I know these branches are always a joke in built up areas but these guys take the micky out of people….i went in to get a double cheese burger…lady said we dont do that here but i can remove the bacon from a bacon double cheeseburger, she then said it would be over 6 quid 🤣🤣🤣it should be less than 3 quid realistically, they dont even do a normal cheeseburger, they rig their menu to only include the most expensive items and you guessed it they dont do promos nor vouchers, how burger king allow branches to do this is disgusting…i know youre only buying the brand name when you open up a burger king but frankly there should be rules against things like this…this along with Feltham are the worst branches ive ever been to, absolutely atrocious.

Driver got lost, then blamed me for putting the wrong address ( didn't. I obviously know where I live) Fries were cold; I will have to warm up and eat at a later date. Requested four 25mil spicy mayo dip pots. Received three 21mil dip pods instead.

I was watching in the back lady was picking her nose wiping it on the silver metallic surface and then with her bare hands opening buns and filling them. When she saw me got flustered and embarrassed- shocking! Never going there again especially when the burrito place is next door also chips were ridiculously small portion

Delivery driver would not hand me my food, refused to walk to front door leaving me locked out my house for 30 minutes. Everything has been video too.

Appalling service. Completely understaffed. Many customers (including myself) abandoning orders and running for trains. Come on, Burger King!!!!! You operate within a busy train station, we can’t wait 15mins for our orders to materialise!!!!

Not all burgers can be found on the list. I ordered 2 whopper meals, one of which was supposed to be normal and it wasn't! At the checkout, they didn't apologize and didn't even offer any compensation for their mistakes! The supervisor is in the yard when the snowman! The hamburger patty was tasteless! No salt, no pepper! REALLY WHERE IS THE HYGIENE? THE LADY MAKING THE BURGERS WASN'T WEARING GLOVES! How is this possible??? Now really, the Burger King chain should turn on the lights and go through this hygiene! GET AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Don't order here if you need to catch a train. How long will your food take? They can't tell you and you'll never know if you want to catch your train, because it won't be ready in time.

Paid £4.66 for cheesy fries. Portion was shockingly small and the cheese was some kind of squirty liquid. Last time I buy fries from burger king.

My driver was really good and even though he had a flat tire he still managed to deliver my food to me on time so I am very pleased with him I wish I gave him a tip

I ordered medium fries but I was given small fries that they had already pre-prepared and were putting in bags with orders. There is no way all the 10 prepared fries are all medium… I asked if it is medium that said yes. Feeling robbed! £.3.46 for 10 fries?

I was there this morning. I ordered a burger but I saw that the girl who prepared my order DID NOT USE A GLOVES. Apply all ingredients with her bare hands. Where there is hygiene, that is food. I didn’t feel well after that.

They don’t accept the Burger King app/rewards system, the entire restaurant was filthy, an employee started chatting to her colleague when I hadn’t finished speaking, and another demanded to see my receipt to “prove” I had bought something. There are also no toilets. Treated and spoken to appallingly. Food wasn’t very hot either which is no surprise really. Literally just don’t bother coming here - there are plenty other food places in Waterloo Station where the staff will speak to you and treat you like an actual human being. Edit - just looking through these other reviews, I am horrified and disgusted. This place needs shutting down.

Possibly the worst experience to date in a BK store. Paid for a meal using the virtual kiosks and this is where the dilemma starts; After around 10 seconds the payment is taken from my account (confirmed on bank statement). The kiosk then decides to crash on me and reset. This meant that I didn’t receive an order number….. So I walk to the till and speak to two members of staff who had no clue what to do, they then advised me to wait 5 minutes as they may see my order appear. After 10 minutes I knew this was going nowhere so I asked the staff what do I do. I was advised that they cannot help, and I would not be receiving any order today and that I ‘may’ get a refund the next day due to the order not going through. After over 2 weeks of trying to contact BK support I still haven’t seen such refund, BK also outsourced their customer complaints team to a third party - I’ve come to the point where I don’t think I’ll ever see the £10 I spent. Utterly useless store, with technology that they can’t even support or help customers with. Burger King HQ are just as bad as they’ve made no attempt to contact me or offer a refund. Imagine having your children with you, and then having to tell them that the food won’t be coming because the technology platforms crashed?! Judging by the other negative reviews, this place is renowned for issues.

I ordered burger meal from burgerking using justeat, and it is showing delivered but the order never arrived to the hotel I was staying despite stating to be contacted.

Delivery person polite .. food took about an hour for a 15 min quote .tepid.. disappointed.

The staff consistently deliver exceptional service. They are friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making dining a pleasant experience. Each visit, they greet customers with warm smiles and ensure that all needs are met promptly. More so there is a particular staff that always smile and happy, this make it more lovely. Their efficiency during busy hours is outstanding

Worst fast food in the history of fast food

Rip off prices and food offering is tiny. The cheeseburger is about half the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger and twice the price. Drinks machines not working so I paid £3.18 for a Capri sun, outrageous. And not even a normal sized Capri sun, a Burger King shrinkage Capri sun. Only positive was plenty of seating. Avoid at all costs, go to McDonald's.

I would not ever in my life eat from this restaurant or Burger King its self ever again! I visited this restaurant 2 days ago with family. Spent £89 on food. For all the chicken that we had to be raw! Customer service was terrible! No staff helped they laughed in our faces and told us we wasn’t getting a refund! I would advise everyone to stay well away from here. When I asked for the manager they told me that there was no manager there. Which is a worry to me as it’s illegal to open a business without a manager or supervisor present. One of the managers walked passed with a badge on (Shift Manager) but was still trying to tell me he wasn’t? This restaurant seems to be shambles. Raw Chicken, No Manager, No Supervisor?🤔 Doesn’t make sense to me! My sister is currently suffering from food poisoning due to this. So I suggest you stay well away!

Tried to use my loyalty app here, staff couldn't give a toss and refused to serve me at the till, saying its not valid at this store. I'm sorry it's a burger king it's definitely valid, So I walked out. Awful service, won't be returning.

Please don't eat here they dumped my cold chips back into the frier as I complained they were cold and I had eaten out of them!!!!
