Very quick delivery and the food was very nice , probably the best meat samosas within the West Midlands.

Drinks missing from my Order - 2×500ml Coke. 1×330ml Pepsi.

The food was cold so we only eat some than throw it away

Portions of donor were generous, naan was too hard in the middle could only eat the edges. I did ask for salad and extra onions but lettuce was just 2 strips, 2 half cucumber slices a few onions no extra, disappointing as I enjoy salad with donner.

Lovely food. Been many times. Only criticism is that I think they put the lettuce on the hot food too early cause it’s too hot but that’s only a minor point. Just say no lettuce.

Really upset and disgusted by their service i have been ordering food from here for delivery regularly and today i was spoken to really rudely by one of their staff members no professionalism worst service despite being a regular customer he cut me off after just asking what chicken pieces he can put in i will never order from here anymore totally avoid them dont buy from these rude and arrogant people.

First time I’ve used this place on a afternoon and it will be the last , fish tasted nice but the batter was soggy, curry sauce is nice but the chips were terrible dry hard looked like they were left over from last night totally inedible, such a shame they can’t get takeout orders right .

Driver went all over the place, according to the trace map, when he did eventually arrive he didn't have an insulated bag handed my food out if a shopping bag. Stone cold so I threw it away.

Chicken fillet burger is gorgeous. Had it three times now always nice. Masala fish also gorgeous. Does have a spice in places but still good.

The food was really good and early still hot unlike other orders iv had elsewhere 100% I would order from here again and the only delivery guy that has brought the food to my door as I live in a flat I normally have to go down to the main entrance of the block of flats very nice food I would say good value for the money I spent massive well done marsh hill chippy thank you from me and my nephew

Food is very nice, and at a good price. Always cooked fresh. I enjoy their crispy batter. One of the staff can seem doleful at times, but when you get to know him, he's a nice person.

Apparently there was no driver available, then she took forever to arrive hence food was freezing and she would not come into the building, 2nd time in a month, we live on 1st floor of a 3 storey building

After almost a year of ordering from Marsh Hill Chippy, I can safely say that the food appears to be hit and miss. I don't like ordering from Uber Eats as I've noticed the food just isn't as good. The fish and chips texture is not as crispy or has as much salt and vinegar while if I order full price, I feel the staff put more effort into the food. I also found the customer service is decent. I say decent as the staff try their best to ensure customers are happy but they do not go above and beyond for you. It isn't that kind of establishment which is fine by me. I'm not expecting 5 star service so I don't mind too much. Overall, this place is the only halal place within walking distance to where I live so as long as the food continues to be good and the prices fair, myself and my family will continue eating.

The food was completely cold. I refused to accept it but the driver said to keep it but I explained that I made a request for a refund. He said that I would still get a refund. Most of the drivers don't know the areas and cannot speak English or little of it.

I was missing half my order and they don't take note of any requests! I asked for all well cooked and crispy, the doner meat was under cooked and what i received was soggy

I brought some sheesh kebabs from here. They were beautiful, amazing. They were made fresh and cooked to perfection.

Absolutely appalling food the quality, the taste! Save your money and yourselves a upset stomach, the masala fish and chicken nibblets didn’t smell right, the chicken and mushroom pie was literally like a rock! We just about managed to cut into it!! A to waste of money all went into the bin! It’s a shame really as the shop is located in a good area, the workers in the shop don’t really seem like they know what to do, I’ve seen just eat drivers sitting eating food in the shop while the order(s) they’ve come to collect are sat on the shop floor next to the just eat delivery bag getting cold!! I just don’t understand why people open food places and they hygiene and food standard are so low?!! We for one will not be ordering from here again!
