Maroush Park Royal in Brent

We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday with a group of 35 persons. The service was exceptional, especially Mohammed. He took care of us all and pampered us with his Tunisian accent and hospitality. And Hassan, the manager, was absolute Lebanese class. I would never go anywhere else for any gathering or celebration. The live music was classic and awesome and the food was out of this world and worth every penny. Maroush standards as always.

It’s the most dreadful Lebanese food I’ve had in London in 30 years. Whether because it was Sunday lunchtime or the waiting staff don’t care. But really is the worst food I have really had in any of the different branches of this restaurant chain. The waitress finally admitted that the bread was old and could not be reheated otherwise it would harden.! And the rest of the food was so disappointing. It was only possible to eat the salad. We didn’t even bother to take the food leftover to home because it was so awful. Really disappointing considering there are some very good Lebanese restaurants in Park Royal which are substantially better than this one. Give this place a big avoid.

We love the food and the friendly staff at this restaurant. It is a happy place where we go over and over again. One thing which lets it down terribly is the noise of chairs dragging on stone floors when customers want to sit down or get up. It’s unbearable. The management could easily and inexpensively fix this issue by attaching felt discs to the chair legs, available from IKEA or Amazon. Done!

This is such a lovely restaurant! Fantastic customer service from the old guy! Everything we ordered was amazing and delicious. Lovely atmosphere felt like we was on holiday. Live music was fab too! Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family! Will definitely be coming back again!
