Burger King in Lambeth

Well run, Indian ( maybe was the manager) handing out food was very polite and efficient

Possibly the worst experience to date in a BK store. Paid for a meal using the virtual kiosks and this is where the dilemma starts; After around 10 seconds the payment is taken from my account (confirmed on bank statement). The kiosk then decides to crash on me and reset. This meant that I didn’t receive an order number….. So I walk to the till and speak to two members of staff who had no clue what to do, they then advised me to wait 5 minutes as they may see my order appear. After 10 minutes I knew this was going nowhere so I asked the staff what do I do. I was advised that they cannot help, and I would not be receiving any order today and that I ‘may’ get a refund the next day due to the order not going through. After over 2 weeks of trying to contact BK support I still haven’t seen such refund, BK also outsourced their customer complaints team to a third party - I’ve come to the point where I don’t think I’ll ever see the £10 I spent. Utterly useless store, with technology that they can’t even support or help customers with. Burger King HQ are just as bad as they’ve made no attempt to contact me or offer a refund. Imagine having your children with you, and then having to tell them that the food won’t be coming because the technology platforms crashed?! Judging by the other negative reviews, this place is renowned for issues.

I ordered burger meal from burgerking using justeat, and it is showing delivered but the order never arrived to the hotel I was staying despite stating to be contacted.

Delivery person polite .. food took about an hour for a 15 min quote .tepid.. disappointed.

The staff consistently deliver exceptional service. They are friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making dining a pleasant experience. Each visit, they greet customers with warm smiles and ensure that all needs are met promptly. More so there is a particular staff that always smile and happy, this make it more lovely. Their efficiency during busy hours is outstanding

Worst fast food in the history of fast food

Rip off prices and food offering is tiny. The cheeseburger is about half the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger and twice the price. Drinks machines not working so I paid £3.18 for a Capri sun, outrageous. And not even a normal sized Capri sun, a Burger King shrinkage Capri sun. Only positive was plenty of seating. Avoid at all costs, go to McDonald's.

I would not ever in my life eat from this restaurant or Burger King its self ever again! I visited this restaurant 2 days ago with family. Spent £89 on food. For all the chicken that we had to be raw! Customer service was terrible! No staff helped they laughed in our faces and told us we wasn’t getting a refund! I would advise everyone to stay well away from here. When I asked for the manager they told me that there was no manager there. Which is a worry to me as it’s illegal to open a business without a manager or supervisor present. One of the managers walked passed with a badge on (Shift Manager) but was still trying to tell me he wasn’t? This restaurant seems to be shambles. Raw Chicken, No Manager, No Supervisor?🤔 Doesn’t make sense to me! My sister is currently suffering from food poisoning due to this. So I suggest you stay well away!

Only gave me part of my order so basically stole £4.99 from me. Shouldn't expect much else from anyone who works round here. Will stick to wasabi and McDonalds

Tried to use my loyalty app here, staff couldn't give a toss and refused to serve me at the till, saying its not valid at this store. I'm sorry it's a burger king it's definitely valid, So I walked out. Awful service, won't be returning.

Please don't eat here they dumped my cold chips back into the frier as I complained they were cold and I had eaten out of them!!!! Also no milk for tea , I asked and some woman grabbed my tea tipped half away and filled it up with hot milk, I didnt drink this. I asked bk for refund and nothing . Disgusting service, the Indian member of staff look at me as I gave him the receipt for what I ordered then threw the burger at me, absolutely shocking, beyond belief, seriously avoid thisplace

The staff here are so rude. Took the man 10 minutes to take my order, It seemed he was training, however the people “training him” seemed to have no care that he had no idea what he was doing and kept laughing at him. He then proceeded to not know what pennies were obviously as it took him a good 5 minutes just to count out £1.64 change. The woman training him was so rude, they were screaming a number which nobody came to collect, because it was my order and I hadn’t received a receipt yet as I was still waiting for my change 🤦🏻‍♀️ she then proceeded to snatch the receipt out my hand and point at me, I then got my food. I’ve never had customer service so rude and disrespectful. The food is good but an outrageous price!

