bag with my happy meal. However the toilets were vile as always, smells like cow poo and just very unpleasant and couple of dirty tables at 11.30 pm when the restaurant is dead

Orders always wrong, it's getting worse. Wrong items, missing fries from 3 meals, forget to add sauces. 5 weeks on the trot they messed up. Wont use again.

Regularly have double coffee there. Lovely staff. One of the cleanest toilets and tables to go to. Unlike other branches which make me cringe. Only give 3 stars cos only had coffee/ cappuccino. Better price than other brands

Just bought 3 fillet meals for kids all wanted sweet n sour sauce would only give me 2 sauces for 2 meals 1 each sweet n sour said had to pay extra if I wanted ut with the third how pathetic 3 kids 3 meals 3 sauces

I would give it a zero !!! Staff not trained probably on monopoly. Manager talking back saying “ not my problem “ … older lady named Lindsley who was rude and useless as a manager! Instead of sorting out my order told me to come back in 15 mins even tho im on a time schedule !! Customer service from her was bad !!she used to be lovley but i guess customers dont matter any more. Food at least came warm however no condiments and no cream on the drinks

I'm absolutely disappointed I know not to expect much from mcdonalds but it's ridiculous when I order a philly cheese burger meal and the actual burger was missing and today i order 2 large meals one a double quarter pounder and one a philly stack and both large fries are missing and on my quarter pounder I added extra pickles and it came with none at all!!!

Toilets were disgusting. Had to clean the toilet seat myself as they haven't been attended to in several hours. Disgusting

Previously rated highly but it's really gone downhill over the years. Complete luck as to the service and quality you'll receive nowadays and more often than not something is lacking. Rude staff and saw flies going on food whilst being bagged up.

Second time and the last time I will use this place ya get a stone cold burger so basically paying for crap avoid

Went through drive true, ordered a meal and then go to next window, asked them if they could fill hot water in the flask I brought for me, they said can't, but they put in a paper cup for me, is cost a lots for hot water?

Went other day after work to a so called 24 hour but it was closed this is not acceptable if you say 24 hour then be open easy

It's usually great in here tbh, but it was sunny the other day and I think they were really busy because my food was drier than a nuns sneaky bits, very stingy with the lettuce as well on my burger....chips cold as well.

Place order took it home to find the big mac half done no burger or bun on the top this place is not good at all previous orders either brought it with bacon on or just items missing

Same old same old. More rocket scientists at bagging the orders. How hard is it to put all the items in. Too many times now the main part of a meal is missing. It's not like they'll redeliver it for free either.

Fast service food was warm ish but good service

Staff arguing about an employee making a milkshake, I felt bad for her because it looked like her first time working there.

Ordered a meal asked for a sauce tried to charge me 10p i know it’s only 10p but this is the only McDonald that charges for sauce surely you should get a free sauce with you meal anyway.

To be honest this McDonald's is absolute filth, the food is a disaster, a disgrace I call it, they're joking with us man. The service is even a shittier quality mate, I ain't tryna be rude or owt but it's like they don't give a shit, they make us wait for ages, I ain't got time to be sitting in one place, my adhd will be through the place. The only good thing about this shit hole is the atmosphere, lad we get iPads to go on, quality. It also has crayons for kids, but its fucking shite to be fair, the kids are only on those devices.

BEST McDonalds in Bradford and possibly one of the best I've been to. Nicest and polite staff, always personable greeting with a smile and food just prepared and packaged better, not falling out the wrappers like the one on Ingleby Road, which in my opinion is one of the worst in all aspects. I go out my way to go to this one verses Ingleby one which is 2 mins away from me.

Ordered a breakfast delivery at 10:30. Basically they couldn't be bothered and they cancelled the order at 11:00.

The food was cold, stale and was not prepared properly lids wasn’t on the drinks and delivery driving was disrespectful. Whoever's working there and prepared my food needs to sort themselves out can’t even put a burger together useless and disgusting

I was in shock when a group of teen age boys were blasting the song “bradford boy “ on there speakers and this upset my 5 year old who is very sensitive to loud noises and Yh e fries were freezing service was unhelpful when i told them that my kids happy meal was missing the toy he went home crying NEVER GO TO THIS MACDONALDS!!!!!

Mcdelivery, every time I give them another chance and order there is either missing items or the food is flat cold. Won’t be ordering again now after tonight. Missing Big Mac and the rest was cold.

I use alot of stores over the years up and down the country I've used this one regularly now for the last few months, and this ones consistently great food and great customer service, I use this store twice a day, only had one issue with an order, the manager was great he asked me to come back, was very polite and considerate and sorted out my issue himself, couldn't ask for better customer service to be fair. Thanks guys

So the Lakeside McDonald's Scunthorpe will be closing on the 3rd of January for refurnishment

This place never seems to have Ice Cream or milkshakes available after 10pm Always told machine is being cleaned.

