McDonald's in Wolverhampton

Now day your delivery is very slow . Staff waiting 20 minutes every order and every time. No staff attending for delivery boy very bad service

Cold fries, cold burgers, rock hard bread /bun on the philly cheese stack. Order screen told me my order was ready to collect and 15 mins later it was finally there to collect. Won't be coming back to this mcds.

I visit this restaurant with my family a few times a month, and the customer service we receive from the lady Harj is always outstanding. She is truly an asset to both the team and the restaurant

The management and security need to address an ongoing problem uber eats/just eat drivers are just sitting in McDonald’s charging their phones waiting for the next order they don’t work for McDonald’s but they’re taking up seats when I went in there. I couldn’t get one seat because there was too many of them taking up the seats this needs to be addressed with the management because they shouldn’t be allowed to do this. Seats should be for paying customers only.

The food was very cold, the burger is so dry and there's no sauce on the burger. I'm really not happy

Ordered from McDonald’s in a different area, but the drinks needed replacing as they was a leak in one of them. When bags was asked to be changed the driver agreed but never came back or to the restaurant, ordering from here I got the same drinks back from the other restaurant and the spilled one in a separate bag. The restaurant denied it. Might be passive aggressive attitudes among drivers or restaurant had prior knowledge. Demands investigating!

Disgusting staff. I often come in to order out for myself and a co-worker. Today I get this disgrace of person yelling out to her co-workers "who orders 2 McMuffins and 6 hash browns?" not thinking this might be for 2 people. Retrain your staff. I won't be returning if you're going to talk about your customers like this.

I didn’t receive my food I told my driver I was the a different address he said it’s ok for him to deliver and he said yes asked for the code and then completed the order without delivering my food

Ordered delivery and a McMuffin was missing and my other one had my sausage missing. Tried to contact support and was no use. Order delivery some place else. Also know someone who had a similar issue with delivery here recently.

The delivery time range was an hour! And the food was cold on arrival. For a simple small order from a local restaurant the delivery experience and service was very poor.

Queen street wolves. Waited 25 minutes for food. Upstairs was filthy. Food all over floor and tables. 1 worker was upstairs but spent most the time chasing peoples missed items or food they were waiting on.

Was looking forward to a burger, disappointed. Told that the one pound items advertise on TV had ended. The burger on the meal l order look as though someone had stood across the road and thrown the filling on the bun. Did not live up to the current Hype. Also had to take my fries back as cold. That said it was replaced without a fuss.

Always crowded and the staff not friendly. I would not say bad but they can be better. The taste is like typical McD.

Just Eat were not the problem it was McDonald's. I asked for no cheese. There was cheese added. Just Eat courier delivered my food on time no issues with Just Eat at all.

Is what it is, and nothing changes no matter the location. Quick visit as in a unfamiliar town and time dependant. My vegetarian dippers I took a punt with were pretty tasteless and missing the dip (I didn't chase it however). Sticky tables with left over rubbish, downstairs loos/seating closed off meaning the disabled facilities are a free for all. Its not the staff's fault (all min contact self service, they do their best and quickly) Just the usual low standards of the 'Maccy D's'. brand.

Food was fine, Toilet was filthy, whoever messed it up should be made to wear a t-shirt with a picture of their mess untill they learn how to use a Toilet. The atmosphere felt tense

Delivery driver delivers the food in an Iceland carrier bag, we blame McDonald’s for letting this happen. When food is being delivered by a just eat driver it’s good practice for ensuring it’s delivered the correct way even if you use a contractor to deliver the product on your behalf. It’s simple ask the driver when they come to collect the food.

One white lady stuff is very rude. She does rubbish behaviour with Asian customers. Very very dirty toilet.

on my order I wanted a medium coke zero...what I got was half a cup of some red drink with 1 ice cube...I have a picture a complete joke

I came into this particular McDonalds at around 20 past 10 at night, it wasnt very busy and was almost peaceful, I had the new hat trick burger as a large meal, with fries and a strawberry milkshake. The burger was beyond delicious and is quite possibly the best thing I've had from mcdonalds in a while, the fries on the other hand could've tasted, well a bit better, seeing as the taste wasnt 100% there, the salt did little to help the taste, though they were nice and warm so I suppose that helped, the milkshake on the other hand was just out of this world, as someone whose favourite drink is milkshakes, this one didnt disappoint, it's why I always get it. The overall service wasnt bad, although the wait time was longer than expected for how empty the restaurant was. Would go back again.

Just eat delivery, bad customer service I spoke to a customer rep Laura.S. about me and my son order which I haven’t received/no calls. She was unable to help and when off the chat. Unable to refund me. Every time I order either a drink missing or chips or burger missing. I will definitely let all my family and friends off just eat app. I was the one who introduced them to justeat. Will delete the app. In this hard times your unable to check your drivers so their deliverer people food properly.
