The best sushi spot in Colchester! Fresh sushi and always so much food for such a good price. Affordable for students but their specialty rolls are honestly incredible. Very vegetarian friendly!

The best sushi in town. Best value extremly fresh ingredients. Would highly recommend. Staff is always lovely really helpful and sweet. Lots of bold flavours. Sharing platters are perfect for picnics.

We ordered a happy party mix, it was incredible some of the best sushi I’ve ever had in ages! I like the idea that they put cream cheese in the sushi and use authentic ingredients, it’s so fresh you can eat without soy sauce! The service is fast definitely recommended!

"A Gem for Food Lovers" I absolutely loved my experience at Koryu! The food was outstanding, with a variety of incredibly tasty vegan options that exceeded my expectations.
