McDonald's in Peterborough

One of the best Macdonalds restaurant I've been in the UK. Plenty of space and clean the service was very fast however the staff need a bit more sympathy with the customers.

In McDonald’s today I ordered meals for my kids. All of the food was not there missing chicken nuggets and a burger. I’ve asked the manager can she complete my order and she was very intimidating. Did not believe me she wanted to beat me up at the lather end very bad service. The manager is very bad.

Me and my family were starving so we went to this McDonald’s, the girl brought us down our food but we noticed a burger and chicken nuggets were missing from the order, my sister went to the counter and told her what had happened, she didn’t believe her so she came down to our table and she had claimed everything was there my dad told her it wasn’t there so she was saying he was being rude which he wasn’t, so then she was being rude kind of raising her voice making everyone stare so we just let her keep her food and didn’t even get our money back, she claimed she was the manager but if you ask me she doesn’t know how to do her job.

Nice food,staff always look miserable which is off putting.

took for ever for McDonald's to take my order after I ordered it at 1.25 and didn't get to me till 2.36

In, out, shake it all about. Popped in as I was desperate for a wee, so I felt obliged to grab a large chocolate milkshake. The touch screen computer was very friendly and polite. It took my order without fuss with a firm press of my finger. My order was ready at the collection point speedily and was passed to me by a human with less manners and pleasantries than the computer that took my order. As always, with any chocolate milkshake with a paper straw from McDonald's, neither last long enough.

Didn’t turn think he eat them on the way maybe he should buy a car not use a push bike and use all his energy thanks a lot

Arrived late and the food was stone cold. Very disappointed. If you cannot deliver due to demand then don’t take orders!

The toy from the Big Mac Meal was missing. My daughter is really keen on collecting these. I’m disappointed that the store forgot to add it.

Missing items again. Seems like things are missing every other order and don’t always get a refund

every day my drink is spilt and leaks all over the food as im disabled I order food from yourselves but I pay for a drink that I don't have as it's spilt all over

Managed to miss the whole happy meal so i had one very upset child. Logged this with Customer service but no refund as yet (2 days ago). Finding every other order now something is missing.

Food was sloppy and super greasy, but the delivery driver was fantastic on time and very kind.

Nice and clean. You can eat inside. You have a lot of room tables and chairs.

Surprised to see for the first time in any restaurant ever, let alone a McDonald’s, a member of staff approaching tables whilst in the middle of a meal and asking for donations for Charity. Mcdonalds is this normal ?

Never turned up! I am so angry. It said the driver was at the restaurant but never delivers it. I rang the restaurant and they didn’t have my order on their system and no driver was in sight. I have screenshots of this order not being delivered and the number I have called. I am extremely not happy.

Half the order was missing, ordered specifically large meals..but didnt get none of the chips/fries which i paid for and the extra desserts like the x2 doughnuts also…..abysmal. Not exactly convenient after fasting for 1.5 days to then not get what i paid for…..will be cooking my own food at home next time.

rubbish .! ..even after giving the delivery driver the order code , he gave me the completely wrong order .! ..I ordered 3 mcmuffins and 3 hash browns ..i ended up with a bacon roll and 8 yes 8 hash browns ! ...totally shambolic ! and I have complained !

Coke I had ordered had spilt on way to me, and soaked my burger and chips and only had half a Coke left to drink. To top it off delivery guy didn’t even bring my food to my door he left out outside the flats. I’m 8 months pregnant and had to go collect it

You need to look at your watch during the stay at Mcdonalds, because if you stay over 90 min you will get fine 100£ as I got. Never go there anymore...

Order wasn't delivered. Driver call me and ask for 4 digit code saing he bean send to defrent place by app and he need code to arive at my order adres. After I give him code he marked order as delivered but he never do that.

I like this Mcdonalds for a couple of reasons. 1. It normally has all the food. None of this out of stock or machine broken rubbish. 2. The people are friendly there. 3. This, in the day and still sometimes now, the MaxPower boy racers pull up in their modified cars. Which I'm sure to some is not what people want. But they are good people who just want to show of their cars. And I think that it is cool this bit of UK subculture still exists in Peterborough

You need to stop delivery drivers driving around in pairs with 2 accounts to pick 2 lots of food up as one persons food gets driven around for 25mins before it gets to you , you can see them on the map driving around

Very rude staff, waiting time too long and if you ask them what is going on with your order, you will get answers like "I don't know" "it will be few minutes" (and then wait for at least 10 minutes)

Absolutely ridiculous for my mum to take her Grandson out for a happy meal and to use the soft play they provide in there restaurant to receive £100 parking penalty for staying for 1hr 42mins when they are using there facilities

Ordered the food at 6:15pm and didn’t arrive until 8:30pm. 2 hours and 15 mins is disgraceful.

the chips were cold when ordering arrived also the fries was cold and also they didn't deliver the amount of dips I ordered so I won't be ordering from McDonald's in boongate again overall the service I received was very poor and unsatisfactory

Took ages to come and when it got here it was cold I only got a 3 pound store credit when the burgers cost way more than that !!

the staff can't fulfill orders even though its printed out for them. you will have missing items because apparently their staff can't read or do their job properly.

I go in McDonald’s every single day for about 8 years, now McDonalds rolling fast downhill. Morning coffee, 2,29 for regular coffee and getting only half a cup!!! Not one time off every single time now, doesn’t matter what coffee and how big it’s always half cup! Not worth money!! McMuffins are soo small now if compare to what was few years ago it’s unbelievable! Definitely not worth money at all!

We placed our order at 1728 yesterday and included in the order were 3 Terry’s Chocolate Pies. The packaging on them is time stamped and it stated that these items should’ve been removed from sale at 1426 the same day. That’s 3 hours before we placed our order. These items were out of date.
