McDonald's in Salford

It's a maccys! Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning 10am and it was very busy. But was food was spor on. The place was a bit untidy and the toilets were terrible. 2 hours only in the car park.

Cold food poorly presented a long wait for said cold food

The service was very slow and the front of the store was in a terrible mess, almost every table had rubbish on it from previous customers. They missed a few items from a friend's order which was rectified the following morning.

It's mcdonalds foods all the same really, as for staff most are nice and friendly but there is a couple that time after time im there are very rude so be warned

We won’t be going back there, my little boy had chicken Mc nuggets we all tried one of the twenty ordered we all went down with severe vomiting and sickness for 48 hours, still recovering from the ordeal, we travelled to Salford from Bristol, we won’t be going to Macdonalds in the Salford area again, very very poor indeed, my son is also sickle cell positive and any high temperatures can send him into a sickle cell crisis, we were very fortunate that we did not have to rush him to A&E that same evening, we regognize the very busy Restaurant the macdonalds chains can be but better inspection needs to be adhered to at all costs

FRED IS AMAZING!!! The cutest,kindest, most welcoming lovely man to ever work in fast food. Will be coming to this particular branch again just for the Fred experience 🤍🤍

We arrived at this McDonald very early, didn’t expect there were already many staff busy working ( preparing the shop for the weekend’s business later ). One of the staff is an elderly manager ( no negative meaning please ) he was very attentive, cleaned the table swiftly, noticed there was rubbish ( tissue paper ) left under the window. Well done. It s a pity I don’t know his name, but please……help us ( a group of 3 people from Hong Kong )give him a big applause, well done! ^_________^

Was Ok, food a little tepid to be honest but nice. Change of named location on app very confusing as was unable to order via app.

Several orders placed via the McDonalds delivery app consistently turning up with main items missing. Staff are clearly incapable of reading order receipts or checking bags to ensure the full order is within. I assume this McDonald’s are hiring people whose basic comprehension for reading and counting are below that of a key stage 1 child. Would strongly recommend that future hires are bench marked for basic maths and English to prevent orders from leaving the store without full fulfilment!

Best McDonald's experience ever thanks to Fred. He's an absolute credit to the restaurant. Pleasant, friendly and a good laugh. There should be a Fred in every McDonald's. Cheers Fred

Most McDonalds workers are rude. Not here, I used the drive through and the staff were super nice and helpful.

Lovely hot day and never been here before so ordered 'take out' so we could sit outside - only to find they had no outdoor seating area!!

Just had a great chat with the friendly manager. The restaurant is clean and spacious.

Full refund , as all the food is wet through with split hot chocolate and coffee , which fell out of the soaked bag when the delivered driver tried to pull this out of the bag

I just ordered a 9-McNugget meal (£6.81) at Regent Road, Salford, Manchester on 22:33. That shop was supposed 24-hour open basis. But tonight it closed at 22:00. So I ordered the meal and charged my money via apps, I couldn’t get any meal from that shop. I would apply refund.

my large fries were a medium at best in a large packet, undercooked and soggy, I received a chocolate flavour milk carton instead of a chocolate milkshake and my burger had barely any toppings on it

Every single order I place, there’s an item missing, yet NEVER an item missing when I visit in store. This is being done on purpose because the store knows there’s only so many times a delivery app will take complaints seriously before they stop compensating customers for things they’ve paid for but don’t get. This store’s never getting my custom again. Ridiculous.

Only called in for breakfast. Tried to explain to someone that our order number wasn't on the board and she walked off on me! Not the best. Then it transpired that a senior member of staff was sitting working and doing coffee, never flinched! Shame really. Customer service will always be appalling if you are left to ignore people. Won't be back.

I saw the staff take cleaning seriously even though there is nobody watching it. (It’s an old man) feel good having food here regularly.

Took 20 minutes to get from regent road to streford rd that’s a 5 minute drive when he finally did arrive the coke was like water all the food was freezing!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!

You know that one time when you order food thinking it usually takes ages so you start doing something? Yeah, 12 minutes order to eating. That's pretty darn quick, luckily the tracker was on point so was waiting outside to collect. Food was exactly as expected, with no drink spillage whatsoever!

Warning for veggies: ordered a veggie wrap, gave me a chicken wrap in the veggie wrap's packaging. The guys up front were very apologetic and resolved it quickly for me though.

my order arrived half an hour late there were 4 people in the delivery car.my food was being helpful by the person on the back seat. my food was freezing cold it eventually arrived. the burgers had all been squashed, the chips were all over the bag and the drinks had been split.

To whoever reads bad reviews on McDz drive thoughts. This gaff serves stale food, with a heavy side of attitude (and this is just the order process!) it felt like each member of staff instead of telling me how stressed they were by the tone of voice and inability to listen or take an order. Not what i want from a quick bite on the go, but this is what you get these days i suppose….?

Bad experience and terrible service. We used the app. Part order was free using points and part of it was paid. They then charged our card extra. Didn’t give us any food, wouldn’t refund the extra they charged, and generally had no clue what they were doing. I won’t be going back to this one, absolutely useless. Much better service at the Cross Lane branch.

I have just got home after going to McDonalds Regents Road Salford. I ordered a big mac meal with a cappuccino. I've previously had issues getting a cold coffee and a hot chocolate so i always check my drink before leaving. On arriving home in Old Trafford and biting into this I discovered it was some form of batter covered chicken!! Traffics that bad driving back an issue. So much for fast convenient food! Awful put it in the bin. £6+ wasted.