Whenever we seem to order from them they always miss food off and when they don't the food is cold today was a mix of both they are a joke

Not the best McDonald's in my experience

Went to the drive through, as usual was told to go wait in a parking bay even though it was only a small order. Got told parking bay 3, but there isn't a parking bay 3 so had to wait near the other bays. A lad came out looking so I called him over and said is it for bay 3 and he said yes. I asked him where bay 3 was and he just shrugged his shoulders, didn't know. When I got home there was 2 things missing. Useless.

Drive through is often not available

Here is one place that you should be able to leave minus stars what utter utter rubbish. Order missing items missing sauce what did get delivered was cold. Tried to ring the number busy busy busy either phone line faulty or busy dealing with complaints Stay clear of this place if you want a delivery

Absolutely do not use the McDonald's App if you expect decent delivery. Uber eats make mistakes and refuse to acknowledge that its their delivery drivers who are at fault. He went to the wrong house put the phone down on me and instead of arriving at my home went and delivered to two other properties then showed up with melted ice cream and flat cold food. I'm usually understanding of innocent mistakes & dont expect red hot food from McDonald's but tonight has completely and totally put me off McDonald's delivery ever again!

Food was cold despite having to wait in a bay for it and was disappointed to have to pay 10p per sachet of sauce after spending £33.20 on the family meal. I know I won't miss the 10p but it just seems tight of them after spending that much on food to charge extra. One of the staff members was very cheerful though.

Surpringsly good table service at this McDonald’s. Prime location at Forster Square car park but a little awkward walking there when it's busy. Little else to say about McDonald’s as most people already know and if they don't they just need to try it. But I was impressed with the table service, timing and using the app.

I normally contact McDonald’s when the service is poor, but thought I should post a positive review when they provide a good service. The food was hot, all the buns were placed correctly on top of the burger, the fries were hot and the service was quick. All without me asking for it! Well done.

Taking orders on drive through very slow (despite having staff chatting with each other). Starting to charge for sauces 10p despite raised their meal prices to cover the inflation in UK. Staff not interested in their job and are quite rude

Zubar handed me 20.00 I had dropped out of my pocket, honesty is a good soul

Got a sharebox of Mozzarella bites. They gave me no sauce so I went in and asked for the tomato dip for the bites, member of staff gave me 1 sauce for the share box, I explained this is a sharebox and that we need more than one sauce. He then told me I could have additional sauce for 20p per pot. On the receipt it states you get 3 sauces for the share box. Your staff need retraining. Useless.

It's a McDonalds... its pretty much the same as every other McDonalds. Make sure you check the order before you leave the drive thru because it will be wrong. Don't order online because it will be wrong and you won't get a refund or the missing items provided.

Best place for ice drinks and mc flurry from drive-through or click and serve more convenient through app order. get some points for free food also weekly offers, and payment through app more convenient. I highly recommend 👌

Completely apalladed, we ordered a veggie deluxe and when we got home we found they gave us a fillet o fish. Really disappointed

Don't eat here if you have allergy. You can tell the staff and they include stuff you have specifically made them aware your allergic (anaphylaxis) to Which could be potentially fatal. Update: spoke to the on duty manager who was very understanding and did offer to replace the food item (declined as really don't want to be in the situation again) he also said staff will be made aware of how critical allergens can be, hopefully he is true to his word and the staff that made the mistake learn and move forward with better service.

Missing the most expensive part of my order, didn't make a fuss even though I had to cook for kids when I got in as a result. Went back next day with receipt and they basically called me a liar!

Ordered 2 medium milk shakes. Recieved in a medium cup but they were not full measures!

How is it possible to forget the burger in a cheeseburger, but McDonald's at Thornburg somehow managed to do that tonight. How hard was it to do your job. We only ordered a single cheeseburger with extra pickle. I'm not angry I'm disappointed in you Thornbury. I know it's only £1.19 but I'm just so disappointed. Shame on you.

Mate I’ve rang 17 time and still no answer I was sent my order no chip and no drink just burgers and mozzarella dipper they have got to be having a joke !

The Staff are friendly but they have this continuous loud music being played. This means that customers have to talk loudly to be heard - which means that you have to shout over loud music AND loud talking to have a conversation!

Worse money grabbing store ever! Orderd through the app, collected food through drive thought and asked for 20p for 2 sauces! I didnt have any cash as ordered through the app. I asked for a refund for the full meal and they asked me to park around the side so they could process the refund.!!! They are prepared to refund the wole meal for the sake of 20p. I decied I wanted the meal, couldn't be bothered with the hastle. They made me order 2 dips on the app for 20p! I would have cost them 50p to pocess they payment. What a way to run a business! No other Mcdonalds store charges for dips apart from the ones owned buy this store owner!

This place needs shutting down! Everytime i order the food is cold, missing items and you call them and they never answer the phone. Ridiculous, i don't even know how this place has any good reviews.

It's hit or miss depending on which staff are on. But overall it ok. Always check if anything is missing. Sitting in is an adventure.
