food was cold and driver had a very poor attitude

Will be wanting a refund! Waited 1hr 20mins I called McDonalds to be told they have been waiting on a driver as he accepted the order but is not there yet, then 55mins later he picks up the food. Brings it to me then sits in his car and doesn’t give me the food for a few more minutes. My food now cold and not edible at all

Literal mess in the bag and cold food. Burgers all over the bag. No straw.

Today I went to this McDonald's with my wife and one month old. Atmosphere in the branch was amazing and it was clean. Food was served hot and it's quite massive McDonald's :)

It's clean, the staff polite. Food tastes crappie but it's McDonald's and never looks like it is in the picture. On the plus side it was still warm

Going here is a last resort and I only will if I'm passing, am short on time and extremely hungry. This branch is not the worst I've been to, but it is far from the best, even with the bar being set so low when talking about McDonald's. Staff are mostly ambivalent towards visitors, not showing any signs of customer care. The food, even by McDonald's standards, is average with little care being put into how the burgers and wraps are constructed, the size of the fries portions is often much smaller than it should be and I once complained that a medium fries had less than half of what there should have been and the supervisor who had handed them to me less than 30 seconds before actually accused me of having eaten half of them, I'd not even left the counter.

Absolutely fuming with the experience I have just had, ordered through just eat and waited over an hour for food to be delivered (not the restaurants fault) however when the order got here was was missing items, phoned the restaurant and they confirmed that the food was still sat there. How is it that ordering at 02:20 and the food not getting to us until 03:36 there was food missing surely it’s not that busy for the staff to be missing food out? Maybe the night staff need to stop messing around and make sure customers are getting all of their orders, even on the phone you could hear they was messing around.

Late delivery. Most the food didn’t arrive got left back at the restaurant on the side. That got confirmed by the manager.

Order was supposed to be delivered at a time, then got pushed back 49 minutes according to the app with no explanation considering it had changed to Delivering then went back to thanks for your order. When the food did actually arrive, I Received the wrong items and the food was stone cold and uneatable.

Nearly fainted when I opened the bag and there was a straw and napkins for a change!! But the food was terrible, cold chips and burgers. The Philly stack didn’t have cheese sauce, the tipple cheese with extra bacon and sandwich sauce was swimming in sauce but half a rasher of bacon was added!

One of the best Macdonalds restaurant I've been in the UK. Plenty of space and clean the service was very fast however the staff need a bit more sympathy with the customers.

Said my food had been delivered when it hadn’t. Called McDonald’s and they there was nothing they can do as it’s a third party app. Messaged the app and got no response.

Me and my family were starving so we went to this McDonald’s, the girl brought us down our food but we noticed a burger and chicken nuggets were missing from the order, my sister went to the counter and told her what had happened, she didn’t believe her so she came down to our table and she had claimed everything was there my dad told her it wasn’t there so she was saying he was being rude which he wasn’t, so then she was being rude kind of raising her voice making everyone stare so we just let her keep her food and didn’t even get our money back, she claimed she was the manager but if you ask me she doesn’t know how to do her job.

In McDonald’s today I ordered meals for my kids. All of the food was not there missing chicken nuggets and a burger. I’ve asked the manager can she complete my order and she was very intimidating. Did not believe me she wanted to beat me up at the lather end very bad service. The manager is very bad.

half the food was in the bottom of the bag ordered large minecraft movie meal 9 chicken nuggets and oreo mcflurry didn't even put a toy in the bag that was the main thing my daughter wanted was looking forward to the most not even the food itself very disappointed.

I ordered woth a 10 to 25 min delivery time. Fine. I saw in app food was being prepared, yet the time of delivery kept getting pushed back and back. I ordered at 10.55, I got my food 00.15, and guess what it was stone cold and soggy! Wont use again

In, out, shake it all about. Popped in as I was desperate for a wee, so I felt obliged to grab a large chocolate milkshake. The touch screen computer was very friendly and polite. It took my order without fuss with a firm press of my finger. My order was ready at the collection point speedily and was passed to me by a human with less manners and pleasantries than the computer that took my order. As always, with any chocolate milkshake with a paper straw from McDonald's, neither last long enough.

Arrived late and the food was stone cold. Very disappointed. If you cannot deliver due to demand then don’t take orders!

where is my Minecraft toy McDonalds ???

The toy from the Big Mac Meal was missing. My daughter is really keen on collecting these. I’m disappointed that the store forgot to add it.

Managed to miss the whole happy meal so i had one very upset child. Logged this with Customer service but no refund as yet (2 days ago). Finding every other order now something is missing.

every day my drink is spilt and leaks all over the food as im disabled I order food from yourselves but I pay for a drink that I don't have as it's spilt all over

Nice and clean. You can eat inside. You have a lot of room tables and chairs.

Food was sloppy and super greasy, but the delivery driver was fantastic on time and very kind.
