Been using this takeaway for a few months and it's always been great apart from a watery madras once. Our meal this time was poor compared to the usual high standard. Once again the madras was runny and had little taste , the vindaloo which as usual I requested to be extra extra hot with fresh green chillis wasn't hot at all and had no chillis. Whilst the tandoori chicken on the pizza was lovely there was little sign of anything else on it, certainly not the extra chillis and onions I paid for. I liked this Indian so much that I recommended it to friends and family.

These guys are brilliant super friendly, food tastes great everytime we have had it. They even let us be difficult and bring back the same boxes not to waste plastic I highly recommend

The food is awful...too much sugar in chicken tikka masala..that's the way you really prepare a chicken tikka masala 🤮🤮🤮 made me vomit after 10 mins of consuming 🤮🤮🤮

Disgusted. Had to wait over an hour for my food and once it came i found PLASTIC in my pizza, it seemed to be a plastic tab from a tub however this could’ve been a serious risk to health. luckily i threw the pizza away after this as i deemed it inedible. This is disgusting service.

Order food from here as i wanted to try somthing different. They said it will arrive in 40 mins and came before that so i was very happy now the food was lovley also hot the currys were cook on point, pizza was so nice as the doe and topping ware on point..... me and the family enjoyed the food and was very nice. must try these guys

Had to wait a long time to order food. Didn't like all the children running around the kitchen and back area. On the plus side the food was really nice.

Ordered first time. One donner special pizza and vegetarian spicy pizza. The food taste and quality was poor. Experienced stomach cramps after eating. Wont be ordering from here again

Had to wait for my order, but only due to them just opening when I got there. Cannot complain about the food, as there was more in the take away than I expected.

Just received our order the curry had leaked out all over the rest of the food think they were to tight to use another bag the food was bland and tasteless have to say that is the worse curry ever think I would have had more flavour if I had brought a jar of curry from sainsbury

Amazing lamb chops and loved how there was a mint sauce side definitely buying this again. Delivery took a bit but overall good food

Shocking service! On ordering told between 40min- 1hr, no worries. (At 6.18pm) Giving them clear directions how to find us ! waited 1hr 40 minutes to tell me that their driver was on their way and looking for our driveway , I decided to stand outside on main road looking for driver for 20 minutes and calling them many times to tell us he’s on his way! After many many calls food arrived, cold and not the great at all ! . My Advice is update your sat navigation system at least !!

Came over 1 hour late. Small portion sizes and put loads of sugar in the tikka masala tasted awful. I definitely dont recommend going here

Been using prems for years brilliant service and food. Had a takeaway the last few weeks and always having to ring for missing food. Last night was the last time we order can't complain about the food still very nice but service is poor. From point of order to finally getting all of what we ordered took 2 hours wanted to eat as a family but couldn't and when missing items arrived food was cold. Complains to delivery driver and he didn't care told him that's the last time we will order an just walked off.

Cannot do what they say,over an hour,food missing,as a family every1 something missing ,and why say we will bring it when food going cold,late for bed,I will not order again and included my place of work,as that is a big order,,,that u have lost. When was press it was great massala,no ,and the kebabs now greasy. It's a big no from me

Ask for desi style not Asda style tastless no spice or chilly, only got what looked celery, stick wont be going back

Took ages to order on the app, the food was mediocre, my chicken breast was more like a pigeon breast, undercooked rice, I miss prems, amazing takeaway, I'll be going elsewhere from now on, rang them to complain, very rude, I'm still hungry, what a waste of money, hopefully they'll sort stuff out, such a shame

You can’t order on Deliveroo like it says too as states not taking orders & the website detailed in the brand new flyer posted through the door is also not available & invalid !!!! Great start 🙄
