Amazing food 😋 we ordered the might mix grill, which was good perfect as requested. The big beef was super tasty and really filling. staff were friendly, and really fast service. We were able to use my blue light discount, but even without 10% off the price was really reasonable

Fantastic service.food was delicious 😋 server Cody, Jen and Annalise went above and beyond while we were in today. Nothing was an issue they were very accommodating towards my family early 10month old baby. Definitely be back again.

Unfortunately food seems to have gone down hill a wee bit which is disappointing as it used to be good price and quality for a family meal.

The Greek burger is the best burger we have had in a long time. The mixed grill was great too, sausages on the grill rather than just heated up and onion rings were nice and crispy, will be back!

Really lovely dinner. I had the Big Beef, and it was delicious. Really good amount of meat, great sauce and yummy onion rings. Really happy with my meal.

Just been to the Jurassic Breakfast and can’t hype it up enough! Everything was so well thought out, like feeding the kids first. The food was good and the staff seemed like they were having as much fun as the kids. Our little person had the best time. Just a fantastic morning all round and we hope to book tickets to any of your future events.

I visited with 2 friends, we ordered meals and drinks. My friend has allergies, the young girl at the counter was very good and checked with the chef about various dishes which she may not want to have. When the food came, we were quickly disheartened with the presentation, and with the taste of our meals. The hunters chicken was overcooked, the sauce congealed, and the melted cheese welded to the sauce. My lemon pepper chicken was overcooked, the rice bland, but the vegetables were ok. My other friend had the gammon steak, which seemed OK, but she commented on the appearance of ours. We ate what we could of the dishes. One of the staff took the plates away, they didn't ask us how the food was, but perhaps they realised how poor it was themselves. I doubt we will return. The thinly sliced piece of chicken breast was very overcooked. Perhaps some guidance for cooking times may help in the kitchen and hints on flavouring rice beneficial.

The lasagne was mediocre, burnt garlic bread, and the chicken and mushroom pie with mash was bland, and the pastry was hard. The service was fine, but based on the standard of food I won't be back.

Maybe it was an off day, but our visit here was pretty dire and felt like we had wasted our money, I've cooked much better at home. The place is nice enough inside, the staff were reasonable, but the food was dire. We both had the sizzling chicken, the chicken breast was tiny and really chewy and it certainly wasn't sizzling. I don't normally moan, but it was really bad. Kids meal was fine. They had an offer on for a free ice cream in exchange for a Google review, I suspect that may have something to do with a lot of the more recent positive reviews.

Great place to take the family, as they have a soft play at a cost of around £4.95 or so and Great choice of food.

Went there today with family. Food was excellent and a great price. Really disappointed with ladies toilets, only one toilet that wasn't blocked. On the whole it was a good experience until we were leaving and a waitress dropped a jug of peppercorn sauce which splashed up on to my new trousers and boots (totally covered in the stuff), even on to my top. She was very apologetic but just not a good end to the day

Went with family on Sunday pm for lunch and to allow grandchildren to use soft play. Food was excellent, piping hot and fresh as was the tea. Fish was super tasty with a crisp batter,chips were perfect.will definitely be back

I would never go back,had to return my lasagne twice,both were burnt black and stuck to the dish! My husbands enjoyed his fish and chips but I was left with nothing and left the restaurant hungrier than I went in.

Had our child's Birthday party in the play area about 20 of them, it was fantastic, Vanessa was well organised, had good communication and the kids had a ball and didn’t want to leave. My older child had a fish and chips and he said it was yum and a very good portion.

Hardly any staff (not there fault) only 1 taking food orders and also had to do the drinks. We ended up leaving with nothing due to the que, and it was going to be nearly an hour's wait for food.

Quiet midweek lunch. I had the Sizzling Tandoori Chicken with Basmati rice. It was very good, much better than I expected from this kind of place. Would definitely go again

Visited on Saturday 17 August 2024 5pm reservation for 4. No complaints on the food and the final bill which was more than good value. Could have been more counter staff(2). The salt in the salt shakers was very damp and we had taken 4 off other tables all the same, even removing the tops the salt has almost solidified around the opening, clearly they had not been cleaned for sometime nor replenished(tip: a few grains of dry rice helps prevent this). My elderly mum used the washroom facilities and stated that the floor below the hand drier was very wet, she uses a walking stick, so not ideal. I think the establishment needs a good spring clean, the shelves were dusty as were the lights. Bit disappointing as this was a treat for my mum, can't fault the food or portions or the staff.

Food either dried out or burnt. toilets filthy and couldn't use. Soft play area attached not much better. Won't recommend and deffo won't be back.

Waited a while to be served and waited an even longer time to be served our food ,we just had two main courses, food was tasteless and clearly vegetables were cooked from frozen because they were just mush and the fries were so overcooked they were brittle, for the first time ever I've left a restaurant hungry.

