McDonald's in East Riding of Yorkshire

Didn't get order right, no toy with happy meal, no dip with dippers. We live 8 minutes down the road and food stone cold.

We recieved free meal vouchers, we went to McDonald’s to redeem these and they said that we had already used them, when in fact we had only used one so we had 2 left, a manager came and she wasn’t helpful and said we had to pay or leave, I want to give this 0 stars but it won’t let me so I’ve given it 1 star

What is going on here?!. The last two times we've visited we have been overcharged. Staff don't have a clue what they are doing. Is adequate training not being given? When my husband said you've over charged me this morning the girl replied "well you've paid now," then refused to do anything about it. overcharged by £7.15 not just by a couple of quid. Her attitude is appalling. So apparently theft is acceptable here. Luckily the lad at the serving hatch got the manager. The manager did resolve this and was apologetic but this is really not an acceptable way to treat customers. This visit was 1.3.25 at roughly 8:20.

We specifically ordered a breakfast bun with brown sauce. It took ages when we got it. We pointed out. There were no napkins and they were passed to us as if we were just annoyance and then when we drove round to the car park to eat the bun it had red sauce so we had to join a long queue to get it changed for a brown sauce one and there was no apology. Nothing one was taking offs and one was slapped in our hands not even in a bag.

All staff need retraining EVERY time I have been to this McDonald’s they have got the order wrong. It’s not hard! The screen is right in front of you! Pay some attention instead of talking about what you did at the weekend and messing around in the kitchen.

So so angwy 😠😠. Gave us the wrong food grrrr.

There is a man who works in there who tucks his top in and he is rude as anything the service was disgraceful, i went in with my son who has autism and he asked for an extra ketchup and the man turned round to him and told him to go away, it is honestly poor i dont understand what goes through peoples mind to be able to think they can talk to a child that way! It makes the matter worse the fact he is autistic i am absolutely disgusted with the way that the man spoke to him he should be sacked on the spot!!! I ordered an orange fanta and that famta has never been a famta in its lifetime it tasted watered down or as if they had used orange juice and sparkling water. Mcdonalds is a multi million pound company and they are taking short cuts like that. They are supposed to be big on their quality of product but the quality was little to none. I would not recommend going to this McDonalds!!!

Got order wrong 3 times, by the time i sorted the kids meals , my food was cold!

We use the Beverley McDonald's most weekends at breakfast time. The staff are welcoming, focused and efficient. The restaurant is always clean and tidy, and the food is good. There are often families having breakfast. We are in the 60-70 year age group, we have met several regulars of a similar age, and we have a little chat. It's a friendly environment.

Have got order wrong several times (items missing), staff are very friendly though.

The staff either need retraining or management needs a shake up as this McDonald's lefts the whole franchise down. Food is terrible and just thrown together, if you order through the app you're likely to have items missing, to then have to contact customer service who will review your complaint but do nothing about it so you're usually a good few quid out of pocket. I'd recommend the burger king down the road then McDonald's beverley

Drinks brought to table, but no communication offered 😕

I have ordered both takeaway and delivery and I don't think they ever get the order correct! Not only did we get completely wrong orders but the burgers are just thrown together looking like a car has run over them, sometime with far too much sauce and others with barely anything on. Terrible service at the drive thru, careless staff who just throw the food together. Worst Mcdonalds ever!

UBER JUST EAT Wait 15 min. at least to take the order and it's still not ready!!😰🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

Just a nice place I call in twice a week

Perhaps the best McDonald’s I’ve eaten. I love the breakfast crew and the dinner crew so much. Always working hard as well as having a laugh. It’s a great atmosphere.

Probably the worst MC Donald's I've been to for service. Ordered adult meal and two kids meals then waited 25 minutes for this. Really disappointed

Yet another awful experience. Food took over 20mins, was cold and wrong. It's been crap both times. Avoid this crap hole.

Food great as was the service but I think they have a problem with the plumbing, the entire restaurant had a smell of sewage.

