McDonald's in Wolverhampton

I've been waiting for just coffee for around 20 minutes! Coffee was ready to go for ages, but staff behind the counter didn't even tried to serve it. I had to come over and ask for it, if not I would possibly wait another 10 minutes. To make this worse, coffee was already cold... I will never come again, as their management of my time is unacceptable, not mentioning about poor customer service and speed of service.

I ordered 4 big Mac meals,20 Mcnuggets for delivery and did pay the tip as well.l sat down in my house waited for the food with my Kids to be delivered,lt did show on the App that the driver is on the way,whilst l was still waiting for my food the App showed that the food has been delivered but to my surprise l didn't get my order,so it's either it was delivered to the wrong address or it was never delivered,mind you l have ordered before so its not my first time ordering.Seing that it says my food has been delivered but l never got it,l called the shop straight away but unfortunately their contact is there nothing as it never went through,asked for my £39.23 to be refunded back as l never got the food and the kids were already hungry only to be told it will take 5-7 days to report back to my bank,as it is I'm still waiting for my money for the food l didn't get.You need to do better or work with delivery guys who knows what they are doing or this is how you work/ do things taking customers money and orders getting lost not getting to their finaly destination.

Have to wait ages in line to order food n plus wait ages for my food to arrive when it does it gets cold can't enjoy it much

I got FOOD poisoning from eatting at this place. I would not recommend. Rubbish everywhere. No tables were cleaned off for the next customers . Please avoid this place and take your money else where.

Printers not working, though helpful staff member was able to get me a reprint from back-of-house. Food was shockingly bad. My 'Big Mac' wouldn't have sated the appetite of an anorexic hamster.

This is becoming ridiculous, this is about the 3rd time I have ordered for food and only part of it was delivered. I ordered for double sausage and egg mcmuffin together with the apple and grapes bag. Only the apple and grapes bag turned up. When I called to ask if the double Mac could be delivered, she said the delivery driver refused. This is a joke!!

The fries were so good...crispy & salty...I wish all McDonald were the same..😁

Very dated. Limited seating as other floors were shut. Display of orders wasn't up to date. Helpful server. Food was ok but fries were cold.

Ordered on deliveroo food came cold and not very nice also ordered bbq sauce and didn't receive straw missing not good won't be returning

Just a McDonald's. This can be really crowded at times, but that's the city centre for you. Great service overall.

My son was thrown to the floor by a foreign door supervisor on sat night they had not given him his drink he went to ask for his drink as he could not show a receipt as he wasnt given one they wouldn't give him the drink so he said i want the drink ive payed for at this the door supervisor threw him to the ground he now has a possible broken jaw who does that for a mcdonalds little man syndrome obviously the door guy must have but wat company allows this from thier staff dont take your kids to a place like this needs closing down this guy needs sacking before he kills someone

Close this branch down. It’s disgusting. Checkout other reviews, as well as reading mine. Last night my stepson ordered a burger and coffee. They served him the burger and when he asked for his coffee they got security who threw him face down on the floor. WHO DOES THAT OVER A COFFEE????? He couldn’t show his receipt as they took it off him. They could have looked at their orders to prove or disprove but they immediately went into attack mode. Shocking and disgraceful

I stood waiting on rhs and feet were slipping even when tryin to stand still, greasey substance over floor, disgusting.

It's busy as always, average waiting for food is about 4-5 minutes.

Not long wait so good and nice food

I enjoy their food. Usually eat burger with potato fries as a meal. But I don't know why discontinued Steakhouse (an all inclusive meals of burger). Service is OK as they try to attend to people ASAP and others is on a fast come first serve. Others can be taken from a large display screen or meet someone at the dish counter to attend to you. Everything is on display. You can see what you're looking for even though you don't remember the name. Atmosphere is pretty OK. Except that the lone toilet at Dudly road Wolverhampton branch which may be left messy at time because of large number of user. Don't know if that is the same in other locations. I will recommend more hands of cleaner and/or have more toilets.

I ordered for 2 myo chicken burger 2bacon chicken rap and one medium French fries but I didn't got fries in my order it was my first order from your store m very disappointed bcz I pay but I didn't got my food

I love the brealfast so much is sooo good and there wasn many people so we got a seat and the staff would check up on us every 10 minutes and she was so kind. Some tables were not tidy but i know they are busy so ill let it slide. The mighty mcmuffin is amazing so if you have the time and money id recommend it. Overall, 4/5

Actually stupid, spent £60 on food and only two kids meals came which is less than a tenner, the kids haven’t even received their extras, called you up and all you could say was the order never existed, how can a small part of the order and the ticket with the order number on arrive if it never existed, absolute idiots

Stop taking app orders. I’ve had food from you twice through the McDonald’s app. And it’s dog awful. You’re not even the closest maccies to me. The chips are always cold and taste stale, the drinks taste stale and if they’ve been standing around for hours and everything else is just sub standard.

