Half the order missing wrong drink and cold

Food was warm, order was right - top tip ALWAYS order from here and not Caerphilly!!

Ordered meal deal for 4. Fries delivered but burgers missing

Order was correct but 20 minutes late

AVOID! Ordered a few times and had issues every time! I asked for just lettuce in 2 of the burgers and instead they piled them full of gerkins. Think this was an attempt at a joke but my disabled daughter couldn’t eat! Shame on you!

I didn’t want to order again after having items missing all the time. My mam having been well so she fancy a mcds and yet again we have food missing!!! How can you get an order wrong or miss items and do nothing about it!! Someone yet again goes with out their meal and this time is me!! Absolutely shocking

My only problem was that we had no delivery code when the food arrived.

Missing 2 hash browns and no bacon in the wrap.

I paid for dips but none was included that’s the only thing that was wrong

There was a hot/spicy sauce put on my child's burger. One of the big macs didn't have a top bun

The drinks were spilled everywhere I ordered 2 large chips they came as a medium and the burgers were stone cold

1 hour late. Food arrived freezing cold. Was shocking. Never using this again

Food was cold. Went from courier at restaurant to outside my door 1 hour later in less than 1 minute. Absolute joke

you're drivers are not reading the delivery instructions every time I order leave instructions to deliver to the rear of the house at the pink door and they always try to deliver to the front door please tell them to read the delivery instructions

Will not be ordering again from mcds, half the order was missing and couldn’t even deliver the missing goods, which means two people had to go without food tonight because they can’t get the order right.. they said they refunded me £9 but that doesn’t even cover the cost of missing this. Shocking! I order every Sunday for a treat and will not be doing this anymore!!! I think it wrong that you couldn’t even deliver and we have to go through just eat and not mcds’ losing customer is not the best

Ordered food it didnt come for 45 mins then when i checked the order there was no garlic mayo dip that i paid for

I live about a 5 minute drive (at most) from this mc Donald’s. Food was actually ice cold!

ordered the food at 7.37pm and food arrived only at 9.07pm and food food was cold

I never even received my food… the time kept getting delayed and the food never came! Absolutely shocking

driver was brilliant and on time. my one complaint would be the workers at McDonald's not adding any sauce that is supposed to come with the meals. the meal was bland and dry

Every time I order a coffee, half of it is spilled out. And hot chocolate is every time just water. No chocolate at all. This is ridiculous. I'm writing this after many times going through these poor experience.

Food was cold , was an hour late

Used the drive through Nantgawr. Positives- Staff were friendly and polite and I didn't have to wait long. Negative- Given one ketchup to share between three adult meals plus the fries portion sizes were treadful!! Picture attached of the three large fries :-(

Big Mac and fries were lukewarm, bordering on cold. No way can a Big Mac be warmed up and still taste good. Waste of money.

I haven't given any stars for the service or food. Went just now. Food actually freezing cold. Quality was appalling. Fries of cardboard. No service at the drive through.

Food was really cold when delivered

we placed an order for delivery on 2.1.25, at 5.30pm the label on the burgers were cooked 5.51pm, we didn't have it delivered until 7.15pm it was freezing cold and horrible, it does not take 1hr 45mins to come from Treforest to pontypridd

outstanding food as always never disappoint me! A little cold but expected, But overall wernt disappointed.

twice now have ordered MdlcD's for delivery, both times items missing. let it slide first time, second time NO. 1) the missing item was meant to be a freebie 2) not only was it missing from the order but had the obesity to charge me for this. NOT ON! what's the service charge if not for a service - not happy at all!!!!

I just had my order I livid I ordered a large Mcrispy meal with large fries and they didn’t turn up and I also ordered a medium fries with also didnt turn up this has happened now twice in the last month!

I bought 1 large grimace milkshake not long ago and they said it weren’t in stock so we will give you a refund and I haven’t received it!

The delivery driver was aware of where I live as it shows on the map. He rung me a few times I explained to him where my flat was , the building cannot be missed it's a big white building that use to be a pub, it is a landmark but still took him ages to get here. I would like my delivery charge to be refunded to me please!!

Want a refund on an item i didn’t get. Bought a milkshake and it was replaced with a coke. Meaning i was paying an extra £2 for nothing

The delivery driver couldn’t find my address even though it shows on any map, it was around 15 - 20 minutes late as i had to explain and call multiple times and then had to go meet the driver out on the street. ultimately making the food cold and the drinks watered down and luke warm.

Delivery time was poor but moved fast once eventually on the road. Very friendly driver. The desserts were all there and the dips correct for once, but the burger was just a random one they flung in the bag I think. Simply not our order.

Driver was great, but 4th time in a row now the resteraunt has forgot to put the sauces in, yet on my recipet says I should have 4.everytime this places fails to put sauces in or straws.

Every time we order it’s usually OK but ALWAYS something missing and with true fashion tonight again missing stuff?! Why do I keep ordering from them? Well I believe in giving people chances but now 3 out of 5 order has stuff missing absolutely fed up now?!!! Maybe it’s a sign for me to stop ordering with them, is it really that hard to read the customers order and put in a bag??? Total and utter JOKE!

I ordered a double sausage muffin meal, an extra double dausage muffin and extra hash brown, Flat bread and a latte, all i received was the flat bread. There is always something wrong when i order from them. Won't be ordering from them again.

Missing items won’t be refunded I’m assuming because I’ve claimed too many times because they are always missing items off the order. Bad enough but they refund it but now they miss it and won’t refund £7 I won’t be using them again

Small McDonald's and very very busy due to Deliveroo Just Eat etc. took ages to order and then wait for food with the doors open in the cold. Horrible experience

wrong order sent I paid £28 for my order, & they got it wrong even put wrong order on the bag. I use just eat all the time & this is the first time this has happened. I wanted milkshakes & they sent full fat coke instead which went down the sink. Really pxxd off.

Once it was out for delivery it was pretty quick, and the driver was polite and apologetic, but it didn't leave the restaurant for about an hour. I'm not sure how it's possible to take an hour to put this basic amount of food in a bag.

Just don’t bother, honestly. Save yourselves the hassle and just order from somewhere else. Second time ordering from this branch and both times have been awful. First time, McMuffins arrive with no eggs in them, how is this possible? Second time, food arrives over an hour and ten minutes after I ordered and all the items are stone cold. (I live ten minutes away) on top of that the drink is spilled all over the bag and is half empty. Shocking.

Very disappointing always something wrong with order and almost always some things not available

This branch does well with getting the orders right, but you do tend to have to wait for food. Some staff are great at giving sauces others you have to ask for more than 1. It's always full of kids though so is loud to eat in.
