Not what it used to be unfortunately. This was a birthday takeout as my partner & children love it, although we haven’t ordered in over 12 months, so we were all really looking forward to it. The pictures show chicken tenders said to have honey bbq on one & mango habanero on the other - as you can see there is very little sauce on either & very dry & inedible chicken. The mash’s original wing sauce is SOOO spicy too which made the children leave their food also. Sad shame for what used to be a great place.

great chicken, well seasoned and juicy. the fries were unsalted so you'd have to add salt to your preferences. the chicken caesar salad was good too, a bit bland tho. The ambience is not really taken care of, the seats and the tables were stained and dirty and they were kids vaping and making noise. overall it was a positive experience, but mext time i'd rather order to go and eat at home.

Everytime I’ve ordered here the wrong stuff arrives and they don’t do anything about it. Not really hard to double check if the correct items are there.

The guy working the counter was very rude and loud.

The cashier tried scaming me for 1 pound and after I got it back, he was very rude to me and told me I couldn't eat inside the place and told me to go outside and after he swore at everyone in there and was very disrespectful.

They cancelled my delivery just before it was due to be prepared. Was a birthday meal with my aunt and uncle who were excited to try after a previous experience I had where food was amazing. This review is for no food arriving and us having to find somewhere else that was prepared to deliver us some food. Won't be ordering food from here again!

Ordered from here for maybe 4 years now. Sad to say thay it's gone very downhill. Every wing sauce is outrageously spicy. Even the lemon and herb?? Don't get me wrong I love spice. I literally grow my own chilli's and import sauces from Mexico. But we ordered 'Herb' wings tonight and 'Mash's original' a few weeks back and both were nearly inedible. This place used to be great. Please be vary of the wings. No matter what you order, seemingly they'll all be very, very hot. J

Felt quite dead inside also the food was alright and was rubbish around when there wasn’t any customers around , came in at a time were I saw a man assumed is the boss as I’ve seen him come and do checks around the takeaway as I waited for my order . I over heard him cuss at a young staff very rudely then he proceeded to give me a dirty stare and it sort of put me off . How you act will impact your customers !

used to be so good, gone downhill ever since they changed the chips and chicken. Don’t me wrong the bbq tenders are still really good but the chips are just very poor.

Came inside this place a week ago and boy was I horrified. Wannabe Gangsters "roadmen" walk around this place in groups of 10 or more making a mess and noise - seems like the owners dont care about this place. The food was below average and is not worth the prices. However the service I recieved from the lad at the front was decent as I was a first time customer he helped me thorougly choose my meal. The interior and decor are faded, disgusting and smell awful - place needs a refurbish. The car park has potholes and large quantities of stones making it near impossible to park in this place without damaging your vehicle. The hygiene in this place is awful, I could barely even sit down without touching dirt etc. I checked this place out online in December 2023 and the hygiene rating was a 1 and they were last inspected October 2023 - however for some reason it is now a hygiene rating of 4/5 which is suspicious because it says publicly they were last inspected January 2024, the issue with this is that health inspection must come MINIMUM every 6 months??????? PLEASE DO NOT come here!!!!

Ordered through Uber eats only half the order came and missed the main part of the order, then when we phoned up they said “can you come and collect” people on the phone were rude and knew they’d missed part of the order out, when we finally got the rest of the order it had been sat that long the drinks had gone warm and bread had gone soggy! Wasn’t even edible £40.00 for nothing. Won’t be using this place again! Don’t even waste your money.

Used to be good. But got food delivered in very poor condition. Very hard chips, not sure if just old or undercooked. We ordered fried and grilled chicken with rice, rice was bland af and both chicken was so chewy and hard, either old or overcooked. Strips were ordered and they were also absolutely vile covered in Frank's hot sauce instead of mashs original sauce. Very very disappointing and will not be ordering ever again. Requested a full refund from uber and just received it now. Highly do not recommend a place with such a lack of care for quality of food.

sharing experience only, we ordered chicken peri wrap, they gave me chicken peri in naan or roti, and it was Very very spicy. I couldn't eat it. even my friend too. and suffered 2 days after eating that spicy food.

My recent experience with Mash's Wing Ranch Oldham through Uber Eats was incredibly disappointing. I placed an order, hoping for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a series of mistakes and frustrations. Firstly, I ordered shrimp with a portion of chips. However, when the order arrived, the portion of shrimp was shockingly small for the price they charged. It felt like a complete rip-off, as the value simply did not match the cost. To make matters worse, the chips were missing entirely from my order. It was disheartening to receive a meal that was incomplete and not as advertised. Additionally, I ordered 12 wings with the original sauce and chips, and this part of the order was correct. However, the problem arose when I received 6 wings with a different sauce than the one I had requested. It was clear that they had made an error, and it left me unsatisfied with the taste and flavor of the wings. It's disappointing when a restaurant cannot fulfill such a basic request, especially when it directly affects the enjoyment of the meal. Furthermore, the two soft drinks that accompanied the order were delivered warm, which is simply unacceptable. It's a basic expectation that beverages should be properly chilled, particularly when ordering through a delivery service. The lack of attention to this detail was frustrating and diminished the overall experience. In an attempt to address the issues, I reached out to the restaurant directly. However, their customer service was utterly disappointing. They left me on hold for a frustrating 16 minutes, wasting my time and testing my patience. To add insult to injury, they eventually hung up on me without even attempting to address the problems I had encountered. It was an unprofessional and disrespectful way to treat a customer seeking resolution. Fortunately, Uber Eats was responsive and refunded me for the portion of chips and the 6 wings with the wrong sauce. However, it should not have been necessary to involve a third-party delivery platform for a resolution. The restaurant should have taken responsibility and rectified the situation promptly. Overall, my experience with Mash's Wing Ranch Oldham through Uber Eats was highly unsatisfactory. The shrimp portion was unreasonably small for the price, the chips were missing, the order included wings with the wrong sauce, the soft drinks were warm, and the customer service from the restaurant was abysmal. It's disappointing to encounter such a lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend relying on this take away for a positive dining experience, especially when there are alternative options available that prioritize quality and customer service.

