McDonald's in Rhondda Cynon Taf

I ordered on just eat and they sent me 2 drinks instead of my food order and I’ve now tried calling them over 20 times and no answer

got to be one of the worst mcdonalds out there. long waits for cold food.

Slow service! Waited 20 mins for a MacRib. No apology, either. The restaurant was very quiet people wise. All the staff lacked motivation

Ordered a wrap and Big Mac meal. The wrap came but no Big Mac. I’ve phoned about 7 times and each time I’ve had the phone put down on me. I’ve spent £19 for a delivery and only one meal. I’m appalled.

Fries were cold and mcdonalds Fries aren't the best to eat when cold, couldn't be bothered to change them as waiting times and needed to get home.

Had an oasis with a fly in it. Staff informed and a new one was promptly brought to me

Their slow as hell been left waiting best part of 30 mins. I've seen people come and go before me and I have children waiting sort it out! Too add to this place they get multiple orders wrong after waiting for eternity!

Poor service food was almost inedible

Appalling restaurant - Missing card machines at self serve kiosks and would not print receipts. Completely unprofessional service staff who lack any passion and poor customer service skills. They called out my forename infront of a packed restaurant (GDPR breach) and the 3 staff doing this at the counter proceeded to laugh in my face. A crayon was thrown at my friend by a group of college boys. 17/10/24

No one had a hairnet on extremely rude took over 20 minutes to get 2 packs of 5 small hash browns

Absolutely outraged with my order paid for a twix latte that was not received attempted to order the £5 saver meal deal and I was told they didn’t do meal deals. I then attempted to use a monopoly sticker for 6 nuggets which I was later charged for and only received 5 and the chips received were stone cold but above all this worst of all I could barely understand the guy on the microphone he said hello sir I am under de water.

Order missing loads of items and cold

Abhorrent. £40 online food order and they only sent the drinks and sauces!!! Absolute p!ss take. How do you put the sauces in but forget the food? Tried calling multiple times, no answer. Tried giving this specific location the benefit of the doubt multiple times, unfortunately nine times out of ten they’ve forgotten something or gotten the order wrong. However to completely forget a WHOLE food order is pretty insane. I’m disabled and sometimes have to rely on takeaway to eat; to be sent what was essentially an empty bag is insane. It is absolutely laughable the lack of overall competence this store has. DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered on the app and when the food arrived there was 3 items missing ( a McMuffin meal ) and when I was trying to call customer service no one was answering and when they did answer they would cut me off after a couple of seconds

The delivery time changed every times and food was slightly cold. Bit bad overall!

Delivery driver delivered to wrong house despite me adding additional very clear instructions. Thankfully my neighbours brought it over.

All 4 Hot chocolates were just brown water. Burger toppings were wrong. Fries cold.

We’ve tried ordering from here a few times and this will likely be the last. The food is always late and cold when it gets here.

I ordered in the McDonald’s app for a delivery and had three things wrong. Ordered a mozzarella share box and received the single three mozzarella, so ordered a sweet chilli crispy wrap and received the bbq crispy wrap, also ordered a double quarter pounder meal with the burger being plain for allergy needs but had everything in it. The food was also very cold. Tried to phone McDonald’s to speak to someone about this and ended up getting hung up on every time I tried to call. Very disappointing.

My order wasn’t what I ordered. Extras I paid for didn’t arrive, no drink included in meal deal wasn’t there. Food stone cold apart from the hash brown. About time McDonald’s invested in training staff. Pics of order available. Delivery driver told me to check my order as he seen the staff messing around with the order in restaurant. It was cold and they forgot the dips

One of the better Mc D's in the area and its open 24hrs so thats fab. Only frustration is that the wifi doesnt allow you to connect and has been the same since we originally popped in when on way to airport 3 years ago!

Drive through only at 02.15. No good for lorry drivers. Couldn't have anything. Can't drive your truck through drive through no hatch or other options to eat.

Food never arrived. Took 2 hours with 1 hour 45 mins of that saying courier was at restaurant. After 2 hours it said food had arrived despite nothing turning up. I am now going to bed hungry. Looking at reviews this is common - not okay!!

Order went to completely wrong place and was given to someone else, I found out this morning from a friend of mine who happened to be working in the property it was delivered to. Very sneaky and a waste of money (again)

This is now 2 days in a row!! And I officially am done. I will not be ordering from McDonald’s again!! Again ordered food for my break after being let down yesterday and once again the driver displayed on the app as not far away then changed the status to delivered (I have screenshots) so over the last 2 days I’ve wasted over £30 and have had no food to show for it. I want this looked into now and some sort of action taken plus my money back

My grandson loves a chicken share box he also enjoyed a brownie and a soft drink. Their was no milkshake or ice cream available on the day we were there, which was a little disappointing, but he altered his choices and still enjoyed his meal.
