Marmaris in East Lothian

Went completely downhill! Used to be a favourite for pizza as my daughter is fussy and for years they made it perfectly for her. With little sauce & little cheese. Since the new owners it's been hit or miss but she definitely wont eat the pizza! They dont do thin base anymore and cant accommodate. There's been a few issues with food over last few months including tastless recorded jumbo sausage, very small portion size! And forgetting things. Like I said it's a hit or miss. Iv had a bad day and thought it was Wednesday as town house chip shop is closed on a Wednesday. I ordered here tonight, wrong decision. I should of checked the day! Our pizza was soggy! Tastless jumbo sausage and a smoked sausage that I don't even have words to describe! Even if they remembered to add sauce and salt it wouldnt of helped the green chips. Will never ever be back here... Don't waste your money! £19 ill never get back, it all went in the bin...9tu799i080889p

Never eat here. The pizzas are like cardboard fried mushrooms looked like old tea bags. Donner meat had a sour taste.salad had a weird flavour. Just 100% horrible and will never eat there again. They should be shut down

Ordered food for the Family at 8.00pm said it would be around an hour. 1.5hrs later I called them for an update, they advised me that it left about 10 mins ago and should be with you any time. 2 hrs passes so I called them back to cancel the order they said I cant cancel as its the drivers fault. Terrible customer service will never use them again they couldn't care less about the customers. There are far better places in Haddington for takeaway food that care about the customer.

Crazy it’s got worse I was charged £36 for cold cardboard pizza and chips cold and soggy, what’s happened to Mamaris ? Very disappointed and they did not offer a refund. I’ve ordered from Mamaris many times but this will be my last!

Ordered food to be delivered it arrived 90 minutes later , cold , not as ordered and missing juice, the driver wasn’t interested and when we phoned the shop they said next time they would give us free juice . But what am I meant to eat tonight???? And if you order on the app you can’t tell them about tonight so you won’t get free juice anyway!

I ordered a kebab and chips Normally the chips are crispy but this time they were soggy and the kebab was burnt and the peppers and onions in the kebab. Normally takeaways from this place are awesome so I was so disappointed.

Shocking customer service very rood and staff swearing on the phone I was charged 14 pound for a delivery that was 10 minutes away from the shop when I quizzed the delivery charge I was spoken to very badly and swore at wqs told they would not deliver my food if i called again food came cold buttered roll was soggy I would highly say to anybody wanting to order from here to stay away

Oh! I see some bad reviews there. Actually, we have always had good food and punctual service. Usually pizza and usually click and collect. Good value an will continue to patronise.

I ordered pizzas for my kids and also some doner meat online which I had asked for salad and sauce separate To which my partner received a cal saying that I can’t have the salad and sauce separate To which I replied saying then just cancel the toner meat The person said first that we can’t get a refund fir the meat we told them just get the delivery driver to refund it when they deliver pizzas Then they called back saying they can’t and have to cancel the whole order and we will receive a refund in 3-5 days Even though we order from them every week putting a lot of money in they’re pockets but clearly they don’t value their customers Will definitely be going elsewhere in the future

Just received a take away food was stone cold and garlic bread burnt and hard as a brick phoned up and got spoken too like an idiot never use them again

Ordered fish and chips and half pizza and chips for home delivery came to house as advised opened my fish supper chips were cold and withered fish was cold aswell the fish looked like it was from night before when phoned to speak to the shop but gent who spoke on phone wasn’t interested I have used the chippy loads of times before and never had any supper to be as bad as this one never again will I buy anything out of this shop I will avoid it always

Minimum service charges are now illegal. Appalling response on this. Food was pretty sub par. Not impressed.

The food, like their delicious shiesh kebabs, is absolutely excellent. The freshness of the food, the quality of its preparation and the hygiene of the entire operation is commendable. These guys really know how to cook superb tasty grub - you can't fault the place.

Huge portion of fish and chips to go. Guys at the counter were friendly and efficient. Piping hot food to go. Will go back.

often get a fish tea on my way home good quality piping hot food served with a smile. I would recommend the fish and the mixed kebab

I've tried all the takeaway's in Haddington but Marmaris is by far the best and most reliable. The food is excellent and always ready when stated. Their delivery service is also very reliable. Great value for money and highly recommended.

Se decidió en el último minuto para tomar una cena de pescado en vez de cocinar. Marmaris es una adición relativamente reciente a nuestros restaurantes locales de comida rápida y que no habíamos probado antes. Muy buena variedad en el menú, y a un precio razonable, bien cocinada y cena de pescado muy sabroso.