Fodder was great. Reasonable prices as well. I would recommend anyone trying this place. Also make sure you try the nacho loaded fries

Great price for the meals, tasty and unique food when compared to takeaways on union Street. I recommend the 'Stinger' burger meal. Also the Cheese filly steak is very juicy and scrumptious 😉. They give a lot of chips too with their meals.

Ordered thru Uber eats app as they had 50% off on selected menu items and meat is all Halal. Food was absolutely loaded with flavour. Wings were tender, charred, and were dipping with flavour. Loved their cheese steak wrap. Couldn't finish it on my own. Amazing spice level. Will definitely order again

Good quality ingredients which make a difference from other takeaways. There's some really good meals and every order we have had delivered seems to have love taken to prepare it. I think once you try it you will definitely order again!

£31 for a chicken burger meal which was soggy 2 hotdogs with the smallest amount of filling and 12 shrimp (small prawns out of a bag )in batter well overrated the best part was the sauce and the can of tango

This place used to be so good and I’ve ordered from here multiple times via Uber Eats. Recently however, it’s gone massively downhill. Ordered The Stinger Burger and after a few bites of it, bit straight into a BONE. The menu claims the burger uses chicken breast, so where’d the bone come from? Definitely not chicken breast - more like very dry, stringy wing or thigh meat - overcooked and over salted. Incredibly misleading and poses a food safety issue. So unbelievably disappointed and it’s put me completely off the rest of my food and from ordering from here ever again.

Absolutely shocking. Spent over £80 pound on food.. half of the items were missed. Rang up straight away, to a little boy on the phone to claimed that the driver will send over the food in the next hour.. never came. completely unprofessional. Will never order from here again. Shame you lost a valuable customer.

Ordered half chicken was supposed to come with coleslaw and flat bread which it didnt come with any, ordered loaded nacho fries which was £7 literally just chips with abit of cheese on it so not worth it and dissapointing! The sauce i paid for which i also told them non spicy so they sent me 1 small spicy sauce. Dont recommend. To say id have paid over £15 for this meal it was so not worth it to say the least and very dissapointing. 2022

Ordered the mixed platter, didn’t come as listed (no coleslaw) and was freezing cold when delivered. Ordered the herb dressing and the chicken had a VERY spicy sauce on it. Do not order if you don’t like spicy food! Overall it was a disappointing meal. Will not be ordering again!

Just a heads up if you plan on ordering the philly cheese steak, ask them to not add the hot sauce if you dont like really spicy food, I do love spicy food but it was to spicy. Wanted a cheese filly steak today. I asked the lad serving me ‘there is no mayo in this right’ he assured me there was not. I even said, okay please make sure there is no mayo. If you’re going to charge me £8 for a meal, the least u can do is take note of what i ask. They put so much mayonaise inside my meal it was disgusting. I feel sick to my stomach at what I’d taken home. Never going back again.

Some food is old and not always fresh

Reheated chips, no napkins in the bag and never a friendly face for customer's. Since I gave birth during 'lockdown' I have been a frequent customer, you could say I was a captive audience as this area is so bad... but not as bad as the chips from this place. If it wasn't for the burgers I wouldn't bother. I only come here cause it's local. I don't come cause its cheap, because it's not, unlike the chips... PS the milkshake machine has only been broken for the past year!

I am very disappointed with they food. My children wanted to try it out. I got stinger burger meal. Plus a pillys steak meal, plus 2 chicken burgers meals. Less than average food. I would give 0 start if I could. Where shall I start. Philly steak they sauce smelled so bad some thing out of a bottle. The burgers was big fail. They was so dry. Never going to order from these guys again.

Quite disappointed with the food. The wings were tiny and nothing special (not worth it either). The burgers were extremely dry and the meat was really chewy...it was a struggle swalling it. The only thing that was decent was the fries. I do not recommend.

Me and my friends have been ordering from here for years. My order has never been wrong, cold or horrible. The food is great, its different from the big brands out there. The menu isnt to big and you get a wide range to choose from.

I ordered from this place via Uber Eats. I got my food within half an hour to 45 minutes which is decent. I ordered the Cheese Philly steak hoagie combo and six shrimps combo. Plus some sides. The food was borderline cold and the shrimps were so ridiculously tiny. Not worth the £5.69 they are charging for that meal. The cheese Philly steak hoagie was okay if they didn’t stuff half the sub with lettuce and the nacho sauce was bare minimum. Regardless, it was edible and I didn’t have many options at 10:30pm. p.s the jalapeño nuggets were 5 star. The only thing I enjoyed. Doubt I will be ordering from here again though.

Good price with decent portions

Have to try the Philly Chicken/steak sub its amazing and one of the most popular items there. BUT if Its not popular, like Philly sub or tender strips l, its probably not worth getting. The mini burgers I got had stale buns probably because the mini buns are not ordered often. The burger my friend had got a very small chicken breast patty.

The food here is insanely nice! The chicken tenders are to die for, and the steak and cheese hoagie is EPIC. The chicken in a tray with the salad and bread is such good value and all super-tasty. Unfortunately we have to pay nearly £4 for delivery and then there's a service fee on top of that, which puts us off ordering more often than we do, but the food has never once been a disappointment.

The philly cheese steak sub with cheese chips is amazing, the blazing hot chicken tenders are also out of this world. Have never been disappointed with food from here and we eat here regularly.
