McDonald's in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Used the drive through Nantgawr. Positives- Staff were friendly and polite and I didn't have to wait long. Negative- Given one ketchup to share between three adult meals plus the fries portion sizes were treadful!! Picture attached of the three large fries :-(

I haven't given any stars for the service or food. Went just now. Food actually freezing cold. Quality was appalling. Fries of cardboard. No service at the drive through.

Small McDonald's and very very busy due to Deliveroo Just Eat etc. took ages to order and then wait for food with the doors open in the cold. Horrible experience

wrong order sent I paid £28 for my order, & they got it wrong even put wrong order on the bag. I use just eat all the time & this is the first time this has happened. I wanted milkshakes & they sent full fat coke instead which went down the sink. Really pxxd off.

Once it was out for delivery it was pretty quick, and the driver was polite and apologetic, but it didn't leave the restaurant for about an hour. I'm not sure how it's possible to take an hour to put this basic amount of food in a bag.

Gave wrong mc flurry and there was a chunk (bite) missing from one of my cheese melts disguised

Just don’t bother, honestly. Save yourselves the hassle and just order from somewhere else. Second time ordering from this branch and both times have been awful. First time, McMuffins arrive with no eggs in them, how is this possible? Second time, food arrives over an hour and ten minutes after I ordered and all the items are stone cold. (I live ten minutes away) on top of that the drink is spilled all over the bag and is half empty. Shocking.

This branch does well with getting the orders right, but you do tend to have to wait for food. Some staff are great at giving sauces others you have to ask for more than 1. It's always full of kids though so is loud to eat in.

I don't know why the store are constantly unable to put all the dips in as requested. They're a part of the product, not an optional extra. All the sweet and sour dips were missing. Very poor.

They're terrible. Food is trash. Wrong order all the time. They say they're open 24h a day but they're closed between 1 and 5am

this is the third delivery I've had that has been wrong when you order chicken selects you want chicken selects not cheese bites which none of us like. I've rang six times with no answer nearly £7 lost again this is nearly £20 from three orders I've lost

took about 45 minutes for the order to come from a restaurant around the corner from me, what would have been a 5 minute walk turned in to a 45 minute wait on the delivery driver.

When I received my order both drinks were tipped and didn’t have any and food was cold as driver was in the wrong place never had this problem before

The fries were perfect, the coke was a bit flat but ok otherwise, but the burger was a different story: it was cooked well and had the right amount of cheese and right bun, but one side was way too over seasoned. So over seasoned that I couldn’t finish the whole thing.

Ordered a wrap and Big Mac meal. The wrap came but no Big Mac. I’ve phoned about 7 times and each time I’ve had the phone put down on me. I’ve spent £19 for a delivery and only one meal. I’m appalled.

I always feel the to add extra sauces because you never seem to remember them when they should come with the meal! Delivery driver was brilliant but countless times now no sauces get added. we added 10 extra sauces that we really didn't need, but felt we had to because we knew we weren't going to get them with the actual meal and we still didn't. please do better

Made the mistake of ordering on a Saturday night…my bad. Drinks were spilt in the bag which saturated through to the food bad. The poor delivery guy was mortified bless him but so polite. It’s just a waste of money now

Appalling restaurant - Missing card machines at self serve kiosks and would not print receipts. Completely unprofessional service staff who lack any passion and poor customer service skills. They called out my forename infront of a packed restaurant (GDPR breach) and the 3 staff doing this at the counter proceeded to laugh in my face. A crayon was thrown at my friend by a group of college boys. 17/10/24

The only good thing was the delivery time. The drink was spilt and dripping through the bag, the burger looked half eaten and as if it had been drop kicked around the floor. None of the dips were in the order, chips were cold, absolutely shocking!!!

Absolutely outraged with my order paid for a twix latte that was not received attempted to order the £5 saver meal deal and I was told they didn’t do meal deals. I then attempted to use a monopoly sticker for 6 nuggets which I was later charged for and only received 5 and the chips received were stone cold but above all this worst of all I could barely understand the guy on the microphone he said hello sir I am under de water.

Two McMuffins were missing eggs, other than that everything was perfect. Have double checked my order and the eggs definitely should have been there.

Delivery driver went 2.5miles past the address (5 miles in total there and back). Obviously stone cold food. Driver abrupt, rude and gave no apology. Very poor yet again!

Abhorrent. £40 online food order and they only sent the drinks and sauces!!! Absolute p!ss take. How do you put the sauces in but forget the food? Tried calling multiple times, no answer. Tried giving this specific location the benefit of the doubt multiple times, unfortunately nine times out of ten they’ve forgotten something or gotten the order wrong. However to completely forget a WHOLE food order is pretty insane. I’m disabled and sometimes have to rely on takeaway to eat; to be sent what was essentially an empty bag is insane. It is absolutely laughable the lack of overall competence this store has. DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered on the app and when the food arrived there was 3 items missing ( a McMuffin meal ) and when I was trying to call customer service no one was answering and when they did answer they would cut me off after a couple of seconds
