Deliveroo order #7485 4th September 2024 EMAIL I SENT WAS BLOCKED Dear Spielburger We love your burgers !..we do ! Have ordered many times. You can check to see how often via deliveroo. Was just upset that this evening's meal did not include the strawberry milkshake that I had ordered as part of the meal deal order. If your milkshakes were no longer available then why did you allow me to proceed with the order ? My son was really disappointed. It's ok, we will still order from you but you clearly have a system issue when it allows you to add an item that is unavailable. Surely at your end you could see that, and still you just sent the order without an alternative or even a note, but, you took full payment !! i just wanted to let you know this was upsetting. My son is autistic and loves your burgers. Thank you anyway

Delicious burgers and good size portions. The restaurant itself is not that great though.

Very disappointing. The burger patties were small and overcooked. The chips were soggy, cold and broken into small pieces. Our drinks were missing and Deliveroo refused to refund. Tried to call spielburger directly and the listed number is out of service. What a waste of our hard earned money - can’t wait for Five Guys to open just up the road.

Ordered in the cinema. Had the burger. Bacon tasted unfresh, low quality. Beef tasted same there was bone ground into it, God only knows where they are sourcing it. Hot dog was same, not bad but the meat is low grade. Cheese fries were limp, but greasy. I don’t recommend this restaurant. They using unfresh, low grade products.

The best chips and the vegan burger is great.

Burnt sweet potato fries, not the first time this has happened. This was on Deliveroo. Maybe if you're at the restaurant you can send them back.

Oh my flipping god what did I just eat ? I think a just had the best burger in my life,I had the house burger with blue cheese,no onion,no pickle. I was just beyond words,I've order it on deliveroo,it came in time,hot and fresh. Most definitely I will come to see the place and the rest of what you guys have to offer. Again,perfect taste and I will recommend to friends.

Maybe food is good but service not so much. We are order here quite often and today and happened again that some items was missing. We had this happened 3 time now in not long time and is really annoying because we like the food but what is the point to order if one of us will not receive their food. I hope this will improve, and staff will be more careful with orders.

Food was cold even after I requested the drink to be put on a separate bag. Burger was cold not pink and juicy but burnt!

Best burgers in the area by far

Been a few times now and overall I love this place, the buffalo fries are absolutely delicious and I will always order them every time I visit . The reason I've given 4 stars is: the Korean spicy chicken burger was very tasty but the amount of chicken in the burger was very small (4 tiny pieces of chicken - very tasty, but not enough, and also unsure why it came as tiny pieces rather than one whole piece of chicken breast or thigh). Secondly, my husband wanted one burger, but wanted to substitute red Leicester cheese for blue cheese, he was told he'd have to pay extra for this which was a bit surprising as another burger on the menu had the choice between red Leicester and blue cheese for the same price, so it seemed odd that substituting one cheese for another would incur a charge. That being said, these are both minor issues and the food always tastes amazing, so we will definitely be coming back many times in the future!

The best vegan burger so far I tried. Always friendly stuff, good service. The place is clean, kind of an industrial style. Love it!

Had the Vegan burger and all I can say is that it's one of the best burgers I've ever had, meat or otherwise. Lettuce was crunchy and fresh, sauces were exactly the right amount, the "meat" delicious and juicy and the "cheese" was Smokey!

The restaurant is good and the burgers are amazing but do not order through deliveroo. Deliveroo accepts orders when there are no drivers in the area. My order was 2 hours late and I ended up picking it up myself. By the time I picked it up, The restaurant had already made the order twice while waiting for a driver to pick it up.

Wow! The burgers were absolutely delicious! We ordered delivery and sadly, some of our order was missing - gave them a call and less than 30 minutes later it was all delivered, AGAIN! Yes, please notice that "again", because not only did they send us the bits originally missing, they resent the whole order and wow, I am definitely delighted, because the food was that good, that getting extras for tomorrow's lunch is a guilty bonus. So good food, good service - deserving of 5 stars.

Best burger I've had in a very long time but the chips let the meal down a bit. All it needs is a bit of care and seasoning or something and it's a perfect meal. Burger is exceptional though.

Paid extra for sweet potato fries, but received standard fries. Both the burger and fries were hard as a result of being over cooked. Will stick to McDonald's

Very very disappointed. Ordered and paid for 2 burgers with fries and a milshake via deliveroo. All of the food arrived stone cold and the burgers were soggy. The cheesy chips only had a slice of cheese partially melted around a couple of chips. The milshake did not arrive. Would give zero stars if I could.

Got it via deliveroo (with discount, wouldn't pay full price for this). It was ok, philly cheese steak was nothing like american equivalent, but decent. Arrived relatively warm (but this was a thursday evening order). Also ordered normal burger which was pretty good to be fair. Never done burger via delivery and its a good effort (again for a discount price). I'll stick to my indian/thai for way cheaper.

Ordered 2 burgers, chips and cheesey chips at 18.30, order finally arrived at 20.10. Everything was stone cold. The burger buns were soggy, hardly any sauce on one of them. The cheesey chips had a splodge of cheese but were basically just plain chips. Unbelievable that they think this is acceptable. Their phone number does not connect so I can speak to anyone. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!

Oh my god how bad was this. Got food via deliveroo ( not a bad review of driver). Waited and hour and a half and turned up stone cold. Driver had other delivery so quite clearly ours were probably cooked and then had to wait for other deliveries food in our area. The cheese was probably about 2grams and sauce was probably half a teaspoon. Cheesy chips? Where was the cheese? £12 never again.

Good little burger joint, a close to my house and loved the food however, the service was quite poor as we had to wait a while to get some service as no one was behind the counter.

Fantastic little place attached to the EveryMan cinema. Pleasantly surprised at how tasty the burgers, chips and pizza were. The burger in particular was delicious, with the option to choose how the beef was cooked. Reasonably priced! Will be back for desserts next time!

Pros: Great tasty burgers A different type of quirky restaurant, an experience Cons: Pricey for what it is Milkshake is small and not thick Air conditioning is on full blast in there!

Very nice atmosphere and decoration, and the staff are always extremely polite. A tad on the pricey side however, and the last time I visited, my burger was already quite cool (though not uncooked don't worry) the last time I visited. A nice experience overall, and very novel when your food is brought to you in your cinema screen.

1216 burger was great, as were the sweet potato fries.

Nice burgers, choice of French fries or sweet potato ones, or both 😉. Very tasty beef dogs. Fluffy pizzas, light humous, and ice cream pina- coladas to make one want them in big quantities. To finish off, one should try their delicious coffees. Prompt and courteous service. Price wise , not bad for a night out then and now.

We only ever order takeaway from them but it's always 5 star. Best burgers I ever had.

Stopped in for a burger before seeing a film at the everyman cinema. Nice burger, fries and really quick and good service. Would come again when watching a movie.

Useless and very unprofessional! First time I went there to join my family. How already had their food. So I asked at the till for a quick burger. They told me to take a sit and that they will be with me shortly. I sat waiting for a waitress for 45mins before walking out. Even tried to flag her twice before giving up as she just ignored me. Few months later I used Deliveroo to get 2 burgers from this place delivered. 1 hours later my order still showed same estimated delivery and not progress. They didnt take any orders and did not responded to Deliveroo customer service representative who tried to find out why they were not taking any orders on Monday night. Had to cancel, feeling angry and hungry again!

Tasty food in an interesting setting, but the food was a little pricey, I felt.

A really cool and intimate little shabby-chic burger joint attached to the Everyman Cinema in Barnet. Great burgers!
