ordered two sausage McMuffins and the bread was rock solid ruined everything.

4 monopoly stickers have not been attached, the only reason why we ordered McDonald's is for the competition

Very disappointed as the burger and chips were barely warm and no ketchup was provided despite being ordered. It made for a very poor but expensive meal. On the plus side, delivery was quick.

the delivery driver made me feelscared as he intimadated me i recently just lost my daughter and i suffer with severe mental health the delivery man as made my mental health really bad tonight

I am really unhappy with order as the majority of my order was missing and it was cold. Every time I order from this restaurant there seems to be a problem either cold food or missing items.

i received 6 nuggets and 3 tenders instead of the 13 nuggets and the 6 tenders.

Things arrived and the coffee was allover all the food and drinks

I use this store 364 days a year. The staff are always friendly & courteous the food is well presented. However they are badly let down by owners who think that food hygiene rules don't apply to them. They can often be seen wandering round the food preparation area moving drinks etc around. With out any PERSONAL PROTECIVE CLOTHING ( not even a hat ) When asked the reply was we don't need it, if you don't like it get your money back and go somewhere else. So not only does PPE not apply to these owners but niether does CUSTOMER SERVICE Please note this in no way reflects on the staff just bad owners

Food was cold, and missing 4 items.

They never make it right lol. Ask for double cheese supposed to be on top and bottom they only give 1 slice on the bottom. The bun is always hard and chewy and the fries 90% of the time are cold and not salted. Sometimes when you ask for ketchup dips you don't even get them but I can't complain about that this time because they followed a simple task for once.

DIDNT EVEN LET JUST EAT know that there closed so I didn’t receive any of my order !!!!

food is absolutely freezing cold! mango smoothie was spilt all over the bottom of the bag. It looks like the order was thrown from one side of McDonald's to the other before being punted into the bag!

I do this order literally like every day, you can check me records, and the dilivery man was asking me for a dilivery code which no one has ever asked me before, he was rude, and was not cooperative at all. Complaint is all about the delivery.

£750,000 Spent on this McDonald's according to Gazettelive the local online news feed. Looks fantastic. Fittings and carpark are really nice. BUT... No receipt for your order number. There was no queue, and we waited nearly 20 minutes for a breakfast wrap and a breakfast roll. The photo is of a new TWIX Latte... What a waste of money 💰 The food was good, just the wait and the coffee ☕️

We’ve been ordering from here for years now and 9 times out of 10 there’s something missing from the order. Tonight for example all drinks missing from kids happy meals. Last time two whole meals were missing. Absolutely ridiculous how hard is it?

half the order missing, scrappy fries instead of a doughnut they sent a mcflurry ,the big mac ended up in the bin lettuce was browning the whole burger looked put together with a catapult extra crunchy nuggets dry burger , not the best at all.

Ordered a double Big Mac with bacon and was instead given a double bacon cheeseburger. Furthermore I ordered a garlic dip which I wasn’t given. I had rang the store with intent to ask and enquire why but as per usual they didn’t pick up after 3 attempts. Ridiculous really considering the price difference in the item I ordered versus the one I received.

Once again half of the order was not delivered and the drink had been spilt in the bag so half of the drink had gone.

Everything was cold and old. Wouldn’t refund as delivered in time and so the restaurant fault. Which they do not deal with. So you pay but when unacceptable sent round in circles. Collect so you can critic or you are taking a chance. Good is definitely not improved and mmmm

the burgers were squashed and the chips were wet. The drinks had leaked all over the mc flurries and they were thrown in the bin. I won't be ordering again

so ice-cream and milkshake completely defrosted just warm liquid the milkshake was also half empty no straw provided ever no sauses provided that where requested and paid for all the food stone cold 4 Burgas 20 nuggets 4 fries all completely inedible so all has to go in the bin fries look undercooked soggy wet and cold look like they just been defrosted and frown in had to wait norly 2 hours for food that I can't eat.

Food was missing sauces. Driver was on time however was sat outside the wrong building. Didn’t bother to try ringing the phone number provided, and didn’t bother looking for the correct building that was right them.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. The quality of the food was very low, and to make matters worse, several items I ordered were missing. I specifically ordered dips with my nuggets, but none were provided. Additionally, the food arrived cold, which made the entire meal quite unappetizing. This experience was far below the standard I expected. I hope this feedback leads to improvements in the future.