Where the food was fine, the service here is atrocious! Literally the slowest fast food place I've been to!! And at a major station! When I had to request they hurry up, given that I had a train to catch, my request to change my coffee to a juice was denied as there was a price difference! I was not the only person who was shocked by their lack of urgency! One couple left without food and another almost did the same. They really need to have more staff on for morning rushes! 2 staff is not acceptable!

Food here was great for a burger king. Good bacon cheese burger and bacon chicken burger. The fries and onion rings were good as well. Service staff were fast, friendly, and nice and wished everyone a great day. Plenty of terminals such that we didn't have to queue to make our order. Only downside is group seating upstairs is a little limited, and the AC wasn't functioning at full capacity so it was a little warm and stuffy.

Ordered a chicken burger and it came with bacon, really bad service the guys didn’t even changed the burger, I had to throw it, I threw it in front of them but still they didn’t do anything. And I paid for it, really bad service … the staff really needs some training here … and it reflects so badly on Burger King, this never happens at McDonald …

The driver gave me the wrong order told him it was the wrong order, he told me to bin it and he said it was delivered. I haven’t received my order.

Vegan burger is good considering it tastes like meat. But huge chunks of lettuce. Ignored delivery notes and didn’t give any sauce or napkins so customer service is poor

Great food and great service from the staff. I have allergies but they treated me well and guided me through that it seems the staff are well trained in all the aspect. Atmosphere 10/10. Food 10/10. Staff 20/10. Cheese chilli bytes made my day. One of the staff walked an extra mile to help me which was overwhelming.

Website says open and I've been stood out here for 23 mins waiting for it to open the staff are laughing and giggling and only now they tell me there going too open late at 9. Thanks burger king

There is a amazing place and food. The food is hot nd testy. I like this food. And service is very good employee is always good service to customers.

Burger King is great, much better than the other place which I shall not name...only annoying thing is the amount of cheese sauce that's put onto the bacon and cheese fries, its non-existent.

I was served by a man called Xavier. He was extremely rude and had 0 customer service skills. I ordered my meal and he said he isn’t aloud to give me a lid for my cup of coke because I am eating in the store. 30mins later I then see him giving the lids to many other customers also eating in store. I will definitely not be going back to this store because of this man.

It was a wonderful experience of both food and service. The staff was polite and helpful. One of my child dropped the drink on the floor, so I asked one of their staff to clean they said it’s okay and they offered me another cup instead. Nice job. Thank you for good experience.

Went late last night. It was a shambles. Our burgers were really dry & they did not put any ketchup in the bag. Very poor.

All the food was cold. It took 1 hour to come. The fries were cold and tasted stale.

Really frustrating experience here with an order that just didn't happen. Fries and a water was forgotten. Watching people fumbling tickets and rushing chips out of the fryer - kinda feels like a bullet dodged. Apology from the assistant manager was fine when asking for a refund, but no attempt to put it right. Just feels like a let down and a waste of my time.

If you're getting a train make sure you order the food 4 hours in advance as that's how long it takes them to get the food out once you've ordered

Nobody wants to work there. Why the owner pays them idk… just to have them hanging out around?All employees moving slowly like sleeping. That’s why it’s always empty! I'm passing daily next to the shop. It’s always empty. No matter the time. Morning, afternoon ,evening EMPTY always. For whoever owns the business please change the staff members! and you’ll see the difference. I waited there for 5cheese bites 20 minutes. And I was the single client waiting for the order. The lady who prepared my order- took her long time to move from middle of the room to the right side where was frying area, the other one in front was looking on computer and asking all colleagues around what is she supposed to press on cuz she didn’t handle at all taking orders online , the other girl around was also not having any knowledge about this job. All team live a different world and they doesn’t care about the business clearly. I was waiting with my receipt in hand sooo long when this kind of product that I ordered, in a FAST food business, has to be already prepared in 2 minutes max. I will never come back here even if I love Burger King.

I asked for a large fries and strawberry shake at a busy time on Sunday and they gave the worst chips ever. Felt like it was from yesterday. The strawberry shake didn’t taste strawberry at all. It was white and so sweet I couldn’t drink it so nearly £8 went in the bin. Absolutely horrible.

45mins before closing and they are pretending that they have no chicken burgers left, only whoppers or bacon double cheese burgers plus you can’t order on the electronic menus. They take the mick because they know they have a Monopoly because most places are closed on the station at 23:45…….remember that not everyone is drunk guys