Not the best example of a McDonald’s Restaurant. Fries are alway undercooked, limp and anaemic looking. No ice in drink. Hit and miss whether food is hot when served. Drive thru is woeful - lost count of the times we’ve got home and discovered we’re missing items from our order. Always v apologetic when we’ve telephoned to complain and told us to ask for a replacement next time we’re going through but by then your takeaway is ruined when members of your family are missing their burger etc and we always forget to ask for a replacement burger/wrap etc when we’re next in to be honest.

Was nice quick drive through they remembered the sauces and milkshake machine is always working unlike in hull

Only problem we had was the syrup ran out in the coke but we just swapped it, otherwise perfectly fine

Awesome as always but it is the same old McDonald's. Ie you want a burger you get a burger

Good service,gets a bit busy at lunchtime.

Ordered share box only had 3 selects not six, complained heard the girl laugh saying she’d given out three all night not funny to rip people off because you can’t understand basic instructions, fault of management more likely not communicating as this was a new item. Separate order, Ordered 9 selects got 9 nuggets didn’t see till we got home, robbed cheers.

Service and staff are OK. Food is nothing like on picture. More like mini cgeap versions of photos advertised.

Ordered a meal and two things off the saver menu and they managed to miss one off. I get you don't need a Phd to work at maccies but surely a basic reading and correlation test should be done. Jesus H Christ.

Food and service very good. Carly - member of staff was excellent and an asset this Beverley franchise of McDonalds needs to retain and value. The toilets leave a degree to be desired in cleanliness and overall decor tlc standards. Carly deserves credit by the owner for her customer focused and professional service.

Have just been through the drive thru got my order and the chips are cold as soon as I take them out of the bag. They have definitely been left cooked for a while.

Ordered medium chips with a meal never came, also ordered plain quarter pounder with a big plain sticker but comes with raw onions on.Also ordered normal cheeseburger comes plain despite not saying to look at your labels,also no seasoning on chips get some on!! Don't visit

Went through the drive through which was painfully slow and was presented with the quarter pounder Deluxe I had ordered. Not happy. The state of it was awful. Nothing deluxe about it

Overpriced meals for the portion sizes, no milkshakes available which often happens., slow service for a fast food outlet. Online orders seem to get priority.

We didn’t know our order for collection was wrong until we reached home. Rang them to explane what’s happend spoke to a very professional young lady called tiegen who couldn’t do enough to help so thanks again tiegen credit to to company 😄

This stood out as the best McDonald's we have visited. Customer service was great through from the friendly greeting as we entered to handling, presenting and finalising our order and wishing us well when we left. Staff appeared efficient and appeared to help each other as well as customers. Carly and Paul were great examples.

Alway friendly, drive through is quick and easy.

Hit and miss. Regularly use the drive through and they forget something every time. Check your bag before you drive away. Food quality is always good, but the ‘order in full’ is so unreliable.

The main reason to go to McDonalds is the 'fast food'. Waiting over 10 minutes in the dive through for two flurrys at 9:30pm isn't fast, so I am struggling to see the reason for going these days.

I’m fed up of McDonald’s always getting my delivery order wrong , ordered a Tripple cheese burger plain add bacon I got a double bacon cheese burger with gherkins and onions and half my drink was spilled all over my food when it arrived

Long wait for food, when it arrived half of the order missing so made staff get it, then when we looked again no straws or napkins so we had to park up and go in. Thought drive thrus were meant to be quicker.

Slow service more bothered about drive thru than the restaurant

Worst experience I ever had. Went through the drive through asking for a McFlurry and was greeted with a pile of mush. The staff member had argued saying it was “switched around a bit” and was not “ sat there for minutes” he was so clearly lying and we asked for a refund. Still have not got the refund so very mad.

Always hits the spot. Tram are friendly and helpful. The place always feels clean

The French 🍟 fries are looking very pale indeed. Need longer in the cooking process please. The counter staff lack knowledge of the free wi-fi available in-store. I had to ask the off duty managers having something to eat at the back of the store. Apparently, ignore the McDonald's wi-fi asking for a code. Use the one saying free. Have to fill in an online form with personal details before being able to use it. It worked well on the day. Many counter staff lack full knowledge in how to use the main tills. Having to ask the shift manager to correct their mistakes. They need more training in how to tap in the discount codes. High turnover of staff too.

Only thing that spoil it is teenagers mucking about and swearing around tea time parking is good.

