Worst McDonald’s going, everytime it’s horrendous, constantly repeating your order at each window for them still to get it wrong and deliver the most bland cold soggy food, oh and the staff arguing at the windows is an added bonus, avoid the place

A little hit and miss. You either get a really nice, fresh order or you get a cold flavourless one. Plenty of parking on site.

The young girl that served me was lovely and very quick, the same could not be said for the female staff member shouting and getting frustrated with her fellow colleagues and making customers feel uncomfortable

Ordered via there app. Paid £18.00. Dud not receive food. We are a company with CCTV and can show they didn't showup. Absolutely disgusting. Tried to get money back but was given the run around. I will never recommend MacDonalds to anyone. Don't even want to give one star

What can I say about this particular franchise, firstly it’s about time I gave them a review through my regular visits. There is one stand out individual everytime I go in who makes an effort to be personable and friendly. Bobby. Bobby’s ability to befriend and put a smile on peoples faces from all walks of life is outstanding; I’ve witnessed her do this with not only myself but many others whilst I’ve been waiting for my order. Sometimes it’s longer than normal and she is the most attentive with all customers she speaks with, personally I believe Bobby would revitalise other McDonalds with her ability to encourage others to look at situations as she does. Good people breed good culture and in businesses that is hard to find. 10/10 always at this franchise.

How do they get paid for this half my order not there

Attended here for iced drinks on 3 occasions now and not available as machine is broken always let me down.

delivered completely the wrong order

It is freezing cold and half my order is missing. I would like a free box of my 20 nugget share box that I did not receive.

A burger was completely missing. The box was in the bag but it was empty.

Order never came!!! Disappointed with this service! I’ve raised a complaint to be told delivery was left in a safe place ????? What safe place it was that safe I never received it. I never even had a phone call. I’m waiting for evidence of this.

Not impressed with the way the app works ordet and cash innpoints then cant pick up with the code wothout paying again full price.

This is 3rd time we got our order incomplete or wrong item sent... Service is terrible, always items missing when you dine in as well...

Absolutely awful food, the burger was burnt and the buns on it were stale(tasted 5 months out of date) milkshake was completely melted when it came and overall terrible experience, do not go here!

Unfortunately, despite having ordered through the app, the order didn't place. The gentleman on the middle window was great and sorted it for us so that we didn't have to rejoin the queue (as the man on the speaker machine shouldn't have really let us through), but then the last window all but threw the food at us. Absolutely awful. She was so rude! No comment, nothing, and walked off in anger as if it was our fault!

Always seem to have to wait for order, regardless of what it is. Fries are not at all consistent, most of the time thay are over done and warm at best.

Food was fine but two items were omitted from our order! Staff quickly replaced them without hesitation but it's still frustrating.

Never in all my 22 years on god’s green earth did I think I would be forced to add MORE SALT to McDonald’s fries, but the day has come. On the numerous occasions we have (unfortunately) stopped off here, the fries have been cardboard flavoured. Not once have I detected a single morsel of salt in their servings. Imagine destroying the best part of a McDonald’s meal (besides the hash browns) by ignoring the main ingredient??! We have tried countless McDonald’s branches in our time, across the UK and in many countries beyond…This place serves the worst fries by miles. There is literally nothing else wrong with this place (although they did serve me the wrong milkshake once) EXCEPT THE FRIES. We deserve better. We demand better. Look at how unhappy this customer is. I am sad, angry, and worst of all, disappointed.

Very accessible location and a lot of parking. A good sized place with a play area and also good for children birthday parties too. Staff are good as well but when time are really busy cars spill over on the main road. Probably not the one with these issues.

Without doubt the worst McDonald’s we’ve ever experienced. We arrived at the Drive Through with no queue and ordered a happy meal and. X 1 cheeseburger. We were asked to go to bay 1. 5 mins later our meal arrived. The chips were inedible. I mean I’ve never tasted anything like it - didn’t taste like potato or chips. Horrid. The cheeseburger was cold and under dressed. Disappointing.

Not delivered - where is my food

Had the most messed up meal in my life. Fries were stale and took some pressure to snap in half, the cheese on the burger was translucent meaning it’s been sitting there for a long time in the heat, the mozzarella sticks were solid and stale. Entire meal was cold. This is officially the worst branch. If the owner sees this, here’s the receipt and time of my Deliveroo order last night. Whoever was in charge of the food, you’re the reason why I’ll never go to you again. And if I do and you give me the same quality meal I will chuck it at your head

Actual mould in the ketchup tap, threw my food away. Also the price you pay for the food experience you get is nothing short of hilarious

Ordered 3 burgers, 2 medium fries and 20 nuggets. We did not get our 4 sauce packets that came with the nuggets. The fries were inedible and cold. The burgers were dry and cold. On top of that the food was late.

Food is what you’d expect in a McD. The location is good. Decent amenities. Average parking. Good service.

driver went to the wrong address. contacted by chat to guide him in, still went to the wrong address. I had to leave my house and walk round to find him. 4 times this had happened even though I add it in the instructions.

If I could give a 0 stars I would, the past two times I have ordered from this McDonald’s they have completely messed up my order. Lots of stuff missing or completely wrong. Food was half hour late from original expected delivery time. Not one item was correct and the delivered items were less than half the price paid for actual food order. All items delivered cold!

Hopeless McDonald’s always getting order wrong ot missing items!

As I entered the place stank of stale cigarette smoke - probably not McDonald's fault really, it was likely on other customers clothing. Staff attitude was just OK, my wife's meal (takeaway) was missing the dip it should have come with. As it was takeaway we had no opportunity to correct this. Very disappointing.

Our food arrived an hour later than it originally said. Then after the late arrival the food was that cold we didn’t eat it.

Great service, even though the staff was busy service the breakfast, they made time to make some fries specifically for me on my request at 10.20 am. Special thanks to Rhia, the manager for that I highly appreciate it.

Order took 20 minutes to be delivered while all the just eat and diliveroo drivers walked in picked up food and left. Seems that serving people at the building is not a priority.

Delivery time kept changing later and later. Our food came cold w BBQ sauce in our ice cream. We didn’t receive our free 6 chicken nuggets either.

We received non salted fries, and the service was bad because the person could not be understood and secondly because we waited in our takeout lane with the car and the other lane was moving very quickly. It was as of we were forgotten and there was five cars behind or so who was able to put in their orders before ours. We'll likely never go again as McDonald's can no longer provide a consistent service. There has now been multiple instances where the order is wrong too.

Supposed to be a 24h McDonald’s. Stopped to charge my car here at 10:30pm and the doors are locked. Not sure you’ve understood what « open 24/7 » actually means.

Ordered uber eats and slight amendments on the burgers. All the burgers came with everything on… I literally mean everything, cucumber, mayo, ketchup, loads of gerkins, sweet chilli…. Everything that could grab their hands on. Drove back to the store to be met with a rude manager. Rest of the food at home cold. Not sure if someone thinks it’s a joke to handle customers food like that but it’s disgusting.

Adam with the hearing aid service was way better the shift manager that was working there. Adam was amazing and very friendly I really hope he gets recognised and gets a recognition for his service and his time.
