Stayed for a musical festival last weekend, and the hotel had only 24 hours notice to prepare for around 150 guests, due to us being cancelled by the Delta Marriot in Warwick the day before, due to it being used as emergency accommodation. Thank you Drayton Manor for going above and beyond in every aspect. Already booked for next year. Beautifully clean, and staff amazing. See you again soon.

Breakfast isn't too great, service is slow. Park is good and well thought out, some of the rides weren't open at opening on this particular visit.

Drayton manor is actually a great hotel, one thing I noted when we where eating breakfast and dinner here is how attentive the staff is! Constantly asking can we help? How is your food etc constant being attentif which is great! The hotel is actually held to a high standard, very well managed with good staff! I stayed in the Thomas Room, not bad it was just very basic with Thomas decor but my kids loved it! However I think a standard room would of been ok as i felt underwhelmed from an adult perspective If your going to the park which is next to the hotel I recommend staying at the hotel, it's just easier and everyone was accomodating, also there's a park at the back of the hotel to!

Had such a fantastic weekend away at the Hotel. So clean and the service was fantastic. So well organised and the staff and turnover of food within the restaurant and breakfast buffet was amazing. Already looking to book to come again. My faith in hotels catering for families has been restored.

When we last stayed here I was impressed in comparison with Merlin operated hotels, but on this occasion we visited after staying at both Blackpool Pleasure Beach hotels and it was quite a disappointment. Free parking is a bonus and the stay and play deal seems good but was actually £40 more than a stay at the very smart BLVD Hotel with free park tickets on Thursday nights. Reception team were friendly and it was useful to have drinks available here although expensive. We visited the park on our first day and we loved Gold Rush and the area around it and Vikings but other areas of the park seemed tired. The price of a very small Caramel slice in the Sodor airport cafe was £4.90 none of the prices screens worked as I never would pay that,Costa is bad enough at about £3.35. Our room was grubby and dated as was the bathroom, but it was quiet, dinner was a disaster, taken to our table and waited 15 mins for our order to be taken but was ignored, they didn't even notice when we left to go into town, which ended up to be a bit of a dump. We won't be returning to Drayton Manor or the hotel, however breakfast was decent and seemed to be managed by a more experienced team

Stayed at the Presidential room, very trendy and luxurious probably the best hotel room you'll find in a theme park

Went here for lunch today. The stone oven pizza, which was a bad ready-made pizza, wasn't even cooked after 40 minutes of waiting (we were the only guests) and the salad tasted of nothing. This was the worst restaurant experience of our entire life. It's a shame that we also had to pay 55 pounds for it. Although we were still hungry, we ate a lot of food. We never do that otherwise. When we reported this back on site, the waiter said “ok” and left. Impressively bad!!!

This is our first time to Drayton Manor Resort and we can not fault any of the theme park staff who made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately the same can not be said about Matt from the hotel restaurant. We headed down for dinner at 6pm to a very EMPTY restaurant and asked for a table of 5 to which Matt said very rudely and abrupt ‘it didn’t matter if I only needed a table for 1 I’d still need to wait an hour’! Puzzled by the empty restaurant I asked why is that? To which he rudely replied I should have made a booking and he can’t just all of a sudden get me a table. Even though the restaurant was empty. His whole attitude absolutely stunk and so I told my family we’d have to find somewhere outside the resort. As we were leaving I heard him tell his colleague “teach them for not booking”. Upset with his attitude I went back to get his name from his colleague to my shock horror to find out he was the manager! As I was leaving I heard the woman say to Matt “I’m sorry I gave him your name” to which he replied “that’s fine I don’t care”. As it turns out the last laugh was ours as we went 7 minutes down the road to a Beefeater and they gave us 25% off with my blue light card due to my work with the ambulance service. On a side note the room was tidy and that bumps up this review to 2*

A wonderful one night stay. Room was spotless and comfortable. Food was good and the staff were exceptional. A particular mention must go to Adam on reception and Ebony and Trinity in the restaurant. I was staying with my adult son who has additional needs and without even asking we were given options to make him far more at ease. This really made a huge difference to our stay and we both felt relaxed in the communal areas. Thank you x

We stayed here for 2 nights last week, I'll start with the good points. We stayed in the Thomas themed room and it was amazing (Although did cost a small fortune) It was clean and had all of the facilities we needed. The staff where very friendly and accommodating and the characters that are there at breakfast and the Viking with the dragon was a big hit with the kids.. Now for the bad points.. The food at breakfast is average not too much to say about it really.. But the food in the restaurant was disgusting! £65 for 2 adults and 2 kids for most of it to be left.. it was very disappointing. A couple of hours after eating my husband and my son ended up quite poorly, throwing up and a very bad stomach! Then we went for the entertainment, wouldn't really call it entertaining.. the first night was a man failing epically to do magic.. then the 2nd night a woman doing the exact same thing but worse.. every trick the man did the night before, she did.. For the price you'd think there'd be some decent entertainment on! We probably wouldn't stay here again other than the location being convenient

We stayed here for 1 night over Easter (2 adults and 3 teenagers). Service was great and friendly. The rooms - interconnecting - were good and comfortable. But....we only had 3 beds not 4. The kids didn't want to share, it wasn't clear on the booking that one room was 2 small doubles. Breakfast was well stocked but the quality was mediocre - which was a shame. We tried to avoid the character breakfast, but Sir Toppam Hat still found us. He was great!! A real crowd pleaser. Location for the theme park obviously is amazing. And only a 10 minute drive into town to find somewhere to eat in the evening.

First time staying in the hotel. Was a nice stay grounds are nice with large play area at the back. Would be lovely to come back in the summer. Staff not too clever. Checked in alone while my partner and son was waiting in the car. He confirmed the room was booked for 2 adults and one child. But when booking the evening meal and breakfast he booked for one person 🤔. Enjoyed our evening meal with kids entertainment in the other room. Vegan Margarita Pizza with pepperoni, message didn't get to the kitchen and had to go back as came with no pepperoni but was soon rectified. Staff at breakfast were lovely. Had to ask if any dairy was in scrambled eggs as my son is lactose intolerant, which there was. They kindly offered to make him his own eggs.

Had an amazing bottomless brunch. Food was top notch and it’s for 2 hours at a great price. The best bit though is the staff, so polite and friendly and no waiting for refills on your drinks. Can’t recommend it enough. We’ve already booked to do it again. Thanks guys xx

Uniquely unmatched! I have been dining at Voujon for 9 years with my husband, in-laws and children. My in-laws have been dining at Voujon much longer and that’s due to their food, staff, atmosphere and service being absolutely 5 stars all round. Their food is of the highest quality EVERY time and nothing like other Bangladeshi/Indian restaurants I have been to. They serve real authentic food that you truly can’t find elsewhere other than at a Bengali/asian home however it’s dished up to the highest standards to serve you like a true guest. Their staff are immensely friendly and take the utmost care of your requests and always go above and beyond. Some of our favourite dishes are the lamb gurka masala, lamb tawa, north Bengali garlic chilli chicken, murgi masala, saagwala, jhinga lasani and my favourite is the royal lamb naga! You’ll have to visit Voujon at least once in your life and experience this for yourself as once you do, you’ll realise you always find yourself comparing other curries to theirs.

A lovely festive lunch with a friend overlooking the cathedral’s side, by natural light and lovely views, just as we requested. The attention to detail was delightful; fast and friendly service in addition. The food was fresh, delicious and generous in terms of portions. Great value too. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.
