Domino's Pizza - Dunfermline in Fife

Made an order through app 20 minutes later out for delivery then delivery driver rung up said he’s lost explained to where to go he said ok and he would be there soon 30 minutes later no sign of driver and no phone call back so rung the shop guy who answered was RUDE on phone said what do I expect if I have no door number how is delivery driver meant to find my house but my house doesn’t have door number has a name and postcode brings you straight to my house but apparently guy can’t deliver cause no door number then driver rung back eventually he was no where near my house I had to go a collect it myself from driver even though I paid delivery for it food was stone cold so not happy and won’t be using again can’t believe how RUDE the staff are definitely will be making sure people I know won’t be using this shop again absolutely terrible way to run a shop

Speedy delivery and friendly staff.

Order from here all the time but have noticed that pizza toppings plus tomato sauce base are getting smaller and you’re just getting pizza base for your money very expensive. Unless they decide to change it back we will not be using this store again !

Charged £80 for 2 pizza , 2 cookies and some chicken strips , then when I called up to possibly cancel the order they said there was no chance of a refund they was keeping the pizza if I didn’t collect , hung up on me with no chance to explain , Very poor service and would recommend going to papa johns , as there service is a lot stronger then what I experienced today

Terrible pizza. 1 pepperoni per slice for a large pizza really? Hardly any tomato sauce on the base. Was as dry as the desert, absolutely disgusting. Go to any other pizza place, Shocking for how much it costs.

Don't know of this place has changed management recently but the last couple of times I've been they've been slow and got the order wrong. I won't be using this branch again.

The pizza place is in very handy location. I don't advice anyone to order a pick up. I have waited for 15 minutes in the shop after my order was ready. There was nobody interested in looking after the shop or customers. It was a pre ordered food, so staff could expect that someone would turn up to pick it up. Absolutely shocking service. If you don't want your pizza cold order delivery ONLY!

Just a review to thank the staff at Dunfermline Domino’s that helped with my online mistake. I selected pick up instead of delivery. This only came to my attention when the helpful staff member called to say my pizzas had been ready for over an hour…to my frustration I’d realised I’d clicked the wrong button on the app. Expecting to have to start all over again I was told they’d redo the pizzas and would deliver, amazing, hot and tasty pizzas were at the door after 30mins!

Get my son his treat once a week here. One of the staff recognises me now and I don't even have to say the name for my online order cos he knows it already. Always great service and delicious pizza.

They have gone down hill pizzas not as good as used to be and vegetables they put on pizza are not fresh .

Tried ordering this afternoon, seriously expensive for the order. Them none of the codes we applied took money off. Sorry but will never use this place again. In the past have sent multiple orders back because they were wrong, random excuses they did not have the correct ingredients available. Shoddy and tiresome. Will not be giving you any more chances here or any other Domino's outlet.

I like their tuna pizza the most, they were friendly even though I have placed my order just before the closure. Hat down!

Disappointed to find out they no longer offer black olives. They even have a large picture of olives on the wall as you walk in, yet have taken them off the menu. This leaves people who would like a variety of vegetables very limited.

Piza nice and it was hot on delivery but the delivery driver did not check door number and he felt compelled to put his hand over my large gate which is over 6ft and open it to bang on my back door which was tottaly out of order and intrusive .if he looked properly the door number is clearly on the door .

Pizza was sloppy and undercooked. WHACK!

Ordered ahead, was ready for collection 10 to 15 minutes, easy to park outside for quick collection, super tasty pizzas

IF they ever get your order right, they are OK, but expect 3hr delay on agreed delivery time, & 3 attempts to get order right.

Love a Domino's always feesh and delicious

Poor, order took over an hour to arrive even though I was told 25 minutes and it was cold, the quality has been going down steadily and I won't get them again for a long time.

Don't know what they do there its better than the other Dominos in fife

Always good, service and delivery is normally very fast. The pizzas are not very greasy, especially when compared to other take away pizzas. Would definitely recommend, especially if they have a deal on.

Undercooked pizza, soft and sloppy. Some of the wedges were hard. Chicken wings needed cooked more as well. Not impressed

Nice quality, and I love giving random names every time I visit the place.

Service was slow and pizza was simply put as soggy.

This is the only bunch I saw across Scotland where the price is higher than usual. Not sure how they get away with that being part of a chain.

Like the food but the place is under staffed we had to wait ages before they took our order and we said we wanted pudding and offered to tell the waiter but he said wait till after or it would all come out T the same time. we are still waiting for them to ask what pudding we want we had to leave as we had been waiting 40min and out move was starting my husband paid and they charged him for the pudding we are still waiting on

Got the wrong order asked for chicken wings and received 1 wing and 13 legs when i contacted them i was told that i got the last of what they had. And was then told that there was a supplier issue and asked if i could keep letting them know when we got the incorrect order....total joke for the amount they charge surely they should be monitering their own food/suppliers and delivering what they advertise! Wont be back!

poor service tonight tracker said food was out for delivery didnt arrive for another 25mins .....yes it was cold chicken strippers are being boxed but they are only half strippers so paying for a full box of 7 with 5 whole strippers and 2 half ones this happens regularly ..........garlic bread cold so are the chicken strippers i cant say how my pizza is at the moment as its not been put in with my order .......ive now to wait till a driver is going out with another order and they will get him to drop the pizza off to me ........aye right hen nae bother

As an Englishman visiting Scotland, I wanted to try out a Scottish dominos pizza. The girl on the till was very polite and friendly and as for the pizza it was certainly better than my local dominos in England, loads of toppings and cook to perfection.

Place is like a kindergarten! Staff mucking about putting stickers round their necks and joking and laughing meanwhile I'm waiting on a pizza 15 mins after its supposedly ready but can't get it cos the sticker won't print? Sorry does the sticker tell you which pizza is mine? No, didn't think so. Place needs a manager and some customer service training!

Absolutely disgusted ordered 2 medium pizzas and it came to £26 where do they get there prices from definitely will never order from them again and would not recommend them to my worst enemy 😬😬😬😬

Terrible do not order on line for delivery, it took well over an hour and was only just warm when we got it l only live a mile from the shop.
