Jokers of a place, order takes almost 2 hours when told 40 mins. Waste of time

Food was late, cold and bland. Not the usual quality. Disappointed.

A fabulous meal once again at Masalla Club. Food here is always consistently good with great portions, freshly cooked and full of flavour. We are blessed to have this local to us and aiways take friends there. Service great and ambience lovely. Really recommend.

Really good food, still very warm.

The first time we've ordered from here in years and we will definitely be going back to our usual Indian instead. The food was OK, not terrible but not amazing. Portions were smaller than we have elsewhere. I requested a 6pm delivery time and our order arrived 20 minutes late, even though it said it had been delivered on the app. I phoned to find out where our order was and was told the driver had left 10 minutes ago to deliver it, not even an apology. Very disappointed.

Food always amazing from here. Hot and really tasty. Just missed out on my eta but all good.

Unfortunately it took 2 phone calls and when the food arrived it wasn't even warm. food was due at 6.45 cam me at 7.55. Around 1hr 50min wait. Rang at 7.15 was told it's on its way 10 minutes. if it was on its way was driving around for 35mins. Restaurant declined any compensation or refunds for this. Looking at the reviews this is a common problem.

Delivery time started at 18:35 and the food came at 19:45. The food was cold as expected. Full refined would be the least I would expect.

The steaks was very tough couldn’t eat it, had to order from somewhere else

Very poor from the start, rude waiter. So we left, I would strongly not recommend.

The mains were lovely . However the two Ben and Jerry’s ice creams were not . I ordered one fudge brownie and one cookie dough. I received two cookie dough which seemed to have been melted then refrozen . There was ice in the tubs and the icecream was dry and crumbly . Had to throw them away . We opted for this Indian restaurant specifically as it was the only one selling Ben and jerrys which is what we were looking forward to :/

Masala chips was just basic chips with a small sprinkle of chilli powder on. Onion naan was just a plain naan and was 45 minutes late

Excellent restaurant we tried to get in the Swan but it was full so we thought we would try this one so glad we did its definitely on par with the Swan food very tasty will be going back soon

If the food is delayed, please call us. Usually there are no issues with the restaurant and the food, it is really good but the delivery delay is not good. My husband had a hypoglycaemic attack whilst waiting and we had to eat something else.

Late because it was dropped to another house, who then went to ask his neighbours if they ordered a curry, then had to ring MC to find out who it’s actually for and walked it to my house, good job we have honest neighbours or they would of had a free meal before bed! Wouldn’t mind but surely there was a receipt to follow?!

Good delivery time this time, I was really pleased, especially for a Saturday night. The food was nice, but I had put some requests on the order notes that were ignored. I asked for no coriander in one of the dishes for example and it came with loads in. It would have just been nicer not having to pick it all out. Would order again.

I’m dissatisfied …as my good friend highly recommended this business. It took nearly 2 hours to get delivered. When I called them to check after 75 minutes as I had two very hungry young children … the man on the phone said “I should have collected it”! I felt I was being treated differently for not eating in or collecting but due to having a very busy work and home life I didn’t see the issue with calling for delivery. The food was cold! Most of it was tasty still and hopefully tomorrow I’ll enjoy it reheated. The poppadoms tasted of old oil! I feel disappointed to have to leave this review but it’s the experience we had unfortunately 😔

Worst curry I have ever tasted, food arrived Stone cold baring in mind i live 4 minutes drive away. curry sauce had leaked all over the bottom of bag and naan bread bag. The sauce was extremely salty. Curry sauce is swimming in oil. Poppadoms have no crunch and soggy. Absolute waste of money. I have never had a curry so nasty from anywhere before.

Food was ordered via justeat. I had never eaten from here before and reviews seemed good so gave it a go. 1 hour 20 after ordering I called to see where it was has had been marked as delivered and was told it was on way. Food arrived late and stone cold considering I am a 4 minute drive from here. The oil from the curry had leaked all over the bag and contents leaving my kitchen counter stained. The curry sauce was swimming in oil, having to use a spoon to separate it, the sauce also looked separated and not appealing. Upon tasting it it was the most disgusting curry I have ever tasted and that is no exaggeration. The only flavour to it was salt, it was so salty I couldn't even eat it, my curry loving son tasted it and said 'that is not curry".the rice was stone cold, thr poppadoms soggy and chewy. Tonight was the first time ordering here and will be the last, the food came out of bag and then rebagged and binned, absolutely vile and a waste of money. As soon as I figure out how to post pics, they will be up.

arrived early which we did not mind, food was hot and well presented, cooked perfectly and not too greasy.

