Always missing something from the order. 8/10 wrong order. Delivery always takes ages and comes cold too

Simple and easy. Just check meals. Staff are generally friendly. Odd ones are short, but as I say, normally good

Yet another McDonald's where the staff are friendly but useless. Loads of items forgotten every time. They forgot my daughter's while meal. Forgot dips that I paid for. Absolutely useless. The food is McDonalds so can't really comment as it is all identical easy crap. Why is it so difficult to make sure all the items you have ordered and paid for are in the bag. They have a list in front of them. McDonald's needs to step its game up in regards to making sure orders are complrte. Absolute joke.

This was a Pre ordered web collection. Needless to say, they had time to prepare it correctly. However, sadly not, order was missing a burger, and the fries were gross. Regret every moment of purchasing food here.

Service was very slow and food,when it did arrive was liluke warm at best

Second time coming here, and the place is disgustingly dirty. I walked out of the toilets. Asked a staff member to clean a table (all where dirty and sections that where cleaned was shut off) and was told he would get round to it. Never going back again

Last Friday, my brother and I had an incredible experience at McDonald's that left us both amazed and full! We decided to stop by for a late-night bite, and boy, did we get lucky! For just £25, we walked away with an enormous amount of food that more than satisfied us. The staff were super friendly, and to our surprise, they went above and beyond. Since we were their last customers for the night, they generously added two free Big Macs and three medium fries to our order—completely on the house! As if that wasn’t enough, they even threw in a free apple pie, which was warm, crispy, and delicious. We took our feast to King Center Park, where we enjoyed every bite. And to top it all off, McDonald's also offers free Wi-Fi, which made it easy for us to chill, stream some music, and fully enjoy the evening. The atmosphere was perfect for a Friday night wind-down, and we couldn’t believe the amount of food we had for such a great price. Huge kudos to the McDonald's team for their kindness, top-notch service, and the amazing meal. This was hands down one of the best McDonald's experiences we’ve ever had! We’ll definitely be going back!

Near enough whole meal missing, drove to the store to complain and was told by the manager I was a liar and she had packed the bag herself! No apology, no acknowledgment that she had made a mistake, what a rude nasty woman

Food fresh. Fast service. Not blessed with a roomy car park, but absolutely no complaints.

One of the burgers (out if only two) was left out. Trued ringing 61 times but permanently engaged! Absolute shambles!!!

Only problem is you can drive past before you realize you past the place 😉

Dropped in for a breakfast about 10:40 on a Sunday. A much longer wait than usual with staff appearing unhurried in working through the backlog of orders. McMuffin was missing the promised ketchup but still hit the spot.

Hi I've placed an order twice and both time they've messed up my order, that's a 100% failure rate, which I'm sure their management wouldnt be keen on, also and no one EVER answers to phone. What's the point, its meant to be eaasier, but its just stressful, i knew when i was placing the order it would be wrong. I'm not mobile tonight so how are you meant to be able to resolve their mess up. Will not be using this service again go to kentucky probably more reliable.

Had to wait forever for the food and then half the order was missing or wrong. Staff are either 90yr old + or 12 years old. Hopefully it was just a bad day but it wasn't that busy

Automated screens hit & miss, and tempermental - worked eventually. Some staff seemed to need a 'personality transplant', or at least learn how to smile.....

I ordered 3 large meals for delivery but had 3 small chips. This is the last time I order a delivery from here as the staff are obviously incompetent at getting an order right.

McDonald’s used to be about fast food but there is nothing fast about walking in and ordering one item to realise you’re in a massive invisible queue of massive delivery bags and drive-in orders.

the driver dropped my food on the street and expected me to clean it up, handed me an upside down broken bag of my food that was covered in my drink - someone fix the deliveries istg and can someone actually answer your phone? cheers

Isn't this the only chain First Suede store in the town of East Grandstedt? I visited by car during lunch time on a weekday. There is a parking lot behind the store and it is easy to park. I had a cheeseburger, French fries, and coke set.

Uber delivery 2 hours late food stone cold half the order incorrect !

I was attending a training event at the nearby Crowne Plaza Felbridge, abs as I arrived early, I decided to come to McDonald’s for breakfast. This team really care for their surroundings as it was spotlessly clean and looked very welcoming. Staff very pleasant and food delivery was fast and efficient. Congratulations to the team on their efforts!

Busy at lunchtime but still quite quick

Great tasting food as always however the restaurant looked a bit neglected and untidy / could do with a good deep cleaning. Might be the fact that at the time that I was there the site was busy with customers and low on staff etc

Made an order that totalled over £100 and they were stingy with sauces (had to eat my chicken selects dry like a savage) chips were somehow stale and they forgot my cucumber bag and 9 nuggets, safe to say I’m fuming.

In 3 years they have never got my order right. Items are always forgotten or changes to the meal are not done. Every time I got through the drive thru I have to park up and go in to amend what they’ve given me. Super unprofessional

I used the McDonald’s app to order and service was pretty prompt. Bear in mind I visited at around 9:30pm when it wasn’t busy it all.

Used the gents toilets, got to be the worst I’ve ever used in a McDonalds! No cleaning roster, and didn’t look like they had been cleaned for a while

Not fast food at all, went for food inside. Took 25 mins, lots of staff standing around doing nothing.

Staff are friendly. Not a fan of the quality of food.

