McDonald's in Fife

Fast food restaurant LOL.. slowest McDonalds going.. I wrote this out while waiting on a big mac meal.. 30minutes!

I waited 35 minutes for a big mac order and I got it when I mentioned how long I had been waiting, the food was cold and the service was slow. I do not recommend that anyone eat here quickly because the team here is not in harmony.

This has to be the worst MacDonalds in Scotland if not the UK. I soooo wish the franchisee would lose it so someone who actually knows what they are doing would take it over. It has always been bad but tonight was just utter chaos. I ordered via the drive thru. A simple order but I was told I had to park up to wait and they would deliver it to the car. I drove round to the parking area and every car that had been in front of me was also parked up. I sat for nearly 20 minutes watching and not one car that came after me drove off. They all parked up. 20 Minutes???? Just one poor lad was constantly coming outside with huge trays of food for the parked up cars. In the end I had to get out of my car to collect my meal because he was confused by the myriad of parked cars. I knew he had my meal because he had already handed food over to the van that had been in front of me. So after 20 minutes I got my freezing cold food and my Coke was flat because all the ice had melted. I really am finally done with this one. I will not use it again. Sadly though many still will and nothing will change.

Absolutely shocking, they messed loads of my orders up then last time I was waiting for my delivery and it didn't come because they fkd that up aswell! Now im waiting on a refund and there taking their time with it, got a bunch of kids that don't know what there doing working there! I will NEVER order again

I drive passed 2 McDonald's closer to my house just for this one. They're not all the same at all. Here we have nice staff, plenty parking, the foods always hot and they get the orders right. Its what you want from a McDonald's. Proper management here

Long waits for food and cold fries

Food was freezing. £26 completely wasted. biggest insult was the driver passing me our drinks in a bag, overturned. He passed it ans ran off with Fanta and coke dripping all over my house.

They wont let you order a share box until you pick dips -BUT THEY DIDNT DELIVER ANY DIPS

After accepting the order delivery time kept changing until 20 minutes were added causing the food to be cold

food was room temperature, mcflurries were underfilled, no topping on my quater pounder, absolutely appalling service

Great guy who delivered food great service order was missing sauce but that’s the company’s fault

did not turn up when it was supposed to at 8.30pm waited untill 9pm as was at work could not wait any longer.

Chips where stone cold Steve Austin about broke my teeth on them you would think they where frozen absolute embarrassing order food for it to turn up cold shut show! Also food was 20mins later than what it should have been

these people forget food way to often foods good but almost every order I get is either wrong or missing items

Food not even slightly warm, fry boxes not put in properly so loose chips everywhere in bag. Mustard on burger when label clearly says only ketchup. Missing condiments - lazy staff

No sauces in the bag and McFlurrys were filled half way like I couldn’t enjoy it without sauces so overall very poor

everything we make an order they get it wrong. not enough care taken and when you phone all you get is sorry we can't do anything about it. dreadful

A very much better delivery experience now that they ask for the code.. guaranteed it gets to the right person and there were sauces/dips this time as the last couple of times ordered from McDonald’s there were no sauces/dips at all…

Always forget sauce & dressing for salad,even after putting reminder in comment box.

My food was cold and my coke was only 3/4 full and missing some of the syrup so it tasted more like fizzy water than Coke

Left out one of the meals burgers, fries were cold and the drinks were not filled (one was even just half filled), and the apple pies were overcooked. Usually have such a good experience with this takeaway but very disappointed.

Just got my delivery and not 1 item was correct beyond a joke everytime ordering from here something is missing or complete wrong order.

I don't understand where they get off charging so much for the dips, when the staff never actually remember to put the dip in the bag. I get that the staff are busy but they shouldn't be sending orders out with items missing, even if it is something small.

Yet again no sauce. Sauce was added in the comments and also paid for just incase …… this happens all the time its a joke

Absolute joke of a McDonald's. Worst ive ever experienced. Bunch of teenagers who cant even spell their own names, let alone get an order right. ALWAYS something missing, ALWAYS something cold and the delivery drivers are so lazy.

Food was cold, and I mean COLD! I also ordered 5 selects and I got a 5 selects box with a share portions of cheese dippers instead. How hard is it to put the correct food th the correct box, a task for the simplest of people !!!

I ordered a mcmuffin with ketchup there was no ketchup my mcmuffin was chucked together the bacon wasn't even on the mcmuffin it was slammed on top!! and it was all squished. if your gonna work in a fast food restraint atleast like your job, I paid over £8 for this to no even look appetising.

after spending an OUTRAGIOUS £12+ on just one 6 nugget meal, I did hope it would at least be somewhat fresh, that I'd have a straw & napkins, and receive the sauce I requested. No. it's cold, stale, no sauce, no straw, no napkin. I'm less than impressed. Not a great first impression of McDonald's delivery.

Delivery driver was lovely. But the McDonald’s, constantly misses items off orders. Wouldn’t like to think how much money has been technically stolen because they don’t give items you pay for. The order is right in front of you. It’s not difficult.

Asked for a bacon double cheeseburger - I had asked for some items to be omitted but I never got any cheese in my cheeseburger!!

Ordered extra toppings and sauce paid for it didn’t get it the McFlurry was a quarter of the container no chocolate sauce very very disappointed never get online again as I expect to get what I pay for

Received completely wrong order, receipt on bag shows correct items we ordered but the contents were not our order. Store can't fix error, we need to requestva refund from Just Eat and place a new order where we could possibly receive the wrong items again. Terrible service. Disappointed kids.
