I did not enjoy my visit here. It was hectic and rushed. Sat too close another family making me and my wife feel uncomfortable. Just wanted to be away from there at the time. Food usual McDonald's standard. Thankfully on the other side of Covid it's a better atmosphere. Still very busy at times. Generally pretty quiet at the moment. Not much else to say food standard same as usual for McDonald's can be good can be bad however since it was quiet in the restaurant today my meal quality was just average, warm food not hot. However service was good with a smile from our server.

Good place to keep kids entertained and full. Reliable McDonald's. Convenient location with ample parking. There is a click and deliver option while you wait in the car too.

The establishment provided prompt service in a relatively tranquil environment. Its favorable location and the cuisine were consistent with the standards of McDonald's.

Was raining so I took my grandchildren for something to eat and somewhere to play..play area was good for children up to about 6 years old..little noisy but they enjoyed their time there..only 90 minutes max stay in car park

Fantastic service and great location! I was having trouble with my app and a kind manager came over and helped reset the app as well as take my order over the counter. My food came out promptly and was warm and delicious. The restaurant was clean and tidy with several self service machines available. Great pit stop for long road trips on the motorway. Although the drive through was busy the restaurant was near enough empty.

The customer service is just not up to standards nowdays. I asked a young lady serving if she had McDonalds customer service training and she stated, 'No'.. this tells you were McDonalds is at in the 20th century in the UK

Well managed McDonald’s with friendly and efficient service. Car park and restaurant is also clean and food hot.

Good ideal location, just off the M11. Food was nice (standard McDonalds). Used click and serve, good service except that they forgot to put in one of the burgers.

Exactly what you'd expect from a McDonald's. The staff manning the drive thru were very friendly.

For something delivered before it even left the store it was ALL cold except for the milkshakes which were more like FOAM shakes, all air and zero chill!

I am coming to realise that Mc Ds think a salard is lots of lettuce 1 slice of a tomato ans 1 slice of a cucumber If you are not doing heart attack in a bun then best to avoid I think

Quick drive through and appreciated the lady giving advice on making the order cheaper with deals! Will come back!

Really poor- I only received my drink in a bag & that’s it. None of the food was delivered. I’ve now got to wait for Just Eat to get back to me after my complaint. Poor on both this establishment & Just Eat’s part

Outdoor seating. About 1 min from the M11 so great spot for a break before heading into London.

just ordered 2 meals with 4 cokes my order is missing 2 of them. how hard is it to read a order and get it right This isn't the first time it's happened either. some one wants to learn to read orders properly.

I don’t think u need a brain cell to work at McDonald. I ordered extra onions in my burger and all I got was 5 little pieces

Went to Harlow McDonalds from kent and it was the we have been in , very clean and good service , well done to the staff

Ordered a drink, for no drink to turn up and they not even put it on the receipt, yet when I check website the drink is clearly on there. Wrong total shown on receipt, yet everything else is correct...how does that work?

chips were cold, and inedible, had no straws for the milk shake, so had to leave it to melt a little in order to be able to drink it, burger only had a couple of bits of onion

Order a drive through, get home and items missing from the order. Definitely wouldn’t go to this branch again.

Ordered food at 8.50pm and my food turned up at 10.05pm all the food was cold and the chips were soggy I can only assume the food has been left waiting in store for delivery. Not nice having to reheat food that is soggy and cold

Ordered through the drive thru. When I got home I noticed that there was an item missing and live too far away to go back. Tried to call restaurant multiple times and no answer.

Chips soggy, big mac lukewarm and mcflurry melted and leaked into bag. It was on preparing order for ages before it went out for delivery.

Ordered a happy meal for my child and it literally just has 4 chicken nuggets! How can you look in a box and fold it shut knowing it’s only got 4 nuggets in?

this is one of the cleanest Donna's I've ever visited in England staff very helpful only thing I could change is CCTV in the carpark and signs saying £100 fine for littering only see 1 place where they dumped the wrapping under there car scum bags

If I wanted an Indian, I would of gone to one... Food looked like my dog had ate it, when replaced the staff were amazingly rude and could hardly understand my English, Essex accent. Will NEVER go there again.

Management switched off delivery platform (deliveroo) just to not get busy Just a quick remind vulnerable people needs order to be delivered so please keep your delivery platform on

Ordered meal thro Apps and to be delivered to the table. Staff was nice and courtesy.

It's bust here but they organise everything very well. Drive through is quick and it's convenient when your in a rush and hungry.

Pathetic delivery service, ordered two meals and got 3 drinks and 2 mc flurry’s and two receipt that don’t even match the drinks order… terrible service