Too many times my partner has done online uber only to have the meal left at the door in the cold and rain even though my partner stipulates that the delivery driver knock and hand the meal to my partner or myself. My partner suffers agoraphobia and relies on the delivery service for his meals. I live 30 minutes from him so I can't be there every time to get the order. The delivery drivers, every time, haven't knocked, they've just dumped the food behind the door so when you open the door it gets knocked over and is cold by the time we go check to see if its arrived as the online tracker rarely works. The attitude of mcdonald's when you complain is so unbelievably rude im shocked that store is still in operation. Lack of communication, being lied to(told our names have been written down in refund book but it never has), excuse after excuse, poor customer service, bad attitude with drive through staff, lazy attitude from staff etc... we are lodging a formal complaint with head office as its obviously the monkeys at the store, including the delivery drivers, couldn't organise a bonk in a brothel.

Came to charge my electric car. Fast and reliable instavolt chargepoint. Grab a milk shake and nugget whilst waiting.

Do not order from this outlet. The staff are rude, the food is never up to standard. I've ordered from these nob jockies multiple times with the food being left outside in the rain. Missing items and the customer service skills of a chimp in a zoo. Don't bother with a refund because uber number provided is a dud number

Security guard needed to keep all the school children out, who do not buy, only come there to disrupt and take the Mick. Police arrived And they stayed in the car park for at least 20 minutes and caused havoc

Sam and the team always go above and beyond. Always a super clean and a great vibe. When in the area this is my goto McDonalds. McDonalds are very lucky to have people like this in the company.

I came to this establishment and have found that they were out of stock of most items on the menu and the ice cream machine not working. The food was poor and not made well despite I was not expecting much, I definitely won't be coming again.

Now a day's comparison in my time, people would talk to you and be interested in you, show respect and help you with any issues with you. Today young ones are going to be in opposite direction and the communication is the far end of the minimum talking to the people in general and no thoughts on the help button. late night mcflurry - was good - but rowdy football team in and was noisy

Finished a late shift on my second job, decided to stop at McDonald’s and eat at home 50 minutes away. Ordered a triple cheese burger to get home and find the burger had no burger.. just bread and cheese. What idiot gets that wrong.

10p for ketchup?! Really?! Was very surprised to be charged for bbq and ketchup.. drive thru and dine in as you'd expect from a mcdonalds.

So fed up of them getting my order wrong pretty much every time. They “excelled” themselves tonight-2 portions of fries missing and 2 burgers requested without mayo and both labelled “no mayo” but both had mayo inside.

They can never seem to get a delivery order correct. No matter how big or small the order.

I normally have no issues at this Mcdonalds, i use it all the time but today i was not impressed by the service. I used the rewards points section of the app to order whwn i can and i have checked several times if a single mcmuffin has been added which it hasnt so i did what i always do and order a double and minus 1 sausage in the customize section. When i got to the window the women informed me that i had taken off all the sausage, to which i replied with no it should just be the one. She told me no you cant do that you either have both or none. This confused me as ive never had issues before and the app gives me the option of having 1. So i replied that i didnt want both just one. She then told me why didnt i just order a single, i told her that i use the rewards points and they dont do a single for points. She very rudely told me that they do and that it is one of there promotional items, i then went back on the app to double check whilst still at the window and it wasnt there, so i told her this but she still told me that it was (as i was staring at the app scrolling through the items). I get that it was early in the morning and maybe she had just started work but i was coming back off a night shift and frankly i really did not appreciate basically being called a liar. I did check my recipt when i got home and it does in fact say "remove 1 sausage" underneath the mcmuffin. So i dont know where that women was getting her menu knowledge from... But its the wrong place.

Shame on the staff!!! Often when you order takeaways they never give you all the items in the order and food is cold. Got quarter pounder large meal for my pregnant friend and they don’t put fries . When I got home to give her she had a crisis because she had severe cravings for fries. Crap service !!!!!

You were not helpful, you passed me to UberEats who said they won't refund me my money. Even if they didn't deliver the food. @UberEats driver ABDUL BASIT K lied saying he came to my place. I was waiting outside like I do everytime I get my order delivered from McDonald's.

Used the Drive Thru at 7 pm on 15th January. Speedy service. Drove for 2 minutes and parked up to eat. Fries were barely warm and the 2 burgers were the same -yuk. Thankfully the Apple Pies were scorching hot, as usual. Second time we have used this location and the second time the food has been tepid, save for the Apple Pies. Won't use it a 3rd time that's for sure.

I go here all the time and everyone is consistently nice and genuinely care about quality and good service.

The entry system to this franchise is terribly designed. They have staff ushering cars to use the car park lane as a drive through lane to join the twin order points. This causes a back log spilling into the coincidentally poorly designed one way system.

Make sure you check your food if you do a drive thru.... i ordered 2x nugget happy meals... we got 2x hamburger meals... suffice to say they became 'screaming,shouting and generally very unhappy meals' thanks for making us parents life even more difficult... especially at xmas. Whatever mcd's.

Staff were rude to delivery drivers and showed no effort with me as a customer at the counter. Toilets are below a decent standard of quality and generally the atmosphere is dull. EV chargers are blocked by non EV cars and not policed. Whoever chose to put them in a McDonalds car park made a bad decision. Car park is not sufficient size for volume of people going in and out. Food arrived at the counter relatively quick but 5 minutes for just 1 happy meal is still not ideal. Quality of food was standard of McDonalds.

Always been able to get the breakfast sausage patties on their own at every mcd's I've ever been to, usually 50p each. Apparently not at this one! Had to pay near £5 for 3 patties and syrup. Very slow service and the food looked like it had been assembled at long range. Worst McDonald's I've been to in a long time!
