McDonald's in Lambeth

I received my food on time but the drink was spilled, I had just less than half cup of coke. The driver did put the bags with my food on the floor, the top bags were completely soaked of my coke. A disaster! Never again

REALLY BAD SOME FOOD HAS NOT ARRIVED

driver said he couldn't find my house despite having the address and it being on a main road. he called me and hung up several times and I had to keep calling back to eventually get the delivery

Driver spilled my drink and didn’t have any empathy when I called him out on it. He forgot all my sauces and half my food was cold

I had a great experience at McDonald's Brixton. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere. Everything was perfect, from the food quality to the overall environment. Highly recommended!

The food arrived looking like it had been dropped and pick up from the ground. The large drink was half full because it had been spilled, the fries was half full. It was a complete disappointment.

The old man who served me was veeeery nice. But I paid for extra cheese and asked for extra onions, cabbage - they ignored everything. The fries was unsalted and not really tasty… Quite dirty place

The first order, I ordered pancakes with syrup& a McMuffin meal with coke. The meal didn’t arrive as the drink spilt in the bag and I refused it from the driver as the food was wet and soggy. The pancakes came with no syrup. Dry ASF. Reordered again & the pancakes still came with no syrup. Appalling, wasted my money TWICE.

First of all, the courier was late, and he came and handed me one bag as i looked in that bag 2 of my chips was missing and when i went to track down the courier for the chips he told me “ no ablo ingles” and got on his bike and left. This is completely disrespectful and unprofessional and i would like a refund can you help me?

on the 8th of February, I had ordered McDonald’s in the early hours of the morning. Once I noticed the delivery man was in the area I was keeping an eye on the location, he was a few blocks down and was there for about 10 minutes and I was wondering what the delay was? Five minutes later I had to go out into the cold and walk a few blocks over where he came out of nowhere and was in the complete wrong area and didn’t have the decency to apologise, my food was stone cold and he was messing about. I really don’t appreciate this.

I am not happy with my order that was delivered yesterday, I have been messaging and requesting for a refund but no response from you guys, I ordered for two items and you delivered two completely different times to my address. I want my refund as quickly as possible.

I pop into McDonald's to get a quick bite for breakfast it wos ok. I didn't have to wait too long in the queue. The view wos lovely and I stay there a little longer than I wanted beacuse the atmosphere was nice.
