McDonald's in Mid Devon

It's a McDonald's! However one of the better ones - never had an issue with anything ordered, staff are friendly and food comes out quickly.

Consistently one of the best McDonald's we've been too.

This restaurant is disgusting, I ordered a quarter pounder meal with fries and had to wait almost 20 min. The fries came out lukewarm if that and I found 6 hairs in my burger. Not kidding. I found 5 white curly hairs on the bun aswell as inside of my burger and a black hair that was melted into the cheese. I felt absolutely disgusting. This is a joke and clearly don’t have proper hygiene.

Made an order 30 minutes before close, they left it until 22:45, when the restaurant closed, to cancel my order, without explanation. If they cancelled earlier, I could have gone elsewhere.

The food is really good but there's also the machines that make the milkshakes always broken the atmosphere's really loud can't eat my meal in peace.

A late night happy meal for my granddaughter after an evening out which made her day!

Food is okay, but delivery leaves a lot to be desired. Train your staff to check outgoing orders correctly. Last time the food was wrong. This time, the drinks were wrong. I shouldn't have to ask Uber for a refund every 3rd order when items are wrong or missing. Sort your staff out.

Five star performance from the Tivvy crew and a fast delivery on a very busy Saturday. Food tasted good and enjoyed revisiting. Very much the same vibe as with neighbours Wellington 🍔🍟.

I like this McDonald's for it's easy to access location, and quick service in the mornings. The place is always clean, service fast, but the atmosphere is typically gloomy in the morning. I say this because the lack of human interaction in places like this with the order stations is soulless and honestly what's wrong with so much of any shopping/ordering experience... The lack of personal touch.

It's a McDonald's .... reasonable food, relatively quickly. Staff were friendly and courteous. Food was hot, properly cooked, and tasty. I only used the drive-through ... so i can't comment on the restaurant as a whole.

Standard Maccy D's. Not great, not terrible.

Some of the machines are broken a lot and they don't always have what you ask for which is annoying some employees are very rude and 1 in particular tends to throw your food at you going through the drive threw

Okay it is a McDonald's, but service is quite slow and they really look as though they don't want to be there or not enjoying there. It is quite costly as well

This is a decent drive through food is always fresh as it has a high turnover

Ordered Via uber eats, order took over an hour, food was stone cold. Staff don’t know how to remake an order they just let it sit on the side. My cold drink was warmer than my food. Awful, threw most of it away.

Went for breakfast. Hasbrown was burnt to a crisp.. it was actually rock hard.. and my sauge and egg and cheese when I unwrapped it it's like sombody had thrown it at the wall before giving it to me. Won't go again.

Advertise open 24/7 on Fridays and Saturdays , I came here on a Saturday night expecting to get a McDonald’s and the drive thru was open however no service , then friend entering the building to find it being locked and I was left disappointed, Don’t advertise something if it isn’t going to be true , very poor

Music is so loud, very cold 🥶. But the food was ok. Service was excellent. Lots of parking, toilets need to be checked all the time. There are some unhygienic people around. Take antibacterial wipes....

90 chicken nuggets and a chicken nugget happy meal. Sauces paid for, not 1 in the bag. Children running the place.

We usually use the app and then the drive thru to collect. The trouble is, invariably there will be something missing from the bag. What's the point in the drive thru, I wonder, when I always have to go inside to collect the missing items?! Also, my biggest gripe of this branch is the McFlurries and/or milkshakes are hardly ever available to order! Very annoying.

Still the worst driving McDonald’s in the U.K. Sitting in the drive in at the order point and nothing for over 5 mins, whilst the the other side is serving over 10 cars, then on the mic to be told, “hold on please wait”, just not good enough as it’s not even busy! Went to Burger King at Jct 27 instead

Lovely staff compared with other Mcdonald locations. Clean inside, but toilets need more attention/cleaning.

How difficult is it to put cheese on a piece of chicken? It tasted as good as it looked.

Went through the drive through then got parked up 45 minutes later got my food order. Coffee was cold by then would have been quicker making it my self.

Love this macdonalds, easy to park, the food always comes out really hot & fresh. Tables are always clean & it's always tidy.

Very clean, staff are attentive. McPlant burger here is the best one so far in the southwest and London, very consistent and well made. Waiting times are very reasonable, and if there is a delay, it is communicated.

The previous 2 occasions I have visited here and used the Drive thru my orders have had items missing. I'd advise checking your bag in the car park.

I have been to this mcdonald's site a few times, as there not many takeways open late in tiverton. Been a few times where they have shut early, quite disappointing. In some cases, it has been over an hour early. Food quality very a lot.

