Greggs in Salford

So the cost of the 2 items I got the all day breakfast was the most shocking out the two @ £4.35, I mean the size of it was just tiny(see images side of hand) never seen a baguette so small and is clearly not worth the price. Tasted reheated in a microwave bag and just one of every ingredient or little of any of the so called fillings .Tuna sandwich £3.60 was also small in comparison pictures and descriptions misleading wouldn't order again just stick to the sausage rolls (which are getting smaller) and the bakes

Make sure you go through the drive through on this one you awalys get the freshest stuff from here. Everything time I've been the food items have been piping hot and fresh. Can't be having soggy sausage rolls now can we

Not a very nice place to go . Pies always cold, unless you are lucky that they come out of the oven , staff not very nice ,helpfull or polite. Is like they are doing you a favor to serve you. Avoid to go there if you can there's other nice places in Irlam to go. 👎👎👎

We wanted to fill up with water, we asked if it was possible. They said yes if we buy. We also bought a pastry for ourselves, and the owner told us that no, they wouldn't fill up our can anyway. Thank you for nothing, we will not come here again.

Good value and a good selection of sweet & savoury snacks. They have got the lot !!!!

Just called at the drive through for a coffee and jammy heart and the lady that served me was lovely and cheerfully and made my day on this horrible wet day I drove away with a smile on my face Thank who ever you are for making g my day

I just used the drive through to get some breakfast on my way to help a friend decorate. I ordered a bacon and sausage butty and a hot choc. Both were great.

Breakfast -Bread was buttered which usually isn't in other stores. Very polite staff.

Pleasant staff, not very busy. Certain times items are sold out. You can use o2 priority and get a free drink once a week, friday/Saturday a breakfast barm.

Bacon bap and baguette both delicious, visited everyday for drive thru breakfast, good value for money and friendly staff, typical warm Manchester welcome 👍😎 Only complaint is that on our final visit, they were closed due to the nationwide digital bug which meant there was no hot food available 😪

Called into the Greg’s in Irlam this morning. All staff were lovely. I was served by a lovely lady called Mckayla nothing was to much trouble. She is absolutely a credit to your company. The food was lovely too.

Greggs is Greggs, great little fillers However the problem with these little franchise ones is everything seems twice as expensive almost doubled in some cases it seems ridiculous

This branch doesn't deviate much from the standard offerings of the company's other locations. However, its convenient location on the corner of the town makes it a go-to spot, especially for those seeking a decent coffee that can't be found elsewhere in town. While the food quality matches the low price, making it suitable for filling the belly, it wouldn't be my first choice for a dining experience.

Great staff and probably the best teamwork I have seen at Greggs and they have a drive through aswell but as busy as it gets they all work together as I said great teamwork and very polite staff 👏 👍

I get the staff are on min wage but damn have some manners and smile... Keep the dudes in the back, the women here offer proper friendly service, smiles and banter all around...

Britain's first drive through Gregg's, I believe! What's not to like? Staff are always friendly and Greggs is just Greggs, right?! I sometime drive through for a bacon butty and a coffee as a treat. Good value.

Irlam Greggs is the best, what a great bunch they all are including Tracey (favourite server) Andrea (Mrs Chirpy) , Coral, Ingila, Kerry, Daniel and they rest of the gang. Always friendly, smiling and great customer service. I know how hard they all work as my daughter worked there during her college years. Drive through efficient..staff pleasant.. food was mediocre. 2 slivers of streaky bacon and 2 small sausages barely warm on a cold dry bun..poor for usual greggs offering..won't bother again..there a plenty of better Greggs than here.

Absolutely shocking service, 5 members of staff all stood looking at a screen chatting away whilst I was waiting at counter for over a minute to be served. I was the only customer at the counter and 2 of the staff did notice me but continued to ignore me so I walked away so they have lost my business for the foreseeable.

Food cold. Un trained staff. It took 20 min to be served.

Never been into a Greggs since they stopped selling hotcross buns incase it offended some people

Popped in here for a couple of breakfast baguettes. Polite and helpful staff, food was on point as it always is with Greggs. Good visit.

One of the better Greggs, Everytime I've been the food is warm, maybe I've been lucky. Like the pizza's here as there's a choice of 4 different toppings.

Sausage rolls, sausage rolls, sausage rolls sausage rolls and more. Honestly best sausage rolls around. My son loves the vegan sausage rolls (has milk allergy) so it's a welcome item that he can have. Would recommend for any body with same allergy

This Greggs is on route to Southport. I found the pricess here were more than my local Greggs...quality is the same as every other Greggs.

Excellent and friendly staff. Only problem.. Drive through needs a shelter! Drive through when it's raining and your car will get wet inside when paying and collecting!

Absolutely without a doubt the worst Greggs I used. The staff were useless and omg the food was not cold but freezing. I went back with my 80 year old disabled dad and had to reorder asking what was warm. Terrible avoid at all costs. Even the second one when I asked what was hot was cold. Lol the sausage rolls I asked them to heat up and narda and they were subzero. Two receipts to prove it. Dump I will actually sell my shares after this experience if they have no quality control for franchise they won't last long.

Was only place in Eccles where myself and other OAP's got fresh bread uncut..pity with update couldn't find room for repaying many local regular customers..THATS progress..as such.👉🤔👈

Really poor service, always close mornings, only the Drive thru operating, 9AM limit option or 0 breakfast available. Service is unfriendly, management is arrogant. I definitely not recommending. 0 Star is more accurate.

Sometimes they going out of stock later on in the afternoon but that's understandable their staff turned round and said to me what other products that they have... If you go in the morning they have a lot of stuff of course if you go at night-time then I suppose it's going to be whatever's left

It's Gregg's, what's not to love? This particular location does stand out as one of the better ones for me, especially for the breakfast items which are cooked well and fresh, as with some locations they are dried out and inedible, thankfully not here. Handy drive through as well and great facilities on the site for groceries and great car wash area.

I still can't get over the fact they discontinued the meat and potato pasty, i stopped going when i was informed, i went back for the first time today for the kids and wife and out of curiosity i asked about the meat and potato pasty to which i was told they haven't sold them for years now. So ill never go to greggs again, Carrs and Wilsons are much better and still sell meat and potato
