McDonald's in Swindon

didn't gave any egg in my mcmuffin

No dips arrived with food and no toys arrived with the minecraft happy meals

No minecraft toy in the meal, predictable as ever.

The limited edition toys were not in the bag. This was the only reason we ordered this meal

amazing driver very considerate bevause I'm on cruches so helped me

Drinks & fries half full, missing item

Missing mine craft toys ordered 3 1 came

as always food was cold chips only half cook chips was not salted

The bigmac arrived cold, with few chips and the toy shown in the photo was not included.

Forgot chips and drink not happy

Food arrived barely warm. Missing dips (1 of which I paid for!) missing straws and the chips were clearly not fresh.

Delivery was great. However, my chips were missing.

Placed order on drive had to wait for the cashier to do transactions as there was no on at the window and while collecting food smoothie was not blended properly when asked gave reason new machine and they cant help it. At collection had to ask them for the dips as they did not add in 20 nuggets.

Didnt get the double quater pounder but instead i got 4 nuggets? Not great

Freezing cold food! Offered 3.26 refund. First and last time I order

Ordered on m delivery nothing arrived! Very rude immature staff! Manager lying about his name! Staff arguing! Refused to help at all!

Been two nights now that they have not served any Mcflurry. Is this not served in the night or is this an issue with the staff? This is seriously disappointing.

Good quality food, the best in Swindon but in terms of cleanliness in the restaurant needs to improve. After cleaning the floor was worse than before. Once more no McFlurry,again!

Half of my food was missing and the bag was open when the driver handed it to me

horrendous delivery took ages and split coke zero all over my floor

Courier was polite and professional, despite my giving him the incorrect delivery code 3 times.

Driver had put the food and drinks in small bag. Drinks had leaked everywhere so no drinks. Ordered large meals and had medium drinks (empty as leaked) and small chips. Useless

Absolutely shocking every single time myself or a relative have ordered from here the order is wrong and/or missing items, never had a correct order before, absolute waste of time and money. Ordered just a double quarter pounder with cheese and a few extra dips, nothing else and received a single quarter pounder and no dips. Disappointing and embarrassing.

Waited 30mins until I got my food. Burger was destroyed because all the food was in a pile. The food was cold. Burger tasted good but fries were like cardboard.

waiting ages for my order then had to walk all the way down the street to get it and im missing the dip which is essential to the mozzarella dippers whoever packed my bag didnt do their job this is unacceptable and i stopped ordering food before because of this first time ive ordered in a while and they messed it up again its like they just randomly chuck food in a bag.

Estimated 20-30 minutes. arrived after 1.5 hours. The chips were stone cold, the burgers were cold and the cheese had hardened. The mcflurrys had melted. Spent nearly £50 on this poor level of quality.

I booked my order about 6pm and it kept getting left before prepared .. then delivery took longer . had to keep my children up longer for there treat and when it got here was like runny yogurt .

This deserves zero stars I ordered from that McDonald’s and I asked for a refund because they got my order wrong and my fries looked like it had been eaten and they did not refund me absolutely terrible

Unfortunately the McFlurry was small not large the one that was paid for and I asked for a toy in the happy meal and got a book instead why ask what we want if you can’t deliver it ???? So disappointed at being ripped off

It's a standard McDonald's, average time for food to be served, chips came out at an eatable temperature

Advertises as open 24 hours, not the case at all. Drive thru bays blocked with cones and restaurant doors locked

This Particular outlet is without any question the slowest serving drive through i have ever encountered. They are always slow, however twice in the last couple of weeks I have ordered just a coffee. On both occasions there have been 5 or 6 cars in front of me, once this was at 01.30 and the other 03.00 in the morning. After stating what I wanted I never moved in the queue for at least 5 minutes, so drove out the line and left without even getting to the first (pay) window. Why they can't sort this out is beyond me. Move large or non ready orders out the way and get the rest passing through .. is it really that difficult to work out or organise? It seems to have a complete lack of logic or management instruction.

food that arrived was good but despite the fact that the apple pie and limited edition stickers were shown on the receipt they were not in the bag. Frustrating to wait for a possible refund when what was wanted was the pie and stickers.

Forgot straws and ketchup for happy meals, no fries with meals, the food that did make it in the delivery were cold. Not sure why we bothered really

Second Time in a row that McDonalds missed items from the order, this time the Happy Meal toy, the Happy Meal fruit bag, and all the dips from the wider order. This is consistently poor service from McDonalds, it's like they don't care!

Missing nearly half the order. Ordered lots of sauces too and received none. How hard is It to read of a receipt what to put in a bag. Absolute joke. And I won’t get my money back I get credit. I want my money back. Pathetic customer service. Robots would do a better job than the spotty loners working here.

The food was cold and the happy meal was incomplete don’t give us the options to switch to a healthier option in my case from chips to pineapple slice and then not include it in the meal. There were no sauces either and the ice cream was sloppy. So must have been standing around a while from ordering - very disappointed for someone who regularly orders

My chips came stone cold, burger abit warmer and order missing straw.

Delivered wrong order. Even have a wrong recipt. And wrong order number on receipt. Received one meal and one drink and the my order was for two people.
