Excellent ambience and atmosphere. Food great, cocktails super, customer service excellent and great music and belly dancer entertainment was a plus. The place is beautiful

Went here for a Christmas party thought it would be nice and the food on point but we was so wrong . I was so shocked my lamb shawarma was nothing like what I was serviced. Don’t bother it’s a disappointment

went to Maya with friends. The food was decent and really enjoyed the belly dancers, but you need to be careful with the bill as it has hidden charges such as standard table cover. We've been charged for table cover in edition to service charge and also £4 for only a glass of hot water and it is clearly on my receipt if you want any proof and when I told him that it's not even in the menu he was extremely rude to me.

Maya Lounge is a beautifully decorated restaurant and lounge and we had the best service from Hussain

I went for my birthday on a Monday. We was warmly welcome by Hussein who accompanied us for the whole evening. He gave us great customer service, he changed the music for us, made us cocktails off the top of his head, and gave us great food recommendations. We was ready to leave and decided to stay because we was having so much fun and got more amazing cocktails. Hussein really made it a great birthday. It was a lovely evening!

Great service from all and a special thanks to Hussain for making us all feel welcome and attending to our needs quickly as possible:) Very friendly, lovely person to talk to, he had positive vibes the whole stay and reassured our night would go well! And checked up on us to make sure everything was up to our standards! Ensured the heating, music and food was up to great standards, we were comfortable during our whole night. He even tempted us to stay longer than expected and we did! Went there for the first and last time! Terrible service, no paper menu available, QR code stickers on the corner of the table just like in very rough pub. I wonder how they going to sell Dom Perignon this way! We sat and ask if we can order drinks first and been told by rather confused waiter to order food first! Interesting?!!! Talking about food, absolutely shocking! We ordered mixed grill & lamb skewers, all served almost cold, very chewy and dry. Simply uneatable, perhaps prepared well in advance and just badly pre heated and served to customers, unbelievable. Lebanese cuisine I don’t think so!!!!! The only lovely accent was belly dancers, I enjoyed their performance that’s all.

Food and service is terrible! Be ready for the space coz they ll bring starter and main all together and they r not bothered to removed your dirty plates . No cutlery unless u ask.. Share meze for 4 is actually for 2 people and full of salads . Grilled prawns tasteless and chewy. Lamb extremely dry. Only the rice was edible The only nice thing was the pleasant belly dancer but we won't be returning

Such an aesthetically pleasing place and the customer service is excellent. A special mention to HUSSAIN who was our main waiter, he was incredibly accommodating and made our experience at Maya lounge even more enjoyable. I went here for the first time on a date. It was an exceptional experience. Not only for the company but everything was wonderful. The food was delicious. We got baby chicken and grilled prawns as mains and it was 10/10. The drinks were good. I recommend strawberry Daiquiri out of all of the flavours they have. It’s the best one. We got one shisha to share and later got a refill. The flavours and smoke were great. The smoke was full of flavour and thick. I’d definitely come here again.

Never been before but this was just a casual outing with my friend. The decor and vibe of the place was cute and different to other lounges I had been to in London. The waiters were attentive at first! The food and drinks came quickly. Food was amazing and had a lot of flavour for this kind of cuisine and I really enjoyed this. I had a great evening last night at Maya Lounge. Me and a friend called and booked and arrived, our table was ready. Atmosphere was relaxed at 8 when we arrived and we were served very quickly. We ordered cocktails, shisha and food. We commented a number of times on how amazing the service food and drink were. Nothing was too much for anyone whatever we asked. We ordered pickles whilst deciding what to eat and also tried a few cocktails , I had the sea bass which was possibly the nicest fish I have ever eaten. I loved the whole evening and was also following social distancing which was great . A real cool vibe with great Lebanese food and good selection of drinks . Also great atmosphere with good music . Shisha was nice , Also Yaseem who looked after us was 5 star , will definitely be going back and recommending

Came to maya lounge on a Saturday evening, was told we were ‘too poor’ and that we should ‘think before entering the place next time’ after we decided not to spend our money there. Was being asked for a £250 minimum spend between 3 of us when we came out for a shisha. The place is a restaurant, not a club so I decided I was not going to spend that and left. Then as we were leaving the owner directed the above comments towards me and my friends. Can’t believe it. Disgusted. Not surprised to see how badly it is rated.

I pre booked a table for my bday and was not happy.the food was cold, not properly seasoned.

Came here with two mates. Was constantly told that i had to spend a minimum of 25 pounds, which i do understand but i don’t understand why i was told this 3 times in a space of one hour. Additionally i ordered a waffle but upon receiving it i realised it was stale and very cold. I complained and was told that that was how they sell their waffles. I was offered a crepe but that was not what i wanted. All in all would not recommend. Staff made me feel as though as i want not wanted.

Having been to many Lebanese Restaurants in central London, this is by far the best I've visited. The staff are friendly and the food is superb. If you want a unique experience, you have to visit. I felt like I was on holiday for the night, truely exotic. Be sure to pre-book as this is a true hidden place in Whetstone. My family and I enjoyed the food and experience thoroughly. Me and my friends went to maya lounge today and it was the worst service. Ordered salad took ages to come. Even my partner ordered crepe it took 30mins to come. For the price of food and shisha £25. Not worth it at all!

Seriously over priced ie £6 for a cranberry juice are you serious. Poor table service. Trying to pay was also an issue as it took over 1/2 for them to get the bill right without the added extras for other tables added on and confusion with what had already been paid for

We have been regulars at this place and found it okay, service has always been questionable but we found it to be an easy local option.

Upon my arrival at the Maya Lounge, I ordered a bottle of prosecco. Having waited for around forty-five minutes, I then queried where my drink was and how long it would take for it to be served.
