Great location when travelling to Stranraer.

Ordered what I wanted and they got the order right. Staff friendly

Food prepared swiftly and was as expected. Except the parts of meal missing. Went to talk to staff and was flatly ignored by the 20+ staff despite standing at the counter with no other customers nearby. Began to wonder if I was, in fact, invisible. Turns out I'm not and issue was remedied quickly when someone looked up. Points for atmosphere low as this is not my usual place to go for 'atmosphere'.

Gave me gurkins when I never asked for them then forgot my burger completely

as a maccies worker myself, i know that the food is usually mediocre at best. however, when i received my food (which came super quick given how busy they were) and tasted it for the first time, i knew this would be different. the chips weren’t too fresh, not too old, perfectly salted and utterly perfect. my mccrispy was fresh with a delicious amount of mayo and lettuce. and finally, my milkshake was utterly delectable with the right amount of chocolate flavouring. the staff were quick and organised with their orders or designated tasks and they were friendly to me. i could not recommend this place more :DD

Genuinely the best Mcdonald’s meal I have ever had. Staff were all very quick considering it was so busy and food was hot and correct. Would 100% recommend!!

It's McDonald's, the food is always the same, it's rubbish, but it tastes good and it's cheap. The staff here were really lovely though and the food arrived very fast.

Complaint. They gave me a spicy sandwich, but I ordered McChicken sandwich. And I didn't check it. The issue is that my son's mouth was really burning with that spicy sandwich!!! He cried. It's horrible 😞

You can even call the store asking can they wrap it in foil or summit to keep warm but it never happens they blame delivery but when u spk to the regional or even the manager they say yes not a problem but they won’t do it even if transported in foil lined bags they dnt make a difference unless they are actually pre-heated but if u r a street or so away from the restaurant I use words lightly don’t even bother as u basically get a meal u have to microwave

I was deeply upset tonight when my delivery arrived ,i have used the service many times and no problem ,tonight the delivery man would not give me my order until i found the code on the Just Eat system -never done ,food got cold ,i was very unhappy.

asked for no ketchup as I’m allergic to ketchup, mustard was on burger. ordered 9 nuggets box was 1 short and there was half a nugget amongst the other 8. literally is always something wrong every time you order from McDonald’s Dumfries

There was a drink and dip missing.

Going back to being a joke with delivery!! Waited a hour so far and it still says “preparing” defo not fast food that’s for sure!

Once again received wrong order... Got 6 chicken nuggets instead of mozzarella sticks

Ordered a McSpicy. Got a plain chicken burger.. Box said Mc spicy bit it certainly wasnt a mc spicy.

Pretty good service pleasant staff to say it was very early. Did get my order slightly wrong but not the end of the world for me but then I have no allergies so be warned. A local crack head did some entertaining so that made up for the mistake. Worth a visit if your heading that way.

The food was sparse and the delivery driver spilled a juice within the bag so the juice was all over the carpet

Went to try the new Milkybar Mcflurry and the Grimishake but neither were available. Although at least this time we did get a Mcflurry as machine is in the habit of " breaking down "

was alright. chips were chewy and the free delivery and free 6 nuggets for spending more than 15 on a Friday made the price worth it. wouldn't order on a day other than friday

awful, cold food , melted ice cream . Courier said he waited twenty minutes on the food. this is the second meal we have had in a row that has been awful would not recommend to anyone. Ordered food at 17 10 didnt get order till 1905 ridiculous times.

You know what you will get. Doesn’t disappoint

For a McDonalds this is a good one! The food is hot and seems freshly prepared in front of you. The service is good and fast. The ladies who delivered the table orders were friendly and attentive. The food is what you expect from the Mc. Fine. In our opinion, the fries could have used a little more salt because they were now very bland.

Stopped here as it's the closest to the M6 to go back to London. Quick breakfast before hitting the road. Usual McDonald's experience, nothing to shout about.

Got completely the wrong order. Have requested a refund. Ordered on Monday. It’s now Wednesday and no refund yet.

Delivery time given as 25-30 mins. It took over an hour. Delivered 45 minutes after the app said it was preparing my order. Everything arrived cold and milkshake was like water by the time it arrived. Very poor

Not only was the coffee cold, it was the wrong coffee again.

Food was great but the large Fanta had been put in the bag and had spilt all over the bag and the McFlurrys and ruined them. Not to mention all the napkins and sauces that were ruined.

Whilst food delivered on time it was cold, ninja dealt with heating it up . One of the secure strips on the burger bag had been opened and re folded which is a first. All very annoying after spending £30.

This mcds was ultra busy but food was ready in good time and piping hot especially the chips 🍟... no atmosphere rating as it was a take away.

Id like to know why the bag with my milkshakes had been torn open and both shakes like they’d been stirred ? Im sure theres a good reason why they’re sealed now !!
