McDonald's in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Food is always enjoyed by my autistic son as there aren’t many things that he will eat.

Forgot 2 hash browns….AGAIN! Don’t advertise a deal if you’re not going to provide the items included in the deal! It’s either to rip people off or staff don’t read the what’s included in deal. Sort it out!

chips were dry and hard, burgers was sloppy and they sent the wrong dips

The whole point of ordering through the McDonald’s app is that the staff take your order directly to your table but apparently this isn’t the case in this particular McDonald’s. My father ordered us hot drinks, McFlurrys and milkshakes through the app only for us to have to wait at least 30 minutes until my father went to the till to ask where his order was only for the order to be sat on the side. The member of staff then proceeded to give him the order as well as the hot drinks; hot drinks that had been sat to one side for all that time. Here’s the thing, it wasn’t even busy so what the staff were doing is anyone’s guess; this goes for both in the McDonald’s itself and the drive thru. I don’t go to McDonald’s all that much as it is and after this experience, I won’t be back in a hurry anytime soon

The restaurant kept changing the delivery time on the app and when we tried to call them they picked up the phone and hung it up without speaking. Order was £42 and we were treated terribly.

Rolls were nice. But the extras didn’t turn up. Hash browns.

Food was warm - I did ask for it to be delivered around 12.15 and came at 12.30 but driver was very kind

The food was freezing! Wrong drinks! Told me I had a free item which was 3 chicken selects but then charged me £5.29 on the receipt, will actually go into store next time

Couldn’t eat food as they completely messed up my order. Asked for no egg extra patty and bacon. They sent me 2 eggs no bacon! Label completely wrong to what i ordered! Couldn’t eat it due to dietary requirements and a high intolerance to eggs so the rest was a waste ! Not happy at all

Horrible flat and tiny MC crispy burger no salad ect . Look like it was just chucked together. Complete rip off . Don't go to McDonald's often and il never be going to this one again.

Iced coffee was tipped and empty on arrival. Order was 10 minutes late but driver apologised and was very polite.

Always forget something, its as if they rush and no care. I dont mind waiting longer for all items. How can you miss a whole Happy Meal? Every time i order, one of us misses out because you wont even bring it afterwards

Some of my items was missing out of my bag, and I am not happy. I did not have any sources. They don’t care about you as a customer. They just slam it in the bag and up for the best unprofessional, shabby and disgraceful.

took a little under 2 hours to deliver was cold and no response from the delivery driver as to when he would actually turn up as for over an hr it said out for delivery

Don't know what's wrong with this particular McDonald's, but for the third time in as many visits they have managed to screw up my click and collect order. I come here to get quick turnaround on some edible fast food and once again I have to go inside only to hear that they are sorry, but something has gone wrong. Not impressed overall. The person who helped sort out my replacement order was good though, thanks Sam.

Hello when I ordered and didn’t receive basically all of my order accept 1 thing I requested a refund I should be entitled too. Can someone get back to me about this issue please as I am not happy with it.

Somehow ended up with cheese on a McChicken Sandwich, which wasn't ordered. Previous order was missing two portions of fries.

Again! No Milkshakes available, also no hot drinks, fries were cold. Fed up of waiting in the Queue to then find out there are no Milkshakes.

AVOID! Ordered a few times and had issues every time! I asked for just lettuce in 2 of the burgers and instead they piled them full of gerkins. Think this was an attempt at a joke but my disabled daughter couldn’t eat! Shame on you!

you're drivers are not reading the delivery instructions every time I order leave instructions to deliver to the rear of the house at the pink door and they always try to deliver to the front door please tell them to read the delivery instructions

Will not be ordering again from mcds, half the order was missing and couldn’t even deliver the missing goods, which means two people had to go without food tonight because they can’t get the order right.. they said they refunded me £9 but that doesn’t even cover the cost of missing this. Shocking! I order every Sunday for a treat and will not be doing this anymore!!! I think it wrong that you couldn’t even deliver and we have to go through just eat and not mcds’ losing customer is not the best
