Horrible customer service. Our food was ok, but they was an awful incident where a customer at another table made a complaint and the chef came storming out shouting and acting in a very intimidating way toward a young woman. Absolutely disgusting.

Accommodation is great, food is amazing and with authentic Italian taste with fresh fish dishes on the menu and daily specials. The owners and staff are lovely and friendly. Great place to come for a break or to visit the beaches

My partner and I stayed here in early October due to a christening we were attending in Seaham. Our room was amazing..lovely view...clean...tidy..spacious..bed was very comfortable..and breakfast was fabulos...people who run/own it were great very friendly and hospitable..lovely lovely people. Reccomend this 110%..x

It was right on the seafront at seaham.. The accommodation was beautiful.. The hosts exceptional they couldn't do enough for us made us very welcome..the food was really good...we would definitely stay again..thanks to Massimo Jane Rafael and all your staff who made our stay so wonderful 👌👍

Sadly, their websites / affiliates were so poor that the ordering process was complicated. Not just that, £5 delivery charge for a 3 mile delivery is excessive in comparison to competitors. The delivery was very slow too (ordered on a Sunday evening). The food was redemption, though. It was delicious. Would use again as a special treat maybe, because the prices are higher with the delivery charge. Strange, considering we ordered on the back of their own leaflet through the door!