Order for take away wish I never cold stale fries and freezing wrap when ordered moaning about ordering when its their job will not return

It's cool in the sense that you order your food yourself using the aid of a computerised stand and where u have to pay as well. You could make whatever choices you want and a number is assigned to you by which you are called from their counter to take your order in a take away pack or tray depending on what you selected while ordering. The wait has never been long since I have visited, actually once I was called while I was still having conversations with friends and never expected to be called yet, almost missed it. Afterwards, you could decide to eat in or take it away. The top floor is the cool place to go eats with friends and by yourself if you want, since the ground floor is always crowded with people ordering and waiting for their orders.

I visited yesterday and ordered sweet chilli grilled wrap. It was tasty unless i saw the big burgundy colored hair in it. (Unfortunately i didn't click any pictures as a reference) . Then, i went to the till and shows that to one of the staff. However, she gave me the another wrap but it was not the same wrap that i love to eat. All in one, very bad experience. Be careful everyone, when you are eating.

Came in after a long work day just to order my dinner, ordered a double cheeseburger no cheese extra pickles as I am severely allergic to cheese, obviously even though it says it quite clearly on the packaging and the receipt itself. I understand that it might be busy sometimes however tonight wasn’t whilst I was in there and staff were chilled enough to chat amongst themselves which is completely fine but I’d at least think they’d be able to read my customisations and abide by them. Sadly had to throw it away as it wasn’t salvageable to take it off.

We went before going to a concert, in the halls. The venue was busy. I ordered a double-quarter pounder without the bun or ketchup. Neither of which was what I received. I didn't have time after waiting, to go and get it reordered.

Personally, I wouldn't eat here. However, my partner. However, my partner decided to use some of the points of her app. We are both in or 40s. And are okish with technology. However, it is not as good as the younger generation. My partner made an order on one of the screens and left, not realising she left all her points on the screen. A group of teenagers decided they were going to use my partners points of the screen. Once we realised what was going on, we confronted a member of staff who told us it was our fault and there was nothing they could do.. to top it off our order wrong and missed out on an item which we dident relise till we got back to the car. This means we had to walk all the way back to get the item we were missing. I'm sure my partner will most likely visit a McDonald's again. However, she will most likely boycot this one. as for me, I wouldn't be seen dead eating any of it. Full of saturated fat and suger with shocking amounts. 😲

Love it here, staff are very pleasant and friendly, always stop to say hello and check you're ok 👍 usually only have a coffee so not commenting on food.

Not the best restaurant. The place was so full so had no where to sit. There was rubbish on the floor and tables were filthy. I understand it's in the city centre and it gets busy but having more cleaners would be beneficial. Had to wait a long time for the food and even when I got it, it just didn't taste right and the fries were cold and limp!

4g/5g signal is extremely poor inside, so if you're ordering via the app on your phone, be aware of this

It took them over 20 minutes to even start to make my order and even after kindly asking they still took 14 minutes to receive my order which only consisted of a large wrap meal and a bacon mayo chicken. This is a disgrace for a “fast food restaurant” i will not me eating here again.

Very busy restaurant but quick service

Advertised to be open until 11pm but closed at 10:45pm! Went to KFC (which also closes at 11) which was actually open and received far better service

I am a delivery driver, and today, I had the unfortunate experience of meeting rick the manager ended up being abused by him, shouted, and ordered around and when he sawthat i was right he put his tail betweenhis legsand send someone else to solve the problem! rick should be manager on a farm to manage animals! You be better, don't be rick!

Had to get a refund after watching a cook use her bare hands, she touched eggs and continued to make others orders without washing. anyone allergic to dary based stuff and eggs becareful. I did raise this issue with a manager but I've worked in the food industry before and not all warnings are heard or enforced. It's put me off bad.

The automatic entry doors aren't working so you have to push them and they also display a NO ENTRY sign which is confusing but plenty seating in basement and second floor plus ground level seats.

Dirty tables and dirty floor. Always some problem going on either with the screens or waiting times. Never anywhere to sit and available tables are filthy. Even when u order your food there and then its still cold. Used to work there and there cleaning skills are shocking

excellent food and polite service from the Mcdonald's crew, especially the lady who took my order with a welcoming smile, but a bit funny when their doorman tried to turn me away because i had a KFC bag with me, I asked him why can't i also buy food from Mcdonald's and then he let me in and said "just don't eat ur food and not even a sip of ur drink" I wasn't even reaching inside the KFC bag so don't know where that came from, many doormen love playing the authority on their job and that was the vibe i felt

Lots of kids around without parents I guess it's not something you would like to go there but only if you are in the town centre and you need a quick bite it's ok for that.

I would have given it a 5 star if they had restrictions who go in or not , people who go wear masks and is scary because McDonald’s don’t do anything and need to have restrictions on who goes in or not because people around 13 (not all teens) go in with masks and hoods up with bags and you never know what’s in it and it’s scary so restrictions do need to be kept although employees are SO nice and helpful and the food is always hot and fresh and it’s really good .

2 storey restaurant, although quite large it's well kept.

Quick service and the staff were friendly

It's a franchise so expect to pay more. Toilets and such are usually clean yet not always and weekdays and Saturday. It's kid central as every kid leaving school seems to be in there. Space on the ground floor is limited at best. Though there is an upstairs and a downstairs.
