Food always limp and luke warm . Shouldn't be the compromise when bulk catering . Hasn't always been as bad but last 2 or 3 times been disappointing

Yet again a dismally poor perforation from what's supposed yo be fast Food, 15 mins to get the order and all 4 flies cold and "stodgy" 5 mins later replacements arrive and only 1 portion is actually hot, the response " but we've already replaced them" honestly not worth the effort...

Mcdonalds are usually all the same, but this Mcdonalds was very clean and the staff and management were friendly. Also, 1 of the staff members had something happen to her car, and she was supported and listened to by staff and management. Always nice as a customer when you see this, shows a caring work place.

The road and parking around this mcdonalds is terrible and often a long wait just to get round. The food was what everyone expects thrown together by teenagers. Touch machine died just before placing order so had to wait for it to reboot and start that again.

I asked for a Philly stack without cheese sauce it came with nothing just burger and bun so disappointed

Coke all over my good the delivery driver handed it over with the juice leaking out the bag.all my good soggy and chucked in the bin I better get a refund!!!!!

My order was a happy meal a large mcspicy meal mozzarella sticks and 2 McFlurrys when my order came there was no happy meal no chips with mcspicy no mozzarella sticks and no McFlurrys. Absolutely fuming as I’ve had to go out to buy stuff to feed my son who was looking forward to a McDonald’s

Delivery driver was friendly cannot fault him. However the food was freezing when it arrived and the chips tasted like reheats.

Forgot the syrup that’s meant to come with the “pancakes and syrup”….50% wrong order!! Again!

The drivers and also the sand driver who delivered to this house all the time as o an s regular customer do say times it’s every day and there is only 2 blocks of flats and they sheets go to the first one when it’s the one next to it and they know that the other flat has a sign above the main food no 1/6 even this one is no 8

got large fries and medium fries, both together don't even make a medium. we asked for more cheese on burgers and got none. utterly terrible. I want refunds for my fries

So after completely leaving out my Big Mac meal this week I was given a Chicken Big Mac instead of a normal one!!!!

Personally I find McDs not to have a great atmosphere, but then it's a fast food place, so you're not visiting for a long stay. My burger was as I expected, and was served up fairly quickly. The only gripe I have is the quality of the lettuce. I often feel some bits are past their best.

Ordered and food didn’t arrive. Phoned store, store were not compassionate, no help, told us it was a common problem but no solution. Just said “yeah you can defo sort it”.

Gave us the completely wrong order, it wasn’t the delivery drivers fault. It was this specific McDonalds, they put the wrong items in the bag. Food was cold. Phoned them and wasn’t given any solution was just told to order again.. even though we had someone else’s order.

specifically requested that it be checked dips where included. not one received.

they recieved my order at 12:25pm and delivered st 2:06 and it was stone cold. they kept changing the delivery time too. really annoying.

There was a box of chicken selects missing from the order and this had been replaced by 3 mozzarella bites obviously to help with the weight. The food was stone cold on arrival. On phoning the restaurant they took no responsibility. All in all not a good experience.

A usual McDonald’s. Terrible parking. They do the best they can with traffic control.

Had problems with Dalkeith branch so decided to change branch .3 weeks ago tried this branch ,ordered food there was something missing thankfully we ate in this place and got it sorted immediately.2 weeks ago ordered food large meals got home to gorebridge instead of large meals they were medium. Today ordered more food and this time when I ordered I explained about recent mistakes and would they thoroughly check this order ,no problem I was told ,was given the food and I asked again is the order correct oh yes I’ve checked it’s all there 🥵 I was happy they did their job correctly this time .Got home checked food and bingo it was wrong even tho I asked if they had checked to see if it was correct.I drove from gorebridge in heavy heavy traffic because I’d had enough.spoke to the girl who served me and she was determined she checked so why have I got a double cheeseburger with the red sauce on it when I ordered a double PLAIN cheeseburger the kid doesn’t like it that’s why I ordered PLAIN . The Absolute attitude from the young girl manager trying to make out I was in the wrong with your making a scene sir 3 times she said it I said I was not making a scene but a complaint about the service , plus some little idiot standing staring at me like the looney he is and when I complained about that was told no he’s not even tho this young girl managers back was to him she turned round and like a little girl shoved him away with a little giggle .this so called manager doesn’t just need training 🤔 she replaced the food but not the drink obviously just being smart to me .now I have to find another McDonald’s as no way absolutely no way will I go back to that place ,I’m very very disappointed on the treatment from this branch of McDonald’s.

Went here at 2am last night after a flight hoping for quick service and some hot food, however the staff didn’t seem to care. There was around 8 staff on including a manager and there was just us inside the building ordering. It took 25 minutes for one single order of which they still did not get right. Staff seem too busy chatting and having a laugh instead of doing their simple job. I also asked for a burger with no onions and still received onions. Not impressed will never be back here.
