Great place! Brilliant music-themed decor, and a fab menu, all cooked to order. Lots of live music events. And always a warm welcome.

Had such a lovely time here. The food was incredible! The staff were very accommodating and chatty! Great value for money bottomless brunch! Will definitely return! Thanks guys .

Mostly style, little substance. Basic cafe food, hopefully they improve with time.

Hi went for my birthday lunch ..was absolutely awful...ordered a monte cristro sandwich (which is eggie dipped bread with ham and cheese) bread was wet should off been crispy...then I opened the sandwich and processed cheese was in the the sandwich which went into the bread and each inner side of the bread was a thick layer of again shop brought America yellow mustard which the taste of it made it even worse...did say to the gentleman behind the bar it's not good. Bless him his service was good and asked me what I would like in replacement so I went with the chicken and cheese baguette well the chicken was supermarket mini fillets which had a thin mainbrain running the length off the chicken fillets was again not good ....look if you are going to use chicken cook chicken breasts snd not fillets...you could tell all ingredients was supermarket supplied ...not a good experience..never again ...plus asking for condiments again sachets of s & p and brought a empty jar of vinager. Experience was not good

I was in lichfield having lunch .And my group decided to eat at encore big mistake! A table away from us where saying how cold there food was. OK ant this point I should have said we are off. And sadly I found our food was not only cold but there was it just did not taste great either. So we had paid before we just walked out. Look there are alot of place to eat in lichfield. This place needs to look at it's food prep. It letting the customers down. Hey macdonalds could do better on a bad day .

1st visit today with my 17 year old granddaughter we both loved it it had a very pleasant vibe great background music (not the bump bump bump stuff) staff were lovely and friendly good menu, we enjoyed our lunch and drinks. Child and dog friendly. We shall be visiting again next time we are in Lichfield, definitely our type of place. Recommend without hesitation.

Really nice breakfast only fault is 1 piece of streaky bacon a piece of back bacon would be nicer. My grandchildren wouldn't eat it on their pancakes. So 4.50 for 2 pancakes and a bit of maple syrup is a bit pricey.

Wait time was relatively long for a few sandwiches, but they tasted really good

I'm picky and I was catered to the American food is by a proper home-cooked American and she has awsome pancakes made to order family recipe. And she's a nice lady my wife and I enjoyed the food

It was our first time today coming in to the restaurant, we had a warm greeting. Unfortunately we nearly left as the wait was quite long for food. We eventually got our meals, my husbands was fine mine was quite bland and didn't really have the wow factor, they could make a vegetarian club sandwich more interesting. They didn't ask us if everything was OK. Mixed feelings about the food Unfortunately.

Great music themed decor, very attentive team and varied menu. I requested eggs done a certain way, but they weren't sent out that way. I had a quick word, explained, and it was immediately rectified and replaced. Excellently dealt with and I highly recommend this venue.

Been here a few times now. Breakfast is amazing, sausage is very special. American pancakes are a must try. On another visit, had a Sunday lunch which was lovely. My new favourite eaterie in Lichfield

Outrageously rude singer this evening changing lyrics to offend diverse groups in the audience! Appalling. Hope Encore think twice before booking her again. She really needs to get a little bit more modern.

i am absolutely completely disgraced. the singing act whoever it was was completely old fashioned saying slurs it was absolutely out of order, uninclusive, and i cannot express how completely appalled i was. if these are the types of acts you are hiring, seriously think about supporting a business like this. and the act can seriously consider her life choices and her person as a whole. what a vile vile woman and vile vile place.

The staff were so lovely and friendly, were really accommodating with my food allergy and let us meet the dog! Fabulous atmosphere.

We came for bottomless for a birthday and it was a fabulous experience staff was very friendly food was amazing and so were the cocktails as soon as one was finished they were straight to us taking the next drink order highly recommended iv also been for breakfast here a number of times and it's always been amazing food

Thought we’d try out this new cafe/restaurant. Greeted by friendly staff and we were kindly offered a table quickly. Ordered Philly cheese steak baguette - which was okay. My son said his burger was nice. Some minor improvements - this place could benefit from would be to turn the kitchen extract vent unit on and the fresh air vent unit on - as Whilst I’m all for an authentic experience, i don’t want to be sat in the kitchen. Our eyes hair & clothes all felt the effects of the kitchen smoke/smell and was a relief to get outside to get some fresh air. Secondly it would be advisable to get bottles of tomato sauce and salt and pepper in pots - rather than sharing sachets between us. At over £60 for 4x meals and 4x drinks, you don’t want to be sharing sachets and limited on sauce But 9/10 for effort and service

Lovely friendly staff, popped in on-spec last week, ordered coffees and the french toast with cinnamon and maple syrup, bringing friends back tomorrow to have it again - was delicious :)

It was okay, the band were good. Service was pretty speedy and the staff were nice, though we were charged a couple of different prices. It had a very strange smell, like old cooking oil.

It was late morning. Ordered £8 breakfast. Very disappointing. Eggs had eggshell in them. Half a rasher of streaky bacon. Sausage not freshly cooked. Latte was good & service was relaxed & friendly.

I visited this place on Saturday lunch with my daughter. The whole atmosphere doesn’t really gel, if it’s trying to be a show bar it really should be playing show tunes! Our main issue was the food, my daughter ordered the vegan hot dog and I ordered the halloumi burger. We also ordered some sides. The food was beyond greasy!!! It actually made us both feel quite bloated and sick. The following day I was in bed with a really sore stomach and my daughter spent most of the day on the toilet!! If you like greasy transport cafe style of food then this is the place for you, however if you like healthier food that hasn’t been deep fried to within an inch of life I’d recommend you avoid this place like the plague. My stomach is still sore today, 2 days on!!

Visited for the first time during the Lichfield food festival. Lovely, unique music themed interior. Quality music playing over the house system. Tried drinks and starters and loved them... We can't wait to go again. 🥂🍽️👍🏻

With the welcome and overall amazing service we received I really hoped the food would be good but unfortunately it just wasn’t. £15 for a Philly cheese steak that was just small and bland was such a shame. I would go again as the staff deserve to do well for the service they provide but it would be for drinks not food.

What a lovely place. Lots of tea options! Coffees are amazing and the food is fantastic all cooked fresh to order. Staff are excellent. Offer a breakfast menu as well as a brunch menu. Well worth a visit when in Lichfield!
