McDonald's in Dumfries & Galloway

Received a parking ticket through the post despite ordering and eating in the car. I remained in the car the entire time my partner ordering and bringing the food and drinks to the car. I appreciate we were there over 1.5hrs but the £50 fine will ensure we never use McDonalds ever again. While I was waiting on a response from the company I received a letter now demanding £170.. YES ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY POUNDS.

Served by a very friendly lady. Thank you, it makes a big difference.

Had a Big Mac it was very nice would recommend to anyone looking for a good Big Mac and a iron brew

I am not from around here, but I have been to this restaurant on different occasions and every time the food is always fresh and prepared in a fast manor

Not bad if you're a Just Eat delivery guy, you'll get your stuff reasonably quickly. Otherwise, terrible service.

they said it was nearly there, I'd say at least 9 mins after that, a delivery person came walking up my street, the chips were frozen, my grandson is autistic and these things are very important to him .

I paid for MC flurrys for my kids pudding which didn't arrive with there meal they were very disappointed

I marked it as on time, it was slightly late, but there are roadworks on the way, so not the drivers fault. However, it was also cold, but this will be for the same reason.

Really hit the spot after a difficult day. Delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful and the food was hot and carefully secured separately from the cold drinks. Really appreciated the effort

It's a McDonald's like all McDonald's food ok if your really hungry. I don't have it very often and mostly the coffee is good but at this branch the coffee was very dissapointing and rather watery . Will be a long time till I have another McDonald's normally about twice a year so I am not the greatest fan . It served a purpose that's about it.

Food was good although sent 2 cheeseburger happy meals instead of one cheese and one hamburger meal. So one of my sons missed out on his lunch.

Fast service, usual standard of food. Teenagers being a bit loud and noisy. Glad I didn't have my grandchildren with me. Security eventually asked them to leave. Otherwise a good McDonald's.

delivery driver very pleasant. chicken wrap was Luke warm the chips were cold so they got binned.

Just a breakfast stop off, always good coffee here.

Food was cold as driver spent 5 minutes walking about outside with the order then shouted at my 13 year old saying it was the wrong postcode. Whole section of tthe road has the same postcode and he hadn't bothered reading his delivery instructions

Food is always freezing when delivered. If food has been sitting for ages waiting for a driver then why send it out cold. Won’t be ordering delivery again!

Still waiting after ordering two hours ago and the delivery time keeps getting pushed back. Got kids waiting....totally unacceptable and no one has contacted me.
