Chillies Takeaway in South Lanarkshire

The pizza was extremely dry and tasted wrong on so many levels. We threw the rest of the pizza in thd bucket. My husband and I woke up the following day with sore stomach's. NEVER AGAIN!!

Moved to this country from South Africa and have never had a better pizza then the ones they makes. My whole family obsessed with them and all ways order pizza when come down to lanark. I would one hundred pricent recommend there pizza. As well they are quick when making them and the quality is fantastic, plus with an Atmosphere that your one of the famliy what else can you ask for😁👍

What a nightmare, ordered a meal deal for two and a pizza, order arrived without the pizza, popadoms and the wrong curry, poor delivery guy said he would bring the pizza, which he did🫢but said the owner would deliver the right curry, over an hour later we were still waiting so obviously the rest of the meals was freezing and not worth eating, asked for a refund and were refused said the curry would be delivered within 5 minutes, was around another half hour, will never use again, really disappointed, considering we order from here at least once a week

Yeah I got a free pizza because they delivered it to the wrong place hope whoever it was got their Hawaiian LOL

Their curry sauces are as good as any restaurant I've been to. 👏

Food not consistent Both quality and amount charged varies every time I go

2 hours late l, ordered when opened and just now at 7 arrived, also reordered previous order which arrived with missing item

So I had ordered 2 chips cheese n donner Bbq base pizza with chicken n red onion, Chicken tikka wrap lettuce n Mayo 3 tubs off mild sauce and a cheese n garlic pizza brought it all home to find it was all wrong n no base sauce on the pizza n no red onion on it, No Mayo in the wrap n chips weren’t cooked properly the cheese on the garlic pizza was burnt, And tasteless.. Called them up to complain n waited nearly 2 hours for more food to arrive as they were kind enough to make it all again and deliver it, ( didn’t expect to have been waiting that long right enough) For it to arrive cold this time and not good at all!!! Been going here for months and months and it’s always been amazing but tonight was an absolute joke very very disappointed chillies!! waste off nrly £40

Chillies is hands down the best takeaway. I have been struggling to eat for the last few days and they gladly helped me out with dinner without making me feel embarrassed or degraded.

Wee ordered Ower dinner at 10.40 never arrived so phone back up to ask the that put us on hold then say give us 10 mins then thay phone us up asking if paying cash or card then say give us ten minutes

Best place 'love the spicy mince pizza with garlic dip absolute brilliant and food always hot .love the green salad box £1.50 has chopped green chilli .onions peppers ,tomatoes.lettuce.cucumber .always plenty of leftover foods well and truly brilliant portions .i don’t go anywhere else for my foods when getting takeaway 👌😀

Always very friendly service and great food! I made a mistake on a pizza order tonight and was missing a portion of chips, they sent the chips and another pizza free of charge and let me keep the other. You guys are saviours! Very quick delivery as well and lovely delivery staff. Thanks Chillies :)

Nice food, big portions. I can never eat all the pakora. the staff are friendly and will chat away with you as the food is prepared.

Good restaurant quick delivery good menu

Taken nearly 3 hours to come was stone cold and they forgot my kebab meat and that’s still not here nearly 4 hours late

Have tried this place 2 times now, both times the food came hot and relatively fast it has good selection on the menu and the food is tasty. It's now 1 of our preferred go to takeaways.

Chicken tikka masala was first class!

Very easy to order in the Scoffable App, food was delivered quickly and hot. The Pizzas were really good, as was the Pakora. Enjoyed it all. We'll be regular customers I think.

Ordered a south indian garlic chillie and it was lovely! I haven't had a good curry in the area for ages so i think i've found my new place.

Ordered from here twice both times order is incorrect now they have taken their phone off the hook I have 1 person with no dinner and we do not stay local. He even re read the order to me I won't be back and I will be in for a refund as it was disgusting anyway only nice thing was the poppadoms

Only eating theera few times was ok but could been doing with being cooked a little bit longer but maybe that is just me I like most of my food well done

Friendly staff and delicious food. Mixed kebab is amazing.

Have no clue of how to time an order. A simple 3 dish order, 2 dishes with chips made first and left on the counter while pizza in the oven, pizza removed put in box to be put back in oven an the chips still on counter getting cold. If you're not paying attention they have no clue. Won't be back.

Its a clean and busy place, the staff are polite, the food is better than other indian takeaways in this locality.

Decent Food Horrific Deliivery Service And Ignorant Staff

Ordered food at 17:00 and told 45 minutes for delivery Called at 18:15 to be told it’s been sitting waiting to be sent out Called back at 18:45 to be told it’s still sat waiting to be sent out Cancelled the order. 1 hour 45 for two curries is a joke and for it to be sat waiting that longs just worse

What a bunch of muppets. Messed up our order again! Ordered a curry and a tray of kabab meet, should be simple! Asked for sauce on the kabab meet and an extra tub of sauce. After repeating several time to the Indian call Centre, they eventually got it right. They even read the order back. Amazingly when the order arrived they had forgot the sauce and the extra sauce . Kabab with no sauce not that great so we called to advise they had messed up. Yet again we had to talk to Indian call centre and explain several times! Bloody idiot said not to worry, we will deduct from next order. Sorry there won’t be a next order I want my sauce for kebab tonight. Next time I will phone for an English!

Called to place order, asked to hold on, took three orders via another telephone (heard the telephone number and address being asked for). Waited on the phone for 6 minutes, only for them to hang up the phone. Terrible customer service! Won’t be calling back.