I had my wee girls birthday party at Fuzzy Ed’s play area it was absolutely amazing. Vanessa honestly was such a lovely helpful happy soul so attentive to everyone there and all with a smile on her face. She definitely made the experience 100 times better. Thankyou so much Vanessa:)

I was at my friends wee girls birthday party today at fuzzy Ed’s play area and the service was amazing, Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure her party was amazing, also the amount of floor she had to cover all on her own was very impressive. Give this girl a pay rise 👍🏼

We were happy to find this place as the Premier Inn we were staying at had closed its restaurant due to "staff sickness". Its a nice family-friendly pub. Its very reasonable for food and drinks. The service is fast. There is a children's play area. We had surf and turf and gammon steak. Both very nice. Great value.

You took enough money off us and left us no option to leave! Your attitude on everyone’s reviews is disgusting. And shows the type of “owner” you are. Need to leave a review to warn people Not to approach this place at all costs. Save your time and money. I booked a large party dinner 4 days in advanced. Made our food order 2 days in advanced (we were asked to do this) we arrived at 6pm the time the table was booked. A member of staff came to the table to clarify our order. We had 7 kids also and no drinks that wee previously ordered was provided and had to pay for extra drinks. 7:02 pm is when we received the starters still no mains or kids meals had been brought out. As anyone with kids could imagine it’s not easy keeping them entertained my 3 year old niece kept complaining how hungry she was and also all the other children. I approached a red head woman behind the bar to complain of the terrible service and that we made an order 2 DAYS prior - but the girl just proceeded to have a smirk on her face and would rather get in an argument with me as if the service was ok after an hour and a half waiting for food and kids meals. She had a full line of customers and still proceeded to argue it was our fault why the food wasn’t out in time cause people didn’t arrive at 6 when everyone arrived at just before 6pm. Regardless the order was made 2 days prior. The attitude from staff the delay on food. Clearly couldn’t cater for the big number we booked - but still insisted booking us in. It got to 7:40pm we all still hadn’t had our food including all the kids so we had to walk up and leave and go to KFC! Which I would like to thank for give us a good service. So staff attitude is terrible, not the cleanest of places either. Kids upset and starving and ruined my father’s birthday dinner. I will attach a photo of a steak I’ve seen before in this place and all I can say is thankfully KFC was right next door. AVOID at all cost. If the staff had been a bit more considerate then maybe it would have been helpful but the attitude on both the woman staff behind the bar was shocking. Todo that to kids also when we had so many shows the attitude of these woman and the type of place this is. So yes save your money and go else where.

Maybe different when ordering in restaurant but PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ON UBER EATS!! (they take the mick). chips cold and stale - ordered mac and cheese that felt like it had been in the fridge for 2 hours before being delivered to us. Also mac and cheese portion wouldn't be enough to fill a mouse.

We we looking for somewhere close by for dinner and this came up on our Google search. The reviews/rating didn't fill me with joy if I'm honest. But we decided to give this place a try. We arrived around 6pm; 3 adults, one child. Place was moderately busy. Table was clean. Good choice of food, very reasonably priced. Food was tasty and decent potion sizes. The nicest thing about this place are the staff. The lady who served us our food was so lovely and friendly, great with the wee one. Service was excellent. Nice atmosphere, very child friendly - there is a soft play area at the back of the restaurant. My son didn't get to use it as it closed at 7 but given how much we enjoyed it here, we will absolutely be back! Thank you so much for a great experience 🌺

Great place for families it has a large indoor play area, great location and parking, always good deals on the play area or food and food is good value for what you get.

We took my little dog in as we have done in the past after ordering 3 meals one for dog as we done before paid sat down and about 10 minutes later I was approached and told we couldn't have sausage and mash for my dog. As you can imagine I wasn't very happy. I asked the server where is it advertised about the new rules and it was a company policy but when looking further the policy says it is up to the manager of said place which is fine but I look all over and there was no notice to say this. Was very disappointed no manager approached.... needless to won't be back

Went in today with family and got the new curry meal. It was lovely great wee bowl of fresh crunchy salad included and it was a massive portion for the price struggled to eat it all . No wonder we eat in here weekly.

For the first time in ages, we had been there the food was lovely nice and hot had a small wait for our food down side probably one of those times they where a staff shortage place nice and clean and staff where nice and polite will be going back sometime soon

Although the food and drinks are great value the toilets put me off going back. They are disgraceful the bowls are stained brown. The water looks filthy and every seat is falling off the hinges.

Has the potential to be good. Very dirty, lots of dust round the edges, rubbish outside of the netting ( tissues, dust, rubbish etc ), needs a really good deep clean. If it cant be kept clean & tidy which is standard procedure then the hygiene of the place won’t be up to scratch either. Lady on the desk sat on her phone whole time & seemed to not care. Security gate was lying open & it didn’t seem to bother her as she was more interested on her phone. When I asked for help she didn’t seem happy she had been disturbed while busy on her phone. Poor attitude.

It’s a nice relaxing day out my frail Dad enjoys going for his dinner. The staff don’t rush you to get the table emptied for next customer. It is a fare distance for me to come to the marmalade pot but it’s worth I most of all my dad loves his days out.

What a relaxed atmosphere, staff were friendly and went way beyond our expectation, food was amazing and as a family we did not feel rushed for service, we had to adapt our menu due to dietary requirements, both staff and chef had no issue, double checked to ensure our needs were met, will definitely be back...massive shout out to all the staff who were attentive and friendly....our family appreciate everything you did to accommodate us xxx thank you xxx