It was ‘alright’. Just a typical ‘British’ curry house really. Nothing out of the ordinary/different and no home cooked kind of tastes going on here. Good portion sizes. Fast service.

It was ok, service was good The price of the food was good and you can bring your own alcohol. It was very quiet the day I went.

On Saturday really disappointed with the service, the card machine wasnt working, ok this happens but.... could you have told me before I left the house so I dont have to go back and get a cash card and then get charged £2 to withdraw money from the shop next door in order to pay? or could you have given me the option to pay the next day? I have used your resturant many many times this wouldnt have been a big ask surely? End result 2 car journeys and cold food that I had to pay extra for.

Great food and service every time we've visited

Delivery was late (30 mins) had to phone restaurant and didn’t get what I ordered. Ordered chicken tikka but got a chicken curry. Quality was poor this time too. Such a shame as love this restaurant usually. Maybe a blip.

Way too late, chips bag just wet and ripped chips cold, nann bread sweating in bag not nice only thing that saved it was masala was tasty. Shall not be ordering again

Food tasted beautiful never used this place before but would definitely recommend delivery guy was polite 👌 unfortunately curry lid was not secure so ruined almost everything chips nan etc but fir a fust time orderer I'd definitely recommend. Note to chef check the lid but great food well done

Lovely food, unfortunately my chicken shashlick was a starter not a main course as I had paid for! Also I had ordered a cheese naan but only got a plain one! Put me off ordering again sadly!!

Chicken uncooked with the pakora, pink in the middle, very lucky we noticed before eating! Have got pics!! chicken tikka Massala tasted like sweet and sour, not nice at all.

Fantastic meal! Accidentally misordered one dish, but what I received was fabulous! Delivered within the alloted time span. Really tasty meal and sent complmentary poppadoms and onion yoghurt I didn't order. Amazing ... will definitely order from them again. Thank you so much!

Great food! So glad our house is in this catchment for delivery! Had the mushroom tawa and lamb pathia, masala chips (got a kick!) all delicious, and hot!

Went with a group of friends for a birthday celebration.. it was a Monday night and it was quite quiet..(hense the markdown for atmosphere).. but I imagine it's better during busier times.. the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble... not licensed, so take your own booze.. great night, will defo go back..

This is our go to when over that way. Always best to book as busy. Food is always 1st rate, not over expensive and it's take your own tipple. Love it.

Always had a lovely meal when dining in but the food arrived 2 hours after ordering and 45 mins over the estimated delivery time. We had to call the restaurant twice and the bag containing the food was full of oil that had leaked from the food trays, food was very oily and by the time it arrived it was too late to eat.

Ordered on JustEat and waited over 2 hours. Called 3 times and each time they lied saying it was on the way. Very disappointed, they cancelled order on Just Eat so unable to leave review. Wouldn't recommend.

Wont order again. Very salty to the point i couldnt eat it. Sent wrong items & 2 completely different flavoured chicken in the biriyani. Some pieces still had the spice powder on them as though it hadnt been mixed in fully. Keema rice was biriyani rice & cheesy garlic naan was a plain naan. Very disappointed as was recommended as good and was unedible.

Lovely chicken Balti all the food was spot on. Never had a bad meal from them.

Have been here a few times. When we came with a small party of 6 we had no problems and the food was lovely. They seem to struggle with large parties, and the seating was very snug.

Early so wasn’t in to take it - curry was watery which I wasn’t too fond of but had good spice. They missed a pop off my order so I’m annoyed at my orde

Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for food to be delivered, when I called the restaurant to ask about my order they told me it would be 10 minutes. It took another 30 minutes.

Always great food from here which is why we continue to order. Delivery times can be hit miss but good today. Didn’t get the requested 1x free starter with 2 mains despite selecting it and putting a preference in the additional comments box at the end of the order. If you can’t fulfil it, don’t offer it!
