Slowest McDonald’s in Manchester, consistently gets orders wrong

I visited drive-through this afternoon and had an excellent experience, thanks to a staff member who was incredibly kind and helpful. I believe their name was either Henry or Harry, and I just wanted to give him a big compliment for their great service!

It was good. Fred helped my little boy make a paper plane and taught him patiently while Iam ordering food. A big thanks to him for being so kind..

Brilliant service very fast.Food was quite small but we can all agree that’s in every McDonalds.Clean store cheap price's,a definite 5/5 stars

I ordered 1 chicken mayo triple cheeseburger a cheeseburger and some nuggets and chips i asked for salts and ketchup and she just gave me 1 salt and 3 ketchup and refused to give me more

That big woman is very rude towards delivery boys. She's not even suitable for Donkey Farm.

Driver had an atitude and did not want to cross the road to my building at first to hand over the order, to add to that the food was cold and for some reason the burgers were stacked side ways not sure what happen today but the whole experience was really bad

Never turned up even though stated as delivered on line

A burger is a burger is a burger but the special value burger prices make it taste even better. Lol!

There was missing items I am not happy at all

food was estimated to take 10-20 minutes to prepare and arrive, it took an hour and was delivered cold

never got delivered to me and only I knew the code so who did the driver deliver to please? the hotel reception staff have took this food I know they have and I have complained so I need to know so they can check cameras

One of the busiest in the area. Fast reliable service. On one level but plenty of seating.

Horrible customer service from the restaurant - driver didn’t arrive to collect my order and food was left sitting there for over an hour until I called and was refused fresh food, any help in cancelling my order and no attempt to get a new driver for my order. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, hung up the phone on me twice and I had to actually drive to go and get the food which resulted in equally rude service. No actual customer service available from just eat either.

it never arrived I would like a full refund please I even phoned up mcdonalds to find out why so long they said its been assigned to to a driver but the driver never arrived I had to re order my food again from a different mcdonalds

Half hour late and freezing cold would not order again

Really not happy my order was completely wrong no food just a small milkshake spent nearly £30 phoned the restaurant not helpful at all lucky to get one star as can’t submit review without at least giving a star but in my opinion it’s a 0 star

I ordered 4 drinks and a McFlurry at 2354 and this was delivered to me less than a mile away at 0113. I think waiting over nearly an hour and a half for this order is wholly unreasonable. I tried to cancel this order several times due to the wait time, which was initially indicated at 0020, but was unable to do so.

What pathetic service from this branch! Really? I ordered a plant-based burger, but it was missing one bun. How in the world do you miss Bun in a Burger?

It's a maccys! Went for breakfast on a Saturday morning 10am and it was very busy. But was food was spor on. The place was a bit untidy and the toilets were terrible. 2 hours only in the car park.

Cold food poorly presented a long wait for said cold food

The service was very slow and the front of the store was in a terrible mess, almost every table had rubbish on it from previous customers. They missed a few items from a friend's order which was rectified the following morning.

It's mcdonalds foods all the same really, as for staff most are nice and friendly but there is a couple that time after time im there are very rude so be warned

We won’t be going back there, my little boy had chicken Mc nuggets we all tried one of the twenty ordered we all went down with severe vomiting and sickness for 48 hours, still recovering from the ordeal, we travelled to Salford from Bristol, we won’t be going to Macdonalds in the Salford area again, very very poor indeed, my son is also sickle cell positive and any high temperatures can send him into a sickle cell crisis, we were very fortunate that we did not have to rush him to A&E that same evening, we regognize the very busy Restaurant the macdonalds chains can be but better inspection needs to be adhered to at all costs

FRED IS AMAZING!!! The cutest,kindest, most welcoming lovely man to ever work in fast food. Will be coming to this particular branch again just for the Fred experience 🤍🤍

We arrived at this McDonald very early, didn’t expect there were already many staff busy working ( preparing the shop for the weekend’s business later ). One of the staff is an elderly manager ( no negative meaning please ) he was very attentive, cleaned the table swiftly, noticed there was rubbish ( tissue paper ) left under the window. Well done. It s a pity I don’t know his name, but please……help us ( a group of 3 people from Hong Kong )give him a big applause, well done! ^_________^

Fred the Customer Service agent was excellent; fulfilling wishes with a laugh and a smile!

Food wasn’t packed properly.. no straws.. coke tasted different.. food was ice cold .. never had McDonald like this before . No sauce and also missing item in the order.. not happy at all..

Drink was half empty the bag was spackled rehousing, there was no dip for the nuggets

VERY LATE, food was freezing, not happy at all, the wait for the food was ridiculous to the point where we drove to the restaurant and had to turn around because the driver left when we arrived, but it was ridiculous.

Several orders placed via the McDonalds delivery app consistently turning up with main items missing. Staff are clearly incapable of reading order receipts or checking bags to ensure the full order is within. I assume this McDonald’s are hiring people whose basic comprehension for reading and counting are below that of a key stage 1 child. Would strongly recommend that future hires are bench marked for basic maths and English to prevent orders from leaving the store without full fulfilment!

Best McDonald's experience ever thanks to Fred. He's an absolute credit to the restaurant. Pleasant, friendly and a good laugh. There should be a Fred in every McDonald's. Cheers Fred

Delivery said 15-30 minutes. Arrived after 1 hour 32 minutes. The food was cold and had been rained on.

Hi I ordered this and the time said that it would be 15/25 mins delivery. It was ordered around 8:58pm and we didn’t receive until 9:47pm. The time kept on going up and we even watched the delivery driver sit at one location for longer than 15 minutes. As a result our food was stone cold and further more the drink was spilt in the bag. I am extremely disappointed with this service as we have previously ordered and not had a problem.

driver was no where near the route you'd travel from the restaurant to my house. he said he had another delivery but he had my food for over 30 minutes meaning it arrived freezing and the coffee was completely undrinkable.

Most McDonalds workers are rude. Not here, I used the drive through and the staff were super nice and helpful.

the driver phoned at 18:45 to say he was downstairs and when I went down he wasn't there, I saw another delivery waiting at the gates so walked up to find it wa. I came back up to my flat to my ringing and the driver saying he had arrived so I explained I'd just spent 10 mins looking for him when he clearly had not arrived when he said he had. I asked him to come in the gates as I'm disabled and he hadn't when I went down.

ordered bacon and egg mcmuffin received sausage instead pancakes missing and extra added items hash brown and extra egg really disappointed

Drinks spilled everywhere and ruined the entirety of the food which was inedible, driver didn’t even seem to care and instead just told me to contact without even an apology

I put the incorrect address in. it was 5 minutes away. I spoke to the driver who lied and said he would come. he told me to text him and he ignored me once I did. I tried to cancel the order early once I'd realised my mistake but as per JustEat make it impossible to do so.
