Estuvimos para un almuerzo ligero. Pedimos Falafel, Hoummos, Tikka Kebbab y fruta fresca. Comida de buen sabor, particularmente el hoummos. La atención buena, un tanto demorada, pese a no estar muy lleno. El local es básico y funcional. Es una buena opción para una comida o cena informal, probando algo distinto.

Family friendly! Delicious food. Humus, Baba Ganoush, Lentil Soup, and Eggplant Stew. And freshly made Iraqi pita: made while they prepare your order!

Didn’t want to cook so I decided to try Masgouf as I had read some good reviews & I live very close by. I booked in advance & was there at 1.30 on the Sunday . I asked what the special dish of the day was. I was told that the chef had arrived late & the dish of the day would not be ready for another hour or two. I ordered an Iraqi specialty Kouzi, which was tasteless, had no seasoning not even salt. It was dry rice with barely a touch of saffron & unseasoned but tender lamb (which is why I gave 3 rather than 2 stars) . I ate only because I didn’t want to send the food back & I didn’t want to go home & cook. Pity because it’s my local & I would have been a regular. However I like tasty food not totally bland & I expected more flavour & taste. Disappointing.

Wonderful, tasty Iraqi restaurant serving mostly meat and fish stews and grills. We really enjoyed the meze starter and also the kouzi which is like the Iraqi version of lamb shanks. The meat was beautifully flavoursome and tender but we also had a vegetarian in our group and she was delighted with her aubergine dish too. Highly recommended.

This is the best non veg restaurant in Kensington , London Everything served here is halal. You can try randomly any dish and I say that you will fall in love with the taste. So many different variety of non veg dishes from Chichen, Mutton and Fish. Stew fish, Chicken Khabsa, Mutton Khabsa are my favourite. Not to forget their milk sweet Halawa is just awesome.

The food was very good, the meat tender and the sauces full of flavour. We shared all the dishes and found that you didn’t get much meat in each bowl. Considering the cost of nearly £20 a dish. It really spoilt what would have been a great meal. The staff were great, attentive but no5 overbearing.

I had a kebab there which was very good . Even the service was very good. But the strange part was that it lacked Iraqi staff. Only the chef was Iraqi

This restaurant looked inviting, so we dropped in for lunch. We hadn't planned or booked; just saw it in passing. The place was full, with only a couple of 'western' people there, which we took as a really good sign. The food was passable and quite tasty, but not quite what we expected with regards to 'sides' and garnishes: some sort of sauce, or even yoghurt, with the meats would have been good. Where we felt out of place was with the service. We had to repeatedly ask where drinks were, or when could we pay the bill, but those diners who were more 'local to the cuisine' had no such problems. I don't wish to sound racist, but that's how we felt we were treated. Having said that, I would be happy to give this restaurant another go next time I am in the vicinity.

This casual restaurant has a variety of dishes that satisfied us. It is a good place for a basic meal. The restaurant recommends 3-4 dishes per person but we found that 4 dishes was enough for the 2 of us.

I visited wraps and wings for the first time and quite frankly was amazed! The decor is pretty much your standard modern burger joint going for the modern rustic look which works perfectly well. We ordered 3 portions of wings (5wings in a portion): Gochujang, Tai Pai and the BBQ Caribbean Jerk. We also ordered the Cheesy Chips and Garlic Butter fries topped with Parmesan Cheese. This all came to approximately £14.50 which was a good price considering the vast amount of food we ordered. After ordering the service was astonishingly quick as we only waited 10 mins for our food! All 3 wings had a lovely, generous coating of sauce which stuck to the batter/skin very nicely. However, one small improvement that would need to be made is to make the batter/skin of the wings a little bit crispy just to give a contrast to the soft, juicy, succulent meat. The Tai Pai wing is a homage to the Chinese sweet and sour chicken, the lovely thing about the flavour of the sauce is that it is not overpoweringly sweet which for me is a big let down but the balance was just right! The Gochujang wings were my favourite as it is spicy but not as spicy as one would think due to the acute sweet taste the sauce has. The spice gives the wing a nice kick to it, I would like to think of this wing as a spicy BBQ wing that is red! Lastly the BBQ Caribbean Jerk, this was nice but was predominantly your standard BBQ wing which was lovely nonetheless. The fries - the garlic butter fries were delicious as they were fried twice and had lashings of Parmesan cheese which tasted great along side the warm garlic flavour giving it a pleasant tangy flavour. The Cheesy chips were covered bountifully in cheese which was nicely melted and spread across all the chips which was great as the warmth of the freshly melted cheese warmed us up as it was very cold in the house! Overall taking the service, pricing, quality of food and portion size in to consideration I will have to give Wraps and Wings a 8/10. Great speedy service, delicious food and you really do get your money's worth! I will be back Wraps and Wings for your Gochujang wings!!
