McDonald's in Rhondda Cynon Taf

The order says I'm going to deliver, and they didn't deliver anything. If you went to a wrong address, what is the code for, then? And in the application there is not an option that has not been delivered.

Everytime I order from McDonald’s in nantgarw they always give us the wrong order or deliberately don’t give us the extras that we ask for.

Half a drink and half of a McFlurry

Forgot 2 hash browns….AGAIN! Don’t advertise a deal if you’re not going to provide the items included in the deal! It’s either to rip people off or staff don’t read the what’s included in deal. Sort it out!

The whole point of ordering through the McDonald’s app is that the staff take your order directly to your table but apparently this isn’t the case in this particular McDonald’s. My father ordered us hot drinks, McFlurrys and milkshakes through the app only for us to have to wait at least 30 minutes until my father went to the till to ask where his order was only for the order to be sat on the side. The member of staff then proceeded to give him the order as well as the hot drinks; hot drinks that had been sat to one side for all that time. Here’s the thing, it wasn’t even busy so what the staff were doing is anyone’s guess; this goes for both in the McDonald’s itself and the drive thru. I don’t go to McDonald’s all that much as it is and after this experience, I won’t be back in a hurry anytime soon

The restaurant kept changing the delivery time on the app and when we tried to call them they picked up the phone and hung it up without speaking. Order was £42 and we were treated terribly.

Rolls were nice. But the extras didn’t turn up. Hash browns.

Food was warm - I did ask for it to be delivered around 12.15 and came at 12.30 but driver was very kind

took a little under 2 hours to deliver was cold and no response from the delivery driver as to when he would actually turn up as for over an hr it said out for delivery

Some of my items was missing out of my bag, and I am not happy. I did not have any sources. They don’t care about you as a customer. They just slam it in the bag and up for the best unprofessional, shabby and disgraceful.
