One of the worst maccas I’ve been to. Staff are disorganised and incompetent. Food was horrible

We ordered at 4:00am and it is now almost 5:00am with now update or movement with our order. Considering this is a 24 hours service I’m quite disappointed. 😡

Waited 1.5 hours for a simple large burger meal only to recieve 2 large drinks and no food. Absolutely terrible service! Do not bother ordering from them!

Food was all there but only let down were the fries - cold as usual - really aggravating as delivery reaches my house with 4-7mins so don’t understand how fries are cold - clearly not cooked fresh! Fries are best thing bout mcd’s but not when cold!

My drinks had spilled in the bag and the order advised me someone will come back and bring me new drinks but no one attended and now I am being told I am not allowed a refund. This is unacceptable I have picture proof of the rider and the juice spilling on my stairs

Impressed - complete order arrived quickly at North Dulwich and was well packaged, hot and with full drink cups, even the fries were still hot and crispy. Friendly driver. Well done Mc Ds 👏🏼

Very busy place, with lots of people just hanging around there, some shady figures too. Wouldn't recommend staying there. Food was actually all right, had triple cheeseburger and I liked it. Waiting time is quite long but as mentioned it's a busy place. Can't even imagine how it feels to work there, I feel for employees.

It was lifesaver having a meal here. They closed the restroom down even for customers, and I don't understand them why is this fight each time. Sometimes, customers want to ease themselves so they can enjoy their food without needing to go to the toilet.

Chips were stale tasting not fresh

again had to make my own teas meaning had to put tea bags into cups an stir to brew so had to make a warm cup of tea which is wrong as should have already been made dats what u pay for in the service an second was missing food an what I had of my order was cold so was so was not happy.

Hot drink lid was completely off and drink had leaked everywhere

No pickle in the burger. Other than that it was alright. How you(McDonalds) miss a main ingredient 😓

Food never arrived as delivery driver went in the opposite direction and then didn’t respond to any messages.

Categorically the worst branch of Macdonalds I’ve ever experienced. Delivery orders are nearly always incorrect, with missing and/or incorrect items. Food more than likely cold on delivery and if you try and call them about it, they never answer the phone. How the existing management are holding onto their jobs there is beyond me because they are absolutely incompetent. Avoid. Edit: I’ve tried them again months later and they have, yet again, messed up the entire order. Apart from the chips, they’ve sent the wrong food and (because it’s ordered through the Macdonalds app) they can’t do anything about it. This is not just a case of the wrong food: they’ve failed to send out a complete meal that I’ve paid for. Never again.

It was difficult to order as the two women working were talking to each other and ignoring people at the counter. After another member of staff asked them to do their job they reluctantly came to the till. Once I finally ordered, the food came fairly quickly but, despite being relatively busy, the fries were cold - I could only eat a few. My Coke zero had been sitting so long all the ice had melted resulting in a watery, warm drink I also had to throw out. The Big Mac was average but seemed heavenly compared to the rest of the meal. This franchise is not as well run as most.

My order was mistakenly delivered to someone else, which is incredibly frustrating because I was provided with a delivery code specifically to give to the driver to ensure accuracy. Despite this safeguard, the food ended up with the wrong person, and I cannot afford to let this happen again. It’s critical that this issue is resolved immediately, as it’s already caused unnecessary inconvenience and I can’t risk further mistakes with future orders.

A very busy place but I am so grateful that Sonia was able to help me get home safely by allowing me to sit and charge my phone. The food delivery was very fast and the customer service was outstanding. Thank you to Sonia and the security at Macdonalds. Also the lady that took the payment and served me. Unfortunately cannot remember her name but thank you all for your service and help.

Nothing was delivered but I apparently have no way of communicating this too you! take order pretend to deliver profit..... this was with the new give code on delivery which I couldn't give because no attempt was made!

The delivery driver just stood outside my building, did not want to deliver the food. I ordered a big mac with extra ketchup, but there was absolutely no ketchup whatsoever on the burger

Unfortunately the chips where undercooked and the double cheeseburger tasted like it was old, the Philly cheese stack was nice though, more cheese hehe! (Not the usual standard) but still enjoyed. ;)

My food wasn’t delivered to my house! I’ve been waiting for an hour and now it’s saying delivered. I put clear instructions to call when outside and I received no call neither has my doorbell been rung. I’ve gone outside and there’s nothing!

Apple pie says discard at 17:55 and I received at 6:40. Driver left the store at around 6:30. This is not the first time this has happened

We believe the delivery person ate some our food. The delivery person ate 2 small fries. This is so disappointing as well as disrespectful I have children and they had to share 1 small bag of fries. I would like a refund. Thank you.

I just left and asked for a chocolate, they had me waiting for 30 minutes and after 30 minutes they told me that there was no chocolate and they changed it for a coffee and I had to wait another 15 minutes. I really didn't like the treatment.

I am not happy with your delivery today, your delivery guy delivered the wrong order. I have emailed you with pictures of the wrong order delivered and I have requested for my refund but you’ve not done it yet and you’ve been ignoring my messages. Let me bring it to your attention that I been treated unfairly and I am not happy about it. I want my money back into my account with immediate effect.

First driver sat outside flat for half an hour because app not working. Took food back. Food arrived with second driver. Food cold and ice cream had melted. Will never use Just Eat again.

Missing 2 items was not able to email kept coming back to this page cheese burger and chicken burger missing check with brixton branch as that’s where it was ordered from look forward to my response thank you for your assistance and please refund asap
