Worst service ever!!! Team is useless as possible, no tickets, no order number… leave it, flee!!!

Food was late, it was cold and my Fanta was spilt all over my food

Worst Mcdonald ever, I visited this branch in 14 countres. This one in particular is the worst ever. Homeless people sleeping inside, staff extremely arrogant and not helpful, took a menu take away and (my fault I did not check) half of menu wasn't there, came back, staff member told me he " has just finished" in rapper mode, nearly singing. I truly did not believe what I saw. Another staff member helped me out but forgot a burger. I did not came back, and I will never do.

Corporate greed. Ordered delivery - main burger was missing and chips stone cold. Paid service, delivery and tip. They offered me refund or £2.82 - no option to re-deliver. Do better.

Usama was very kind, he’s so incredibly hard working, and this McDonald’s is perfect as it’s right in front of Brixton station so I can always grab and go.

The rider went to the wrong address and when I eventually saw him, he was acting rude and nonchalant towards me when I corrected him about the 2 different roads

Brilliant manager (I think he’s called David? Not sure) and rest of the staff esp. security helped me charge my phone for me when I was stuck after a night out. Cheers guys!

Never ordering from this McDonald’s again they don’t even get the order correctly the entire order is missing apart from the fries

As a North American I know you’re at a disadvantage. But I do live here and I do come after my work shifts and every time I order a double cheeseburger you have cooked the patties to the point of absolute horse dung. Stop overcooking everything. You can’t tell me “this is on a timer” when I have experienced other days that it’s been good at the same location. How old are these patties? From yesterday? They taste like it.

I was charged twice for my order, I looked for in your website where to claim the refund

We visited this McD few times and every time we had bad vibes in this particular store. This time we went on Monday after shopping. I ordered on touchscreen and sat kids by the table. When i was collecting food lady was rudeish on approach,just because she just called my nr and i didnt respond,well i was dealing with kids. I explained to her-not as if i had to,but still- she kept showing her attitude,and when i asked for RICH TOMATO SAUCE,she asked me to pay for it,althou it is free same as ketchup. Really unpleasant vibes.

Drivers always get lost to get to my address and ruckuses to call straight away or even at all which makes the food cold when they deliver but the chips were perfect and he was very polite! I would of left a tip but I have to be smart this month!

Was very impressed with their staff who allowed us to use the upstairs here even though it was closed to the public

once again I received the wrong cola. this is a repeat incident of which I am not happy with as I am allergic to some ingredients in coke Zero/diet coke.

I received my food on time but the drink was spilled, I had just less than half cup of coke. The driver did put the bags with my food on the floor, the top bags were completely soaked of my coke. A disaster! Never again

Driver spilled my drink and didn’t have any empathy when I called him out on it. He forgot all my sauces and half my food was cold

I had a missing sausage and my drink was more than half gone and I have the pictures but I cannot get a refund how is that fair for the customer I didn’t get what I paid for and I cannot even get money back? It’s terrible

I had a great experience at McDonald's Brixton. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere. Everything was perfect, from the food quality to the overall environment. Highly recommended!

The food arrived looking like it had been dropped and pick up from the ground. The large drink was half full because it had been spilled, the fries was half full. It was a complete disappointment.

The first order, I ordered pancakes with syrup& a McMuffin meal with coke. The meal didn’t arrive as the drink spilt in the bag and I refused it from the driver as the food was wet and soggy. The pancakes came with no syrup. Dry ASF. Reordered again & the pancakes still came with no syrup. Appalling, wasted my money TWICE.
