Got a kebab from here last night for the first time and it was BOGGING. That bad that I threw up after half a dozen bites. Needs an investigation by health and safety. Completely disgusting.

Dry food, mega expensive and probably the worst ice cream we have ever had. Defo better nearer, pity we stopped here.

Disappointed. Delivery was slow. Pakora overcooked. Chips stone cold. Curry was average. Rice was tasty as was the naan. Salad a rather strange colour.

Shawarma wrap in the chapati it class, donner meat is really good too.

I was visiting Hamilton from Aberdeen on Friday 18th November, I placed an order to Masala Takeaway through Deliveroo at 11.45 pm to be delivered at 00.35 Hours, 01.00 am passes and no sign of delivery, I message deliveroo and ask where my order is, I am at the window looking for a car / delivery but at 02.00 am still no delivery, no missed calls, no knock-on door. I again message Deliveroo and highlight that I have not received my order from Masala. I called Masala the next day, I tried to explain to them about the order, the guy I spoke with hung the phone up on me. I am a long-time customer of Deliveroo, and they have just mailed me to say that Masala delivered the order and that they would not be making a refund to me. I would not recommend Masala for any order online, also I would not recommend using Deliveroo if this is how they treat their customers. Message to Masala Takeaway, things must be really bad if you want to steal £21.49 from a customer.

I’m a kebab guy and the kebabs out of here are the best in Hamilton. Proper Quality Donner meat. Great prices too for what you get. I’m a regular and feel my business is appreciated. Would recommend.

We've now had several chicken kebabs, mixed kebabs and curries and every time the quality of chicken is far better than any other place. Food is delicious and service couldn't be better.

Brilliant food every time. Masalas lamb is one of the best in Hamilton. And makes our chicken tikka Baltic extra hot for us.

The owner is very arrogant. And was very rude when calling about order. Proceeded too say his driver didn't start until 5, even though nothing was stated on website about start time.This was 1hr after order being placed. 1st time ordered , definitely the last. Even told me too **** off. He has no customer relation , very rude man. Advise definitely stay clear .

By far the best takeaway in Lanarkshire. I've had a number of things off the menu and everything is brilliant. Definitely recommend the masala special king kebab

Been eating here since the new owner took over and have always enjoyed the food.

Absolutely shocking, had ordered a delivery from Scoffable which was subsequently cancelled as the takeaway was busy however I was not informed of this until I had phoned to enquire about my order the person who answered the phone could not care less about the utterly shocking service that had been provided on top of that my refund will not be processed for 5 working days !!!!! Now have to order elsewhere on top of being £20 down for the next week. Absolutely disgrace I would strongly recommend people to avoid this dive like the plague

Dying to try this food was terrible chicken tikka chasni calzone tastes like nothing went in the bin it was burnt at bottom, 12 inch munchie box never got touched it was brick hard, then to be told it was extra for nan bread waste of £21 then £2 delivery what a waste.
