Worst chicken place and chicken was undercooked but raw on inside and burger to bad not taste no good flavour and chips too salty I hate it kfc if better than this

Today I ordered 4 burgers and 5 boxes of chips. Trust me I get this order in 2 minutes with very fast service. They serve customers with a beautiful smile.

When I ordered I gave a SPECIFIC NOTE IT SAID NO MAYO I'm severally allergic to eggs and the amount of mayo could've killed me THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED I'M SO DISAPPOINTED ON HOW DIRTY IT IS IN THAT PLACE FOOD EVERYWHERE PLUS THE CHIPS WHERE COLD IT TOOK ONLY 40 MINUTES TO GET HERE SO I ONLY AT CHIPS AND MY TEARS

The food taste so bad, it made me vomit 2 times, the people there seemed annoyed at our presence and the customers all seemed depressed and lonlet

Amazing fries and burger, everything is halal and in affordable prices

Positive number 1: The fries were nice. The chicken though is the opposite. Loads done in cooker which is never a good sign. Hence when I had it, it was dry, the coating was a mixture of soft and hard and didn’t taste great. Oh and it’s cash only which is another positive. As Cash is King (ex Queen!)

30-05-2024 "There is a boy in this shop, his name is Eslan. I love his smile and quick service. It's amazing trust me I go 3 to 4 times a week for this guy. He is courteous and provides superior service with a beautiful smile. The service is very fast and the food is very cheap, delicious.

Today @ 21:30 25 March 2024 the customer service this guy to has shift did not tell me his name is very very rude. I came to eat with family peacefully and was not peaceful at all.No basic customer services

Serves me meal with no meat. Disappointed as I was so hungry been running around doing errands all afternoon. Poor customer service, maybe they need to wake up and stop slacking at work. I could have sworn he also short changed me too. Awful experience

Food was terrible chips cold and chicken strip burger was cold. I think it's been sat there for like 1 hour, chips also taste like cardboard.

I just went to get a burger. The first thing one of the guy who said CASH ONLY. There a lady walked in and she wanted to order food and one of the staff came to serve her, she was trying to speak but the staff was was kinda shouting at her to push her. I realised that she stutters by now now this staff started shouting at her that why don't u order. I told him that this lady stutters be patient with her but this guy was very unprofessional and rude. Telling me to take ur order and walk and he didn't serve her while I was there

I asked for a plain chicken burger and a Pepsi and I got a passion fruit rubicon and a mayo burger. What the actual hell

-food was ok and cheap -service was pretty fast -not a lot of seating -I recommend students going there but don’t expect anything special

The most rude and ignorant staff I have ever saw in any restaurant that I have ever been to. The guy is very rude and abusive and very threatening and he asked me if I want to meet him outside his Maryland chicken shop to fight him just imagine that.I forgot to add that this all about him asking for cash only. and the way he asked for cash was RUDE

The staff are so rude especially the man at their counter he started talking in his language and laughing at me with the other staff. He gave me back my money and said I will show you what rude is he then said you will not get the wings go out after he had said its cash only and I reached out for my wallet to take money then he called then next customer behind me

Just another average chicken shop in Leicester. Found the food to be okayish. Chicken felt stale and the chips felt undercooked. Pros: Pocket friendly+ Halal Cons: Cash only

I learnt very quickly to watch them do my order, as if not watching they don't give you the full order you placed, and if you don't find out till after you have left the shop, then there's nothing can be done about it, this has happened so many times now, plus the looks the woman staff give you, if looks could kill I'd be dead over and over again, many a times I've had to repeat myself when placing an order, the woman just look right through you and don't listen and talk about rude and bad manners, and since I saw a member of staff picking there nose, with gloves on might I add, I definitely won't be going there again.

A particular male staff in Charles street maryland is very nasty. He is short statured. He has been in that shop for a good while but poor representation as he is rude and always out to cheat .Will never visit again. I give this zero star

Burger was too salty and they gave me the wrong drink despite me asking for a different one.

Worst customer service experience!

I Order meal 20 spicy wings and chips and 4steak burgers . Burgers was so cold any the wings don’t have any flavour.

I can't give 0 stars if I could I would. These guys are absolutely useless. Such rubbish service and over inflated prices. You spend money and expect to get what you paid for. Hey home and there's missing fries for one of the meals. Avoid this branch, actually avoid all of the branches these guys should be avoided

It's stupid service. Specially the gui who had small here. He keeps black earphone and talking with his friends when serving customers. It's cheaper but doesn't mean you will serve customer your own way.

My 16 year old nephew visited this chicken shack today and your staff threatened him over the counter after they gave my nephew the wrong change. Disgusting behaviour by your employee's, good job I don't live in Leicester.

Value for money... went to buy family meal for 7.99. 2x mini strip burgers 3 x chicken pics with fries and 4 wings. Not sure about the huygine standards as looked very messy operation.

Poor customer service food served cold

Such a DISAPPOINTMENT. I order a supreme burger meal and a guy named Sam uses his BARE HANDS to assemble the burger despite their being tongs right next to him. This was disgusting as he was handling money and touching both the dirty counter and greasy serving handles. I asked him why he isn’t wearing gloves while handling the food and he said that none of the employees do, despite the fact that the cashier who was standing right next to him was clearly wearing gloves. I asked why the cashier is wearing gloves but everyone else isn’t and he said it’s because the cashier had injured his hands. I then proceed to walk out of the restaurant abd with my back turned I hear them both laugh. Evidently they found something amusing. I stood outside the restaurant and checked the Maryland Chicken website to see if they have and policies available to view and they didn’t. I then walked back into the shop and demanded a refund and Sam said he couldn’t as I had walked out of the shop. I then asked if I could speak to the manager and he said that he was the manager. I didn’t see anything on his uniform that indicated that he was the manger so I asked for proof and he said that he doesn’t need to prove to me that he is the manager and that if I have a complaint to make them I should contact the council! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HERE AS IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT HAVE ANY REGARD FOR CUSTOMERS AND WILL DOWNRIGHT LIE TO YOUR FACE.
