Choices Express in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Food was ok but not all of my order come this has happened more than once when your spending £50 plus you want all your food poor poor service

Busy take away but so nice to have a place that still has standards of quality and quantity! Staff are always lovely! And food is always on point! Best recommendation would be mix kebab! Always go for a medium I'm a foodie and there's so much meat I could never finish a large! Chicken Donner is like no other and so tasty! And the burger Donner what a find!! 🍔

Been them before it was good, generous portions and quick service. Today went there for a take away. The kebab is inedible!!! Too salty way too salty…. You can’t even taste the flavour and mouth is completely numbed from it. Such a waste of money

Probably 1 of the most annoying thing is to spend 30 quid on food to have it delivered freezing cold this has happened more than 3 times now and there zero improvement never will ever order from you again

This is my first and last time getting food from choices food taste like trash. I recommend everyone don't eat from choice that's a waste of money.

Had to wait 20 mins for a margarita pizza with ham. Was then given 5 onion rings instead of 10, and the pizza was cold. Service was atrocious. Had to ask twice to be given the can of drink I paid for. No apology for delay or food being served late and with things missing. Terrible.

Burgers and chicken shish are great although chicken shish wrap is tiny.Chicken wings can taste a little stale at times. The milkshakes are incredible! Shop sometimes feels a little unclean, could do more to try to prevent flies. Staff are friendly. Update- I’ve eaten here a few times recently. The last time was unfortunately the last. I stopped off on my way home, bought 2 pieces chicken and chips and a side of wings, what I ended up getting was chicken and chips x2. I asked for bbq sauce which I was told would cost an extra £1! After buying 2 meals and not being given sauce I was outraged, and then I found out I wasn’t given the right food. I can’t believe somewhere won’t give sauce after buying food. This is totally unacceptable and I won’t be coming back. Other things to note - lamb doner isn’t nice

I ordered my food at 9pm waited till 11pm and have still not got my food this is the worst experience I have had with this takeaway and I would like a full refund and a free meal totally unacceptable

I ordered a kebab and planned to share it with my 6 year old son. On the app I ordered mayo and garlic sauce all salad and chilli peppers. When it come it had chilli sauce mayo and no peppers. So my boy couldn't eat it. When I phoned to explain they said we will give you 10%off the next order and refused to correct it on the night

Great fast food shop and an easy 5 stars as it's open for lunch! Don't bother with the chicken shish as they actually cook it twice and by the time I got it home it was dry and an insult to good taste. Perhaps the local students are easier to please. And the doner meat is horrible cheap rubbish. However Choices Express does make the most fabulous SFC and fries and the service is always happy.

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Customer service is shocking. Been ordering here for years and its slowly going down hill. Had to wait 2 hours for food the other night for it then to arrive with a Kebab missing. Ended up having the kebab half an hour later whilst the rest of food was cold. No apology or offers of refund etc. Loyal customer gone and by the looks of your reviews, you won't have many loyal customers left!

Up until bout 2 ago I spend bout 70 pound a week in this place yesterday the pizza was not cooked the chicken was slimey it was rank orderd again today burger was wrong order an it was shocking u lost a good customer here DO NOT BUY FROM HERE if it was a minus 3 I give disgusting

`Who ever makes the pizzas give them a pay rise.The pizzas have been spot on for a while now cant remember the last bad one i have had.100% the best made pizzas around defo 5 stars.

DISGUSTING!! i ordered chicken and chips and the chicken I got given was awful. I’ve had choices a lot in the past and most of the time have been good, but this time was different. The chicken was cold and dry, was full of bones and gristle so I wasn’t able to eat any of my food. And the Mayo had a yellow ring around it showing that it had clearly been sat out for a while and wasn’t fresh, disappointed

They use to be good. Hence why I kept ordering but the last few times they've either messed up my order. Or like today I was waiting over an hour and half. Rung them they said he's leaving now he b few mins. 15 mins later it arrived absolutely freezing, its obv been cooked and just sat there. They need to resit their food hygiene course cos if my son or myself are bad after this I'll be taking action. I rung to complain and all they said was sorry. No replacement food no refund. Just sorry! Lost a loyal customer

Drove from ystrad rhondda 11 at night to get food as shop stated on website its open till 12.30am on a Saturday when I arrived shop was shut early