How was McDonalds? I have never been into there in my life (and I'm over 70) and I never would. All that's wrong with food and the world. So why ask?

Drinks are always filled half full now. Portion sizes are smaller. Food cold

It's a McDonald's so not much variation but the one is in good order and kept clean. Its a shame but the climbing frame is always closed whenever we go.

Couldn't be bothered to cook tea, so this was perfect. Still don't understand the gherkins, though 😆

Food was nice and hot this morning, app was tricky to use due to signal had to sit near window.

Never had anything wrong but staff are a bit sad luckily not there long to take care just glad I don't eat in !!!

Always fresh at this mcds! And the manageress is quite the sort 😉

After 3 attempts at bringing out the order wrong the manager came over and finally sorted it .just annoying as the only reason we went here as wanted something quick .did not turn out that way

Fries are always cold, soggy and raw tasting and under cooked and McFlurry’s have been half full for ages

Ordered a sausage, egg muffin meal but requested no egg but unfortunately they had still placed it in my breakfast muffin, this was my first time going there but I will return. Very clean restaurant

I rate this mcdonalds 0 stars, opened late, had only bacon on the go, everything else wasn't yet prepared, told me I couldn't have a sausage and egg muffin, so I had to have a egg muffin, when I actually got my order i got given an egg and bacon muffin... i dont even like bacon! charged me for 3 large toffee lattes and I only received 2 and they tasted like a flat white with a squirt or toffee, I walked in after 20min off waiting at the drive thru for my food and heard the customer in queue in front of me order a sausage and egg muffin which he got. I couldn't even get my money back as they didn't give me a receipt and got ignored at the till inside. Also thanks for making me late for work! Not ideal for the morning rush hour.

Great McDonald's. Plenty of parking, order on machine and deliver to table. Nice staff. Generally plenty of space inside but was tight as parts of the restaurant were cordoned off to keep clean as it was about 9pm on Monday.

Egg McMuffin with cheese and a strong coffee, my wife’s hangover cure…I think i felt better after it.

The place is spotless and staff helpful and friendly. One of the best McDonald's I've visited 👌

Lovely food. Thoroughly enjoyed time with grandchildren at Beverley McDonalds. There was a lack of receipt slips being printed by the ordering panels which introduced an element of doubt into whether I'd actually get what I'd ordered. This was compounded by the fact that I made no mental note of my order number when it was displayed on screen, as I was expecting to get it on the receipt. It took a little shine off the experience. Staff were great and friendly.

Very good food. Waiting time also good. Friendly staff especially the lovely lady named Carly who always gives outstanding customer service, always smiling and helpful. A credit to the business.

Waited 50 minutes just for them to confirm my order. Not sure why that takes so long. That was just for them to confirm it never mind make it and have it delivered.

Came here for a day out. Was a little busy at the time but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good and will definitely return.

Great maccys at seaside loads of parking and drive thru

Disappointed it took over 15 minutes to get a happy meal!! I would have understood if it was really busy, but it wasn't!

Twice in a row I've being in one week missing items from order on the drive thru,returned too pick up missing items no apology staff don't care the food was old cold extremely poor service

The staff are nice, it is clean, and the food and drink are great.

Finally a McDonald's that has a working mcflurry machine! Plenty of parking and easy enough to find. Food quality is your standard McDonald's quality, not much else to be said of it really!

Tried to find a discreet place to make the company aware of a rat problem in the outside area but could not. On Friday we had a drive in meal and parked up in the car park. We saw 2 rats running around they were not afraid. The bait stations need checking regularly or the number increased.

Brilliant, best McDonald's for a long time, food hot and freshly cooked. Praise for the staff who assisted with issues whilst attempting to use the app. Thank you Phoebe and colleague, you where fantastic.

In my opinion McDonald's really need to up the game and offer new choices on there menu. We justed needed something to eat and this place was the nearest.

Very much a roadside McD... you know what you're going to get.

Pulled through drive thru chirpy as you like service couldnt ask for better, however, food, plain cheeseburger = plain hamburger, bacon double with a few bits off and some added = double cheese only ketchup. Mate enjoyed his frappe though. I work at mcdonalds so slightly disappointed good try tho guys at least you were friendly and happy 👍
