Master Yiu in Salford

Ordered duck fried rice and salt pepper chicken wings. I had to throw the rice out it was so bad. Slowboat is way better.. never again. The chicken is so dry too never again

Always order from master yiu, food is always great and on time. The o lt thinks is collection only and no cc accepted but the quality of the food we Still make us choosing them

OK this is not in the best area of Manchester (or Salford more accurately) though there is some serious regeneration going on. It looks a bit of a dive from the outside frankly, but venture inside and you'll find a spotlessly clean (and you can see the kitchen from the 'chippy' counter) if lived-in establishment. Service is very friendly, helpful and quick. But it's all about the food and this was the best Chinese take-away I think I've ever had. I went for Bean Curd in Szechuan sauce. Everything was clearly very freshly prepared and perfectly cooked. A far cry from the usual gloopy corn-starch thickened sauces and dried-up beancurd of certain establishments. Chips are very good too. Very good value and hIghly recommended!

We live locally and eat here all the time. The food is standard chinese chippy food and the staff are really nice.

Went to Master Yiu's twice for takeaway. Good food, good menu, and good service. They open at 11:00am and close late. Ordered a variety of dishes, crispy duck, udon noodles, Thai noodles, chop suey, and fish & chips! Really enjoyed them all.

The food is always high quality and tasty, since becoming a vegetarian I have tried new dishes from here; each more than satisfactory for it's price.

Lo confieso, yo sólo probamos Yiu ya está abierto el domingo a diferencia mi local, pero muy contenta de haberlo hecho. Buena comida : no grasa y rápidamente preparado. Los platos de verduras son fuertes. Precios muy razonables. Y te puedes sentar en la : alféizar )
