Gone downhill Food and service used to be amazing for fairly affordable prices and staff was extremely friendly Now staff, food and service are worse. Staff are very blunt and aren't as friendly, food is sub par and is usually without flavour and some parts of our orders are missing and we only find out once we get home as everything is double wrapped.

If you want amazing food and friendly service go here! All their food is incredible from kebabs to fish and chips! And value for money too!

Sorry but won't be ordering again. About the worst kebab I've ever had what on earth happened, used to be so good! Chicken was grey and slimy with gristley bits, chips luke warm and loads of bits I couldn't eat.

I used to use this takeaway every week. I can honestly say that before the new owners took over, they were the nicest kebabs and fish in Ipswich. Now. Utter rubbish. The last kebab I has was cold greasy and the chilli sauce was disgusting. Until someone else takes it over, I will not be darkening their door.

Use to eat here often. Not no more. Gone right down hill and I’m not the only local to say so. Got chips today while out at the park and they where so dry, cold and old. How could you honestly sever that to customers? Never again and will be warning others to not come here. Didn’t seem like the same owners. Maybe new owners and would make sense as food is disgusting now. Zero stars.

Excellent quality. Great range for meat eaters and vegetarians. Kebab, burgers, fish and chips and pizza. We have gone here a lot. What is going on with the new menu prices though. Much more expensive than others, used to be good value here. £30 for kebab feast one, was £14.50 not long ago and is increasing from £17.50 to £30. Very big change.

This place used to be really good, but not so much anymore, numerous times I’ve had several things missing from my order and not really too much you can do about it. The quality of the food has also gone down hill, nothing special I’m going to find another kebab shop to try.

Never had a problem with this shop before, always good quality, until now, waited for an hour and 20 minutes, when we finally had our food delivered, it was cold, soggy and uneatable.

It's really bad food It's not cooked fresh I don't know how long they're supposed to leave sausages in the warmer after cooking but ours were cold after a 3 minute drive home It's not the first time either some chips cooked others not how is that done in the same portion so no more for us see ya for the last time.

I am lost for words.i ordered 2 chicken doner and they fired up a big nice chicken doner and then served me up old meat heated in a dish floating on water all small dried up pieces a load of slop we put it all in the bin we paid good money we expect better than this we will not be back

Shame I had to even give one star. Waited 2 hours for food. Called twice to find out where it was and no clue why they accept online orders as it hadn’t even been sent to the kitchen. Poor lady on the phone had no idea how to check our order and even processing a refund was a challenge! Please don’t post flyers through our door if you can’t service our area!

An hour and a half wait- paid online and the stroppy delivery driver asked me to pay again and didn’t believe I had paid!!! Cold food, soggy chips, dry kebabs but wraps covered in grease - never again

Undoubtedly the best in Ipswich. Massive selection on the menu, and they have a number of people who work here that each have their speciality, better chips than anywhere! Lovely fresh fish pizzas are better than everywhere, including the big chains and the kebabs are great! I don't go anywhere else fish fish and chips, pizza, burgers and kebabs!

Always a friendly greeting from the staff, some food, like fish, is usually cooked to order, other food readily available, a wide variety of choices and even does cakes! Will deliver if required and can order over phone or website. Clean floor and serving surfaces, not too pricey. Only thing I would say, I you only want a small serving of chips, they don't do small, their small is still quite a lot, so be prepared for a lot of chips😁

I am sick to death of having 5 of your leaflets posted through my door every other day. There is a sign on my door that says CLEARLY ‘NO LEAFLETS’ so please just stop!!!! I care about the environment and recycling and you are essentially littering in my house! As I have to throw them straight in the bin! Stop spamming everyone with leaflets!!!!!!

Don’t think I will be ordering again, Think it’s gone down hill in the last few months, I always order a chicken shish kebab,last time chicken was not cooked properly and I was scared to eat in case of food poisoning, Thought I’d try again tonight but waited an hour and a half,estimated time was 60mins,when I phoned and asked if my order had been forgotten about they said sorry it’s now leaving shop,but doesn’t take half and hour to get to mine from shop, Food tonight was unsatisfactory,chicken didn’t seem cooked properly again(but not as bad as last time) Chips were hard and tasted like they had been heated up from lunchtime, Disappointed to be honest,will be trying somewhere else next time.😞

First time in this fish and chip shop, we had 2 oap portion of fish and chips and it was delicious. The fish was white and fresh, and we had plenty of chips. Will definitely go again, they also do loads of other hot foods.

Always been amazing food for years. Best chips from a kebab in the town by miles. Delivery has always been consistently fast, less than 45 minutes. Tonight one item in my order was forgotten and I rang up and the lady that answered was ever so apologetic and the item arrived 10 minutes after the phone call. Super fast! Been my number one go to kebab place for a very long time now.

Gone down hill. Had rock and chips last month. The fish smelt strongly of ammonia. Returned it and got money back. Tonight decided against fish. Ordered a mix of Donar lamb and chicken, with salad. No lamb donar in order. Couldn't be bothered to go back and complain as weather is so bad.Tried phoning but continuously engaged.

The latest owners got off to a rocky start but they are getting better and better. Special chicken shish with chilli sauce is great or lamb donner with burger sauce. Chips are really good too.

Fast delivery kebabs are nice always hot and salads always fresh.

Terrible place since ownership changed. 1. Took 2 hours for fish and chips. 2. The order came missing fish and chips !!! 3. The takeaway argued that the fish and chips were there even when the delivery driver was in our house agreeing the items were missing. Will never order again from this place and so sad as it used to be great food with really good service.

Doesn't really deserve 1 star, used to order from here all the time but since new management the food has been appalling, food has been missing from orders or arriving cold. Also placed an order and because their app is awful it broke and they took the money twice, refused a bank refund and told cash would be delivered to my house, refused to accept I needed it back into my account and was very rude and abrupt on the phone. Doubt I'll be using again!

Just picked up my first online order from these guys. Absolutely lovely kebab, sauce was amazing and the portion size was really generous. Will be back again very soon

Who on earth has taken over this place ..used it for years but the kebabs look and taste horrid.. packet salad 😱..tiny pitta and chips that look like they saw the fryer for all of 30 seconds....our order has been wrong the last 2 times..just payed 18 quid for two medium donners with no salad at all.. won't be returning

Food wasn't very nice.ordered my son a pizza which he couldn't eat as it tasted of chip fat,no taste of cheese or meat!The salads with other meals looked like they were ready for the bin,not fresh salad.The rest of the food had no taste.A big waste of £35 as nothing had much taste&most of the meals went in the bin!

Very good shop, very good food, very good service. The only downside is that they won't deliver before 5pm. I always order over the phone and pay on delivery.

Placed an order through their website at 21:30 on Sunday, nothing for over an hour. Tried calling them 15 times 22:45-23:00 before they closed and didn’t answer. No good and money has come out of my account. Disgraceful and day light robbery my friends. Website uses “order tiger” platform. Think I’ll stick to just eat and not from Marmaris.

I always have a doner kebab when I come here, and being a lover of them, they are one of the best in town. Very generous portion sizes, and the prices are reasonable. Reason for dropping a star as sometimes the service can be painfully slow, so it's always better to phone your order ahead.

Decent size Donner kebab, good flavour nice salad, and sauces. Maybe needed some vinegar or lemon on the salad. English style chunky chips, very nice. Drink with meal deal. Very busy. Extra star with tea and chairs, nowhere nearby to eat it.

Kebabs are quite good but chips need improving but Its conveniently placed andhas some tasty dishes so I will visit again
