my drink was spilled with no lid on it

food was cold and fries seemed dry like been cooked too long

You forgot half of our meal we are missing 4 fries 6 nuggets and bunch of dips

Ddnt even get my milkshake poor service

The order was not complete there were things missing.. my husband phoned & the lady was hard to understand & not at all helpful.. we will not be ordering for Macdonalds again.. there is always something missing & 8/10 it’s cold..

Padholme road macdonal always missing staff in the orders when you ordering online,and to get missing food they not delivering, you need to go there and they give you,but we oredering online,paying delivery fees,what for me from that point looks bullshit

Only issue is I didn’t receive my pancakes but I was refunded straight away, but everything was hot and delicious thank you.

Not the best set out McDonald's, when the drive through gets busy the queue blocks the carpark and regardless of spaces you can't get to them

Very quick service. I ordered on app for table delivery and this arrived quickly. The staff were very helpful when I had a question. Presentation of the burger wasn't great, all the pickles in one pile and cheese only on one side. I had to remake the burger after receiving it

Long wait, self service kiosks all not working apart from one that as per usual could not print a receipt. Staff more interested in servicing the rude and obnoxious couriers who were blocking the entire collection point.

However, I regret to inform you that my overall experience was negatively impacted by the behavior of the current manager on duty. During my meal, I observed the manager addressing a staff member named Tatiana in a manner that I found both rude and unprofessional. The interaction made me, and likely others, feel uncomfortable, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. While I understand that managing a team can be challenging, I believe that respect and professionalism should be upheld at all times, especially in front of customers. I hope you can address this matter internally, as it significantly affected my dining experience. Unfortunately, this incident has left me hesitant to return in the future. Thank you for your attention

Large fries were missing. Ordered a mozzarella share box. Just got 3 mozzarella dippers. Was handed the drink out of the bag because the bag had disintegrated. Burger asked for with no pickles but still had some. Not one thing from the order was completely right.

Members of my home can’t eat cheese we ordered two double cheeseburgers seen as you don’t offer a hamburger version and one came full of cheese despite the label on the wrapper saying no cheese. One milkshake was not vanilla it was a pale brown colour and tasted like a mix of strawberry and chocolate, fries were cold and hard and no condiments that we ordered! I’ve worked in hospitality it’s not hard to get it right!

Fed up with ordering,paying for. food and drinks and them not being sent happens nearly every time

Food was delivered wrong, fries hard and cold we ordered two milkshakes one chocolate and one vanilla the vanilla one was a pale brown colour and tasted like a mix of strawberry and chocolate. The food was ruined and due to dietary issues we couldn’t eat what was delivered and the offered no refund or fresh meal. Sort it out McDonald’s you actually need to do so much better!!

Very clean and tidy, easy to get to and to get back on the road with little fuss. they do need more table numbers only two in the entire place.....

Possibly our last order from JE. No fault of McDonalds the food looked like it was prepared as usual. The delivery was released on time but took an hour to reach us, by which time it was cold. Not a problem for me but others would not eat old fries and burgers, so their meal was ruined and not eaten. JE's solution was to credit us less than half our order value. Needless to say had this happened with a larger order to get back £10 for a ruined evening is unacceptable service. I expected better.

A great fast food restaurant. Food and service was very good. The restaurant was kept very clean and tidy.

The place wasn’t busy at all when It came to my drive through order but they still managed to miss parts of my order even tho they had a list of it in the receipt. Had to come round again to be seen last and after proving they had done a bad job I asked for an extra cheeseburger for their incompetence. I was being looked at like a robber trying to rob the whole of maccies, the staff went away to laugh with each other at my request and minutes later I got given my missed maccies order without a single apology or a £1 cheeseburger. Customer service stinks but considering their workplace I suppose low standards is their norm.

They didn't give us all the food that we ordered, it took so long they couldn't give the mcflurry for some reason and it was very bad. I'd recommend going to an another McDonald's.
