Peores pastas que he tenido en Londres. Soy italiano y esto no es un restaurante italiano. Pastas de muy baja calidad. Se suponía que tenía “nduja y burrata” y la burrata no era burrata sino una extraña crema lechosa. Volví a casa y empecé a vomitar toda la comida. Super mala calidad y super caro. 2 platos pequeños y 2 pastas 70 libras

Las fotos son de la ubicación anterior, el restaurante se ha acercado más hacia Clapham Common. La comida aquí es absolutamente delicioso, platos italianos verdaderamente auténticos, nos quedamos realmente impresionados con todo. Éramos una fiesta de 14 ish, el servicio era impecable, los niños muy pequeños se hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Recomendamos este restaurante.

Our group had an amazing time yesterday , it was great food and very well priced for the experience, it was lovely meeting the owner and learning a bit about him , the staff members were friendly and we never had an empty glassThe only thing I would say could be better for next time is on the booking it ask what the occasion is and I put for a birthday but when you arrive there no balloons or banners I think maybe do that for occasions as I think it’s would be a nice touch , however we will be recommending the bottomless brunch to friends and other family members and will be back for dinner another time They were also very accommodating to one of the members in our party who unfortunately can’t drink alcohol due to medical reason but did let her have bottomless Diet Coke at no extra price and as we were a bigger group we asked for bigger pasta portions and they gave us two massive plates of pasta so I 100% recommend it here, such a great experience!!

We went in on spec and couldn't have done better. The food was delicious and the service from Gero was a delight - really friendly and very efficient. I lost my scarf that evening and didn't know whether I'd left it in the restaurant or dropped it somewhere else. I didn't get round to contacting the restaurant and live too far away to drop in. Yesterday, as I was in the area, I called in on the off-chance and Gero had carefully put my scar away for me. Thank you Gero! We'll definitely be coming back.

La comida estuvo grandiosa. Mi esposa y yo tomamos pizza. Fue muy fresco y auténtico. Nuestro servicio fue bueno, aunque parecía un poco lento. Habíamos pedido pan y aceitunas como aperitivo, que se olvidaron de traernos. Terminamos comiendo después de nuestra pizza. A pesar de la confusión, todavía estaba delicioso y se ofrecieron a darnos gratis. El ambiente y la decoración son muy agradables. Nos sentimos como si estuviéramos en Italia.

After a long day of travel, I checked into the Park Plaza County Hall Hotel hoping to enjoy a quick and convenient meal at **ATRIO Restaurant** as directed by the front desk. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected at a hotel of this caliber. I arrived at ATRIO at 10:38 PM, only to be informed that the last food order had been taken at 10:30 PM—barely eight minutes prior. Despite explaining my situation and asking for a simple exception given the minimal time lapse, I was refused service. I was then advised to order room service instead. However, since my family was already asleep in our room, ordering food there wasn’t an option. I suggested ordering room service and eating downstairs to avoid disturbing them, but I was told multiple times that the same kitchen serving room service was the one handling restaurant orders—yet no solution was offered to help me. After a long day of travel, all I wanted was any kind of food. Instead, I was left with no choice but to wander the area on foot for **45 minutes** just to find somewhere still serving food. This experience was incredibly disappointing. The lack of flexibility and unwillingness to accommodate a guest in need felt unwelcoming and unnecessary, especially considering the hotel’s reputation and the resources available. For travelers, especially those arriving late, this lack of support is frustrating and far below expectations. I sincerely hope the hotel reconsiders its policies or trains staff to provide more thoughtful solutions for guests who find themselves in similar situations.