A good stop after getting off the motorway when heading into North Devon

Stopped off to use the bathroom and ended up buying a philly cheese burger and think shake lush lush lush. 😉😆

One of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. The staff kindly brought my daughter a refill of her French fries when she accidentally dropped hers.

Got attacked by wasps. They were relentless. Son dropped his salad all over car park. Still traumatised.

Ordered through the McDonald’s APP to get delivered. Half the order doesn’t turn up, so go to the store to get the missing items. For the manager to turn around and say they can’t do that. That is uber eats fault? No it’s not, your staff are the ones filling the bag not the uber deliver driver. Told me I need to contact uber to get a refund which is instant. But this wasn’t true, uber confirmed that this refund takes up to 15 days. So missing food and missing money. Not happy. All that the manager had to do is rectify the mistake that the staff had made and easily rectified by replacing the missing item that we paid for. She was rude and had no empathy at all. Not happy

Food is shocking, I had as burger and chips it took 50 minutes to arrive and the bacon was burnt the burgers were burnt and well over cooked with one lettuce leaf and a small bit of cheese, i have had better from a burger van on the side of the road, the male toilets floor soaking wet no lock on the toilet door toilet seat broken green mold around the hand dryer, decor is absolutely atrocious it's dirty and smells of urine thats my 3rd time of giving the plan chance I won't be going back again It's a shame because the location is beautiful

Driest big Mac ever and a day on the loo afterwards, top stuff maccies.

Had to wait ages for the burger to arrive when it was brought out no apology for the delay, would have minded if it was an amended order but was just a bacon cheese burger and big Mac, possibly the worst I have been too

Very quick service for a Sunday afternoon. I ordered on the app and collected in the restaurant. Food was of the usual mcdonalds standard. Car park was okay in size

A normal Maccy D's... tepid food and as usual no working milkshake machine.

Been there on McDonald's 50th birthday and there was not much people. Cooked in 5 minutes, but I saw them drop a couple of my fries on the floor😞. Served still hot and the food was tasty, however Big Mac was very small and the fries were too thin and not that good. Went there on Friday evening and there was a lot of parking places

staff very pleasant, it didn't appear busy but had to wait for the order and no napkins given

Quite often get the wrong breakfast roll, order bacon get breakfast roll. First World problem I know.

I would like to make a complaint. I come to this place everyday. And they made a mistake with the flurrys. And she was horrible and slam the door. I think she was horrible about the whole thing. It isn't the thing about being horrible. We have various things go missing.

Visited on a Sunday night, fairly quiet, some menu items unavailable (mcflurry) but otherwise food was hot and table served in a friendly manner.

Called in to use the EV charging and have some food. The food was ok and charging worked

All self serve were busy so stood at the counter to order. Was completely ignored by staff who were looking at me so had to wait till a self serve became available.

It was late when I arrived after a long drive yet the hard working staff were polite and helpful. Be aware there is a time limit for parking there with a £100 fine for exceeding it.

Clean. Air con so cool in the summer. Has reasonably drinkable coffee.

The food seems to have gone down hill recently (not just here but at all stores) I find I can't even finish a double cheese value burger now as it just turns to mush. Sort it out McDonald's.

Like all McDonald's. When you look more carefully you can see how gentle the staff is walking on the floor. Then you can see staff shoes prints all over restaurant, lots of them and they are greasy. Greasy and slippery.

Quick and efficient as you would expect from maccy dees. However, the food is a bit pants. I haven't had a mcds for awhile and it will probably be a long time before I do it again. The chips were tasteless- even with salt added all I could taste was salt! The chicken was overpowered by the spicy coating so it could have been any meat in there??? Not a cheap option anymore

Other than the fact that it is McDonald’s, it is great. When I have done drive through for breakfast they have been lightening fast!

We've been here quite a few times for breakfast over the past few years when on the way to somewhere else. It's always fast efficient and fresh. A nice team who are friendly and clean and tidy.

Always served hot and fresh, perfectly salted fries, the best store in the South West for consistency!

Threw my food at me and swore at me

The workers were very rude and threw my hash brown and it came squashed there work 8 workers staring at us and talking about us then verbally abused me swearing at me (one of the managers) not happy only came to get breakfast !!!!

Visited here on Monday morning for the first time ever. The store was spotless, staff very quick and polite. Had a lovely conversation with Jenny who was friendly and so proud of her job and work. Very much enjoyed it.

Drove 8 miles home and missed out half the order! Take care of this place. Staff to busy dossing rather than doing what they are paid to do.

Fairly standard McDonald's with nothing particular unusual to note. Toilets are never clean so would avoid those.
